I don’t really think about headcanon stuff that often, so I thought it would be fun to think of some random headcanons as I went along with the drawing!

It would be fun if Crowley had feathers on his body that are usually covered up by his suit (I absolutely adore Falin from Dungeon Meshi). I see some incredible JP artists draw Crowley with these puffier sort of pants, which I also love. I think it would be interesting if Crowley had a sort of greyed-pale, slight splotchy purple and yellow skin tone, like a deceased body that has reached the pallor mortis stage? (*ﾟ▽ﾟ*) It causes an uncanny and uncomfortable feeling whenever most students look at him…there’s just something wrong with him and no one wants to ask NAJXJSJD (I’d like to think that it’s blot related, and his long-term exposure to it has Not Been Good for him 💀)

For Lilia, I think he deserves some bat-like ears ^_^ I imagine him to have scars all over due to his past as a General. I ended up drawing his torso and legs less as thin as they are in canon by accident, but I kept it because I think he’d have a better diet now than his General days as well! (*ﾟ▽ﾟ*) I am jealous of Lilia,,,I’d like to dance with Crowley! (● ˃̶͈̀ロ˂̶͈́)੭ꠥ⁾⁾

I’m really no good at thinking of relationship headcanons haha, so I’d love to hear everyone’s ideas about them! Even though their silliness would technically be combined in a relationship, I feel like Crowley and Lilia could balance each other out? Despite all the antics they would certainly get up to, there’s a mutual acknowledgment of each other’s life experience and age. I can imagine them idly talking about parts of their own pasts over tea or a stroll in nice weather…maybe not huge chunks of backstory, but just little moments from their long lifespan that has stuck with them since. Crowley could potentially become more responsible because he’d be fretting over Lilia’s gaming time ANJDJXBD. Crowley would absolutely eat Lilia’s cooking and to him it would taste good…crows/ravens can eat pretty much anything like meat, berries, garbage and carrion so I don’t think Crowley would be upset about the chopped liver randomly inserted into his meal 😭 Even if they don��t really look it, to me they really give off the vibes of the typical image of an older couple! 🤣🐦‍⬛🦇

Although he doesn't appreciate your snarky attitude, he likes how you can shapeshift. He really likes animals and will sometimes scope in on you when you transform, nodding with approval and whispering a little, "cool" that he hopes nobody hears.

Spy thinks you're a nuisance around the base but definitely sees the usefulness in your shapeshifting abilities since he kinda almost does the same damn thing, just with his goofy masks. He respects you for that, if anything, at all.

Do not ever expect to replace him or get remotely close to him in espionage, though. If you are at the same level as Nimona, you're not great at directly impersonating humans, and he will tease you about it.

"The 'Oh Mon deu! Ack! Oohh! I dropped my baguette' if that was meant to be an impersonation of me, know that it was terrible, and my lawyer will be contacting you."

Medic loves you. Sorry, not sorry. Loves you. Does get tired of you sometimes, but not all the time. He's generally also very *bzzz bzzz chaos organs* so he's happy to indulge in whatever you want to do which usually involves the absolute destruction of everything.

Medic is also incredibly fascinated by your shapeshifting ability. Do not sleep around this man while shape shifted because he's poking and prodding everywhere while you're out.

"YEOUCH WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"

Engineer tries to be that guiding light he thinks you need. He's a friend, a father figure, a colleague, whatever you need. He's a nice Southern gentleman with a slightly insane twist. Encourages you to be careful around the others, but if you aren't, he's not complaining. Makes the job easier if everyone listens.

Heavy is pretty chill with you. He's neither annoyed nor pleased that you're around. He relatively keeps to himself, medic, and his guns.

Actually, do not touch his gun. Do not pretend to be his gun either.

Soldier and Demo like your charisma. You can be a pretty fun drinking partner for demo, and a nice soldier when you're willing to follow orders (which isn't usually) but as long as you get the job done with as much destruction as possible, Soldier is saluting you almost as much as he does the American flag that is hanging next to his bed.

"ANOTHER GREAT DAY, TODAY! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND I MIGHT RAISE YOUR STATUS, CADET!"

He makes you transform into an eagle and has you sit there on his arm for a while, admiring you fly. It's brought him close to tears on many occasions.

Whenever he gets married to Heavy's sister, Soldier is making sure that you are THERE as an Eagle. He'll pay you to fly across the sky and make majestic bird noises.

Overall, some very mixed experiences. But a fun concept either way.

I recently started watching Sweeth Tooth on Netflix (seasons 1 was 🔥) and this what if has been at the back of my time for MONTHS.

I know that it may be physiologically impossible for mutant turtles to produce with humans BUT HEAR ME OUT.

What if? There was this worldwide pandemic that only affected females. For months, women would not have their period, their temperature would always be at the high 30’s, they would have constant chills, fatigue, and pain in their uterus. Then one day, everyone affected by the disease just suddenly got better as if nothing ever happened. When these women got pregnant, ninths months later, their babies weren’t just normal humans with normal round faces and small hands and feet. NO. But humans with animal features. Like Sweet Tooth!

So when Y/N, months after contracting the mysterious disease and who has been in a stable relationship with (name your turtle), began experiencing morning sickness, mood swings, weird cravings, and no period, she takes a pregnancy test and to her surprise… it’s positive. Maybe the disease somehow changes the physiology of the human female reproductive system? (Insert your own theory/imagine here!)

I’d imagine the offspring to still look quite human with a human face, scales from their of their neck to the tops of their shoulders, the would have a turtle shell with unique patterns, iridescent scales fading from their hands up to their arms and their feet to their legs, they would still have five fingers and toes but their hands and feet would be quite large in proportion to their body, colorful eyes, and a “premature” or “faint” plastron on the front of their chests.

Why do they spend so much time on the npcs and leave us with the dumpster fire trash outfits AND locking us out of body types skin tones and hair colors other islanders have?? Why can’t I have dark brown hair. 😒

The dragon fly outfit would be better if you remove the sequins, the jewel in the bust and the dragon fly patters. Make it a flowy white sheer fabric with silver and gold accents.

Just throw the whole wardrobe out. I miss s2 MC and s4 MC outfits.

Also AMELIA!! Just tell us you fucked us over at prom with Zeph. If they really write it out like Zeph and Amelia had mutual feelings I WILL ignore it. In my rewrite of the season I will throw that out the window. I love to see Amelia be the real villain. It’s just fun.

Long time no chat 🤱🏻

A lot has happened since the last time I’ve logged onto Tumblr, which was back in 2020!!! BACK WHEN COVID STARTED💀😱

It seems like I’m drawn back to this space in times where I just want to vent and freely say what’s on my mind without the fear of someone I know, IRL, read this blog. This is my space where I can say raw thoughts besides my journal. But sometimes I get tired writing or I can’t write as fast as I think so I need to type it out lol

So get ready, this is gonna be a doozy.

Let’s address the elephant in the room: I am now a mother!!! 👩‍👧 and married 👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻💍 This past January, I gave birth to the cutest baby girl 🥰 I have been navigating this new world of motherhood and it has been a rollercoaster. Exhausting yet so rewarding. I’m learning SO much 🙏🏼

In the Asian culture, mothers who have just given birth must do a confinement period. To summarize, it’s basically staying indoors for at least a month to heal and restore nutrients to the mom. There are a lot of rules to this confinement period, such as:

No cold food or drinks

Use ginger water to bathe (fortunately, my mom was lenient on this rule and allowed me to shower normally after one week of confinement)

Best to stay indoors. But if you have to step outside, you must cover up (i.e., hat, scarf, long sleeve, long pants, mask)

So, for the month of February, I went back home with my family to do confinement. Not gonna lie, that first month was ROUGH. The sleepless nights and unpredictability was stressful. I am breastfeeding and stress really affects my supply. It’s hard not to stress about being stressed 🫠

Honestly, I couldn’t have done it without my mom 💕🙌🏻

After confinement, I went back to NYC with my husband and I was on my own. Don’t get me wrong, now that my baby is 4 months, my endurance is stronger than before and I am better prepared mentally and emotionally.

Well, I am back home again HAHA

My mom says I should stay until baby is 6 months because back in the city, it’s just me. I not only take care of the baby, but I also need to care for our dog, my husband himself and myself. I have been putting myself last. When we’d wake up, I’d feed baby. Then, I’d make breakfast for my husband and dog. And finally, when my husband leaves for work, I make myself breakfast. But at that point, I’m tired because the entire time, or most of it, I’m carrying or wearing my baby.

My baby will tolerate the wrap but if she’s in it for too long, she gets fussy. Especially when I’m in the kitchen cooking, I get hot and radiate heat, so then she gets hot and gets real fussy.

I bounce back and forth carrying her and putting her on the play mat, all while trying to make sure everyone is cared for.

It’s tiring. Mentally. Because I then feel guilty for putting myself first when I really need to put myself first if I want to feed my baby!! I hate feeling this way 😤

When my husband comes home from work, he’s tired and I know he prefers to watch some tv and go into his office. So, I always try to have dinner ready by the time he gets home, I let him eat while I play with baby (because she starts getting fussy when she’s laying by herself for more than 5 minutes) and when he’s done eating, he goes on the couch. I am afraid to ask him to hold the baby or watch the baby because he had a long day at work and plus he starts to get bored or fed up with her when she gets fussy. He’ll try to rock and bounce her but these share the same intense body heat. So he’ll start sweating after holding her for a minute. Although he doesn’t explicitly say, “can you eat faster?” He will joke about my eating slow. So at that point, after eating my dinner for 3 minutes, I’ll get the vibe from him that he want to give the baby to me.

So I, of course, stop eating and soothe her, and he goes into his office.

This is how most evenings go.

My food gets cold and when baby is finally content or I put her down for the night (which is around 11pm), I eat my cold food. I’m too tired and lazy to heat it up because I’d rather be in bed at that point. Sometimes if there’s a lot, my husband would rinse the dishes once and leave it for me to fully clean. But most of the time, after I eat, I wash the dishes and clean up.

Now that I am back home, my mom wants me to stay longer than what my husband wants. I’ve been here a week so far. Originally, my husband, dog, baby and I drove 5 hours ( I drove the whole way because my husband doesn’t have his license), and planned to stay for 6 days and then we’d all drive back together. But my husband had work so he took the AMTRAK back to the city while I stayed. We face timed, he said he was lonely and I asked if I should go back soon. He asked, “...can you?” And I just told him that I’d talk it over with my mom.

Ultimately, he agreed that I should stay longer because he knows that when I come back, my needs won’t be met because he’s in the transition of opening his own business and won’t be of much help at home.

When I came back home this time around and pumped for the first time since confinement, my milk was almost transparent like water. My mom basically said that it means it’s lacking nutrients or substance. I wasn’t eating rich enough foods or enough food in general to make more fatty milk, which gives it the milky, yellow-y color.

She saw how skinny I got since the last time she saw me. Thank God, my baby is healthy and chunky (15 pounder) 🥹 I gave my health to her, my mom said.

I can’t help but to feel guilty for not being there to take care of him.

*Sigh* I need to get better at standing up for myself.

Price: $120/hour (plus an extra $30 every time he asks if I have games on my phone)

• Will want to try some extreme sporting indoor household parkour challenge he saw on YouTube “for fun”

• Will be the type to play hide and seek without telling me, so I’d just be freaking out thinking he’s lost for hours

This man deadass seems asexual. So like, good luck doing anything like that with him 😍💅 I feel like he’d also be too preoccupied with the winery and darknight hero work for that kind of stuff too.

That said, he 100% tries his best to make you feel loved even though he can’t shower you in never-ending affection all the time.

He would dislike PDA but is a lot more touchy in private. At first he’d be a bit distant because he wouldn’t know what to do with his hands, but eventually he’d settle on fleeting kisses and touches.

He doesn’t get jealous easily. On the rare occasion that he does, it would be when you’re oblivious to someone flirting with you. He’ll shoot them a look. He’ll act clingier than usual at home, but don’t ever bring it up.

When it comes to you being the jealous one, I don’t think you’d ever have to worry because Diluc is way too loyal. One time he went to the flower shop to buy you roses, and Donna saw him. He wouldn’t even make eye contact with her because that felt like cheating 💀

It would take me out if I was a bystander 😭 imagine watching this man buy flowers, see an admirer, then speed walk down the street with like fifty bouquets. MMM romance 😍

When he does become more comfortable with you, I’d imagine he’d be crazy for cuddling and stroking his hair. He just gets super relaxed when you play with it or brush it.

During make out sessions, he would be slow and careful yet passionate at the same time. Its one of those kisses where you can literally feel all his emotions for you, and he tries his best to convey them with his actions.

Is big on gift giving. Expect lots of flowers and jewelry from this man. He may not like to show you off in public, but to him, wearing the rings and necklaces he buys you is the same as telling everyone you’re his.

Loves holding your hand. Although he often keeps his gloves on, he only ever takes them off to feel your fingers intertwined with his. Basically just a sucker for skinship 🙄🙏

You were flabbergasted when he took his gloves off. This could be self indulgent but Diluc would have the prettiest hands to ever exist 😩 he’d look at you all confused because you can’t stop admiring them LMAO (new necklace)

On that note, I think he’d also have rough/calloused hands from his darknight hero work. If he hurts his hands, you make it your job to treat them. May or may have not hurt them on purpose before so you could take care of him lol

One time during the winter season, Diluc walked in on you sitting in front of the fireplace wrapped around that big ass coat he owns. Mentally combusted because one, you were wearing his clothes, and two, his clothes didn’t fit you right. Shit was comfy as hell but it practically swallowed your body 💀

After that, Diluc let you steal multiple articles of clothing from him. On days where he is super busy, you wear them to feel less lonely. Shit has his heart racing

Refuses to blush in front of you. Ever. He’ll awkwardly cover his face and cough to the side, feigning sickness 🙀

SHOULDER MASSAGES.

On slower nights at the tavern, he loves when you come to his work just to talk while he wipes the wine glasses clean. Is a great listener, could probably listen to you ramble for hours.

Dead Body (2017)

Synopsis: Nine high school kids celebrate graduation at a secluded home in the wilderness. As the night goes on they decide to play an old parlor game called Dead Body. What at first started as an innocent game turns gruesome as each of the participants are killed off one by one. Noticing no signs of breaking and entering, they turn on themselves in their desperate pursuit to stay alive. But can they find who the killer is before he’s the only one left?

Review: This movie surpassed my expectations when I picked it up from Shudder’s front page the other day. The characters I at first found superficial and annoying, most being from the same private school and waitlisted for Harvard.

Ilsa, the female protagonist (The Heartbreaker), unexpectedly invites old friends to Dominic’s (The Smart Ass) cabin in the woods. Dom, expecting her to come alone, gets visibly aggravated as he finds out she invited other people. I immediately took a dislike to his character and pegged him as a snobby rich boy. Along with Ilsa comes Marcus (The Nice Guy), Dwayne (The Bully) her fake boyfriend, Rumor (The Freak), Eli (The Druggie), and Sarah (The Emo). Already at the cabin with Dom are Japanese exchange students Kenji (The Horn Dog) and Mariko (The Hipster) who can’t seem to keep their hands off each other.

The night kicks off with drinks and thoughts of PlayStation when Rumor comes up with the idea to play Dead Body, an old parlor game. How the game works is every player pulls a role out of a hat. On the count of three someone switches off the light and everyone hides. The person who drew the role as murderer has to pinch whoever their victim is to let them know they’re dead. The first person to stumble across said dead person yells “Dead Body” signaling to the other players to gather around and figure out who dunnit.

However the game makes an unexpected dark turn when three of the party goers are actually found dead in the master bedroom, turning the game into a reality.

From there on the film is full of suspense as they all desperately try to unmask who the murderer is. Nobody knows who to trust which results in a mob mentality situation. Innocent people accusing innocent people.

Up until that point I’d say the film is nothing special, just your average campy horror flick with horny teenagers drinking in the woods. But the techniques of the killer’s killings I found to be pretty original and gruesome. I couldn’t help but cringe as one character gets hit in the head with a shovel, gets a hook shoved under the bone between his eyes, and gets hung from a tree as he’s still screaming. The special effects were incredible, not for a second did I doubt that it was real (gotta have that suspension of disbelief).

The ending however could have been better. I suspected who the killer was from the beginning and ended up being right. However they did a good job of keeping you on your toes and second guessing, throughout the film I kept changing my initial guess as clues pointed in different directions. It’s almost as if you’re a part of the mob excluding the threat of being blamed.

However once the killer is revealed they go on a rant about why they did it which allows a victim to escape. Classic amateur move from the villain there. Although an explanation for motive is nice to know it kind of took away from the killer’s scariness. Or the character could’ve explained his motive while dismembering. But the victim just lay there in the dirt waiting for him to finish, eventually got up, and ran away.

All in all I enjoyed this movie far more than I thought I would. It had a fairly original storyline, great gory scenes, and moments where the cringe is so great you just can’t help but shrivel up a bit.

Rating: 4/5

Scare Factor: 4/5 for gore that’s as scary as it is bloody
