harvey was neither an early bird, nor a night owl. somehow finding a comfortable medium between the those two active hours, his scheduled called for him to allocate his time; rather, staying up late to finish reports, and waking up to then start the day anew again. falling victim to those habitual practices, the doctor always found the hours bleeding into the afternoon to be the most productive part of his day. either if it's because of the appointments booked during those times, or whenever the coffee starts to kick in; there was something he could just ever-so easily rely on to remind him of the fact that this was all real.
it may have just been a bit too simple and mundane at times for the brunette, but harvey still persevered. if he ever woke up, of which he normally does, before the farmer's 6 am schedule, he'd normally surprise them with a hearty breakfast and a sweet kiss. sometimes, he thinks that he doesn't need caffeine to help him get through his days; all he needs is to just grace your lips with his, and he's already smitten; in thought of you.
however, he didn't wake up in time to do any of that. searching around for his eyeglasses on the nearby nightstand, feeling for that familiar figure, he then puts them on; as he is blind as a bat without one (though, he'd argue that those creatures have impeccable vision--in contrary to his). on days like these, he'd try to move out of the covers, trying to not rouse you out of your sleep. you needed it, and plus, it was always ever-so endearing for him to see you so, so comfortable in bed. harvey didn't ever want you to think that all of your hard work has ever gone to waste, and even if you'd ever tend to daydream about what it'd be to live in another life, he'd fully understand--however, with his stay here on the farm, he'd need to think about it over again.
some people say that you'd always want what you never have, and that you should be careful for what you've wished for.
tossing his body to the side of the bed, he'd then sigh, as he was then lost in his thoughts again. a schedule helps stabilize his purpose, though, with harvey knowing how packed and busy one can be, maybe he can take it easy today. even if he was looking forward to surprising you today.
well, maybe later, then.
the doctor does tend to a small plotted garden out front, next to the farmhouse. even though your love does indulge in gardening every now and then, mainly just for his eye for seasonal decoration, he grew some of your favourite crops that were in-season for the fall. he isn't the most well-versed in the realm of cooking, although, he knows enough about certain dietary topics to be informed well. making sure that you'd get the most nutrients from the selection of either greens, fruits, or vegetables (or, a mishmash of either three together), he'd do his best to blend the flavours accordingly so.
if there was anything that he took any sense of immense pride in, other than his work, then it had to have been cooking for you. your husband wouldn't consider it a chore, rather, something he rather looks forward to every day! whilst he does like to take you out to the stardrop saloon every now and then, it filled his heart with such raw affection, seeing that look on your face (right before he smothers it with kisses. oh, how your laugh does a plethora of indescribable things to that man...).
once harvey sits up properly, he knew that you were out of the house already. with him adjusting to the light, albeit, the sleep inertia's getting to him, he checks to then see a written note; underneath a warm mug of coffee. it was funny how he didn't quite register the smell of one of his all-time favourite beverages (was he getting a cold? how ironic of him). moving the cup to the side, and then smirking at the endearing circular imprint it then left on the small letter, he then presented it to himself; reading it between his thumb and index.
it detailed about how you found him adorable in his sleep, of which made him feel flattered, and then talked about how equally as cute his gentle snores were. harvey mumbled a soft "oh, you didn't have to go that far...," under his breath, addressing no one, but still knowing that was the reaction you expected out of him.
when harvey finished then reading about how you had a busy day ahead of him, and how you'll make it up later, you signed it off with you saying you loved him; followed by your name, and little heart symbol marked with pen. flipping the note between his fingers to see if there was anything else, he wasn't met with anything much.
harvey could feel how his grin with digging into his face, as he then was about to get up; to at least change into other clothes, shave if he needed to, and get more comfortable. however, a certain family cat decided to go against what was on his agenda for the day--as it than began to settle between his legs; making itself comfortable. there wasn't much that could be done, if you had a kitty laying on you. deciding to then accept his fate, harvey gave in; giving the little devil its well-needed (wanted) affection and attention.

Nectar is such a vital and prevalent resource on this planet. Though the Drops and Droplets that fall from smaller enemies can only feed a maximum of a few pikmin, occasionally, I will encounter a Drop big enough that could potentially bloom my entire party!
The problem I've noticed, is when the drop gets to a certain size, the Pikmin get a little greedy and start drinking rapidly-- I have to rush everyone to the nectar before it's depleted in order to take full advantage of it!

Once, a single Candy Pikmin found a Big Drop and finished it all by themselves, to the dismay of my entire party! They don't seem to suffer the same digestive issues after over indulging in sweets, which makes me feel a little jealous... After their drink, their stem morphed, not to a typical flower, but to a round fruit! Could this be the next step in the Pikmin's maturity? Perhaps the Candy Pikmin's growth is greatly accelerated by its incredible metabolism. I wonder what the fruits are capable of, or whether other Pikmin are capable of growing them...

Nectar Weed is a plant made of many individual hair like blades. Unlike the Pellet Posies, they store their nutrients underground in rhizome-like sacs of nectar. They give off a scent that the Pikmin can't seem to resist, even when I try to call them, they seem obsessed with uprooting every last one! Though uprooting them typically yields little to no nectar, I've noticed that if I let the weeds mature overnight, their blades slowly fade to a reddish color, signaling it is at maximum nectar capacity! Ah, to teach this species about the dangers of instant gratification would be as difficult as teaching as much to my own children...

Crystallized Nectar seem to be the hardened remains of what was left behind from droplets of abandoned nectar. It's rather interesting to me that the soft, round shapes the Nectar typically takes becomes lost in such jagged, crystalline forms. The snappy sound emitted as the Pikmin crack them open is rather relaxing, like the crackling of a fire. It'd be nice if there were some way to rehydrate them, but they're rather fragile, and embedded snugly into the surface of the planet.

Occasionally, some nectar may spill into the rivers-- My first instinct would be to believe that the water would simply wash the sugary substance away, or that perhaps the material would sink, being so densely packed with nutrients. Yet, miraculously, it appears to envelop itself in a bubble, and float to the surface! If I throw my Pikmin onto the Nectar Bubble, they'll drink its contents until completely empty, at which point, the bubble bursts with just enough force to propel them straight back to shore! I'm glad that I don't have to worry about waste, when I find Nectar in the water--even non-swimming Pikmin can enjoy a drink!

A rather interesting discovery I've made, is that although normally, the monsters on this planet may drop a Pellet or two, beasts fought by Candy Pikmin seem to drop Nectar instead. Perhaps the Candy Pikmin have some sort of enzyme that can break the crystals down into their liquid form? Furthermore, If Candy Pikmin are eaten, the creature that ate them releases even greater quantities of Nectar! It's...a little unsettling, to imagine the being's insides turned to sugar. All in all, Nectar is a resource that definitely bears more research.

Taehyung was finally going to do it.
His New Year's resolution was to gain weight, finally taking the initiative to indulge in his own kink. The lack of partner to share it with be damned.
He had failed relationships in the past where people just couldn’t understand his interests. He had moments where stuffings were attempted and didn’t work out, leaving him uncomfortable without warm hands to help settle his bloated stomach.
Hypnosis feeder audios and feedism porn only helped him get off, never had enough encouragement behind it to make himself eat.
Taehyung decided the way to go would be intentionally planning his meals in a way that could fit into his normal routine. Without feeder encouragement or affection, he simply needed to increase his intake strategy.
Searching online for the right opportunities to make it happen and he finally found it. A free NYE consultation with personal trainer, Jeon Jungkook.
He claimed the free online consultation to get a workout routine, lying about his current fitness and ability. Taehyung filled out the portfolio “looking” for a heavy weightlifting plan with intense goals.
Jungkook built him a year long plan to follow, honed perfectly for someone well beyond Taehyung’s skill level yet accepted with enthusiasm.
And the plan only continued to work when Jungkook recommended his business partner and highly renowned nutritionist, Park Jimin, who was also running a New Year’s special considering the rise of resolutions in early January.
Taehyung presented his new workout routine as what he will be following for the next year. Jimin built him an extensive plan for bulking and maintaining this rigorous lifting routine, making sure to emphasize the importance of increasing his intake and nutrients to stay healthy.
Like the good listener he was, Taehyung followed Jimin's bulking plan perfectly. Dense protein packed shakes in the morning, heavy carb loading lunches for his “demanding workouts”, and healthy fats piled high on his dinner plate for “recovery”.
He meal prepped and happily enjoyed his “necessary” diet plan while not lifting a single finger toward Jungkook’s thorough fitness plan, but Taehyung couldn’t bring himself to feel bad.
Not when the scale was finally going up in a way he never thought he would get to enjoy. Sure, it was a slow and steady gain, but it worked for Taehyung’s solo gaining journey and that’s what mattered.
Two months and nearly fifteen pounds heavier was satisfying, but it also made him want to push for more. It was only further encouraged by the unintended secondhand embarrassment he got from unexpected calls.
Jimin and Jungkook both check in one day, stating they want to follow up with their NYE promo clients throughout the year to see if they would like to return and pay for services. Taehyung declined and assured them that their plans were perfect and working well for him, feeling the flustered redness fill his face at the blatant lie he was telling.
Months continued to pass and Taehyung’s appetite increased. He got better at making Jimin’s protein shake recipes and started to up his portions over time, feeling pride in his gaining success.
By August, Taehyung had turned his slow fifteen pounds into a much more solid forty. With his interests finally fulfilled and such a nutritionally packed diet, he felt better than ever.
The weight packed on densely from his substantial intake and he was quite proud of his growing potbelly. He loved the fact that his gain stuck to his middle and how his large protein shakes left him bloated and round under his snug shirts.
However, Taehyung didn’t consider the fact that he did a virtual meeting with Jimin and shared a photo in his portfolio with Jungkook meaning they might remember his face.
When Chuseok comes and Taehyung was out visiting a local street festival, the last people he expected to see were his trainer and nutritionist. Here he was, nine months after meeting them, 50 pounds heavier with a growing gut and barely an ounce of muscle.
Taehyung would have felt the rush of humiliation no matter what, but it felt elevated considering that the pair was even more stunning in person - the definition of peak fitness and beauty.
And the heat in his cheeks and butterflies in his belly only grew more when he was met with the most unexpected reaction. As he braced for judging eyes and confused faces, Taehyung had to stop his jaw from dropping when he heard Jimin’s words.
“Looks like bulking is going well, Taehyung-ssi.”
Somehow, Taehyung with pink cheeks and stuttering words ended up at a table outside a food stall sharing an order of hotteok with the two who expected him to be a cut and trim bodybuilder by this point.
And sharing was said lightly considering how Jungkook kept placing them in front of Taehyung until the serving plate was empty.
The night turned out to be full of more and more surprises as Taehyung learned they were a couple and had some interests of their own that sway quite the opposite of what one would think they were attracted to considering their careers.
Interests that could not have aligned more perfectly with Taehyung’s - it felt like a dream.
Jungkook shared how handsome they thought Taehyung was from the beginning and Jimin admitted that they hoped he would fail his rigorous diet in hopes of returning to them in the new year once again.
Taehyung was speechless until he found his words and confidence, commenting that the diet wasn’t considered a fail in his eyes and Jimin’s diet was more successful than he could have ever imagined.
And the surprises didn’t stop there.
All of Taehyung’s confidence washed away again when the pair started to agree and compliment his efforts. They then offered their services for free again, however, this time with Taehyung’s real goals in mind.
When Taehyung left their impromptu date full of street food, he was harboring a renewed sense of excitement for his growing frame.
Especially when he thought about the likelihood of a new relationship too, remembering the rush he felt when they parted ways and Jimin told him that they liked the belly better anyway, sending him off with a wink and kiss on the cheek.
Later that night, Taehyung got a text from Jungkook inviting him to dinner with them, but also an invitation to the couple’s shared office for full BMI assessment and plan update.
Taehyung knew in that moment that his New Year’s resolution was certainly a success.

Scott threw down his tablet to clatter onto the marble work surface. With a frustrated sigh that echoed around the kitchen he spun forlornly on the stool. Months of ‘I’ll get to it next week’ or ‘just got to rest after that last rescue’ or ‘the board meeting’s coming up soon, got to get the agenda sorted’ had swept away the time between his great idea and now. If he’d started research when inspiration had first struck back in the summer Virgil would shortly be receiving the most perfect Christmas gift. But he’d left it too late and now with just two weeks to go Scott’d have to fall back on Plan B.  
After he thought of Plan B. 
He laid his head in his crossed arms slumped across the tabletop, and allowed himself to indulge in wallowing at the problem of his own making. He’d come up with something great no doubt. In a minute. 
The soft scuff of boots across tile announced a visitor, easily identifiable by their pace, light step and the squeak in the left heel. The slight ‘oof’ as they sat on a stool opposite and the slightly clinical smell of an intricately controlled environment that accompanies them confirms it.  
“I’m busy being melodramatic.” Scott said, only slightly muffled by having his head in his arms.  
“I know. I could see that in space. It’s much more entertaining down here though.” 
Scott allowed himself a peak at John, who looked far too amused to be comfortable with. As suspected he’s still in uniform, only leaning a little to the side from his hasty descent from vacuum to atmosphere.  
“You keep saying that I should take more time out, get a hobby. Well I’m trying ‘procrastinated too long and now I’m a failure’. Not enjoying it so far.” 
John actually laughed at that: his full deep laugh that he rarely got a chance to exercise. John never used to be so serious, and that’s just one more wound their family bears. If Scott’s own mistakes got John to laugh like that it was worth it, just a shame Virgil was dragged along too. 
“I thought you might be trying that.” John said, a twinkle of mischief in his eye. “Why don’t you get me one of those disgusting juice drinks Virgil keeps insisting I have and tell me all about it.” 
Loath to let an opportunity to get some vitamins into John go to waste Scott dragged himself to his feet, and grabbed a bottle of the freshly made, nutrient packed smoothie from the fridge. And two glasses, for solidarity purposes.  
“Virgil’s the problem really. See he – wait. Where is he?” Scott looked about, as if Virgil was about to spring out from behind the couch cushions. 
“Hangers. Obviously. And will be some time judging by the number of pieces of Two that spread out on the floor.” John took a sip of his juice, then eyed it suspiciously. “This one’s not that bad actually. I’ll give him my compliments.” 
Scott also took a cautious sip – just in case John was using some reverse psychology – and … he kinda agreed. It was lacking most of the bitter earthy notes that usually made these concoctions a chore.  
“Ok, so you know Virgil’s been working on those music pieces, those compositions, and he finally finished last spring?” 
“I do.” 
“I was going to get them all written out and bound. Not just printed mind you – hand written on hand made paper, old school. Like the greats of classical music used to.” 
“Sounds like a really thoughtful idea. I’m sure he’d like that. Things always feel more real to him when he can get his hands on it.” 
“Exactly. I thought it would be easy to get that sorted, but I never found the time. And apparently there are only a few people in the world who do that sort of binding any more, and they can’t get it done in a couple of weeks. I’m one of those desperate leaving-it-to-the-last-minute sort of people now.” Scott takes a deep draught on the juice, which gets worryingly more bitter the further down the glass he gets. 
“If you’d listened to me, started taking breaks, you’d have been all nice and organised and had Virgil’s sonatas in the bag by October.” John continued to sip at his drink, unbearably smug.  
“And you’ve taken your own advice have you? You’ve had a weekend off here and there? Picked up a hobby? Like sleeping, you should try that for a hobby.” Because Scott knew that John barely had a sleep schedule, let alone a healthy one and certainly didn’t have days off. And John knew that Scott knew. 
John grinned. “I have got a new hobby: bailing my brothers out of trouble. Maybe that’s not so new actually. Here.” He picked up a large square package that Scott hadn’t noticed on the stool beside him, and slid it across the work surface. “Consider this an early Christmas gift. I’ve got you an actual one of course, this is just a bonus.” 
Carefully Scott put his still half full glass down, and inspects the heavy wrapping. With one eye on the still grinning John – there’s always trouble when he looks that triumphant – he grabbed a knife from the block and slit the side. 
Inside were several leather folios of crisp cream paper, embossed with the name ‘Virgil Tracy’ and filled with careful hand written notations – Virgil’s music made real by a master craftsman.  
Scott was stunned. “How did you - ? I didn’t tell anyone.” The realisation hit. “Have you been looking at my personal files again?” 
“And your internet searches.” John downed the remaining juice without so much as a grimace, and seemingly no guilt. “You really did come up with an amazing gift idea, but I knew that you would never actually get around to organising it in time. So I sorted it for you.” 
“And if your lack of faith had been misplaced?” 
John shrugged. “No harm in having a back up is there.” 
Scott ran his hand over the soft leather. He’d been too busy. He really had. And John’d been there to take the load as he always was. “Thank you.” 
“You’re welcome. I’m not going to gift wrap it though, that’s on you.” 
“I wouldn’t dream of asking you to.” Wrapping presents was not one of John’s skill sets. The wrapping paper was usually held together by hope as much as tape. “Are you eating dinner with us before you go back up?” 
“Thought I might have a dinner or so. I was thinking of not going back up until after New Year. Take one of those breaks you’ve been going on about.” 
John says it so offhandedly that Scott almost doesn’t make a quick calculation of days between now and then. “Two weeks?” 
“Three actually.” 
“Really?” 
“Yeah. I’ve been … tired recently. More tired than usual. I think I need to breathe fresh air for more than twelve hours at a time. Maybe go swimming. Sleep in on Sundays. Live like a normal human for a bit.” 
Placing the folio gently on the countertop, smoothing down the cover, Scott slowly yet inevitably stalked around the counter. Scott waited until John had put his glass down safely – you could never be too careful with him newly planetside – to enfold John in the tightest hug he could manage. Scott would forgive his brother his snooping and meddling to have him home for three weeks. And John knew it. It was probably all part of the plan. 
John suffered the hug for at least thirty seconds before pushing Scott away with a roll of his eyes. Despite his mutterings about overreacting John didn't actually look that displeased at the contact. 
“Hide that in your room somewhere,” John nods in the direction of the folio, “and we’ll go help Virgil reassemble his bird. Being as I have nowhere else I need to be.”

The giant was immensely satisfied, his hunger quelled by a successful morning of hunting, his stomach stretching enormously to contain his perfect, struggling meal. Digesting them would be pure bliss. Now that every last human was tucked away inside his middle where they belonged, he figured he should begin his trip home - but he felt sluggish and happy and warm, with the pleasant hum of his full belly and the sheer volume of live, squirming prey inside him... after such a satisfying meal, his body ached to return to slumber while he digested his catch.
Giving in and indulging, he settled down right where he was and sprawled on his back, exposing his visibly packed belly to the morning sun. A nap wouldn't hurt. The warmth soaked lovingly into him and he rubbed his packed stomach happily, basking in his fullness. There was nothing more pleasing to fall asleep to than easy sunshine and your well-earned breakfast giving you an internal massage as it frantically struggled for its life in your tummy.
And struggle the breakfast in question did - in the groaning, dark depths of the peaceful giant's body, humans screamed and pushed, squeezed together in the heaving black, begging the giant for mercy. Pleading with him to let them out. To decide their tiny lives were worth more than food. There was no reprieve from the hell of the predator's digestive process, the rumble and roar of the busy, powerful stomach into which they had been mercilessly swallowed, the heat and terror and chaos, the ceaseless churning... walls crushing them tighter and tighter and tighter, acid beginning to slosh and storm. Corralled inside his squeezing, joyful stomach, the giant's prey screamed in fear, but the sound was drowned out by the near-deafening gurgling and groaning all around them.
The stomach contracted. The humans shrieked. Doom was closing in, in gurgles and glorps and sloshing acid. Beyond the intense rumble and groan of the giant's working stomach, they could hear the steady sigh of their captor's immense breath as it pushed in and out.
The giant, of course, happily stuffed and utterly content, had no interest in releasing his prey. They were tucked away in the embrace of his stomach, right where they belonged. Humans existed to be eaten by giants, and that was that. If they hadn't wanted to end up as a meal, they should have run faster.
"Sorry, I can't let you go," he murmured. "You feel far too good in there and that massage is divine. It's alright. My stomach will take very good care of you, I promise."
His stomach groaned loudly, agreeing with him, all too happy to look after the panicking, desperate food corralled inside. It clenched and thundered, sending acid through its victims, contracting rhythmically as it prepared for full-on digestion.
The giant sighed and let his eyes drift closed, the weak struggles of his live food easing him ever-closer to a gentle slumber. His digestive system gurgled in the quiet, the faint screams of terror barely audible from deep inside him. He smiled softly, enjoying the feel of his stomach dutifully churning its feast, massaging their helpless bodies into food, performing the one task it was built for - turning whatever he ate into nutrients. He stretched out, yawning and licking his lips. His stomach bulged magnificently, the humans inside it shrieking and defenceless.
And so the giant, satiated predator basked in post-meal pleasure, the warmth beating down on his taut, gratified tummy. He curled and uncurled his toes, letting out soft contented moans as he relished his human breakfast. They were his, all his, to digest as he pleased. His fantastically full stomach gurgled and glorped and he sighed in pleasure as the frantic battle raged on inside him - a tight, gurgling, satisfied bellyfull of delicious humans versus digestion.
"Thank you for the meal," he said, running an adoring hand over the bulge of his unfortunate food.
The giant spared not a single thought further for the terrified victims in his churning gut; their sacrifice was a small price to pay for him to be so joyful and healthy and full of good, good food. They were prey creatures, after all, and the belly of a predator was a wonderful place for prey creatures to wind up. They would fill him up and nourish him - and he deserved this. Though they were afraid, surely they knew on some level what an honour it was for his stomach to be their final destination.
The giant rubbed his extremely happy tummy, full of nutritious prey, then rolled into his side to settle properly for sleep, the heavy weight of his struggling breakfast shifting with him. He wriggled to get comfortable, yawning lazily and licking his lips, at last giving himself over to the pull of slumber.
The humans screamed out in fear as they felt the stomach pitch sideways - the giant rolling over. They tumbled over each other, terrified, the movement sending more acid sloshing through their midst. Glrk. Glp. The stomach squeezed and kneaded them, alive with terrifying sounds heralding the start of proper digestion. They shrieked and cried but there was nothing to be done; they were a simple meal in a giant's belly. Grgle. Glk. Groan...
There, in the warm light of morning, one terrified human breakfast languished in the grateful stomach of one very happy giant.
As expected, he digested them all up.

specifically the the mori mori no mi and how it altered aramaki's mind, body, and instincts.
horngry for sakazuki
he has intrusive thoughts about sucking the life out of sakazuki, absorbing his everlasting nutrients, savouring the taste of his beloved fleet admiral - but he knows not to play with fire - or magma, if you will.
can only ingest through absorption
ever since he became a devil-fruit user, he has acquired a taste for humans (the taste AND sustenance they provide), and in turn, has lost his taste for regular food, so he won't (and can't) eat normally (normally being through the mouth). if he is ever offered food (**see aramaki and issho's conversation at mary geoise**) he will mask the fact that he can't eat (to hide it from others) with one of his sayings "eating is a pain in the ass" or "well, if a pretty lady asks me to open wide..." to avoid eating (i also headcanon that when aramaki said "well, if a pretty lady asks me to open wide... i suppose i'd chow down!!" he meant he'd chow down on her literally - ingest her nutrients into his body). he can still enjoy strong sake, but only if it has been aged long enough for him to be able to taste it, otherwise it's just bland.
sometimes he will attempt to eat "normally" (either in a desperate attempt to take back control of his body from the mori mori no mi, or just wanting to appear normal when he eats out with people - for example) however, the mori mori no mi, the forest, will not allow it - rejecting anything that he tries to pass down his throat, forcing him to disgorge it (throwing up everything he tries to swallow) - he must absorb nutrients through roots, or by photosynthesis, the way a plant would.
he will avoid marine events / dinners etc because it's all too much. the idea of being around food, or someone asking him to eat something makes him uncomfortable, and then, fighting the intrusive thoughts of wanting to taste, to ingest the sustenance out of every human being in the vicinity...
binge eater (absorber)
when he is stationed at new marineford, or out at sea on his battleship, he's forced to "fast" by photosynthesis, which gives him minimum nutrients and is enough to get by, but when he departs new marineford for missions that involve taking down pirates or criminals, that is his chance to binge... to eat.
sometimes he will travel surreptitiously to islands that aren't affiliated with the world government to devour the townsfolk (because he can, and no laws would be broken) indulging in his binge eating (absorbing) disorder.
ingesting humans through absorption (his preferred source of sustenance) devouring pirates and even fellow marines if they dare get in his way! (sometimes he's not even conscious of these binge-eating episodes, overcome by the mori mori no mi and its strong instinctual urge for nutrients) he will impale, then drain his victims of all their nutrients, leaving behind the wilted corpses intertwined with his vines, expelling any excess nutrients by generating lush plantlife (otherwise he will become very nauseous!!! **see aramaki leaving the udon prisoner mine in wano, creating flowers with every step after he had just absorbed all of the remaining beast pirates**) sometimes he will even punish himself after a binge by overexercising and or fasting for as long as possible, knowing that it is only a matter of time before he is overcome by the entity that is the mori mori no mi and its voracious desire for nutrients...
insatible monster
ever since he ate the mori mori no mi, he has become a monster, consumed by the desire to eat, or rather, to seek nutrients, and humans are jam packed - those who are skilled in haki being much more nutritious in value (and palatable) than ordinary humans.
lower ranking marines are terrified at the idea of working under aramaki because there's rumours among them that he's a freak who feeds on his own men (and they would be right). they fight for their lives, but not because of pirates attacking, but because they don't want to become plant food. they hope to run into pirates so that aramaki can satiate his hunger on them instead.
sometimes he has sleep paralysis where the mori mori no mi (the forest) will tell him things, like its needs and desires (taking in the lives of all living things for nutrients, and using those nutrients to create plant life etc) roots start to grow and wriggle their way out of his pores, caressing him all over - but he has no control of them, he can't move. the roots slowly tighten their grip on him, it's suffocating.
