Seeing all the people who say "I'm not antisemitic, just antizionist" celebrate the Iranian strike on Israel do not know how fucking hypocritical they sound. This was VERY CLEARLY meant to kill Jews, and you support it. That is antisemitic.
i need leftists to cope with their post 9/11 + Iraq/Afghan wars Islamophobia guilt in a way that doesn’t involve erasing the fact that, like it or not, Islam is a proselytizing religion that has fueled centuries of colonization, genocide, and imperialism. idealizing Islam as a purer, better alternative to Christianity is in itself Islamophobic, and it also ignores the many communities who have suffered at the hands of Islamic imperialism. it is possible to not be Islamophobic while acknowledging that.
I really do hope everyone has been paying attention to the western left since October 7th. The importance of that mask falling cannot be overstated. The same group that constantly rails against far right beliefs, theocracies, and Nazis are gleefully supporting entire countries with far right theocratic governments that want to finish Hitler's Holocaust. And it's not a reluctant partnership. It's full chested excited endorsement of countries and governments where women don't have equal rights. Where rape culture thrives. Where there are no elections. Where there is no freedom of religion or freedom from religion. Where the government and the police can kill with impunity. Where minorities are, at best, second class citizens. Where books are banned and burned. Where slavery is still legally practiced. Where homosexuals are imprisoned and executed.
Everything the left claims to be against here they support over there. And they do it for one simple reason.
Their hatred of Jews overrules every single one of their principals and beliefs.
That can't be made clear enough. They hate the Jewish people so much that they will support everything else they also hate as long as it results in dead Jews.
I really hope everyone has been paying attention. Because when people tell you who they truly are, you need to believe them. And act accordingly.
Oriana Fallaci (29 June 1929 – 15 September 2006) was an Italian journalist and author.
She rightfully critcized Islam and its oppressive rules.
During her 1979 interview with Ayatollah Khomeini, she addressed him as a "tyrant", and managed to unveil herself from the chador:
OF: I still have to ask you a lot of things. About the "chador", for example, which I was obliged to wear to come and interview you, and which you impose on Iranian women... I am not only referring to the dress, but to what it represents, I mean the apartheid Iranian women have been forced into after the revolution. They cannot study at the university with men, they cannot work with men, they cannot swim in the sea or in a swimming-pool with men. They have to do everything separately, wearing their "chador". By the way, how can you swim wearing a "chador"?
AK: None of this concerns you, our customs do not concern you. If you don't like the Islamic dress, you are not obliged to wear it, since it is for young women and respectable ladies.
OF: Very kind (of you). Since you tell me that, I'm going to immediately rid myself of this stupid medieval rag. There!
Today, during an anti-Israel rally in Calgary, a protester was seen giving a Nazi salute while holding an image of the Iranian “supreme leader” Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Surely this man is just “antizionist” and not at all doing it because he hates Jews.
You can't go to the bathroom or use the aisle for any purpose, because an entitled religion-of-peace advocate has to block the aisle so he can do what he wants.
This is against FAA regulations and a safety hazard.
Tolerance seems to be demanded and only goes one way.
"Islam calls itself the religion of peace and Christianity calls itself the religion of love.
These claims are not supported by evidence."
-- Adrian Briggs
Plenty of evidence to the contrary, though, available through their own scripture.
