Authors notes: You’ll convinced me to write a second part, so here it is. Now it’s not perfect because let’s be honest these two would have an angsty relationship.

Summary: After the events on the train, Bunnix betrays Miguel and saves Miles instead of taking him back to the lab in order to prevent a disturbance in the canon. After taking him to earth 42 the hybrid goes into hiding, only to make new discoveries about the future.

Warnings: Angst, mentions of miles 42, reader is a hybrid, time travel, the TVA, enemies to friends and back to enemies, Miguel and reader have a platonic friendship, Miguel is an asshole, fighting, near character death, mentions of multiverse, dark theme, last part.

He couldn’t hide forever, buried away in his timelines and watching as the other worlds go by without a worry. He can’t stay in the burrow forever and watch as the events unfold in front of him. He can’t help, but think back to the time on the train and the look of betrayal on Miguels face when he figured out why he was apologizing. It was wrong for him to do such a thing to Miguel, but with the chaos around them and the fact that a kid was in danger he had to react fast. He didn’t need Miguels permission to fix the future, it was his job and he was doing the right thing.

He’s told Miguel many times that there jobs were different. They did have some similarities, but his were much more grave. He handled the future, the outcome of the universe, it was his job to either fix it, no matter if there ending was happy or not.

It wasn’t until the events of Miles.

He’s was still new to his abilities and learning new things as times moves on, so when he found an alternate into the future he asked himself, how? He’s never seen such a thing happen before and investigated further, trying to find out why a third alternate was created instead of the two that he usually gets.

Y/n had no idea how much time he was in his burrow, going through the time that Miles first got bitten to the time that he left him at a different universe for his own safety from Miguel. He would rewind everything, listening and watching the event carefully in hopes of finding something that will help him know more.

The hybrid would bounce back and forth from one event to another, remembering small details and then checking the future outcome. It wasn’t until he looked into the universe that he had left Miles. His hand against the small portal as he watched Miles interacting with himself, but of course this Miles was far different than the spider.

He sighs deeply and hovers his hand over the portal, slowly titling his hand to the left, speeding up the process and watched as both Miles and the Prowler helped each other out, fighting off crime and trying to find Miles a way back home in order to save his father, to prevent the canon from happening.

Y/n was about the skip ahead again only to stop himself when he hears Miles simple words.

“Good thing I’m not glitching anymore.”

The hybrids ears perk up, eyes widening at the kids words as he repeats them to himself. “He isn’t glitching…” He whispers, hand hovering over the portal. “He isn’t glitching!” He finally realizes why a third future was created.

He hopes around the burrow, collecting his own notes once he realizes why. He didn’t want to get his hopes up, but had to try and test out his theory before he can jump into action before he could make his decision of clearing things up with Miguel.

Y/n walks across the room, pulling up another portal that takes him where he needs to go. When entering an empty hallway he’s quick to hide behind a wall, slowly peaking out from around the corner with raised ears in alert, his eyes scan the empty hallway and out the windows.

“Looks like everyone is out for the day.” He whispers, making his way through the TVA halls. He discovered this place by accident, finding out that there are more timekeepers of the universe, but of course, Y/n had to keep himself hidden if he didn’t want to lose his gift that was given to him by his grandfather. He came to far to get it taken away from him.

The hybrids steps are quiet when he arrives to a pair of double doors, pushing them open and checking for anyone inside until his eyes land on top of familiar silver hair. He pushed his way through the doors and sneaks around the back of the empty desks in the room until he approached the man from behind.

“Mobius.”

The poor guy is startled, coffee spilling and wincing when the hot liquid burns his hands. “Geez, kid! What did I say about sneaking up on me and why are you here? You aren’t suppose to be here!”

The rabbit rolls his eyes. “I know, but I need your help.”

Mobius wants to deny the rabbit only to stop himself when he notices the eyes that Y/n is giving him. They slowly grow bigger and glossy with his ears falling flat against his head as a way of begging the man to help him.

Mobius can only groan. “Sometimes I ask myself why I allow you to get away with this stuff.”

Y/n’s ears perk up and grins in victory when Mobius agreed to help him. Mobius was the only person that Y/n trusted when it came towards the TVA. The man treated him with kindness and knew what his role was when it came towards the universe future. As the hybrid moves to sit on his desk, Mobius is quick to scoot back in his chair to give the rabbit some room.

“The TVA is in charge of cleaning up timelines, correct?”

Mobius nods. “Yes, we fix errors that we detect and fix them before they alter the future—same thing as you.” He points out.

“Is there a way for an ‘error’,” He quotes. “To co exist in another universe without causing any alarms?”

Mobius raised at brow at him, thinking well of his question before answering. “Well, that depends. An error can co exist in another universe or timeline if that timeline is to be destroyed in the future, meaning that anyone or anything that wasn’t suppose to be there will already be cleaned out once that timeline is destroyed as written.”

Y/n thinks, frowning a little at his words, not really helping him.

The older man takes notices of the hybrids frown, clearing his throat as he speaks up again. “But,” he starts, getting the rabbits attention. “An error can co exist in another universe or timeline if part of them belongs there.”

Y/n ears raise. “Wait—what did you just say?”

“That someone can live in another timeline or universe if part of them belongs there or if something is allowing them to be there without causing any alarms to go off.”

The hybrid jumps off Mobius’ desk, pacing around the area as he thinks, eyebrows knitted together as he began to put the pieces together. When Miles first came into Miguel’s world the kid was twitching due to him being a universe that he could not co exist unless he wore one of Miguel’s watches in order to prevent a break in his universe.

When he took Miles to Earth-42 he had forgotten about the possible glitching that the kid could have gone through without a proper bracelet being wore, only to find out that he hadn’t caused another rip through time due to him co existing in another world that he was apart of.

“Miles was bitten by a spider from earth-42 a bite that didn’t belong to him, but to the other Miles in 42. Due to him getting bit he became the cities hero after the last one was killed, taking the mantel.” He began to mumble to himself which only made him look crazy as Mobius watched the hybrid and sipped his coffee quietly.

“Because of him getting bitten by a spider the canon was rewritten, meaning that the Miles in 42 also has his own canon that was rewritten—“

“Which creates balance.” Mobius cuts in mid-sentence, getting the hybrids attention as he connects the dots. Everything was now making sense and why a third alternate future was created.

The hybrids tail twitched in excitement, reaching out to pull Mobius into a hug and smiling when pulling away. “You are a genius!” His voice is full of excitement and thrill at his new discovery. “Thank you!”

He’s quick to open a portal, waving goodbye to Mobius and jumping through his portal and back into his burrow. The portal closed behind him and rushed across the burrow and towards Miles new future. His hand hovers over the portal, hesitating at first as he thinks back to Miguel and the possible outcome between the two.

Whether his decision didn’t satisfy Miguel he had to stop him from ruining the future. As much as he despised fighting his own friend he knows what he has to do. He lets out a deep breath before pressing his hand against the event and opening a portal, jumping through he lands on top of a roof back on Miles world.

The portal above him closes and takes in the destruction that the spot has created, his eyes widening and ears falling back as he looks over the edge. The sound of sirens and people screaming filled the air, knowing that the future is nearing.

He used his portals to get around the city faster, jumping through and going from building to building. His eyes land on the spot near the center of the city, his eyes narrow and makes an attempt to make his way there only to have someone tackle him from the side when jumping off the roof, catching him off guard.

The familiar red and blue makes him panic, kicking his legs back and shoving Miguel off of him. The ground grows closer as they free fall he’s quick to think and opens a portal for himself, falling through and appearing safely on the ground, rolling in the ruble with a groan.

“If I were a cat I would have landed on my feet.” He jokes out in pain while turning onto his side his palm against the pavement and using his strength to lift himself up. He’s not paying attention to his surroundings and doesn’t hear the sound of Miguels footsteps approaching him. It wasn’t until he feels a harsh kick against his stomach, knocking the breath out of Y/n as he rolls back.

“I had it handled.” Y/n can hear the venom in Miguels voice as he works on getting back up.

“We had the kid and you let him go!” He shouts this time.

Y/n is quick to stand up, hand on his stomach as he glares at Miguel. “I was doing my job.” He spits out, taking steps back each time Miguel got closer. The chaos around them wasn’t enough to stop Miguel from coming after him.

The man for sure hated Bunnix after what he pulled off.

Bunnix almost trips over some rumble and is quick to fix his balance.

“You’re job is to fix the future! You are suppose to help me fix the canons!” Miguel angrily charged forward, hand balled into a fist and swinging towards the rabbit. He’s quick to dodge the move, sit stepping and using his own leg to swing it over Miguel head, knocking him forward.

Bunnix breaths heavily and takes a step back. “I fix the future, not the canon. The canon can be changed.”

Miguel growls, turning around to face him. “If cannot be changed you’ve seen what happens.” Bunnix had seen the universe that Miguel had destroyed all because he was an anomaly in a world that he didn’t belong to. He only wanted to be happy and with a family he could never have only to ruin it.

The hybrid sighs. “You had a chance to change it, but you were desperate to have something you knew you couldn’t have in your own future. A family who actually cared unlike your brother and mother.”

Miguel froze at the mention of his brother and mother. “How did you—?”

Bunnix shoulders drop, giving Miguel a look. “I..I looked into your life…” Ever since the two started working together he had promised Miguel that he would never look into his past or future without his consent. A promise that the two made with each other only for Bunnix to break that promise, destroying the trust that Miguel had for him.

“You said you wouldn’t look!”

“I had too.” said Bunnix, taking another step back as Miguel takes one forward. The hybrid speaking quick. “You had two futures—a future where you got what you wanted the family that you always craved for along with the happiness that come with it.”

“You’re lying!” Miguel grabs a bolder next to him, throwing it in Bunnix’ direction. The hybrid gasps and ducks away from the boulder.

“I’m not!” He keeps going, dodging the items that Miguel throws his way.

“You can have that future without having to face any canons that will have you lose the people that you care and love! Balance can be set and you won’t face the same consequences as you did when you entered a universe that didn’t belong to you.” Bunnix yelps when Miguel charged at him, hand wrapped around his neck and is slammed against the pavement.

The hybrid chocked out a painful grunt, ears falling back as he stares up at Miguel who glared at him. His eyes full of hatred.

“Miles is Spider-Man in his world, but the spider he got bitten by was from another universe, that spider balanced both universes and created new canons for both people. One may be happier than the other, but then again neither universe is perfect. He may not lose his father today, but he will lose something else as the future nears and all we can do it wait. When balance is found a new future is formed. Why is it that every time I enter a new universe it doesn’t get destroyed? Because I bring balance to those worlds, making small altercations can fix the future.” He chokes out.

He has his fingers wrapped around Miguels wrist, trying to pry the man off of him, but failed miserably. Miguel was stronger than him and faster when the monster instead is released he can see his eyes darken and doesn’t know if he’ll make it out of his hold. He understands why Miguel wouldn’t believe him, he’s betrayed his trust more than once and knows that he can’t restore the friendship they’ve once had.

The grip around his neck tightens his vision blurring, many would expect that a hero like Spider-Man wouldn’t kill anyone, but Miguel wasn’t like the others. He didn’t live by a code. If someone was a threat he wouldn’t hesitate to end there life.

Bunnix reached up to try and push Miguel away, growing weaker by the second. He had to think of something fast in order to get away from him, something that’ll possibly change his mind about all of this. He lowers his hand from Miguels chest, touching the pavement below him and opening a portal. The two dropping down on a school rooftop, Miguels grip doesn’t loosen and growls at the sudden change of location.

“You can do whatever you like, it isn’t going to save you. You are in the process of destroying another universe that we could have saved if you had only listened!” He hissed his words out, teeth gritting in anger while Bunnix chocked out few words.

“I’m trying…to save…everyone…”

Miguel shakes his head. “And you failed.”

Bunnix can’t give up, he’s made it this far into saving words into saving futures. He can’t give up now. He uses little strength that he has and opens another portal below them, but this time dropping them from the sky the two free falling again, giving Bunnix the chance to turn them around and catching Miguel by surprise, his grip loosening and takes the advantage to put his strength into his legs, kicking him in the stomach and prying him off.

He opens another portal on the other side of the city, falling in and landing in a park where he turns to his side, coughing and trying to gain his breath back. His neck feels sore when he rubs it and gets on his hands and knees when coughing again.

“It’s been done.” He croaks out, slowly getting onto his two feet. Due to him seeing this moment happening in the future, he had a chance to alter it to stop Miguel from trying to kill him, but it was the only way to keep miguel away from the fight between the spot and the other spiders, stopping him from allowing Miles’ father to die in action.

In the end Miles does save his father and protects the rest of his friends, fighting off spot and sending him back to his proper universe where Bunnix is to return in order to fix the past. Even though Miles saved his father that doesn’t mean that things will be peaceful for the kid his universe needs a balance, if his father doesn’t die then perhaps someone else close to him will in order to restore the future again.

Bunnix doesn’t hear from Miguel again nor does he go back to seeing him. Instead he goes back to the way things were before, protecting the future and doing what he can to fix the universe. Y/n finds ways to stay hidden from Miguel when he travels from universe to universe. Perhaps the two were never meant to see each other again, learning the consequences of two time keepers trying to protect their own worlds only to result in hatred between the two.

My not so normal little sister

Chapter 1

"What are you talking about 'if you cast the cure' ?" the person in front of her questioned "they will be dead if you don't do that!"

Ladybug scowled her expression to the man infront of her "If I cast the cure, you have to understand that all will be in the original place! I undestand the situation but you have to know that in the moment I cast the cure all the villains and weapons will be back in the same time! I am here for the last six hours and I am tired. All the others have to be either.... We need at least a plan to take care of the situation…"

She was cut off by a figure with slightly brown skin and dark blue hair who hugged her tightly " Maman! " The girl started crying on her shoulder while Ladybug opened her eyes in amazement, hugging the girl tightly…

Marinette woke up breathless, feeling the sun pass through the cracks in the curtain that partially closed the bedroom window. She took a deep breath trying to calm down, putting her arm over her eyes. It was the third time she'd had the same dream in the last few days, remembering the events that took place months ago when she was taken to the future by Bunnix. She sat up in bed, deciding she was going to make her day productive, placing both hands over her face and squeezing over her eyes. She grunted, getting up and heading to the bathroom to begin her daily routine, with a wake-up shower and wearing comfortable clothes. She made a very strong coffee as soon as she entered the kitchen, pulling out a croissant and reaching for a jar of cookies. She took everything to the office, already determined to finish all her pending tasks.

The sun had been in the sky for some time and Marinette had already finished her second cup of coffee. She adjusted her posture in her chair, stretching her back and spine slightly as she read again what she'd finished writing, taking a deep breath as she hit the save button for the email's automated reply. Now she wouldn't take any more work while she was away. She finished reading the second email she needed to send to the other clients warning that some commissions would be delayed or would not start until after her complete recovery. She sent a few more e-mails briefly explaining the reason for her departure, quickly shifting her attention to the portrait on her desk, smiling weakly. She ran her index finger over a photo of her parents laughing as they celebrated their last birthday a few months ago, still trying to understand what happened over 20 years ago and what she would do with what little information she had.

Marinette ran her hands through her hair in a clear sign of irritation and fear, feeling that she was going into a spiral of thoughts that she knew wouldn't come out so easily. Life should follow its normal flow, she couldn't interfere. She could do nothing but hope that the course of events would proceed in such a way that she would not have catastrophic complications in the future. The timeline in the future had already been altered and any acting on her part now would be much worse. The sound of the video call coming from the computer screen in front of her woke her from her trance and her thoughts. She smiled slightly seeing her friend's face appear on the screen.

" Hello Miss ' I'm too busy to talk to friends'. I was already getting worried with all this silence on your part. " the boy smiled, frowning a little at his friend's state. Dark circles under her eyes, a clear sign that she hadn't slept or rested in a while. She was downcast and the smile didn't reach her eyes as it always did when they spoke...

" Peter! How are things in New York sir “drama king”? " She smiled with the exaggeration of the friend in front of her. It was always refreshing to think about how optimistic he was. She was really in need of people like him right now. After the end of her three-year relationship it seemed like fate wanted her to go to the bottom as quickly as possible and surely Peter Parker would be one of those people who wouldn't allow that to happen. It was still amazing to her to think that the two of them had simply managed to carry on a friendship as quickly as theirs after literally bumping into each other and getting filthy from the coffee “bath” they were both carrying.

"Things are fine around here in the same rush waiting for you to grace us with your presence. Why haven't you been answering calls or at least returning?" He looked at her worriedly, his eyes moving trying to understand what was happening to her through her expression and body language. Marinette has always been a very expressive person and no matter how hard she tried, it was not possible to hide how she felt. At least not from him after so long of friendship.

"I think .... I needed some time to assimilate some things. Trying to occupy myself and not think about what was or is happening at the moment." She forced a smile looking at him trying to find courage and the best way to say what she needed, taking a deep breath to stop the tears from falling again, she didn't want to worry him, he was fresh air in her life. She didn't need anyone else telling her what to do and what not to do. She didn't need anyone else with that pitying look on her current situation.

" It was that asshole of your ex, wasn't it? " He replied, letting his easy smile go away, because he knew how much the end of the old relationship had affected her. It was days watching her light grow dimmer, until he convinced her to visit New York to get better. He was worried, but Peter didn't want to have to take any action before she authorized it. "Mars, I swear that if you allow it, I'll fix it quickly, he won't even know what hit him... I don't even need to be present for that little model to regret…"

"You're not going to do anything Peter! " She cut him off before he started with a long conversation about how much he deserved everything he intended to do. Marinette had already heard everything possible about what he thought. She gave a slight smile shaking her head " Well, let's leave him aside, there are two things I need to talk to you about. The first is that ... " she hesitated for a moment, taking a deep breath and closing her eyes, already knowing the flood of questions that would arise "I'm going to have surgery next week... it's kind of delicate so... let's say I'm a little... nervous?"

Peter looked at her for a while trying to understand what she had just said. He opened and closed his mouth a few times, trying to come up with a coherent sentence "How? Why? When? Where.... ?"

"Hey, calm down, otherwise I won't follow you…" She smiles slightly "I found out a few weeks ago that I have a benign brain tumor, but it's growing and causing some discomfort... " She threw her body against the chair" It's not a simple surgery Peter…" she felt the tears in her eyes, blinking fast to stop them from falling "But it's going to be alright, I don't want you to worry…"

"Mars, it's not a question of whether you want to or not… "he looked at her with a worried face, seeing her with red eyes trying to hold back tears "you know very well that things don't work that way. Let me know the date that will be the procedure I'm going to…"

"No, you won't come here…" she said imperatively, shaking her head and gesturing with her hands, pausing in her speech "I didn't want to make anyone else worried."

"Mari...."

"I need your help with something." She purposely cut him off so he wouldn't start with the same words she'd been hearing for the past few weeks. "When I went to do some tests, because of the surgery, I found out that my parents are not my biological parents…" she spoke each word slowly, still having a little difficulty understanding what was happening" We took the test in 2 different places and I don't know what to do or what to think. Peter, I'm so confused, but I need to know what happened. And my parents they were so devastated, you had to see them. They had just received the news that I was sick and suddenly they find out that I'm not even their real daughter…"

"Can you send me your birth certificate and the place where you were born? Hospital... anything... I'll try to find something out." He cut her off realizing that she started crying and was getting nervous. He wanted to let her talk, but he didn't know how it would affect her not knowing how her illness was, didn't want to make her more stressed than she already was.

"My parents said that I was born 1 month early and that I had to go to an incubator. I will email you my documents. They said they were in Gotham at the time. " She spoke while wiping her face from the tears that had flowed "There was an attack in the city with hostages, the hospitals were full and she shared a room with a couple who were also in labor. Maybe that will help...” he could hear her typing, visibly sending him the files.

"Hey... calm down, I'll see what I can do from here" he paused, seeing her start to cry again "Mari, everything will be fine. I'll sort things out around here and I'll find a way to be there with you... All right?"

"I…" She took a deep breath, with difficulty. After a few seconds she closed her eyes, throwing her head back trying to refocus on the present "thanks, I'm just… not sure what to do or think. What if my biological parents are alive? what if they don't want to see me? What if I don't want to see them? Will they want to know something about me? How will my parents be? And their biological daughter, will she want to come here?" She paused taking a deep breath when she realized she was saying everything she was afraid of. She looked down at her hands, realizing they were shaking, closing her eyes and pressing them together "I just sent you what you asked for. I think it has everything you need."

"I'm already looking here... But I called you to have news, so tell me, how are things and college? Did you get the transfer? Got any results?" He said trying to cheer her up while using the computer to search the hospital records for what he needed. He smiled slightly as he listened to her talk with some excitement about what had happened in the last few weeks they hadn't spoken, about how she'd managed to complete her transfer to college in New York. Marinette was a wonderful person and she didn't deserve all that had happened in the last few months. Even with everything that was happening, she managed to put a smile on her face and worry about other people.

"I found two things. "He said cutting the subject." Aunt Sabine stayed in the room with another family. The name of the woman who went into labor was Jannet Drake. She had a girl, dark hair, blue eyes... Same description as the girl her mother had. She was born healthy, 40 weeks old and without any physical problems, but died a few hours after delivery." Peter paused looking at his friend in front of him. "Apparently she had an older son named Timothy Drake. I'll send you a file on her along with the name of the nurse who took care of her and your mother. Maybe this can help you get an idea…"

Marinette smiled when she saw her friend on the screen. He was worried, it was visible in his eyes. "Thank you Peter. I don't know how to thank you for what you just did, this is already a start to understand what happened. I'll need to do some exams this week, but I should have the surgery in a maximum of 4 days... At the moment I'm finalizing some pending issues of the company, but everything should be ready by tomorrow."

"Shouldn't you be resting? Mars, I know you're a person who doesn't like to stop and works to not worry about problems, but you need to take care of yourself."

"I know, I'm just sending emails to get everything organized …" She looked at the time in her notebook and took a deep breath. "I need to hang up, I'm going to have lunch with my parents in a little while and get some things organized before the surgery. Can we talk later?"

"Whenever you want and need it! Tell your parents I sent my regards and that I will call later."

"Tell the others I sent a kiss to everyone out there too. Oh and Peter... please don't talk to anyone about the surgery...."

"You know it's impossible to hide these kinds of things from them, don't you? He smiled a little forcedly. "I’m not even going to tell them that I talked to you so as not to generate questions, although I find it very difficult to hide something from them…"

"I know, just don't bring it up. What I don't want is half of the tower members around here, that would be stressful." She smiled slightly "You know how they are... Take care out there and send me news…"

"Always Mars. Take care of yourself!"

Bethany's Bizarre Miraculous Reviews Episode 3-22: Chat Blanc

Fun fact: One nickname I often have for Chat Noir is Cattablack (also my hypothetical name if I had the Black Cat Miraculous,) from "Cat Black," which is the English translation of "Chat Noir." However, the etymology for English black has the same origins as French White (also the word blank!), so in a sense, Cattablack is both Chat Noir and Chat Blanc! On with the show.

Straight to Emile's corpse. Also I have to wonder, where are those enormous windows with light shining through in the Agreste Manor? They have to be someplace open to daylight at least.

Well that was an interesting episode. Here's how Marinette and Adrien's relationship can ruin everything without Hawkmoth or any evil butterfly holder!

As we know, Marinette is obsessed with Adrien, to stalkerish levels, as shown by this very episode with her sniffing Adrien's pillow when she's all alone in his room.

She also shows controlling tendencies with her schedule of Adrien allowing her to know where he is for most of the time and her stealing his phone to delete an embarrassing message she sent him.

She's also prone to being vengeful, such as when Chloe, Lila, or Kagami get closer to Adrien then her.

Let's keep these traits in mind as we imagine there being no evil Butterfly or Peacock Miraculous users, maybe even no evil at all. Most likely those Miraculouses are in the good hands of the guardian, or Marinette. Also imagine that Marinette and Adrien know eachothers' identities and are older and dating, if not married.

On one day, Adrien arrives home a little later than usual for Marinette. Maybe he didn't keep track of time while spending time with his friends. Maybe he had to walk home and his phone was out of power.

Marinette starts to get worried. She tries to call him. He doesn't respond, either due to how noisy the social gathering is or because is phone is out.

When Adrien finally gets back, Marinette starts to fuss over him. She was so worried! She's so glad he's back. Where was he? He shouldn't do that again. Adrien doesn't think it's that big of a deal, but Marinette disagrees. The gap has formed.

Adrien at least tries to be more punctual, but that doesn't always work. Marinette starts to get more and more worried. What if he's cheating on her with someone else? She's had similar worries in the show, after all.

These conflicts begin to escalate. Marinette's concern for Adrien begins to turn to concern that he's doing something behind her back. An argument breaks out. Adrien notes that Marinette's acting like his father. This makes things worse.

Tension begins to build up until Marinette, someone who as Ladybug had to save so many of her loved ones by fighting them, does something she shouldn't have and immediately regrets. Maybe Adrien was in another verbal fight with her. Maybe he was going out somewhere, possibly to come back late or early.

Adrien Agreste is now in critical condition. It's unknown when he'll wake up, if ever. Marinette has to right this wrong and make sure this never happened, no matter what it takes.

If Tikki and Plagg didn't escape with their Miraculouses as they watched this relationship go to hell, all of reality shall be annihilated and recreated.

If one or both of them did manage to escape, then hey, she has or can easily take the Butterfly miraculous! All she needs to do is turn someone into a super and help them out with their problems in exchange for the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculouses, wherever they are!

This isn't ensured to happen, but you have to admit Marinette has a lot of similarities to Gabriel Agreste, especially in regards to how she views Adrien. Not to mention that nowhere in the show is she ever really punished for those above negative traits. At points they're even excused.

Edit: Almost forgot to mention that Natalie seems to show remorse upon discovering Adrien is Chat Noir. More points for her!

Miraculous Shenanigans:

Bunnyx pranks Gabriel with petty pranks ranging from moving things around him and into different drawers, gluing himself to his chair, and changing his passwords after knowing he is Hawkmoth because petty reasons and because it is funny.

Ooooooor hear me out: People keep "borrowing" the Rabbit Miraculous to go back in time to a point when Gabriel is still Hawk Moth just to inflict some prank or form of harm upon him.

Now of course, they can't disrupt the time stream by creating a paradox by exposing him...but what they CAN do...

It starts small, at least at first. Misplaced pens. Changes to his schedule he doesn't remember. Things around his office being moved around from his carefully set design because he's a control freak like that. Random sounds only he seems to hear. Gum underneath his seat?

Then it becomes more obvious. His pens were replaced with pink gel pens. His calming music to help with his plotting design work has been replaced with a short peppy song about Peppermint that repeated endlessly. His password has been changed nine times without his knowledge, each time to something more childish.

"I'm a duckbutt..." He looked up at Nathalie. "Really?"

She shrugged, helplessly. "It's what you put in."

"But I didn't!"

She didn't look like she believed him.

He started trying to do everything possible to combat the menace. He began increasing his security. Installing additional cameras. Additional locks. Having Gorilla work extra to guard the hallways.

All to no effect. No locks deterred this menace. No cameras ever pulled up anything strange. And Gorilla and Nathalie both insisted no one else had been in the premises.

And things just. Kept. Getting. WORSE.

One day, he was unable to open the door to his office.

Another day, he got stuck in the elevator to his lair.

He thought nothing of it, but then a few days later he entered his lair to discover it was FLOODED with water from the Seine! He risked creating a minor akuma just to get the water out, but somehow Ladybug had caught it and upon casting her Cure, all the water had been brought back!

Then there was the time the controls to the lair malfunctioned and kept playing hip hop on blast. AND the elevator was somehow disabled so he couldn't leave! He ended up resorting to trying to use his own window to escape only for the blinders to suddenly short out and close on him...multiple times.

It comes to a head one day...

"HEY ASSHOLE!"

Hawk Moth blinked in surprise at the unfamiliar voice. Especially as he could actually hear it in his lair. Where he should be alone because no one should have been able to find their way here or know he's Hawk Moth.

He turned around to greet the intruder.

"And who are—"

And was immediately decked in the face for his trouble.

"Carapace, what the HELL?!"

"Hey, everyone else had their go! This was mine!"

"But you weren't supposed to let him KNOW!"

"Don't at me! You knew this was all I've wanted to do for years!"

He looked up to see two of the heroes. One was the future hero, Bunnix. And the other...it appeared to be the Turtle Hero, but his colors were a mix of green, blue, and white. And he looked...older?

"What is the meaning of this?!" Hawk Moth demanded. Had his enemies found him? Were they here to take him out in the past...present?

"Just some petty payback." Carapace replied blithely.

"That was supposed to be subtle!" Bunnix chimed in, sending a glare at the other hero.

"Well now that you're here, I'll just have to steal your Miracu—"

He was cut off by another punch to the face.

Bunnix sighed. "Are you done?"

Carapace rolled his shoulder. "Yeah, I think I'm good."

"Good, then let's get back before the others find out about this." She started to grumble. "Last thing I need is them getting jealous and wanting to each have a whack at him, too. I'm already going to be in enough trouble as it is."

"Well worth it." Carapace insisted.

Bunnix rolled her eyes and opened a Burrow.

Hawk Moth glared at the two heroes as they began to retreat.

"Running away?"

Carapace rolled his eyes. "Hey, I only came back to take my shot at you while I could."

'While they could?' That meant in the future, they wouldn't get the chance to.

Hawk Moth smirked.

"So you would attack me in the past because you are unable to in the future?" He taunted.

"Well, yeah." Carapace admitted, sending Hawk Moth a dark smirk. "After all..."

And the words he spoke made Gabriel's blood run cold.

"It's not like you're around anymore."

tbh I haven't watched the whole episode of chat Blanc lmao but I'll try to answer from what I know. so basically akumatized chat noir, conflicted between love and family.

I'm taking a guess in this au Chloe is already redeemed and friends with Marinette since it would explain thinking about Chloe. while she's not at the part she realizes her feelings fully, she's almost there. she thinks it's just because she wasn't expecting they could be friends and goes on believing her one true love is Adrien.

Then it hits her so randomly it almost gives her whiplash. She likes Chloe.

Cue Chat Blanc.

I'm kinda conflicted here. On one hand I could go the angsty comfort hurt way where she tries to fix everything while lamenting on her decisions and wanting to confess to Chloe once everything is okay. This was becoming a nightmare for her. Bunnix explains everything will be okay once she is able to de akumatize Chat.

Or she goes berserk, doesn't hold back and then cures everyone. Bunnix can't even stop her because she knew if she did, she'd just make things worse. She does keep track in the burrow of something she might have missed and she really didn't wanna deal with a love driven Ladybug. Chat is saved and the cure is set. She makes sure everything is safe and sound before going over to Chloe and talking to her.

Alternatively, Chat Blanc AU but it's Chloe Noir and the start of their making up seems nice. Chloe having destroyed everything, everything. And Marinette needs to save her. Really save her this time. Drama ensues.

I had the worst idea ever, it kept me up crying.

After the defeat of hawkmoth, the miraculous team had to restore the balance. This is by an inter dimensional game show.

Ladybug hosts the show with two reporters asking questions. The prize for “winning” the game show is the Agrest company, estate, and an entire building that the game show is being hosted.

Everyone is allowed to enter as long as they meet the criteria; civilians, heroes, and villains from different universes included.

They learn right a way something is wrong when Lasybug panics as she says “I’m a bad daughter……I’m a bad daughter. I’m a bad daughter!”, and Chat Noir blocks her and leads her a way as they go to a commercial break.

So the first round deals with mathematics by Pegasus. There is an audience in the building watching them live behind an invisible barrier.

Once a qualifiers of the first round were about to be decided, Pegasus detransforms and smiles. He coughs up blood as he slowly dies.

A few contestants few disqualified for leaving their seats.

All the while in the audience booth, Pegasus’s mother stands up and runs towards him hitting the barrier to let her out. She watches him die.

Ladybug smiled with tears in her eyes, “Good bye, Max.”

She scoops him up and carried him to his mother. Once he is in her hands, she disappears with him.

The miraculous crew continues on like nothing happened, but it’s noticeable that they are tearing up.

The next round deals with getting three hoops in a row. Bunnix detransforms and dies the same way Pegasus did. Her father and brother are next to watch her die.

“Good bye, Alex.”, said Ladybug like last time.

The contestants of the other dimension want the game show to stop, well the ones that cares about the deaths do.

Ladybug and her crew let them have a few minutes as they get the next round set up. Ladybug talks to a reporter sitting next to her about what’s going on.

“The consequences of our actions. It was silly of me to think I had a choice in the matter. The show will not end until I’m the last one left. I have to watch them all go until it’s my turn. I can not die until it’s my turn. We are not going to stop this.”, she said with a smile.

No one is looking forward to the next round or the round after that. Viperion and Ryuko are next and their families scream all the same.

“Good bye, Luka.” and “Good bye, Kagami”, respectively. Their families mourning them as they disappear.

The audience is apprehensive to find out who among them will be losing a loved one. A few try to leave, but the barrier remains.

The next round is dreaded. This time it was Carapace who died the way his friends before him did.

Lady bug said “Good bye, Nino.”, as she placed him in front of his little brother. The boy crying as she did.

The barrier only lets them out after they pass completely. Chat Noir and Regina Rouge consoled each other for a moment by holding hands.

Regina Rouge crying as Carapace was her boyfriend.

Then it was her turn. She had a big family and since they knew Nino, they were already at the entrance beating on the barrier.

They screamed as the round began and never stopped until she was gone. Chat Noir held Ladybugs hand as she watched her go.

“Good bye, Alya.”, Ladybug whispered and trembled.

She laid her down and watch Alya’s sisters crowd her before they disappear.

Another commercial break happened to everyone’s relief. There weren’t that many contestants left.

A civilian from the other dimension tried talking to Ladybug but she wasn’t in the mood for it.

It was Chat Noir’s turn after his round ended. He had no one in the crowd, but he was known by some of the audience.

“Good bye, Adrien…. Good…. Good bye.”, Ladybug struggled.

She held him in her arms for a moment. She let him disappear to who knows where. She sat on her knees with her head in her hands as she breathed deeply.

She got up with a dead look in her eyes and the same sparkling smile. It was disconcerting.

The winner would be announced after the final round. Before the round began, she let herself answer a few questions by a reporter.

“Why are we doing this? I already answered that, didn’t I? Well, after we defeated our villain we needed to balance out the magic we used. I had to have a few hints; I usually solve the puzzle just fine, but this was a hard puzzle.”, she said.

She then answered the next question with the following, “After this? The miraculous will go into hiding until someone new is chosen. I am no longer worthy of it I suppose. That might be why we are so disposable now.”

She begins the last round and everyone is tense. They don’t want to finish, but nothing can make this any easier.

A winner was chosen. No one was happy.

Everyone disappeared until Ladybug was left and her family in the audience. She still had the camera pointing at her.

Since they were the only ones left, her family begged her to stop. She smiled for the last time.

“Good bye, mama and papa.”, she said.

She did not detransform as she died slowly. She felt the pain her friends did, her inside shutting off.

Before she passed, her parents were allowed to run up to her.

She whispered, “Miraculous Ladybug”, before they got to her.

A swarm of Ladybugs appeared and surrounded them before they could reach her. She detransformed moments before the camera went to static.

The two dimensions were then out of contact with each other. Ladybug’s body laid on the roof of the building while her friends were with their families.

Instead of her, her parents got Chat Noir’s body.

The winner decided where to bury the young girl’s body. They also named the building after her; they knew her name from hearing her parents cry it.

[MMD] Returning in 2023 (Notes in Desc.)

So as we moved in to 2023, well I did have some explanation of why my content was really slow in second half of 2022, telling the picture on the left side.

In the middle of the year, I got hired to work at a store, and as the months goes by, it got really busy that I really had less time on doing another videos as I was making another randomness. Once the more and more busy it got, I sometimes felt like I really had less time for myself and procrastinate so much in order to try to get motivated because of how much I had to work for quite long, especially in last 2 months. If you notice why I haven't made any type of video since my vacation video of Golden Apple that included new members of Wacky House, was uploaded, this was why. As of my renders, it barely was posted, like only a few since after Hop's SwSh model DL. The last three months was a chore, especially the holiday season. I never got to make a Christmas video despite having plans for it, and I tried to make three plans for it as each has gotten shorter and shorter, until it was too late, as how long it is to make a MMD video. Plus I made my Randomness 12 too long like 6-7 months, and while I enjoyed making that, my irl has got it to take so long to make, and so I should decide not to make any videos past 5 minutes, with few exceptions. It's just I wanted to show more Iris and other MMD videos and content as time goes on, but the whole plan seem to disappear or delayed so long. It's not that I worked with any content for too long, but moreso motivation getting a bit lost sometimes because of irl job getting in the way. As for myself, while not being related to irl, sometimes I do regret being hard on myself sometimes as I felt like this when things do happen sometimes, so I should stick with being the best myself.

Since we enter 2023, my hopes are to continue doing my content and other 3D models on my free time. As I saw how my job is reducing my work hours finally, there is hope that I would return making contents regularly, and continue my plans. If the irl busy time continues to be low enough from here, I should have a MMD video sometime later this month, depending how long my next one would be, as long as I don't make it too long lol. But yeah hopes to us that my content stays active regularly to my likings this year. I really got interesting stories on my contents! And thanks to those friends and family who sticked with me for the entire year. While 2022 was okay, second half wasn't too bad but not great. Not all what happened there were bad, as I still wanna cover the exciting things that happened to me on a next update video later this month. This week I will post a small new years video! Credits:

Is there only one Bunnix, or is there a Bunnix for this timeline that learns about the other Bunnix trying to screw with things and confronts her?

There is only one Bunnyx! She's omnipresent but not omniscient. This is important for the purposes of this AU, and I will give an extensive visual demonstration as to why for later reference:

Timelines are messy and complicated and the concept of them is really weird. Aka, the idea that a single choice can alter the course of fate, like so:

Child's play, really. However, the further the choices go, the more complicated things become.

Imagine a Bunnyx in every single one of those timelines. Imagine some crossing over into a "bad" timeline and having to try and go back to find where it branched off, overlapping with the Bunnyx that exists in that timeline already. How many Bunnyx' can a timeline hold before it starts to bend in on itself from instability issues due to reality breakage? Time's a fickle, sensitive thing.

So, for the purpose' of this AU, all Bunnyx's are the same Bunnyx. When entering a different timeline, Bunnyx will essentially get hardwired into the memories of the Alix from that timeline she just warped into - think of it like booting up a save state in a video game, omnipresent but not omniscient.

(Whoever has the bunny miraculous will be able to access the memories of their younger self in whatever timeline they're in.)

Bunnyx will always remember what happened in her ORIGINAL timeline however, which is the Canon timeline she uses as a baseline in all her scheming.

Like so. The reason for which Bunnyx needed Ladybug for the Chat Blanc timeline was because the Alix of that timeline was dead and therefore her memories were inaccessible. Having this failsafe is a good thing, since it ensures Bunnyx can prevent dead-end timelines:

The only issue is, Bunnyx has a character flaw, in which her timeline (the Canon one) is the only one she considers to be good and trustworthy. As a result, Bunnyx interferes in places she probably shouldn't.

kind of a tame example but, it follows the point: Bunnyx is essentially so paranoid about dead timelines, she tries to follow each step of a timeline to make sure it doesn't branch off somewhere she has to go FIX. this means she micromanages, and doesn't approve of choices the original Marinette (she personally grew up) with didn't make.

The issue here is...

every time Bunnyx interferes, that does in fact, effect the timeline in what Marinette knows, and therefore, creates more branches. The content of that information will effect how Marinette makes her next choices, which is how we got the Feralnette AU.

Rose/Pigella Rose was done so dirty by the 3D and the colours in this show. They really did pick the ugliest pink to put her in, didn’t they?

I’m sure you’re wondering “why is a character named ROSE in blue?”, glad you asked. Colour is a pretty handy tool for visual storytelling, and I’ve been using it for these redesigns. Most notably with Adrien and Gabriel who are both in white. Pink is Marinette’s colour in this rewrite, with red representing Ladybug. So having Rose in pink would destroy that. So I put her in a baby blue instead with pink accents.

Her dress in canon is so ugly and unflattering, I had to change it. Nothing to salvage just burn it. She’s now a y2k picnic bitch.

And she runs an aesthetic bullet journal blog in her spare time, using all the cute stickers. She’s also trying to get funds to start an “akumatised therapy center”, where people who were traumatised by their akumatisation can enter a support group and heal together and hopefully not get akumatised again. Feels like a very Rose thing to do.

Oh man. Canon Pigella. Wow. Probably the best transformation sequence, best power and WORST DESIGN in the show. I think the designers struggled to make her “pig-like” without it looking weird. But the result was an ugly suit with an ugly skirt and a weird pink plastic thingie on the chest. If think if you showed a picture of Pigella to someone who doesn’t know Miraculous, they’d not make the pig connection. So I straight up gave her proper pig ears, and pigs often have brown patches and spots. So I removed the ugly bright pink and replaced it with soft pastels and browns. Problemo solved.

Idk if it’s copyrighted, but if I had it my way she’d be called Miss Piggy.

Alix!

Alix’s canon design isn’t awful, just a bit boring. And misleading. The snake arms kinda led you to believe that she might get the snake Miraculous, but I guess not. I’d still love to see a snake Alix at some point though.

So my revised Alix is a bit different from canon. She’s quite introverted and mostly keeps to herself, but accidentally becomes the mysterious cool girl. Oops amiright? (Quick reminder that in this rewrite the Miraculous were lost and spread out across Paris before the series began) Like Lila she found a Miraculous prior to the series beginning, and has been using it for a little while in secret. Not for evil obviously, just for normal daily stuff. I hate Time Travel in Miraculous, so instead Bunnix has different time powers. She can slow down, speed up and temporarily stop time. And she mostly uses this power to sleep in and then not be late for school. Normal stuff really. She’s also very observant and is quick to figure people out. Aka she doesn’t like Lila and can see through her bullshit.

So redesign wise I drew heavy inspiration from Billie Eyelashes. She’s short and stocky (can and will supplex you) and likes sports, so she wears sporty clothes (duh) but make it stylish. Like she picks her clothes because they’re appropriate for physical activities, but accidentally becomes a fashion icon in school. What a legend. I like her canon shorts and layered top, so I wanted to keep them in spirit.

And then Bunnix... Canon kinda forgot who Alix is and just slapped a boring skin tight suit on her and called it a day. So my main goal was to give her a more interesting silhouette. And she’s not older anymore, since there’s no time travel. To match her civilian self she’s in a casual cropped hoodie (yes the hoodie has holes for her bunny ears), a cool shaved haircut and god damn roller blades. Would that kinda mess with canon? I guess, but Alix needs her skates to GO FAST. She still has her umbrella, I just suck at drawing poses with weapons.

There ya go! I wonder who’s next?

Well, this image of Vanessa cosplaying Bunnix made by @notsodailycake has given me the great idea to make a Halloween story in the middle of spring. This is a story based off of Cory's "home is where Freddy is" and takes place some time after the event of FNAF:SB and my story starts something like....

It was a dark and stormy night...

And it was Halloween, it was early in the day and Vanessa found her old Bunnix cosplay that she made. Gregory was downstairs half dressed in a Freddy costume, sad that the real Freddy couldn't join them because of Faz-o-ween. Vanessa walked down the stairs and said:

Vanessa: Gregory, Are you ready to go and get some candy and have some fun?

Gregory:sure... But I wish Freddy were with us...

Vanessa: I'm sorry, but he'll be able to join us later thanks to Luis convincing the higher-ups.

Gregory: well, I can't wait... Are you ready?

Vanessa: of course, we'll get the king size houses first, I know where they all are.

Vanessa was full of pride when she said this, ready to take Gregory around her neighborhood to have fun. They exited the house and entered a would of creeps and costumes. The two started to go door to door and collect chocolate and candy corn throughout the day. They walked through the neighborhood collecting sugary sweets until they got to an abandoned house at the end of the lane...

Gregory: this is an odd house...

Vanessa: I know.... It was Afton's old place....

Gregory was surprised to hear this and had a look shock on his face.

Vanessa: yes... It's this guy's house...

The two just started at it... By this time the sun has set and the building was very erie. The two boys who we're older then Gregory approached him and Vanessa and we're rather rude.

Bully 1: hey twerp

Gregory recognized them as the local bullies from the Pizzaplex.

Gregory: uhg... You guys...

Bully 2: what's that supposed to mean?

Vanessa: let me guess, friends of yours?

Gregory: not even

The bullies the proceeded to antagonize Gregory, with Vanessa not even getting involved because she was scared of Gregory...

Then the bullies then challenged Gregory to go inside the abandoned house, and of course Gregory had no fear and accepted the challenge...

Gregory: this is gonna be a walk in the park

Vanessa: this place gives me the creeps ..

Is what Vanessa said while entering the house. the two wondered the halls and saw the run down house, Gregory somehow still pulled items out of nowhere and Vanessa still questioned this. The two kept exploring the house when they came across the basement... When they were about to enter, Vanessa got a text and it made the two jump. It was Luis, saying that Freddy went into sleep mode and is charging up for them. After a minor heart attack, the two entered the basement. They found something rather odd.... Three children wearing mask... One of them wearing a Gold Freddy mask, a girl wearing a Circus Baby mask, and and older boy wearing a Foxy mask. The three we're have a rather odd conversation... One about who they called Father.

The girl: so... He is gone right...right Mike?

The Older boy: I think... For now .. thanks to his former possessed and an amazing kid, he was killed... For now... He is now a digital virus so I don't know if he could come back .

The younger Boy: Why won't he stay down... He needs to pay...

The older boy: I know... I've been trying for the last 40 years or so to do it.... Man.... We should probably go... I have people to meet...

The two other children: ok Mike...

The younger Boy: one last thing Mike, why are you not wearing the mask of Glamrock Freddy?

Mike: well Foxy is still my favorite...

After saying that, the children disappeared and the mask fell to the ground... Gregory and Vanessa who've been watching the entire time, who are now terrified, just left with Gregory saying

Gregory: let's never speak of this again

Vanessa: agreed...

The two left the house, jumped the bullies and continued down the street when a Freddy's van arrived, in the van was a day guard named Emily and a animatronic maintenance worker named Zack. The two were here to drop off Freddy.

Zack: now he just booted back up so where here to make sure he doesn't brake down

Emily:and I'll be acting security guard for you guys ..

As soon as the van doors opened, Freddy joined Gregory and Vanessa and hugged them, happy to see them. Zack and Emily trailed behind them, snagged some King size bars in the process, and let the trio enjoy the rest of their Halloween night. And then Cory appeared and followed them for a while, being extremely happy seeing them.

The next day:

Gregory: *on a sugar crash* *absent minded*...wait... Was that boy Freddy? *Passes out*

Freddy on the background: O-O'

Ephemeral theory

Alright, so here’s my theory for the episode because I love theorizing. Let’s remember that Ephemeral is a “what if” kind of episode and also a parallel to Chat Blanc.

I think the episode is gonna start pretty normally, like Chat Blanc. But a villain is gonna attack and as we know, Chat won’t be able to come and fight it, even though is power was the one LB needed. After the attack, the celestial guardian will come and tell her that she needs to know the identity of Chat Noir. I think she might refuse. But it’s a fact that the guardian needs to know the holder of the cat miraculous and because of her decision, things will go south.

I think that, in that moment, we won’t necessarily notice the jump. But Adrien will find his mother in the basement, probably have a fight with Hawkmoth and obviously, no one can help because they don’t know each other’s identity. It will all ends in Hawkmoth having Chat’s miraculous and Marinette being revealed.

Of course, Bunnix will enter here and come and find Ladybug and Chat in another/the real timeline. Instead of LB going to fight alone, like in Chat Blanc, they will go together.

When they come back to their own timeline, once things are better, they still won’t know each other’s identity. But LB will now know the risk of not knowing who Chat really is. Ultimately, a one side reveal will happen, which is gonna change a lot of things in further episode (I absolutely cannot believe that the 100th episode isn’t gonna change things in a big way ok).

We also know from the synopsis of another episode that Marinette might want to reveal herself at the end of the season. I think that might happen at the very last second. Next season will therefore be about both of them learning how to work together outside of the mask too.

Alright, I think that’s pretty much it. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being something along the lines of “there’s absolutely nothing like this happening in the episode, not even close, you are 100% wrong and a disgrace to the fandom”, how wrong am I?

The Foolproof Way to Keep Your Marriage from Your Parents (Arson Edition)

okay, first thing you need to know about this is that i was blackmailed to write this by one of my friends who will remain unnamed *cough* samantha *cough*

the second thing you need to know is that im not even going to bother editing this. it’s... it’s something

so yeah first

Emma stepped out of the time portal into her kitchen, the dim light of her house a sharp contrast compared to the sharp white of the portal. She could see her family, including herself, in the other room. In approximately 5 minutes her parents would realize who each other were.

She could not let that happen.

As she stood watching them, she realized there was only one thing that she could do. There was only one way to stop her parents from realizing who each other were. Like they also say, there is no problem that can’t be solved by arson.

Emma opened the cupboards, hoping to find a match lying around. She sighed in frustration as she remembered that they had just run out a few minutes ago. Of course her father had to like scented candles.

Fine. She would have to steal Louis’ flamethrower. 

Emma ran into Louis’ room, gagging as the three-month-old cheese smell hit her. She grabbed the flamethrower from the closet and ran into the kitchen before she passed out. Unfortunately, she had inherited her mother’s gracefulness. She tripped as soon as she entered the kitchen.

As she fell, her hands reached out to grab the closest thing to her. Her hand closed around a bottle and it came down with her, spilling all over the floor. Wincing, she read the bottle’s label. Lighter fluid.

Yeah, that would help with the fire.

Voices came from the living room. She heard her father say, “Marinette?” Emma didn’t bother paying attention to the rest. She had failed her mission.

She fell backwards, her hair soaking up the lighter fluid. She hadn’t given herself enough time. She would have to go further back.

Emma stood up and grabbed the flamethrower. She created another portal, her destination already in mind.

She walked out of the portal onto Paris’ rooftops. Her parents were there, probably around 14 years old.

“Ladybug, Chat Noir,” she called out as they looked up at her. “My name is…It doesn’t matter what my name is!” She held out her flamethrower. “Either you guys will reveal your identities to each other or…or I will burn Paris to the ground!”

“That got really heated,” Chat Noir purred.

Emma rolled her eyes. Why did her Dad love puns so much? That one didn’t even make sense.

“Do you not want our miraculous?” Ladybug asked.

“No,uh-” Emma ran her fingers through her hair. “-I defeated Shadowmoth! I now rule Paris! Um, mwhahahahha?”

“Who is Shadowmoth?”

“I meant Hawkmoth. Now if you don’t reveal yourselves Paris will burn.”

“Okay,” both Ladybug and Chat Noir said as they stared up at her. “Burn Paris then.”

“What?”

“I mean, you are obviously lying,” Ladybug told her.

“Fine.” Emma bit her lip. She did not lie, except for what she just said but she couldn’t let them know she was from the future. She would have to do this then. Besides, it was for her own sanity. Emma turned on the flamethrower and wrapped a hair elastic around the trigger so it would still be on even without her holding it down. She then yeeted it across Paris. 

Emma was expecting there to be an explosion, but after the fire disappeared from view it didn’t show itself again. 

“Do you believe me now?” she yelled. Where did the fire go?

Ladybug and Chat Noir grabbed their weapons. “Well you have a fiery temper,” Chat Noir said.

“I swear, if you make another pun, Dad, I will throw you off this building.”

Chat Noir took a step back. “Dad?”

“Um…”

The air cracked open beside Emma. Bunnix stepped out and threw Emma over her shoulder. “Okay, that is enough for today, Little Agreste.”

“Agreste???” Ladybug screamed.

Emma fought against Bunnix. “No! I need to see their reaction! It can’t end like that!”

Bunnix nodded her head. “Ah, so arson is the solution.”

“Arson is always the solution.”

Bunnix bit her lip. “I may have a solution.”

Emma listened to Bunnix talk. Maybe this plan would actually work.
