He was cleaning his glasses when he suddenly heard you burst out laughing ( he almost dropped his glasses )

He's literally giving you a side eye and staring at you as if you grew two heads but don't let that bother you because when he turns back to cleaning his glasses a smile tugs at the corners of his lips

NAGITO KOMAEDA: -

He's shocked for a while before he smiles and asks about what made you burst out laughing

Warmth spreads to his cheeks when he realizes that this is the first time you're laughing so violently in front of him, almost cries because that means that you're getting comfortable around garbage like him

Compliments your laugh A LOT, and I really mean a lot

KOKICHI OUMA: -

Either a) he's laughing along with you because he's the reason you're laughing or b) he's teasing the hell out of you for laughing like a wild animal

It's probably choice a), makes a horrible joke that causes you to burst out laughing which then makes him burst out laughing ( infectious laughter, am I right )

Either way, he wants to hear more of your laugh. It's like music to his ears, he makes so many jokes around you from now on that it becomes overwhelming

But as the relationship goes on, he’ll go from asking, to having you lay on him to catch up on sleep—despite his reddening face, to even giving you some of his spare food and calling you when it’s eitehr late or early in the morning because he knows you’re most likely still awake playing

He his it’s really cool how you’re able to beat any video game with no struggle and how you’re able to replay it so many times without getting bored and still no struggle

He offers to play with you, he loves seeing how your eyes glimmer and shine when he asks if he can play as well. Although his skills could never compare to yours, he’ll do anything to make you happy—even if it’s lose 27 times in a row.

Kyoko Kirigiri

She might now show it much by expressions or actions, but she’s very concerned about you—both mentally and physically

Staying up so much to play games can easily damage your mental health, and not eating so much will obviously physically affect you

Kyoko right away is advising you take better care of ur yourself hand will take action on her own hands, even if she has to feed you herself or lay your head on her lap, she’s doing it because she loves you, she thinks with blush coating her cheeks

She thinks it’s admirable in a way how dedicated you are to sticking by ur ultimate title and will let you ramble to her about any game you’re currently really into or playing and will even chime in with her own question every now and again

Kyokos more of a watcher and will never really ask to play with you unless it’s a super casual game

Byakuya Togami

Anyone who meets Byakuya knows how nadty and harsh he can be

But he is very different towards you and will put ur health as a priority and immediately have you taken care of by the best doctors and when it’s just the two of you, he’ll try to care of you as much as he can—in his own way

Byakuya will scold you but it’s all lighthearted and you can tell he just means it out of love and hope to see you get better by eating more, and sleeping more. And speaking of eating and sleeping, he’ll make sure you’re being given the most nutritious-delicious foods and sleeping in the comfiest mattress with the softest silkiest sheets and blankets

He thinks it’s odd how you’re so into games but he won’t question it too much and will actually help buy more games and even merchandise for any game you really enjoy

The only time he’ll every actually join you to play is when he’s bored out of his mind and he’s completely free to do anything—which is rare

Izuru found you..bland and confusing. Such feelings as love were meant as joy, to him they we’re a nuisance. Seeing you make the effort to talk, smile, and wave. Just why? It’s boring anyway. You’ll get over him, then it will be nothing.

But seeing you with not even a interesting talent, it surprises him by how much you can possible be. It was..admirable to see. Wait what?

It started off just being him, and you were there to care for the patient. He still never really took a look of care, or interest.

So how was it just only you in his mind now? Your appearance was memorable. Everything about you was interesting to see again.

Such emotions didn’t recall to be so enjoyable. But it was weird. He was everything someone wished they could be, perfect. But how can someone like him so utterly important, fall in love for a nobody.

He couldn’t believe to call it love so easily.

Before, he scoffed to see your face blush over something so simple. But look at him how. Fallen so deep that just your face was what he needed.

Speaking from junko, of course she noticed! At one point she tried to use it against him. Didn’t end well..

It went on and on, so she set you guys up to a date. Both of your reactions was just the energy she needed.

But the reactions were the expression she didn’t know he had.

Kokichi..was interested. Even after being a total shit during trials, you liked him? It was a laugh in pride, a new companion perhaps? He let you follow, help, and slightly understand. It was like a piece to his puzzle. But he still wonders why.

He could say “I like you” ..would you say he was lying? Of course you will! That’s his whole point after all. Or he thought you would. Even though you turned embarrassed, slightly red to the face.

You were still worthy. It gave him a smirk. He could lie and you would know right away. His eyes widened but it was never shown.

It was to start as only him. You were only there to help, such feelings as love and like weren’t meant to be in the plan. No matter.

You were just..acceptable. He knew out of everyone you could have a reason to trust him. You would never know, but he was slightly touched.

But slowly his words became soft to you, or that’s what people say.

He liked working with you, you were a joy to be with. A joy? Your face became something adoring within the rest, he could look around and always find you.

Special he would call, even after being so eased with saying no love in planned.

He was lucky with you, at points like those, how could he lie? How could he fall so hard you were now apart of his life.

A distinctive partner, or he wished more than. He would never say, but the others around did.

At one point it was just disbelief, fighting the urge to say something. Shuichi was passing by hearing your conversation..maybe he stayed to watch.

Did he just say..I love you!?

Togami could care less you had a so called crush. Who hadn’t had a crush on him? He was handsome, smart, charming, he had no reason to say why.

Just like everyone else he doesn’t care what your feelings are for him. Unless you can prove something, he doesn’t wanna hear it.

But once you flipped his entire page during a trial, he felt gaslighted. How? You were nothing more than a no one.

How did you realize something he couldn’t? Maybe that’s what caught his interest. He stared at you more often catching himself glancing at you.

Soon turned into a excuse. He would say he only stares because he’s suspicious. How could he ever admit he was amazed.

What everyone noticed is when he randomly defends you. They could say something about you but he would randomly go against.

That’s when it clicked, he definitely had something for you. But knowing him, will he even admit it..?

Maybe it was found to ease him up more, if he wasn’t so collective on you liking him back.

Togami spent his time at the library.

But he turned his body to your footsteps, you tilt your head and chuckled. His face lit to the sight of you, plan worked they say watching.

Wait..is he holding their hand now?

Toko Fukawa was definitely isolated from you. You have a crush on her! That was something so obvious even for her.

She is mainly shown as timid, shy, and on her own. So how did you like her in the first place? She automatically said something but she only got a shrug in response. Huh?!

But she was sure tables would turn if she came out. But as genocide jack did come out, it wasn’t so bad? Of course she’s the same, but she was less of an asshole?

All she knows is that it wasn’t bad. Especially how quick you were to speak to her again. She jumped by the surprise, but just shyly nodded.

That was new, maybe you can be..friends. But the more you spoke, the more she was interested.

She looked to you in glim, blushing at the sight of you. How did it happen? Whenever you waved she quickly turned.

It was obvious for everyone now. But it wasn’t bad. Maybe it gave you the confidence you needed to say something.

Some people were walking down hearing the sounds of talking. They turned to a silent y/n and a interested toko.

They stayed to listen, it continued in a obvious speech, and then boom.

Did they just confess?!

despite byakuya not being a patient guy, he isn't a loud one either. however that doesn't mean he won't get mad and snap at you.

he isn't a heartless monster though, if you'd just been scolded by perhaps kirigiri or ishimaru, he'd offer you his handkerchief, but i doubt he'll accept it back.

"i don't want anything that is stained with plebian tears."

isn't really the type who'd hug or like hugs, but if you do initiate a hug, he'll just awkwardly and silently hug back.

god forbid you stain his rich people clothes though.

don't worry about him being mad at you, you're one of the only people who doesn't piss him off to the core, so it's rare for him to be mad or upset with you, most of the time it's just him being annoyed and making snarky remarks.

Byakuya Togami:

• by the time you two start dating he’s already warmed up to you quite a bit, considering he even thought to date you

• especially because this man is so damn picky with who allows to be close to him,, so if you’re actually officially dating him, everyone knows to consider you special

• “i’ll have you know y/n, i’ve always been very… invested with my career and such. so it didn’t occur to me that i’d have enough time to spend on a romantic partner… but you do a good job at proving me wrong, my dearest.”

• he confines most of his affection to when you two are alone together (he’d never admit it but he’s actually a softie if you let him be </3)

• if you two are alone together, he tends to let loose of his formal etiquette. meaning he’ll “reciprocate” your hugs by placing a hand on your arm instead of pushing you away /hj

• when he uses pet names for you he likes to use them in an elegantly ‘posh’ way, like how you’d see wealthy people talk in an old film 💀

• when he uses pet names, he pretty much exclusively uses “my dear”, “darling”, “my lover” and “my beloved”

• contrary to what a lot of people may see him as, he can be a good boyfriend as long as you communicate what you want to him (he’s really emotionally dense otherwise)

• she needs to be held by you SO badly and frequently and as her s/o, it’s very obvious

• peko really yearns to have a partnership with you that’s emotionally close and loving (although she isn’t sure of how to manage it herself at first)

• she’s worried that she comes off as too menacing to love and that she may scare you away one day so she can be insecure about losing you

• in context, if you two are sleeping next to each other, like on a couch or bed, she tends to furrow her eyebrows a lot in her sleep while reaching out for you so she can hold you tighter :(

• “… i was doing what? i didn’t mean to invade your space like that while i was resting y/n. i had been dreaming about you and had a nightmare… i’ll prevent it from bothering you next time.”

• it will in fact happen again but it’s okay because as long as you hold her back she visibly calms down and is able to get more restful sleep

• she actually does crave a lot of physical affection but is often too anxious about being off putting to ask you directly

• she also doesn’t ever explicitly ask however she craves your attention and can be rather clingy with you

• thankfully you’ve learned to read her body language over time and you can see the longing look in her eyes when she holds her gaze against yours

• during the moments that she lets her guard down for you, she likes it when you play with her hair and when you kiss her forehead gently

• throughout the course of dating you, she’s learning to become more warm towards you, smiling more and learning how to communicate her need for affection

• “i would like a hug from you… i think i need a moment to just be here, in your arms. to be loved by you. it’s all so simple…”

Ryoma Hoshi:

• words cannot convey the degree by which this man needs to be loved 💀

• his biggest struggle at first was with feeling worthy, not understanding why someone like you would ever want to date him

• he requires a lot of verbal reassurance and outwards affection before he starts to feel comfortable expressing it towards you

• but since you two are dating, he feels grateful and will show his appreciation for you in very heartfelt ways

• if you two have gotten close, expect him to love you like his life depends on it because you’re automatically his favorite person

• he’ll silently do the household chores for the two of you, like folding your laundry, and he’ll call your phone to tell you he misses you when you’re out

He felt the same way as you did. The trial, what happened to Sayaka and Leon. It was all really scary and horrific.

But since you two got so close within days of the killing game, he certainly did not want to lose you either.

He could tell that you were on the edge after everything was over, he could see the dead, dread, and despair on your face and it made his heart ache.

He would stay with you in your dorm, allowing you to have a shoulder to cry on.

He would slightly encourage you that you two would and will make it out alive together and get somewhere far far away from this place.

If he was able to stay in your dorm with you, just to make sure that you would be okay by yourself, he would.

He would look back at you one last time before finally closing the door behind him. Anxiety followed him over to the last few second walk to his dorm.

He stayed up for a little bit, feeling way too anxious about you. He kept on reassuring himself that you would be alright, that nothing bad would happen to you.

The very best morning he knocked on your dorm, that same anxious feeling with him.

When you opened the door, you looked fine and well. He was relieved that you answered and you looked fine.

You both walked to the gym side by side and was greeted with some quietness in return, everyone else was still shaken up by what happened, he was far too worried about you to notice.

From that time being, you two got closer. You two stuck by each other and when bad things happen, you two were always there for each other and will continue to stick by one another.

We all know how Byakuya is

He is a mf who wears tight ass pants and has a stick up his ass 24/7.

But..something lit something inside of him when he saw your teary face. The way you ran out of the trial room was shocking to him. He didn’t even know why he cared that you ran out like a fool.

He didn’t show much worry about all the things that happened. He just keeps a stern look on his face and keeps doing what he’s been doing. He was completely unbothered. He wanted to worry about himself but he just couldn’t, he had to walk himself to your dorm silently.

He sighed to himself as he knocked on your door, muttering how this was a waste of time.

When you opened the door, he hid his face of worry behind that stuck up pride as he said that he wanted to have a talk with you.

He doesn’t know how to comfort people, but he tries his hardest to.

He stiffens up when you started to cry on his shoulder but relaxes himself as he awkwardly rubbed your back. He whispered some form but a little bit of kind words in your ear.

Despite him saying some mean words to you (but kinda sugarcoated), it made you feel better.

After he left your dorm he couldn’t help but feel kinda worried about leaving you alone due to the fact that you were worried about someone breaking in and murdering you in cold blood. He sighed in utter annoyance as he started to get a headache.

To your surprise he actually started to care a little bit more about you and your mental health. He would ask you if you eaten, drank any water, or have been feeling a little bit better. He also waits for you at your dorm in the morning.

At first, you thought he was a stuck up guy and you never thought that he would actually care so much about you but your opinion changed about him.

Chihiro is also in distraught just as much as you are. You two have gotten along well over the last few days so of course he’s gonna be worried about you.

You two both use each other as a shoulder to cry on whenever you guys need it. You guys were their for each other on day one.

You two would stay in each others dorms and try to focus on other things to get your minds off about this whole killing game.

You guys walk to breakfast together and are always together, side by side. It’s fun, and it’s also comforting for the both of you guys. It’s sweet.

We all know how sweet Chihiro can be and we are all fully aware of that, so obviously you are blessed for that just like how he is blessed for you. Despite the whole killing mess and losing the close people you got to make within the game, you two stood by each other and created your own peace in a hurtful situation.

Mondo is a rough, tough guy. He is tsundere but yet he has room to care for you.

He was kinda shaken up at the death and the execution, but not as shaken up as you were. He didn’t pay attention to himself and immediately paid attention to the tears streaming down your face.

When he saw how terrified you were and how you cried, he couldn’t help but feel the need to protect you. He wanted to be that person that you would go to, so when you started to waterworks from your eyes, he immediately took action.

He would pull you aside when you two are alone and swear on his life that he will protect you, trying to not pay any attention to a blush forming on his face while looking away. You knew that Mondo was a tuff guy and you’d never expected to have this talk with him at al but it warmed your heart completely. It made you feel like you had someone that you could actually trust in a scary time like this.

He would be very protective over you after this talk, he would offer to walk with you to the gym or the dining room, usually everyone’s meeting spot in the morning. It felt nice having someone like Mondo be around you, it made you feel like you were protected at all times and it really put a smile on your face.

Of course, this got you two closer. You two laughed at each other, made harmless jokes, talked about your hobbies, it was sweet. Taka joins along and you two are basically like the best of friends.

As we all know, Mondo has a secret. A dreadful secret. When he told you this secret of his he could only wait for the absolute worst. He thought you would fear him and think that he may harm you. after that, you two stuck wide by side. Taka didn’t let you go anywhere by yourself unless you told him otherwise, other than that you two stuck together. This also let you both get closer as time went on.

That’s when, that same thing happened to Taka. He cried harshly after Mondo’s death and you just had to do the same like how he did to you. You immediately ran over to him while he was on his knees sobbing, you ran over to him and hugged him tightly, helping him get to his feet. You felt your own self crying to, both of you were crying.

It was so upsetting, you comforted him all day long. All day. You wouldn’t leave his side, just like how he didn’t leave yours.

This showed him that you are truly one of the most people he could trust. Just like Mondo, he felt like you were giving the favor back to him when he comforted you. He felt like he was getting the same favor back and that’s what he liked. He liked how you immediately jumped into action and made sure that he was okay, just like how he did to you.

It was tough, really tough. He was the only person he would talk to. It hurt really bad. It hurt to know that he had silenced himself from what happened but yet he opened himself for you. It was tough for both of you, but despite that you two were there. You were there. He was there. Both of you were there.
