the flick of a silver case, the tiniest spark lights up his features as he lazily passes the flame over the tips of his fingers. seongyeol probably should have gone home hours ago once finished with whatever new promotional bullshit the company had stirred up earlier, and yet he remains. lounging back against soft leather, he doesn't face the door of the small lounge on one of the upper floors but that doesn't mean he's unaware of his surroundings.

the creak of the floor gives them away no matter how carefully they step. the flame soars from his fingers to stop just in front of their face, inches away but close enough to feel its heat. " you should work on your stealth. anyone could have heard you from a mile away. " he doesn't turn to look at them, keeping the flame perfectly in place despite not being in his view.

Hello. Follow up to the hades coven ask. Who actually runs it? Yes I know it’s hades but what do they look like?

Hehoo ok i was gonna save this question until I actually get to draw him, but I wouldn't be able to do that for awhile. Both because of 1. School, and 2. how complicated his design is.

But! I really wanna get this out of the way and get it out there sooo here we go.

🖤Who is Hades?:

Hades was never a singular person. Hades was a title. The pronouns he/him was a formality to the god himself.

Hades was multiple people. A thin woman, a muscular man, a small man, an old wise witch, a young chief, everything.

There was never a consistent Hades; all of them kept dying and get replaced before they could rule for too long. At most you get a hades that rules for 10 years, but they always end up in the same place at the end of the day.

Dead. Their souls trapped in the warden.

Concept timmeee:

As for how they're ruling, Im not sure about that yet.

Perhaps they're not even aware that theyre dead; one of the ghosts appears out of nowhere to rule, and if ever they're let known that they're dead, They panic and get sent back to the warden to switch them over to another. The next time the ghost comes back, they simply just reset and will have no memory of the past encounter, thinking, once again, that they're still alive.
