“ you’re only noticing that now? ”  a raised eyebrow ; she so prefers the company of either not-quite sibling than that of the brother she shares blood with.  this thor she will almost consider leaving alive once she returns to power.  she will need someone to rule over this planet when she’s out adding more to her empire.
( never mind that she’s settled rather comfortably into her oslo apartment.  never mind that she’s almost fluent in norwegian.  never mind that she’s renovating her cabin on svalbard for the second time,  mostly to add a guest room so her niece has a space of her own.  she’ll leave this place,  one day.  return asgard to its former glory.  she’s just . . . taking a little break.  just a little one. )

The fragments pause mere centimeters from her round face, held in mid air as if by magick— it is, in a sense, perhaps. Though it was a mutation that created this. Teeth shine with his grin, oversized hammer held over his shoulder whilst the engineer tips his hat. Dark glasses fall to rest just over the top of his nostrils, hat tipped towards her, eyeing her over cautiously.
“ What the fuck—“ another clink on the ground as he steps forward, aiming to get a better look. “ Are you doing touching my shit? “

I love Golden Shrike! I've had my own comic idea for about a decade now, but I'm wondering, for you, how long did it take you to be confident enough with your art to start your comics? had you attempted panels and backgrounds earlier and didn't put them out because you weren't happy with them yet? I'm almost done with my characters and writing but I'm worried I'm not good enough to actually start doing panels
(these are just my views and experiences! there's as many approaches as there's artists)
I was BAD when I started comics, but then I again I was a kid who didn't care if my bunny-cat-digimon comics weren't good enough, it was just fun to do. Which is what it should still be, fun and a fulfillment to you. I think the happiest an artisit can be is when they can draw like they have no audience.
My comics stopped in my teenhood when I actually wanted to make something good. I made so much groundwork but VERY rarely got to the actual page production because I thought everything should be perfect, but we all know there's no such thing. When I noticed all my attempts were doomed, I stopped making them for like ten years until I was zapped with Fuck It We Ball-mentality. And it's the best thing that has happened to me. Childhood whimsy. Make your own toys.
Did I make test pages for Golden Shrike before starting production? Well, the first page of the comic is a test page. And the second page. And the whole first chapter. I just never stopped. Not smart but it's what works for me. Starting these 'test pages' has kickstarted two bigger comics for me, Golden Shrike and Jet and Harley.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sure I made couple of style tests for GS even though I had a clear visual vision from the start, but Jet and Harley I just started to draw without any real practice pieces, just based on couple of CSP brushes I wanted to use. This isn't very smart as you'll likely find out later that MAN, this style takes too much effort, but if you're unlike me and don't care so much for consistency, you can always simplify it on the fly. And even I've had to change it: I stopped shading after chapter 5, briefly used 3D assets in upcoming pages, now I'm gonna shrink the font a little. They're teeny tiny things for readers, but huge for me.
There's many comic authors who like to plan every little detail before getting to work, but it doesn't work for me so I can't say much about it. I have a skeleton to follow, but I fully flesh out each chapter one by one when I reach them with pages, because I like to revisit my old visions with fresh brains. When you actually get to work, you might realize some scenes aren't needed, or they'd be better changed. Don't be scared to crack some ribs off your story skeleton. Being too loyal to your old vision can often hinder you.
Starting production is the biggest monster in comic making, but after the first step you'll mow over it leaving it in your dust and create a baby you can be so proud of. I wish you, and everyone else on the cusp of their projects GOOD LUCK, HAVE FUN, LOVE YOUR WORK.

Insert Your Name (1)
Mafia!Jade Leech x Mafia!Reader
Link to part two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve!
Notes and TW: I wanted to write something that simultaneously includes some fun Jade moments as well as my own thoughts on some tropes. This series will have mentions of blood, violence, crime (kidnapping, attempted assassination, extortion), and harassment, as one might expect from a mafia AU. Please enjoy!
Tumblr media
You’ve known the truth for a while—that this world exists inside a story. This is a world that revolves around a nameless, faceless, flawless main character. This entire world around you exists to serve one purpose: to present trials to the main character until she eventually finds a happy ending with her one and only. This world is created for “(Y/N).”
You are Friend A. Friend A is a foolish girl who puts (Y/N) into a dangerous situation, involving her with the mafia. (Y/N) is saved by a tall, dark, and brooding man who turns out to be a mafia boss. They will face dangers in the underworld until all threats are eliminated, and then they will live out the rest of their lives in blissful peace as though they are good people. Friend A is never mentioned again after page two.
You are Friend A. You are aware of that.
So why don’t you break out of your role in this story? Why should you play your part instead of using this knowledge to change the flow of the plot?
Simply because the plot is beneficial to you.
You are Friend A. You are a core member of the Leech Mafia. When (Y/N) enters the mafia, her actions flick the first domino of a long chain of events, eventually leading to the prosperity of the Leech family and expanding their influence. Because no matter what, this story caters to (Y/N)’s livelihood.
And why should you interfere with something that will eventually pay out big for you?
There she is now, coming down the street with a smile. Her indistinct hair is in a messy bun that she always throws together in seconds. Her pants emphasize her incredibly tiny waist, and her eyes sparkle with the light of constellations when she sees you. A light blush dusts her cheeks even though she doesn’t wear makeup, and she passes all the people captivated by her on the sidewalk, oblivious to their stares, because she doesn’t believe in her innate beauty and charisma—the beauty and charisma that the story says she has.
“Oh, there you are!” Her voice, clear and sweet, rings out to you. You wave back, just as you are supposed to. “You said you wanted to get sweets from the bakery that just opened, right? I’m so excited. I love sweets! I saved up some money just for this.”
A dialogue line full of exposition. You nod and lead the way.
“Have you seen their Magicam posts? The cakes are so pretty.”
Her giggles chime like bells. “I think the strawberry one is the cutest!”
Your small talk has little to no substance. It exists only to pass the time. To be honest, you don’t mind. If this were any normal day, you would have enjoyed this. You would have visited that bakery with (Y/N), gone home with a strawberry tart, checked up on the ledgers for the mafia, and slept while fed and content. But today is the inciting incident of the story, and you have your part to play.
A dark alleyway is where these things always take place in stories. Four men smoking and muttering ominously to themselves lean against a brick wall, hidden in shadow. Their eyes follow your every step. You make sure to walk on the outside of the sidewalk so that (Y/N) passes by the alley. As expected, their hands shoot out and grab her arm.
“Hey, you there.” One of the thugs licks his chops. “Got a minute to spare, pretty thing?”
Generic “bad guy” dialogue. Of course, he’s talking to (Y/N). You don’t need to do anything yet except make sure the pieces are in place. A flutter of black fabric in the corner of your vision assures you that the main lead is ready and waiting.
“Get your hands off me!” (Y/N) struggles against his much stronger grip to no avail. The men pull us into the alleyway and corner us against a dumpster. Tasteful.
“Don’t be so harsh.” Another thug whose voice scrapes like glass shards to the ears grabs your shoulder. You don’t shrug him off. Right now, your role is to lay low and let the main character shine. “We just wanna show you a good time.”
“You can fuck right off! And don’t touch my friend.” (Y/N) shows off her generically headstrong personality now. She probably thinks that she should protect you. You are Friend A, without any special characteristics, a piece of cannon fodder that cannot do anything on your own. Even though (Y/N) doesn’t consciously think that way, this is how she perceives the world. She is not wrong for doing so—she’s being sweet, in the way that she is designed to be.
You don’t have anything to do while she shoots off her scathing remarks, so you take your time to observe the thugs. Just as the story you read describes, these men come from an easily identifiable rival mafia. All four have a tattoo of a handsaw on their bodies—the symbol of the Carpenter Mafia, the current major group in the Queendom of Roses. Common soldiers, no doubt. Not anyone of importance . . . yet.
Thug Number One brings your attention back to the conversation by yanking on your hair. It hurts a little. Irritating, but you can bear with it. (Y/N) looks outraged.
“How about this? Since you’re so determined to save your friend, I’ll let her go if you give yourself to us.” He continues with his harassment by grabbing your cheeks with his grimy fingers. You inhale deeply and immediately regret it due to the smell of his breath. Your mind urges you to refrain from giving him a nice fist to the face. Not just from his treatment of you, but also from his gross proposition to (Y/N). Despite your respective roles in this story, she is still your friend. Hearing him throw those slimy words at her leaves a bitter taste in your mouth.
(Y/N) puts up a struggle. “I won’t give you anything!”
“Do you think you’re in a position to make demands?”
She hesitates, looking at you with conflicting emotions warring on her features. Takes a deep breath, just as the story says she would. Then, with a wavering voice and a tough façade, she agrees.
You take your cue to run from the alleyway, abandoning her the way Friend A is meant to do. You don’t have to worry. After all, the thugs won’t be able to do anything before the male lead steps in and saves her.
There isn’t much time to waste until you get an update on the story. You hail a taxi to a neighbourhood by the sea. You tip the driver handsomely, bid him a good day, then walk another block before arriving at a mansion. There’s nobody here to greet you except the security guards at the front gates.
You scan the trees. Looks like he’s in a good mood. When he’s upset, he doesn’t usually climb. He hasn’t noticed you yet—his back is turned, his head buried in a particularly thick patch of leaves, and you’re downwind.
“Floyd!”
He turns so suddenly that you’re worried he’ll get whiplash. A grin lights up his face, and without a single reservation, he jumps right off the tree and lands smoothly on your side of the fence surrounding one of the Leeches' many properties. The sun shines across his handsome, sharp features. Of course, the twin brother of the male lead must be gorgeous in accordance with the axioms that govern this world.
“Handfish, how was it? Did Jade meet her?” Even though you are Friend A in this story, to Floyd, you are just his friend. He hasn’t given you a generic nickname like the “minnows” that he calls the family’s soldiers and staff. To him, you are an individual who is interesting enough to grant a personal nickname. Even if that nickname is “Red Handfish.”
“Yeah, he did. I saw his blazer.” You think back to the black fabric you saw before entering the alley. “I bet he’s doing the whole ‘I can’t let you live’ conversation with her.”
In the story, one of the thugs reveals Jade’s identity as a mafia boss in front of (Y/N) before he passes out. How a common foot soldier of the Carpenter mafia can recognize Jade, whose face is kept classified from lower-ranked members of the underworld, is worrying enough to warrant investigation. This could simply be a result of poor writing from the original plot, but you are also an example of the original story’s loose ends. If someone like you, who was meant to disappear after page two, can still have any significance and will instead of vaporizing immediately after you left that alley, then you can’t be too careful.
“Bet he’s being real smooth with it.” Floyd cackles, his raspy laugh reminding you of a chain smoker after five consecutive packs. “She’s gonna fall for it hook, line, and sinker.”
“Of course. We’re talking about Jade.” Even under regular circumstances, he’s charming enough to lure any poor, unsuspecting fool to their demise. “They’re going to come here any minute now. Let’s go inside.”
You pass the security guards and enter the Leech property. A perfectly paved ground with colourful stones and not a weed in sight. A marble fountain surrounded by neat, rectangular hedges. And of course, the enormous white mansion with huge double doors, which in turn have proportionally huge fancy glass windows. For (Y/N) to have a “perfect” ending, the world must allow her to escape her current life of scrimping and saving by marrying her into a wealthy family.
“I wonder what the little minnow looks like.” Floyd hums, sauntering into the living room. “I bet she’d break easily if I squeezed real hard, huh?”
“Don’t do that.” The two of you sit on a velvet couch. Floyd’s long limbs sprawl out and take up the majority of the space. You settle on the far end. “And are you going to keep calling her a minnow?”
“Dunno, haven’t met her yet.”
“She’s very pretty. When you meet her, I’m sure you’ll get the feeling that there’s something special about her.”
The story emphasizes how much Floyd adores (Y/N). She is supposed to become a sort of mood stabilizer for him, keeping him consistently happy in her presence. You wonder if that will actually happen. Floyd can and will throw tantrums around people he holds dear. His mood that flips at the drop of the hat seems difficult to stabilize on just affection alone.
He shrugs non-committedly. Just as you’re about to suggest a nickname he could use, your phone buzzes.
Five minutes away. Jade’s text is short and to the point. You stand and stretch, getting ready to play Peeping Tom.
“Remember, don’t say anything about the original plot, okay?” Floyd’s unpredictable nature worries you. You know that your reminder won’t do much if Floyd decides it would be fun to spill the beans anyway, but you can’t help yourself.
“I know, I know.” He frowns and waves you off. Laughing, you move to the room across the hall. He hates being told what to do, but he’s in a good mood right now. It won’t be a problem.
The front door creaks open. Through a crack in the door, you watch Jade carry (Y/N) in his arms like a princess and set her down on the couch. Smooth, easy, efficient, the way he likes to do everything. Even though you know he is acting, his movements, the soft look in his eyes, are almost believable to you. And you’ve known him for fifteen years. There’s an odd stirring in your chest. Guilt? Envy? You tamp it down.
For a fraction of a second, you swear you make eye contact with him. If he notices you, he doesn’t show it. He seems to redouble his efforts on acting sweet to (Y/N). It might just be your imagination.
Floyd pokes around at the two of them the way he always does when he’s curious about something new. His grating laugh fills the air while Jade bandages a scrape on her knee. Good, the scene is going exactly as described in the story. (Y/N)’s first colourful and memorable experience with her future family. Her new family must be fun, rich, kind to her, and love her unconditionally no matter the circumstances. Her new family has to be better in every way compared to her current one—a mother who passed away at childbirth and a scummy father who neglects her. For an author, these are simply lazy ways to give her a tragic backstory and simultaneously pretend her parents don’t exist for the rest of the story because they don’t add to the romance.
How horrible. How could a late mother and neglectful father not affect a person? How could they simply be written off as another thing the male lead “saves” her from? And for that matter, how can the author casually write in a scene where she is cornered by adult men who are physically far stronger than her, who harass her and make disgusting comments, just so she can meet the male lead? How can they just pretend that won’t lead to any trauma?
You know firsthand how (Y/N) lives her life, because despite the story labeling you as the disposable Friend A, you genuinely have been her friend for the past year. You’ve seen her live on plain rice porridge for days to cut grocery costs. You’ve seen her wear clothes until they are threads because she can’t afford to buy new ones. Oh, but isn’t it wonderful that she’s skinny and looks good in everything?
What a load of bullshit.

♡Yandere bullied x bully reader♡
This story contains: masochistic tendencies, bullying, degradation, stalking, obsession, a jerk reader, slight nsfw.
You let out a loud laugh while you stared down at the boy who was on the floor, his face covered with bruises and blood while his things were scattered on the ground.
You leaned down closer on his face with a smug smile. "You idiot. I told you not to tell the teacher or anyone about this shit right?" You hissed while you pulled his brown locks making him groan in pain and pleasure.
"P-promise (Y/N), i promise--- it was not me! It was hannah, she found out about this and she quickly told the teacher about it but trust me-- i didnt want anyone to find out about this!" The male defended, you just smiled at him, tugging his hair harder.
"Oh well Hiro my love, i guess i have to leave you alone now." You shrugged while you let his brown locks free. You stood up from the ground, while you dusted your skirt.
"W--what? No-- please (Y/N) dont leave me alone!" The boy pleaded, while he looked at you with so much desperation.
You just smirked, knowing how you got him wrap around you fingers. You just pushed him with your heels making his back lay on the floor. You placed your heels on his chest while your eyes landed on a book, a yellow book that has writings on it saying. "For my eyes only!"
You chuckled while grabbing it. "Is this some kind of diary, you weak freak?" You were about to open the book but the male underneath you shouted at you to stop as his face started to turn red.
"Are you telling me to stop baby boy?" You rose a brow while the male just can feel himself getting harder when you called him by that pet name.
You opened the notebook and you started to read it out loud but lucky for him, both of you were on the rooftop and no one else was there expect just the two of you.
"Dear diary, it was just a usual routine wake up, get ready for school, study ,get hurt by (Y/N) and sleep. Loser!" You laughed before continuing. "She punched me to the face again but it was harder and fuck it was.... fantastic. I want her to do it again" your smile dropped while you decided to silently just read all of the pages and everything was about you, it even have some images of you! Sleeping, showering, gossiping with your friends or studying.
You threw the diary to the ground, while you stared down at the male, disgusted, who just stared at the diary you threw as tears started to form in his eyes but to be honest you were amused, ignoring the fact that he always stalked you and was jerking himself of every night while thinking about you.
"Well, i knew you were a creep baby boy." Hiro stared at you with wide eyes. Y- you werent mad?? Infact you are wearing a smirk right now! Means.. you like him too?!
The brown haired boy's eyes sparkled with joy and excitement. "Such a dirty boy huh? " you said before removing your heels on his chest making him breath more freely.
"Anyways make a copy of that image where i was sitting on a couch eating a popcorn and on the shower part. I look good on those." You said while giving him a wink before leaving him on the rooftop alone.
Hiro stared at the sky for a moment before letting out a laugh, his cheeks were still hot and red, his thing still hard.
It was unbelievable, he couldn't believe it!you were interested with him too? You were completely fucking unstable and a lunatic like him too?
(I think im gonna re-write this, im so fcking sleepy rn)

Hello! I saw you were taking requests for Hazbin characters? If you could, do you mind writing a one-shot for Vox and a fem!reader who has hacking as a hobby and sometimes uses the knowledge to slightly screw with the TV man when he's not giving her enough attention?
A/N: I'd be delighted to write this, my friend! Especially since it's Vox! I adore the TV man and the idea of him having a hacker girlfriend? That's genius! I hope you enjoy it!
Pairing: Vox x Reader
TW: None! Just silliness and fluff!

You were bored. No other way to put it. You considered going down to Velvette’s floor and seeing if she needed help with anything, but you didn’t exactly want to be roped into being her temporary model like you usually end up being every time you go there. And there was no way in hell you were going anywhere near Val. You may be Vox’s girlfriend and Val was surprisingly ok with that, but you couldn’t stand the moth. Especially with how he treated his “Stars” specifically Angel Dust.
So. your boyfriend was all that was left. One problem though, you went down to his monitor room earlier to spend time with him, but he said he was busy with his work and couldn’t spend time with you at the time. But he would come up to your shared suite and spend time with you after he was done.
That was three hours ago.
Safe to say you wanted your boyfriend’s company and he was going to give it to you whether he was busy or not. You got up from the big plush couch you were sprawled across and went over to your laptop.
Grinning to yourself, you powered the device up and dove into Vox’s business network. You couldn’t help the small chuckle as you slipped through the defenses so easily. You tried to tell him that he needed to strengthen his security, maybe now he’ll not only learn to pay more attention to you, but he’ll let you actually go in and strengthen his network.
“Alright, my love. Think of this as a little payback for ignoring me the whole day.” You let out a giggle as you sent one of the newest most annoying earworm tunes to completely replace each screen in his monitor room.
You put your hands behind your head and grinned as wide as the cheshire cat. “And three…two…one…”
You phone buzzed and you glanced down at it with a chuckle.
Vox: My monitor room. Now.
Hope you enjoyed the story! I know I had a lot of fun with this. Feel free to request again!

In Loving Memory
Pairings: Various Genshin Men x Isekai'd!Reader
Summary: While exploring Inazuma, Watasumi Island, and Stormterror's Lair with the men, you guys run into people with familiar faces.
Note: I need to change my posting schedule because it's no longer being posted on Saturday because of how busy I am with school work 🥹 Ah, idk how to feel about this fic in particular. This idea has been in my orbit for a while, and I think it's time to write a story on it! For those who have been following me for a while on Tumblr, some of you might remember this idea that I talked about on my page a few months prior. Anyway! To all of my new readers and returning readers, I don't post anywhere else but on Tumblr (Genshinluvr) and on AO3 (Aaliah_exo).
Warnings: None that I know of 🤔 maybe mentions of the death of a dearly beloved friend(s)? Mentions of a wound.
Word Count: 9.2k
The sun is high in the sky, shining on your face, almost blinding you. You held your hand up to your face to shield your eyes from the blinding sunlight. You walked over to the edge of the cliff and sat down with your legs hanging off the edge. Today was another day of your exploration of Inazuma, though you’re not exploring the region on your own. The men are your tour guides, mainly the Inazuman men, when you’re exploring the nations.
“What do you think about Inazuma so far, [Y/N]? Way better than Liyue, I bet!” Itto says, plopping down beside you with a big smile on his face.
Zhongli rubs his temples with an irritated sigh, his eyebrows furrowing. “While Inazuma is a beautiful region, I believe that you can talk highly about another nation without bringing the others down,” Zhongli stated, shooting a glare in Itto’s direction.
You give Zhongli’s hand a light squeeze. You turn to Itto with a smile on your face. “Inazuma is beautiful! I love seeing the difference between the regions we’ve explored!” You said.
“What’s your favorite part about exploring Inazuma?” Gorou asks, plopping down next to you while gazing at you curiously.
“And you can’t mention that you like the food because we all know you love trying food from various regions.” Childe teases you, ruffling your hair as he walks up behind you, standing beside Zhongli.
“Oh man, you got me there.” You grumbled, lightly tapping Childe’s legs as he snorted at your response. “Other than the food, my favorite part about exploring Inazuma is seeing Cyno shock the sakura blooms and being able to see the gorgeous view.” You said, pointing to the view of the sea.
“Don’t other regions have a nice view too?” Heizou asks, popping up from Itto’s side.
You nod your head. “Yes, other regions have a beautiful view as well! That’s what makes every nation unique from one another. These regions have so much to offer, and it’s a shame that I can’t wake up every day to see all of these sceneries at once.” You sigh wistfully.
“Speaking of food, is anyone here getting a bit famished? The smell of street vendors is making my stomach growl.” Aether says, rubbing his growling stomach.
“We did have breakfast, but that was a few hours ago. I think it’s about to be lunchtime,” You said. “Do any of you want me to buy lunch? I can grab something for us to eat while we have a picnic under the tree shade.” You got up from your spot and dusted your clothes off.
Kazuha walks over to you with a smile on his face. “May I accompany you?” Kazuha asks, looking at you curiously— the way he stares at you with curiosity, his head tilting to the side, reminding you of a confused yet curious puppy.
You smile back at Kazuha. “Of course you can, Kazuha! I’d love to have you keep me company and help me bring back lunch for everyone,” You said.
Before you and Kazuha walk off, Diluc grabs you by your wrist and gently pulls you to him. “Do you need any mora for the food? Buying food for this many people can be expensive,” Diluc says, crossing his arms over his chest.
You shook your head. “No mora needed, Diluc! I bought mora with me!” You said proudly, pulling a bag of mora out from your bag and holding it up to show to Diluc and the others. “See! I’m prepared this time with the moras I’ve earned from working at the Maid cafe.” You smile widely.
“You mean the job you worked at in the past?” Scaramouche asks, looking over at you with his eyebrows raised.
You pursed your lips together and nodded your head slowly. “Yes, Scaramouche. That is correct.” You were about to walk off before it dawned on you. You turned towards the other men and looked at them curiously, pointing at the group. “Is there any specific food you guys want to eat?” You ask.
“I think any food should be good as long as there’s no ingredient that we’re allergic to. And by we, I mean Itto.” Thoma says, pointing his thumb over to the oni.
“Of course! I’ll make sure to order food that doesn’t have any ingredients that any of you could be allergic to,” You said. “Anything else you guys want me to make a note of?” You question, putting the bag of mora into your bag.
“If you’re able to, maybe have the restaurant label some of the food containers so some of us wouldn’t accidentally try something we’re not fond of,” Venti suggested.
Your eyes light up, and you nod your head. “Right! Can’t forget about the labels.” You said.
After gathering information and suggestions from the men, you and Kazuha walk to the biggest restaurant in Inazuma. Entering the restaurant, you and Kazuha noticed that it was quite a full house; therefore, it might take some time to order food to go.
“Do you want to order, or do you want me to order?” Kazuha asks. He glances over at the menu and then looks over at you.
You pressed your lips into a thin line before answering, “Both of us can order something! After all, I wouldn’t know what to pick for the others to eat.” Kazuha nods his head and grabs you by your wrist, and leads you to the front of the restaurant, where the menu hangs.
Both you and Kazuha stood at the front of the restaurant, pondering what you two should order for the other men. Before you made an order, you and Kazuha strictly told the workers not to add any beans to the food that may have it as an ingredient. Once you and Kazuha were able to order food for everyone, you handed the bag of mora over to the cashier.
“It’s a lot of food, but at least everyone will be satisfied with what we ordered for them!” You smiled happily.
Kazuha quickly excuses himself for a moment, saying something about how he’s going to take a restroom break and will be returning momentarily. You nodded your head and watched Kazuha walk to the small room at the corner of the restaurant where the restroom was located. You weaved through a crowd of people, trying to get to the wall to wait for your order. Your foot gets caught in one of the loose boards of the restaurant.
Just when you were close to hitting the floor, someone reached out and caught you by your waist and your biceps. The person helps you up and pushes through the crowd of customers in the restaurant, muttering something under their breath. You and the stranger stood by the wall, away from the large group of people in the restaurant.
“Are you okay?” The man asks, squatting down in front of you to get a clear look at your face.
You give the man a grateful smile and nod your head. “Thank you for saving me from hitting my head on one of those wooden stools. It would’ve been bad if it did happen.” You reply.
You feel heat rush to your cheeks when you realize how attractive your savior is. You blinked and came to a realization after getting a much closer look at him. The blond male looks at you curiously before standing back up, towering over you.
“Do you… know Kazuha by any chance?” You whispered.
His eyes light up. “Of course I do! He’s my best friend! Do you know him by any chance?” He asks, tilting his head to the side while leaning on the wall with his right arm propping him up. You smile widely and nod your head at his question. Now, how in the world are you going to tell him that you’re dating him along with twenty other men? Now that you think about it, would it be a good idea to let him know that you’re dating his best friend?
“We’re actually dating!” You said, feeling your cheeks becoming hot.
The man’s eyes widen. “You two are dating?! And he didn’t tell me?!” The blond man gasps dramatically. “That punk, hiding his cute lover from his own best friend.” He clicks his tongue with disapproval, and the corners of his lips quirked up.
“He has talked about you a lot; Kazuha speaks very highly of you.” You said softly, and a tiny smile appeared on your face.
“My name’s Tomo, in case he hasn’t told you my name yet,” Tomo says, holding his hand out for you to shake.
You grab Tomo’s hand and shake it firmly. “It’s nice to finally meet you, Tomo! My name’s [Y/N].”
“[Y/N], huh? A fitting name for someone as cute as you,” Tomo says. He reaches up and pinches your cheeks lightly with a grin on his face.
You glared at Tomo and lightly slapped his hand away from your face. “Hey, no pinching! That is reserved for my boyfriends only!” You huffed, looking away from Tomo.
Tomo’s eyebrows quirk up at your comment. “BoyfriendS? As in more than one person?” Tomo asks, crossing his arms over his chest.
“Yes.” You muttered under your breath, continuing to look away from Tomo.
Tomo chuckles. “Listen, I’m not judging you, alright? I can see why so many men want to date you. You’re adorable!” Tomo says, patting the top of your head with an endearing smile on his face.
“Say….” You trailed off when you caught the sight of his electro vision. “What’s it like to have a vision?” You ask, looking over at Tomo curiously.
Tomo raises an eyebrow at you. “Do you not have a vision?” His eyes scan your body for a vision.
You shook your head at his question. “I don’t have a vision, but it’d be pretty cool if I got one!” You said, smiling at Tomo. If you were from Teyvat, that is.
“Hm, well, having a vision is like—”
“[Y/N]!” You turn towards the direction where the voice came from and see Kazuha emerging from the crowd of people. Kazuha’s eyes land on you, and a relieved smile appears on his face.
“There you are! I was worried that you might’ve left.” Kazuha says, stopping in front of you.
You smile and pat Kazuha’s cheek. “No need to worry, Kazuha! I was just talking to—” you turn to face Tomo only to see that he is gone. “Huh. That’s odd. He was just here a second ago.” You muttered.
“Boo.”
You let out a gasp and jolt in your spot. Your head snaps towards the direction where the voice came from, only to see Kazuha and Tomo doubling over each other, their bodies shaking, their hands covering their mouths. You cursed under your breath before lightly hitting both Kazuha and Tomo’s arms, face heating up.
“That’s not funny! Stop laughing!” You whine, stomping your feet on the ground before turning to look away from the two men with your arms over your chest.
“I didn’t know you were jumpy.” Tomo teases, poking your ribcage lightly.
You growled and slapped Tomo’s hands away from your ribcage. Tomo snorts, throws his arms around your shoulders, and pulls you to his side while rubbing the top of your head with his knuckles.
“Ow! Ow! Unhand me, you uncivilized fool!” You hissed, thrashing around in his arms. “I don’t care how handsome you are!” You added, jabbing him in the ribs with your index and middle finger.
“Wow, feisty one, aren’t you?” Tomo lets out a burst of boisterous laughter.
Kazuha stands to the side and watches you and Tomo bicker with a look of amusement on his face. Not once did he imagine you, his significant other, meeting Tomo, his best friend, only to bicker like siblings. After what felt like an hour, Tomo finally releases you from the clutches of his hands and gives you an innocent smile, as if he didn’t mess up your hair and poke you in the ribs moments ago.
“I think our food is ready to go. If you’ll excuse me, I’m going to get the food.” You huffed, walking away from Kazuha and Tomo, weaving through the crowd of people waiting to be seated or just waiting for their take-out orders.
Once you had successfully pushed through the crowd of patrons, you grabbed the bag that had your and Kazuha’s name on it before walking back to where Kazuha and Tomo stood. The paper bag was heavy; no surprise there. You’re just glad that they labeled the take-out boxes, or else someone is going to be eating something they’re not too fond of.
“Our food is ready! Should we go back to the guys now? I bet they’re starving.” You said, adjusting the paper bags in your hands.
“Here, let me help you with that,” Tomo says. Tomo reaches down and grabs two out of five bags from your grasp and smiles at you. “The bag looks heavy; we wouldn’t want you to drop it because of the weight,” Tomo adds.
You cocked your eyebrow at Tomo. “What? Trying to save face now after what you have done to me?” You huffed, looking away from Tomo, your eyebrows furrowing.
“Oh, come on [Y/N]! Don’t be like that.” He pouts at you while batting his eyelashes.
You mumble to yourself and hand the other bag to Kazuha, who is stifling his laughter behind his pursed lips. You, Kazuha, and Tomo walk back to where the men were sitting, patiently waiting for you and Kazuha to come back with food to eat. Upon your, Kazuha, and Tomo’s arrival, the men hound the three of you for food.
“Who’s that guy?” Dainsleif asks, gesturing his head toward Tomo’s direction before slurping up the udon noodles.
You hum and wipe your lips on your napkin. “That’s Tomo, Kazuha’s best friend! I met him today while Kazuha and I were ordering food.” You reply, lifting up your chopsticks to grab the imitation crab and munch on it.
Xiao cocks his eyebrows at you. “I thought you hated seafood.”
“I do, but imitation crab is excused from my hatred towards seafood.” You reply, shoveling glass noodles into your mouth, almost moaning from how delicious the food tasted.
Kaeya rests his head on your shoulders before stealing a piece of your narutomaki. “Is there a reason why you dislike seafood?” He asks, pressing a quick kiss on your cheeks after putting the narutomaki into his mouth.
“My family was obsessed with seafood! They would always have seafood when we celebrate something or when we want to go out and eat somewhere. They always choose seafood buffets, and I got tired of constantly eating seafood,” You reply. Your face scrunches up with distaste before continuing to slurp up your noodles. Your family ate seafood so often when while you were growing up that you developed a distaste for seafood. If you were to eat seafood from time to time, then perhaps you wouldn’t dislike seafood as much as you do now.
“So, what I’m hearing is…. Your family is the problem.” Tighnari says, tapping on his chin with the end of the wooden chopsticks.
You nod your head with a shrug. “You can say that, yes. Plus, I’m not really fond of the fishiness and oceany taste of seafood.” You added.
“As long as you’re not allergic to seafood, then that would be bad,” Albedo says, eyeing the imitation crab between your chopsticks.
Al Haitham raises his eyebrows at Albedo. “Why would it be a bad thing if they’re allergic to seafood?”
Cyno’s head snaps toward Al Haitham’s direction. “Are you implying that it would be a good thing if they’re allergic to seafood?”
Al Haitham rolls his eyes. “I’m not implying anything, you idiot.”
Cyno narrows his eyes at Al Haitham before zapping Al Haitham’s tempura off his plate. “Guess you didn’t sea that coming.” Cyno snorted. Al Haitham glares at Cyno before picking up the tempura and places it on the pile of napkins.
Baizhu chuckles and shakes his head. “They always bicker with each other, and Cyno is always the one to come up with a joke in the end,” Baizhu murmurs, eating his sushi roll beside Ayato.
Ayato sighs. “It’s something we’ll have to get used to from now on. I have to say; their bickering is quite entertaining.” Ayato mutters to Baizhu, who nods his head in agreement.
Tomo walks up to you and sits beside you, his shoulders brushing against yours. “How do you deal with these men? Just being around them and seeing how they interact with each other is….” Tomo trails off, unsure of what he should say next.
“Overwhelming? Headache inducing?” You ask, the corners of your lips quirking up.
Tomo laughs and shakes his head. “It’s entertaining. Being able to see people from different regions bond and bicker with one another while having one common interest.” Tomo says, brushing his bangs away from his eyes.
“Uh, having visions? Being attractive?” You list, stroking your chin.
“No, being with you,” Tomo says, bumping shoulders with you. “They all care about you, and it’s sweet! I may have met you not too long ago, but I can see why they care about you so much.” Tomo smiles at you.
“Well, I hope you can see that I care about them too. Each and every single one of them.” You look over at the men with a small smile on your face.
Tomo leans close to you. “If you want another person in your growing harem, would you want me to be part of it?” His warm breath was fanning your face, sending chills down your spine and goosebumps appearing on your arms. Shit. Would you want Tomo to be in your harem? You’re about to answer Tomo’s pressing question, only to be cut off by a loud whine.
“Snookums!!! Are there forks somewhere? You know I can’t use chopsticks! My chopsticks skills are lacking, and I still need practice!” Childe wails, shoving his way between you and Tomo before nuzzling up against you like a puppy demanding attention.
“Aw man, I think they forgot to give us some forks.” You muttered, reaching over to the paper bag and searching through it. “Oh, yep. They forgot to give us some forks.” You sigh. Childe shrugs his shoulders nonchalantly before throwing his arms over your shoulders, burying his face into your neck before peppering kisses all over your neck. You pat Childe’s head lightly before looking over at Tomo, who is staring at Childe with an amused look on his face.
“My, quite affectionate, aren’t you?” Tomo asks. Tomo crosses his arms over his chest, gazing at Childe with the corner of his lips quirking up. “Anyway, what is your answer?” Tomo turns his head to you.
“My answer?” You squeaked.
Tomo nods his head. “I believe that I would make an amazing lover of yours. After all, I know how to get under that cute skin of yours.” Tomo grabs your right hand and lifts it to his lips before planting a kiss on your knuckles. You look at Tomo with wide eyes; the two of you make eye contact before he gives you a wink.
Childe glowers and yanks your hand out of Tomo’s grasp. Childe suddenly stands up, grabs Tomo firmly by the back of his collar, and drags him over to where Kazuha is standing with Gorou and Itto while eating his dry-braised salted fish. Childe pushes Tomo over to Kazuha and crosses his arms over his chest with a glare.
“You should learn not to touch other men’s significant other, or else it’ll get you into trouble,” Childe growls, glaring at Tomo.
Tomo’s shoulders shake, covering his mouth behind his hand. “You sure are possessive, aren’t you? A bit ironic since you do share [Y/N] with twenty-three other men.” Tomo raises his eyebrows at Childe.
You gripped Childe by the biceps, your nails digging into the sleeve of his jacket. “Childe, please don’t start any trouble.” You whisper, tugging onto his arms. “He’s just trying to rile you up.” You whisper.
Childe’s shoulders sag, sighing in defeat. Childe looks over at Tomo from the corner of his eyes with a sharp glare turning to walk away. Childe throws his arms over your shoulders and drags you over to where the others stand while Tomo watches the two of you walk away.
Itto places his hand on Tomo’s shoulders. “Tomo, you’re a good guy and everything, but I wouldn’t mess with Childe if I were you.”
“Yeah! He’s a Fatui Harbinger! The man is dangerous all around! You don’t want to be picking fights with a man who is always bloodthirsty.” Gorou frowns, slowly slurping up his ramen nervously.
Tomo chuckles. “I’ll be fine. Besides, it’s not like he can attack me if he wants to. [Y/N] has him on a tight leash.” Tomo smiles, his electro-vision glimmering under the sunlight.
Zhongli glares at Childe when you and Childe walk up to him. “You need to control your temperament more, Childe. Lashing out at another person in public is inappropriate.”
Ayato chuckles, approaching the three of you with Thoma in tow. “Childe lashing out at Tomo for being touchy with [Y/N] is no surprise.”
“I think out of all of us, Childe isn’t afraid to show his possessive side,” Thoma commented, taking a bite out of his tri-colored Dango.
“He’s also clingy.” You snorted. Childe pouts and hugs you to his chest tightly, resting his chin on top of your head. “And a big baby.” You said, reaching up to pat his cheeks.
“Is anyone done eating their food? We should head back to the abode once everyone is done eating their food.” Diluc says before tossing his trash into the garbage bin.
Your eyes widen before you rip Childe’s arms off your body. “I’m not done eating my noodles!” You exclaimed, running over to your now cold noodles. You grumble to yourself and scoop the noodles and shovel them into your mouth. Oh, yeah. The noodles are cold.
“Let me guess. Your noodles are cold now, and the noodles sucked up the majority of the broth.” Heizou says, resting his arm on top of your head.
You begin to sulk and nod your head at Heizou’s observation. “You’re correct.” You sniffle, resting your head on his hips while sorrowfully chewing on your cold glass noodles.
Once everyone finishes eating their food, you all decide to sit under the sakura tree in Inazuma to digest your food. Your head is resting on Scaramouche’s lap while your leg is tossed over Kazuha’s lap. You’re fast asleep. When you finished eating your noodles, you told the men that you wanted to rest under the sakura tree to digest your food before returning to the abode. And now you’re asleep on Kazuha and Scaramouche’s lap, with Scaramouche playing with your hair, his head resting against the tree trunk.
“I can see why you all like [Y/N],” Tomo murmurs to Kazuha, taking a peek at your unconscious body.
Kazuha smiles and rubs his thumb over your thighs. Kazuha’s gaze slowly lingers over your sleeping face; you look at peace. A sakura petal lands on your face, tickling your nose. You scrunch your face up and swat it off while remaining unconscious.
“How can we not? They’re special, and they mean the world to us.” Scaramouche speaks up, continuing to play with your hair before running his slim fingers through your hair.
Tomo hums, leaning back with both of his arms propping him up. “It’s rare to see this kind of relationship in Teyvat. Maybe it was normal a long time ago, but this is my first time seeing a relationship like this. A polyamorous relationship.”
“Just to let you know, we’re only interested in [Y/N], not each other,” Tighnari says, plucking a sakura blossom off the ground before letting it get carried away by the wind.
Tomo snorts. “Yeah, I can see that very clearly. You all look at [Y/N] like a bunch of lovesick puppies when they’re not looking.” Tomo says.
“They appear in our world because perhaps a Celestial god wants to give us someone that knows us all very well and…” Aether trails off, rubbing the back of his neck. How in the world is he going to come up with a backstory without giving away that you’re not from this universe?
“Where are we going to explore next? I was thinking somewhere in Sumeru after this.” Kaeya changes the subject, closing his eyes when a gentle breeze fans his face.
Xiao crosses his arms over his chest and looks out to the ocean. “I heard that General Gorou wants us all to go to Watasumi Island to explore. After all, we’ve never visited Watasumi Island before,” Xiao answers, not taking his eyes away from the ocean view.
“That is true. While we stay in the abode and would visit the cities often, we have yet to explore other parts of the four nations.” Albedo says, putting his pencil and sketchpad down on the grass.
“Maybe we should visit Stormterror’s Lair when we stop by Mondstadt! We’ve visited Windrise plenty of times already, and I think a change of scenery would be nice.” Venti says casually, his lyre materializing in his hands before he lays down on the ground.
Dainsleif sighs. “If we are going to visit Stormterror’s Lair, we better make sure that [Y/N] doesn’t roam off on their own. We wouldn’t want them to get injured or run into danger while alone,” Dainsleif says, looking over where you slept.
“I’ll be bringing a first aid kit with us when we visit Stormterror’s Lair.” Baizhu smiles.
You toss and turn in your sleep, mumbling incoherent words to yourself, making the others around you chuckle. Itto pulls out his kamera and snaps a picture of you, almost wincing when the flight flashes and the kamera clicks loudly. You crack your eyes open at the sound and rub your eyes sleepily.
“Oh shit, I fell asleep, didn’t I?” You mumble, sitting up.
Pantalone chuckles. “You did, but that’s okay. You do need rest after pulling many all-nighters for school.” He rubs your head affectionately.
“Shall we all head back to the abode now? It seems like [Y/N] still needs their nap,” Dottore says. He gestures over to you, resting your head on Scaramouche’s shoulder, eyelids threatening to close.
“We shall.” Capitano nods his head, getting up from where he previously sat.
Pierro nudges you with his foot. “Wake up, little one. Say goodbye to the samurai’s friend before we go back to the abode.”
You rub your eyes, slowly getting up from the ground. “Bye, Tomo! It was nice meeting you!” You yawn.
Tomo smiles and wraps his arms around your shoulders. “It was nice meeting you too, [Y/N]. I hope we get to meet each other again one day.” He pats the top of your head.
“Me too!” You smile at Tomo before being dragged away by Childe.
A few days later, you and the men returned to Inazuma, but it was to Watasumi Island this time. Gorou is the tour guide for this next area, and since Kazuha is also familiar with Watasumi island, he also pointed out the unique and beautiful things about the region. You know that Watasumi Island is a beautiful region, but seeing it in person is even better than you thought.
“Do you think we can meet up with Kokomi if she’s not busy?” You ask, walking beside Gorou.
Gorou hums. “Her Excellency is currently having a meeting with Kujou Sara about strengthening the allyship between the Shogunate and the Resistance.”
“Aw, bummer. I wanted to meet Kokomi.” You sigh. “Maybe next time! It’d be nice to meet Kokomi and maybe Kujou Sara.” You said, turning around to take in the scenery around you.
“Pfft! Why would you want to meet Kujou Tengu? Her presence alone makes anyone want to scurry off in fear!” Itto says, rolling his eyes dramatically with his arms over his chest.
You snort at Itto’s comment and rub his back lightly. “I wouldn’t mind meeting anyone in Teyvat. Especially if that person is Shenhe herself.” You said, casually walking ahead of the others.
“Shenhe? Out of all people, why would you want to meet Shenhe?” Xiao asks, crossing his arms over his chest.
You let out an audible gasp. “Have you seen Shenhe? She’s perfect!” You gushed, covering both of your cheeks while holding back a squeal.
All of the men stop in their tracks and stare at you, collectively crossing their arms over their chests. Some are giving you the look of betrayal, while others are gazing at you curiously, almost with skepticism. You continue to walk backward, smiling at them sheepishly.
“Listen, I believe that I should be able to meet the women in Teyvat too, you know? I need friends!” You exclaim, throwing your hands in the air with a dramatic sigh.
Ayato lets out an amused huff. “Why need friends when you have us instead?” Ayato jokes.
You point an accusing finger at Ayato. “Don’t give me that look that would make me go all soft and mushy! I should be…. Upset!” You exclaimed, feeling your face becoming hot under his gaze. You know the men wouldn’t mind letting you have friends outside of the abode. But ever since your first friend incident, they’ve been a little bit more cautious about making friends with people in Teyvat. And you don’t blame them for being so cautious about the idea of you making new friends in Teyvat!
“But what if you end up liking them more than you like us?” Aether asks, popping up from behind you before resting his chin on your shoulders.
You pat Aether’s cheeks lightly. “Oh, Aether! All of you are my boyfriends! There’s nothing to worry about!” You smile, turning to press a kiss on his cheek. “But really, though, when can I be friends with these women? I think I’ll be great friends with Shenhe, Lumine, and Yelan!” You said, propping your hands on your hips with a big smile on your face.
Zhongli hums, resting his chin on his hand. “I’m sure you will be great friends with everyone. You’re a loveable person, so I don’t see why not.”
“But before you do become their friend, please let us do background checks on them,” Heizou says dramatically, draping himself over your shoulders, almost smacking Aether in the face.
You chuckle and pat Heizou’s head. “Alright, you all can do background checks on the people I might befriend,” You said. “Now! Let’s continue our little tour now, shall we?” You ask, taking Aether and Heizou’s arms off your shoulders while walking backward.
“Maybe you shouldn’t walk backward! You’re going to bump into something or someone.” Tighnari warns you.
Baizhu sighs and holds up the small white box. “It’s a good thing I brought the first aid kit.”
“Oh, relax! I’m not going to run into someone or something! I got this!” You chuckle. “But to ease your worries, I will turn around and walk normally.” You sigh dramatically.
You twirl around dramatically, only to bump into someone’s chest. The person grabs your arm to steady you before you can stumble back from the impact. “Oh! I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to—” Your eyes widen.
“No need to worry! I can see that you’re occupied. I should’ve moved out of the way to prevent this from happening.” The black-haired male laughs shyly, rubbing the back of his neck as blood rushes to the apples of his cheeks.
“Oh! Teppei! It’s good to see you!” Aether smiles widely, waving at the black-haired male named Teppei.
Teppei smiles widely. “It’s good to see you too, Aether! Care to introduce me to your twenty-four other friends?” Teppei waves at everyone in front of him with a sweet smile on his face.
“Oh, this is going to take a while,” Thoma murmurs to Diluc, who nods his head in agreement.
After Aether has introduced each person to Teppei, Aether pauses for a moment when he gets to you. You smile at Aether and pat his head at his uncertainty. It wasn’t because Aether didn’t want to introduce you to Teppei; it was because Aether didn’t know how else to introduce you. After all, everyone he has presented comes from a specific region in Teyvat. Minus Dainsleif.
“Teppei, meet [Y/N]! They mean the world to me, and they make me really happy.” Aether says, wrapping his arms around your waist with a shy smile on his face.
“They also mean the world to us too, but I guess since you’re introducing them, it would make sense,” Cyno mutters, looking off into the distance.
Teppei looks at you all curiously. “It’s nice to see friends that care about each other a lot!” Teppei smiles at everyone.
Scaramouche stares at Teppei blankly. “Right, friends. That is something that we all are.” The corners of his lips tilt up, but he presses his lips together to hide the smile that was creeping up his face.
“So, [Y/N]! If you don’t mind me asking, what region of Teyvat are you from?” Teppei asks.
You stare at Teppei blankly, unsure of what to say. You slowly turn to look at the other men, making a face that says, “what do I do?” The men make a face back in return, shrugging their shoulders. While you and the men are mentally communicating, Teppei stands to the side awkwardly, waiting for your response.
Venti lets out a nervous laugh. “[Y/N] is from a mysterious place! Somewhere we’re all not familiar with!” He rubs the back of his neck.
Teppei raises his eyebrows at everyone. “A mysterious place? Could it be Enkanomiya?”
Kaeya chuckles. “They’re not from Enkanomiya. Though, that would be interesting if they were to be from Enkanomiya.” Kaeya strokes his chin and looks over at you.
You let out a nervous laugh. “My place of origin isn’t important right now, Teppei! What’s important is exploring Watasumi Island! I’ve never explored this beautiful island, so I would like to explore as much as I can before heading home,” You said.
“I agree; the region is not only beautiful, but the environment is intriguing.” Albedo murmurs from beside you.
“Oh! Well, if that’s the case, then I’ll gladly be everyone’s tour guide alongside General Gorou and Aether!” Teppei smiles at everyone before leading the way with Aether and Gorou walking beside him.
You held onto Al Haitham’s arms tightly as everyone crossed the bridge. You completely forgot how high up things are on Watasumi Island. The sound of waterfalls and the Nobushis sitting in different locations, minding their business while on edge for any potential targets, was making you feel a little bit anxious.
“Are you alright?” Al Haitham asks, placing his hand on the small of your back.
You laugh nervously and bury your face into Al Haitham’s arms. “I’ll be okay as long as I’m with you guys. I completely forgot that Watasumi Island is high up.” You clear your throat, tightening your grip around his arms.
Teppei pauses in his steps and turns around, making eye contact with you. “We can take a break from the tour around Watasumi Island if you like! I’m not sure if all of you had anything to eat today yet, but we can stop by a camp and cook something for everyone to eat.”
Diluc nods his head. “I agree. We should all take a short break and have something to eat before continuing the tour of Watasumi Island.”
“I’m sure [Y/N] is starting to get hungry,” Dainsleif commented.
You were about to protest when you felt your stomach growl. You pucker your lips and slowly nod your head. “Dainsleif’s correct. I’m starting to get hungry.” You said, rubbing your growling stomach.
“Alright, then, let’s head to the nearest camp and cook some food for us to eat!” Teppei says happily, leading everyone to the closest camp— which is about fifty meters from where you’re all currently located.
When everyone arrived at the campsite, you offered to help the men cook food. Since they wanted you to rest and enjoy the scenery of Watasumi Island, you find yourself sitting about ten feet from the campsite, sitting with your legs crossed while leaning back on your arms. It has been a while since you’ve been able to relax like this. Well, it has been a while because you’re now an Akademiya student who barely has enough time to sit back and relax ever since the quarter has begun. You close your eyes and let the cool breeze fan your face; you breathe in the scent of the food wafting in the air.
“May I keep you company?”
You crack your eyes open and look up at where the voice is coming from. Teppei was smiling down at you shyly, the pink color tinting the apples of his pale cheeks.
You smile widely and nod your head. “Of course, Teppei! I wouldn’t mind you keeping me company while we wait for the food to be finished cooking.” You said, tapping the spot beside you.
“If you don’t mind me asking, how come the others don’t want you to cook something to eat?” Teppei asks, looking over at you curiously.
“Oh, it’s because I’m an awful cook and almost burned the estate down one time.” You reply nonchalantly. Teppei looks at you in horror and concern. You snorted and shook your head. “I’m kidding, Teppei!” You lightly nudged him with your elbows.
“Is there a real reason why?” Teppei tilts his head to the side.
You shook your head. “Not really. Thoma is usually the one that cooks for everyone; he’s an amazing cook! I do cook sometimes, but ever since I started going to school, I didn’t have time to cook food. I have to focus on my studies and wasn’t home as much on the weekdays.” You explain.
“That’s understandable! I was worried that you almost burnt the entire house down with your cooking.” Teppei laughs awkwardly.
You shake your head. “Oh, no, no! If I was a horrible cook, I wouldn’t step foot in the kitchen or near the stove!”
Silence fell between you and Teppei; both of you admired the beautiful sight of Watasumi Island. In the background, you can hear the men bicker with each other over what food to cook and how much should be cooked, while Zhongli and Dainsleif scold them for almost spilling the ingredients.
“I’m curious. What is your relationship with these men?” Teppei’s question catches you off guard. “I was under the impression that you’re all close friends who are roommates with each other, but the more I spend time with all of you, I couldn’t help but notice that there is something more than just being friends and roommates,” Teppei says. Teppei starts to mess with his shirt, glancing at you from the corner of his eyes.
“Oh! A-And what would that be?” You laugh nervously. You know Teppei isn’t the kind of guy that would judge a relationship, but you didn’t want Teppei to feel uncomfortable about the topic of one person dating over twenty people.
Teppei hums and leans back on his hands. “I saw the way they stare at you when you’re admiring the view of Watasumi Island. Not to mention when you tripped and almost fell off the cliff, they hounded you like rifthounds to make sure you’re okay and safe.”
You sigh in defeat and nod your head. “Alright, I admit it. We’re not just roommates and friends, but we’re also lovers.”
“How does that work?” Teppei asks, squinting his eyes as he tries to imagine how a relationship with over twenty people works.
You blink at Teppei. “How does what work? The relationship?” Teppei nods his head before motioning over to where the other men stood, particularly Childe, Zhongli, Dainsleif, Al Haitham, Xiao, Cyno, Scaramouche, and the four Harbingers stood.
“Those groups of people look like they’re possessive. Specifically, those four scary ones that are wearing masks and are wearing fancy clothing.” You snort at Teppei’s observation of the men in your growing harem of men.
“You’d be surprised! While they seem like they’re possessive, they’re actually okay with sharing me with the others,” You said slowly. “With an exception, of course.” You quickly added.
“Exception?” Teppei raises an eyebrow at you.
You shake your head. “You don’t want to know, trust me. What Tomo received is lighter compared to what others have gotten.”
Teppei opens his mouth to say something but is cut off by Thoma walking up to you with a plate of food in his hands. You smile at Thoma gratefully and grab the plate from his hands before digging into your food as he sits down beside you.
“I never got to ask you this, but how were your studies?” Thoma asks. He pulls your hair back and brushes the stray hairs from your face.
You sigh dramatically and chew your food. You hold up your index finger and swallow the food. “It’s even more stressful than the university in my world.” You said without even realizing it.
Thoma’s eyes widen, and he looks over at Teppei, who is giving you a questioning look. You slowly look up, your eyes wide after it dawns on you that you kind of exposed your origin.
“Shit.” You muttered.
“Your world? What do you mean by your world?” Teppei questions, crossing his arms over his chest.
You laugh nervously. “Oh! Would you look at that? It looks like someone’s calling for me!” You squeak, getting up from your seat before rushing over to where the others stand, with Thoma following after you. Teppei watches you and Thoma with a quizzical look before slowly getting up from where he sat.
After everyone has finished eating, you all continue your tour around the Island. From time to time, the men couldn’t help but notice that Teppei was sneaking glances over in your direction. The look on Teppei’s face is hard to decipher. On your last stop at Watasumi Island (it was the Sangonomiya Shrine), everyone crowds on the bridge to admire the architecture of the building. You stand in front of the pillar, leaning up against it while admiring your boyfriends from afar with a small smile on your face. The way they look at the shrine in awe is adorable, and you wish you have a kamera on you to capture that moment.
You feel someone tap on your shoulders. You turn your head and see Teppei standing there, giving you a shy smile before gesturing you to follow him. You and Teppei walk down the steps of the Sangonomiya Shrine and sit at the edge of the seashell.
“Today is our last meeting, isn’t it?” Teppei asks sadly.
You blink at Teppei. “What do you mean by last meeting? The guys and I can always come back to the Sangonomiya Shrine to visit! Plus, I would love to meet Kokomi too, if she’s not busy.” You said.
Teppei places a hesitant hand over yours, interlocking his fingers with yours. “What I meant is that our meeting is a cruel fate.”
You furrow your eyebrows. “A cruel fate?” You whisper. Teppei smiles sadly and nods his head, squeezing your hand lightly. You look down at your and Teppei’s interlocked fingers in confusion. What did he mean by that?
“Can you please elaborate on that? I may be an Akademiya student, but that doesn’t make me a mind reader or good at riddles.” You joke lightly.
Teppei gives you a pained smile. “It’s too early for you to go. You still have a lot of places to explore.”
You open your mouth to respond.
“Yo, [Y/N]! It’s time to go! Venti over here wants to go to Stormterror’s Lair right now!” Itto hollers from the other side of the Sangonomiya Shrine.
Your eyes widen. “Huh? Already? I thought we were going to visit Stormterror’s Lair tomorrow!” You exclaimed, pulling your hand out of Teppei’s grasp and getting up from the ground while dusting your clothes off.
“Yes, but since it’s almost nightfall, the Stormterror’s Lair will be lit up, and it’s going to be a breathtaking sight! I want you to be able to see it before this phenomenon is gone.” Venti exclaims, skipping over to where you stand.
You hum and stroke your chin for a second. “A phenomenon, you say? Well, then, that means we can’t miss out on it! We should take pictures while we’re there!” You chimed.
Heizou smiles and points his thumb over in Itto’s direction. “It’s a good thing that Itto brought his kamera with him! I’m sure you’ll be able to take as many photos as you like!” Heizou reaches up and caresses your face in his hands.
“Hey, Baizhu. You have the first aid kit with you, right?” Tighnari asks, turning over to the green-haired male.
Baizhu smiles and nods his head. “I do. I brought it with me just in case something goes down south while we explore Watasumi Island.” Baizhu holds up the white first aid kit.
“Guys, come on. I’m not that clumsy. You don’t see me falling all over the place everywhere I go,” You said.
“I don’t know. You did fall for all of us.” Cyno strokes his chin while gazing at you skeptically.
Al Haitham looks over at Cyno, unamused with the play on words. Al Haitham shakes his head with an eye roll.
Al Haitham grabs your hands and pulls you forward. “We should head off soon, or else we’ll miss this phenomenon Venti spoke about.”
You and the men bid Teppei goodbyes before walking to the closest waypoint near the Sangonomiya Shrine. Teppei watched the distance grow wider and wider as you and the men walked to the waypoint. Teppei’s chest begins to throb in his chest, swallowing a lump in his throat.
When you and the men arrived at the Stormterror’s Lair, night had fallen, and the twenty-five of you approached the lair. The night air sent chills down your spine, causing you to shudder at the breeze. Diluc took notice and took his coat off, draping it over your shoulders. You give Diluc a grateful smile and snuggle into his jacket, sighing in contentment when warmth engulfs your body.
Everyone crosses over the bridge and comes to a halt halfway. “Whoa! That’s so cool!” You gasp in awe, staring at the glowing building in front of you. Venti wasn’t wrong when he said that the phenomenon is a breathtaking sight. You wonder why the Stormterror’s Lair emits this beautiful yet ominous glow from it. Either way, you’re not complaining at all! If you’re able to witness this phenomenon with the loves of your life, then you’re not complaining one bit. As long as you’re with them, seeing this beautiful sight live, you’re not going to question it.
“I have to say; this phenomenon is beautiful,” Ayato says, his blue eyes taking in sight in front of him with his mouth agape.
“I agree! It’s a rare sight to see; it’s one of my favorite things about Old Mondstadt.” An unfamiliar voice chimes in.
Everyone turns around and sees a male almost identical to Venti, only his braids aren’t blue at the tips, nor does he wear the same clothing as the anemo archon. You look at Venti, then over at the black-haired male standing beside Venti; they’re the same height. The male has a soft smile on his face, a lyre in his hands, and the breeze blowing in his black hair.
“Nameless Bard?” You whisper.
The Nameless Bard looks over at you, his eyes meeting yours. A smile appears on his face; he walks towards you before stopping in front of you. Nameless Bard looks down at you with his stormy gray eyes. You feel your face heat up under his gaze.
“So, you’re this special person that Venti couldn’t stop talking about.” Nameless Bard commented. You feel your face heat up even more at his comment before looking over at Venti.
“Hey! You promised me that you wouldn’t tell Windblume!” Venti whines, jumping onto Nameless Bard’s back.
Nameless Bard laughs and lightly bats at Venti, pushing Venti off of him. “Oh, come on, Barbatos! I’m sure that everyone knows about your love for Windblume. After all, you’ve written lots of ballads about them.” The Nameless Bard pokes Venti in the ribs, making Venti sputter and laugh nervously.
“Shall we start the tour of the Stormterror’s Lair? The phenomenon is much more beautiful when you’re close to it.” said the Nameless Bard, flashing his pearly whites at you all.
“Well, lead the way!” Scaramouche gestures for the Nameless Bard to the ruins that were once Old Mondstadt.
Nameless Bard smiles widely and walks through the crowd before catching onto your wrist, bringing you along with him. You turn to look back at the other men with wide eyes, unsure of what to say, but you go along with it. Something tells you that Nameless Bard knew that you’re not exactly from Teyvat— maybe Venti told Nameless Bard that you’re not from Teyvat unless Nameless Bard knew the minute his eyes landed on you.
The closer you all got to the Stormterror’s Lair, the brighter the light became. You stopped in your tracks and shielded your eyes from the brightness before turning around, your back facing the building. You blink away the black dots in your vision, the men standing around you, doing the same thing as you.
“Is it just me, or did the light suddenly get brighter the closer we approached it?” Gorou asks, covering his eyes with both of his hands.
“It’s not just you. It’s strange that the light got brighter all of a sudden.” Diluc mutters, his eyes glued to the ground.
Xiao looks over at Venti and the Nameless Bard. “Is that supposed to happen if people approach closer to the building?”
“I don’t think it’s supposed to happen, but I notice something strange the closer we get to the building.” Nameless Bard taps on his chin. Everyone looks at the Nameless Bard curiously, waiting for him to explain what he has noticed.
“And what would that be?” Zhongli asks, raising an eyebrow at the black-haired male standing beside you.
“Dainsleif, would you mind stepping close to the barrier?” Nameless Bard asks.
Dainsleif raises his eyebrows at the Nameless Bard, internally asking himself as to how the black-haired male knew his name when everyone hadn’t introduced themselves to him. Without questioning the Nameless Bard, Dainsleif walks over to the barrier before turning to look at everyone else.
“Alright, now, [Y/N], you take a step towards the barrier.” Nameless Bard lightly nudges you toward the barrier.
You hesitated for a moment before slowly walking to the barrier. With each step you take, the light emitting from the building grows brighter and brighter, thus blinding everyone in its presence. You stop in front of the barrier, your hands covering your eyes from the overwhelming brightness that was coming from behind the anemo wall.
“That is strange,” Kaeya mutters, squinting at the sight in front of him and the others.
“Is there a meaning why the light gets brighter the closer [Y/N] is to the barrier?” Albedo asks, looking over at the Nameless Bard.
Childe takes in a deep breath before motioning for you to come back. You walk away from the barrier and stand next to Childe; Childe immediately grabs your hands and squeezes them. You give Childe a smile and squeeze his hands back.
“All [Y/N] has to do is not to walk into the light.” Nameless Bard says.
“What?” You ask, your eyebrows furrowing.
Nameless Bard steps in front of you and places his hand on your shoulders. “Don’t walk to the light. Stay as far from it as possible, you hear me? You still have many places to explore.” Nameless Bard gives you a rueful smile.
“Teppei said that to me.” You whisper.
“[Y/N].” You look around in confusion.
“Come on, wake up!” Wake up? Were you asleep this entire time throughout your and the men’s exploration around Inazuma, Watasumi Island, and the Stormterror’s Lair? Speaking of Stormterror’s Lair, you barely explored the area. What was going on?
“They’re losing too much blood! How did this happen!?” You hear Dainsleif demand; his voice sounds much closer. You turn to look at the men around you, only to find yourself alone, standing in front of the Nameless Bard, who smiles at you sadly.
“Your time isn’t up yet. Go back. You’ll be okay.” He squeezes your shoulders gently.
You close your eyes. The frantic voices around you soon grew louder and louder. You feel someone shake you and lightly pat your cheeks. Something wet fell onto your cheeks, the warm liquid slowly trailing down your cheeks.
“Please, wake up. You can’t leave us like this.” Childe cries, continuing to pat your cheeks.
Pierro shakes his head. “You were all being too wreckless, and now look what happened.” Pierro pinches the bridge of his nose with a sharp exhale.
Al Haitham pushes Childe away from you and watches Baizhu scoop you up into his arms and press a cloth over the gaping wound on your back. You wince and crack your eyes open, looking around with bleary eyes.
“It hurts.” You whisper, tears blurring your vision.
“We know, sweetheart. We’re going to clean and patch up your wound before we take you to the infirmary.” Baizhu says.
You whimper. “What happened? I thought we were exploring the regions with Tomo, Teppei, and the Nameless Bard.” You mumble, gripping Baizhu’s shirt tightly.
“Who?” Itto asks.
“A friend of mine, Kazuha, Gorou, and Venti,” Aether says, pressing his lips in a thin line.
“The friends that are no longer with us in this world,” Thoma whispers to Itto, whose eyes widen.
You bury your face into Baizhu’s neck, gripping his shirt so tightly that you can feel your nails digging into the palm of your hands through the fabric of Baizhu’s shirt.
“You’ll be okay. Just keep your eyes open for us, alright?” Tighnari says, brushing your hair away from your damp forehead.
You nod your head weakly, letting Baizhu carry you to the infirmary at the abode with the men following closely behind. While Baizhu takes you to the infirmary, you can’t help but wonder what had happened before meeting Tomo at the restaurant in Inazuma. You have no recollection whatsoever, and maybe that’s why Teppei and the Nameless Bard were telling you that it wasn’t time for you to go yet and that you have more places to explore in Teyvat.
You later realize that you almost died, and the light that grew brighter the closer you got to it was the afterlife, and Nameless Bard was trying to stop you from going there. You almost died. Tomo, Teppei, and Nameless Bard were trying to find a way to get you to wake up this entire time, and you didn’t realize it at all.

Friends break up, friends get married
Strangers get born, strangers get buried
Trends change, rumors fly through new skies
But I'm right where you left me
The Earth is a curious and humorous thing. It rotates and rotates and rotates, going along it’s day no matter what— when someone gets a promotion it remains the same rotating sphere , when someone gives birth— bringing new life to the world; the Earth doesn’t even celebrate, when someone dies the globe spins like nothing has happened and their life never mattered.
So it’s humorous to you that you expect it to stop for a few minutes so you could catch a breather. Why should the Earth care about you? It doesn’t. Which is why it continues spinning— doing its job, just like everyone around you were.
Matches burn after the other
Pages turn and stick to each other
Wages earned and lessons learned
But I, I'm right where you left me
Everyone around you continues. Everyone is living their lives, people who lost jobs are going out to look for new ones, people who got embarrassed during a important meeting are dusting themselves off and going on with their day but you didn’t understand how you couldn’t seem to do the same— how could you remain frozen in your own mind.
It has been a year.
A year since it all happened.
A year since you last saw him.
And as pathetic as it sounds, you couldn’t do anything after what had happened.
You continued working, trying to distract yourself after constantly crying and questioning yourself for weeks— you lived with your parents for a couple of months, they took care of you, sympathized with you, and supported you— trying to get you back to your normal self.
But you refused to do so.
You didn’t know why.
Or maybe you did.
Help, I'm still at the restaurant
Still sitting in a corner I haunt
Cross-legged in the dim light
They say, "What a sad sight"
I, I swear you could hear a hair pin drop
Right when I felt the moment stop
Glass shattered on the white cloth
Everybody moved on
They told you to move on. They told you that you would find someone better, someone who would love you wholeheartedly, someone who wouldn’t leave you for someone else, someone who wasn’t Trevor.
But what if Trevor was the one you wanted?
You wanted him still even if he didn’t— not anymore at least.
Every time you closed your eyes to go to sleep, you would see the same thing— the red wine that dropped onto the white table cloth as it shattered across the table— your hand that was holding onto the discarded glass trembling with fear.
You remember the silence— the humming of the air conditioning at the restaurant, the thumping of your heart beating, the sound of your blood pumping in your ears— the sound of your heart trying not to shatter in pieces as you tried to hold it together.
The sound of Trevor’s voice as he explained, his guilty and somewhat pained voice entering your ears as he told you the story of what happened.
That was the last time you heard his voice and you cherished it every time he visited you in your sleep— your salty tears falling on your lips as you imagined his voice lulling you to sleep just like he used to do.
I, I stayed there
Dust collected on my pinned-up hair
They expected me to find somewhere
Some perspective, but I sat and stared
Right where you left me
You were so beautiful in your elegant back dress. Sitting in your seat— the same table you and Trevor would always reserve every time you ate in your favorite restaurant— the tiny little area secluded for just the two of you. It was your favorite place. The same place where he took you on your first date, the same place he asked you out to be his girlfriend, the same place you spent celebrating your first year anniversary— the same place where he broke your heart, the same place where he promised to propose, the same place where he said goodbye.
The same place where he left you.
You left me no, oh, you left me no
You left me no choice but to stay here forever
You left me, you left me no, oh, you left me no
You left me no choice but to stay here forever
You remembered how excited you were when you got a call from Trevor telling you that he wanted to talk to you— that he was gonna take you out to the same place. You remembered the huge grin on your face as you nodded in agreement giddily even though he couldn’t see you through the phone.
He loves you.
Your mind was running a hundred miles that second, thinking of all the possibly that you didn’t catch the edge in his voice. You remembered telling him that you loved him and getting a hum in response— you didn’t seem to catch it at the moment because of your excitement.
He loves you.
You remembered running to your room to get ready. The new black dress you recently acquired now sitting perfectly on your body— the pretty little pins you placed on your hair as you pinned them up.
He loves you.
Did you ever hear about the girl who got frozen?
Time went on for everybody else, she won't know it
She's still 23 inside her fantasy
How it was supposed to be
You remembered how excited you were when he finally knocked on your door— you bolted in your heels opening the door to reveal Trevor looking down at his shoes before looking up at you— he looked sad but you didn’t seem to notice at the moment.
You gave him the biggest smile and the biggest kiss. You failed to notice him stiffening against you but he kissed you with the same passion— at least he was trying to.
Trevor loved you. He truly did. Throughout four years of dating, his love for you was real— he still did love you. Just not the same way he did. He wasn’t in love with you anymore. Trevor knew he couldn’t keep doing it this with you anymore— not only was he hurting himself but you as well.
He kissed you as if it was his first.
Trevor knew.
Trevor knew it was the last.
He was saying goodbye to you.
Did you hear about the girl who lives in delusion?
Break-ups happen every day, you don't have to lose it
She's still 23 inside her fantasy
And you're sitting in front of me
At the restaurant, when I was still the one you want
Cross-legged in the dim light, everything was just right
As the two of you arrived at the restaurant— Trevor made sure to remember every last bit of you— he was hurting too but not as much as you were gonna be.
You really did thought.
You remembered thinking that this was the moment. You remembered your heart racing thinking that he was finally gonna go down on one knee. You remembered praying for him— not knowing that he wasn’t the one.
The same thing replays in your head every time you closed your eyes.
“I need to tell you something.” Trevor said somberly.
You remembered holding your breath but all you did was lose it.
You couldn’t breathe.
The same thing plays in your dreams, the same scenario, the same ending.
“I’m sorry, Y/N. I really am but I can’t keep doing this to myself, to you— I-I have fallen out of love.”
He said it as if it was the easiest thing that could happen.
How does one fall out of love?
How does one love you for four years and suddenly not anymore?
How does one mend a broken heart?
He loved you.
I, I could feel the mascara run
You told me that you met someone
Glass shattered on the white cloth
Everybody moved on
What was probably even more painful than finding out he fell out of love with you is the part when you find out he fell in love— with someone else.
He loves someone else. He feels the butterflies for someone else. He wake up for someone else. Not you— not anymore.
You remained quiet, staring at Trevor as he continues to explain and apologize but you refused to listen. Your tears trickle on your face, the mascara running along with your tears but you didn’t seem to care— the wine glass you were just holding now lay broken on the white table cloth— tinting it red as you notice the waitresses entering from your peripheral vision, alert by the sound of glass breaking.
They quickly excused themselves as they saw your state but you knew they were listening somewhere, gossiping to each other— they pitied you.
It was a sad sight.
Help, I'm still at the restaurant
Still sitting in a corner I haunt
Cross-legged in the dim light
They say, "What a sad sight"
I, I stayed there
You were stuck— you couldn’t escape. It has been a year and you were still there reliving the same scene over and over again, feeling the pain over and over again. You didn’t understand why you were doing this to yourself, maybe because a part of you knew that this was the only way you would get to see and hear Trevor again.
It was pathetic.
Maybe because you knew that every time you go to bed and dream about it all over again, you wished you would see a different outcome— maybe this time he does propose.
You were hurting yourself.
Maybe because once you went home that night you cried out all you water weight leaving you numb to the feeling and maybe the pain of reliving the same scene made you feel again.
Dust collected on my pinned-up hair
I'm sure that you got a wife out there
Kids and Christmas, but I'm unaware
'Cause I'm right where
I cause no harm, mind my business
If our love died young, I can't bear witness
You heard things throughout the year. Of course you did. Perks of having dated someone famous— they always talk about him and her.
Just like how they use to talk about your relationship with Trevor, they talk about his new girl.
They say how happier he was than he was with you which was l another slap on the face— you didn’t see how miserable Trevor has been with you the last years of your relationship.
You wanted to be happy for him for finally being happy but you couldn’t find the courage to do so. You wanted to be happy for him and her. You wanted to be thankful to her for taking care of him, for loving him the way he deserves— you really do.
But you couldn’t find yourself to do so.
You were stuck.
You were stuck while they lived their lives— there were talks and rumors of an engagement. Which slapped you harder than the previous. They’re talking about marriage— they’ve been dating for a year and he was gonna propose— it wasn’t confirmed nor denied but the thought alone stings.
Knowing that four years was not enough for him but a year with her was everything to him.
It hurts.
And it's been so long
But if you ever think you got it wrong
I'm right where you left me
You left me no, oh, you left me no
You left me no choice but to stay here forever
Maybe one day you’ll be back together or maybe in another life.
You could only hope you could escape, you desperately want to. You want to live again, you want to love again— maybe in the future someone chooses you and only you, maybe your dreams of getting married in Italy will come true, maybe in the future your dreams of having children and a family will come true.
But as of now all you can do is dream.
Going back to sleep to see him all over again until you couldn’t anymore.
You left me
You left me no, oh, you left me no
You left me no choice but to stay here forever

sweet creature// pato o ward
Tumblr media
summary: pato is in a romantic mood and wants to make love to his sweetheart around all of her favourite things.
pairing: pato o ward x female reader!
warnings: smut!! pato being an absolute sweetheart. he fucks her in front of a window so she can watch the sunset but the window doesn’t actually overlook and spots where they can be seen
authors note: why do I keep writing other stuff while the arthur leclerc first time fic rots in my drafts and the last two tina series fics are starting to collect dust-
all was calm and quiet in the reading room as she sat with her book, manicured fingers gently flipping the page before she turned to the end, trying not to read the last sentence as she counted how many pages she had left.
truth be told, the smut scenes in this book had been a little much for her. she loved the story and she loved the characters, but the rough intensity of the sex just wasn’t doing it for her. sure, it still had her clenching her thighs together, but if anyone ever spoke to her in the bedroom the way that the male lead spoke to his girlfriend, she was likely to burst out into tears.
sure, she and her boyfriend had experimented with tons things before and they’d probably had sex on almost every surface of the house, but the one reassuring constant was that pato always spoke to her like she was the most important person in the world, how he looked at her like she’d hung the moon, even when he was balls deep inside of her.
and how he was willing to recreate almost any scene in a romance book, putting his own little flair on every scene they tried.
she really didn’t know how she had gotten this lucky.
she had just turned back to the trials and tribulations of josh chen and jules ambrose when she felt two hands clamp down on her shoulders. she jumped, screaming as the book fell from her hands.
“patricio! what the fuck?”
behind her, pato laughed, coming around the ikea couch to settle in beside her, nuzzling his nose into her chest.
“you’re all sweaty.” she whined, but made no move to push him away. “what have I said about taking a shower when you were done conditioning?”
“I just wanted to see my girl.” pato argued halfheartedly, peppering kisses to her neck while he muttered sweet nothings in spanish. “I love you most.”
“love you too, darling.” she smiled, leaning over to kiss him. “I’ve got a new book scene I wanna try.”
patos eyes lit up, and he sat ramrod straight before he leaned down to pick up the abandoned copy of ‘twisted hate’. “can i tell you something?”
“mhm.” she nodded, fingers playing with the hem of her sundress.
“I’ve read this one already.” pato laughed. “I borrowed a copy from coltons girlfriend.”
she laughed, brushing her hair behind her ear. “honey, why would you do that?”
“because I knew that you’d read the first two and I wanted to know why you loved them so much.”
“so you know what scene I want to try?”
“fuck yeah I do.” he grinned, scooping y/n into his arms as he gets up from the couch, spinning gently in a circle before placing her back on her feet, his hands sliding up the skirt of her dress to grip her ass gently. “lean back against the bookshelf, corazon.” he kissed her softly, his nose tracing a path across her skin until his warm breath touched her ear. “just let me make you feel good.”
she backed towards the bookshelf, pulling pato towards her by the hem of his workout shirt. feeling the shelf hit her back. she leaned up to kiss him, all tongue and teeth as his wandering hands gripped her skin, his tongue exploring her mouth.
“you’re so sexy.” pato muttered, trailing kisses across her collarbone as she moaned gently, resting her head against the ikea shelf, one leg curling around her lovers.
patos hand slipped between her legs, cupping her core in his palm, her breath hitching at the contact.
“I hear you, love. im right here, just relax for me.” pato murmured, hands slipping under the waistband of her floral panties as he sank to his knees.
he looked up at her with his wide, hazel eyes, hair mussed as he began to slowly trail her panties down her legs. the look in his eyes made her heart melt. the look of love, the look he gave her when he was so utterly smitten that he didn’t even have the words to explain it.
she rested one leg over his shoulder, her face flushed as pato threw her panties off to the side, the whole world shrinking down to the point where all that mattered was the two of them. he kissed up her thigh, gently massaging her skin with the hand that was holding her leg in place.
“babe, be careful, what if I lose my balance?” she laughed lightly, taking her fingers through his hair, using the other hand to hike up the skirt of her sundress.
“I’ll catch you before you hit the ground.”he answered matter of factly. “you know I’d never let anything happen to you.”
the moment his tongue touched where she needed him most, every worry or apprehensive thought evaporated. she leaned back against the bookshelf, moaning as her lover moved his tongue in slow, deliberate circles. she felt every sensation in nerves down to her toes.
as he picked up the pace, adjusting his angle to suck her clit into his mouth, she dropped the hem of her dress, nails scraping against particle board as she tried to keep herself steady.
“fuck, right there. god, I love your tongue.”
“it does so many wonderful things, doesn’t it?” pato laughed, pulling away to look up at her with a cheeky grin, his hair messy and staticky from the fabric of her dress.
“yes, now please put it back inside me.”
“you’re cute. I just want to give you things. like kisses and orgasms.” pato hummed, slipping his tongue between her folds, closing his eyes in a moment of bliss as he worked his tongue inside of her.
she moaned, closing her eyes and tilting her head back, gently grinding against patos face, his tongue still working in and out of her as one of his hands came up to hold hers, her fingernails digging into the back of his hand.
“oh, babe, I think I’m close.”
“just let go, darling. I’m right here, I’ve got you.”
pato held her tightly, moving her hips gently against his face as he helped her through her high, evidence of her orgasm coating his face as he let her go, placing her shaky leg back on the ground as he stood up, wiping his face off on the bottom of his workout shirt before kissing her softly.
“I love you.”
“I love you more.” she laughed gently, pressing her body against his. he was hard, his cock poking at her body through his under armour sweats. “look at the sunset. it’s beautiful.”
pato smiled, pulling away from the hug to look out the picture window, where the sky was lit up in pink and orange as the sun began its descent. “it’s not as beautiful as you are.”
“aren’t you romantic.” she laughed, leaning over the back on the couch to watch the sun sink behind the trees, propping up her chin with her hand.
pato hugs her from behind, gently pressing kisses to her shoulders. “I have an idea.” he says in a sing-song tone.
“oh yeah?” she asks, a lilt of nonchalance in her voice as she places one of her hands over his. “what is it?”
“this.” pato says simply, pressing his hard on up against her bare ass, hiking her dress skirt up her waist. “let me make love to you in the sunlight, pretty girl. let me make you feel pretty.”
she giggled, leaning back against him as he started to undo the drawstring on his sweats. “take it away, lover boy.”
“with pleasure.”
he rolled his hips, slipping his cock inside of her in one solid movement. she braved her body against the back of the couch, their bodies illuminated by the setting sun as pato pulled her in by the waist, resting his head on her shoulder.
“fuck, pato, I love your cock.” she moaned, reaching behind her head to tangle her fingers in his hair, bucking her hips back against his.
he kept the gentle, soothing pace, thumbs rubbing circles on her skin as he kissed her neck.
“te amo, querida” pato spoke soft, sucking a hickey into her neck.
they would keep it up until the sun went down, going for another round tangled in the plush blankets on the floor, staring at the stars and laughing about nothing and everything.
and she knew that this was the way she would want it to be forever.

Home. PG 820 - Oh boy here we go
I don't think audience realize how serious the latest page is of Home comic without the dopamine clouding them about more puppies/kittens. I will update on this when this now added plot if shown more through the public viewing. So we got a " golden lioness" WRONG despite the Wiki stating the lion was actually golden we have instead ANOTHER black colored character with Pixie dust. No it's not speculated or perceived, it is stated that the Lioness IS golden. So either Kique forgot, wanted to do an april fools joke in the middle of October or he really is just lazy that he can't even look up a simple Google search of " Golden Lions/Lionesses"
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So We got an entity that only aids the Feline kind and not Canids, This means the deity will not associate with other dogs' prayers of any kind but will for the Felidae kind. It is the reason why they’ve received the bow & arrows. To protect their people from said canines, and from the track record I would not be surprised if she is vengeful and possibly judgmental of them.
Tumblr media
This character already is an OP character ( OP = overpowering ), one with no flaws or buffers to compete with her powers except she will ghost canids. She can easily destroy the canines by giving the cats the upper and, and be the top of the food chain, she can easily kill a canine if a feline prays for it, cause havoc and whatnot...you see what I am getting here?? heck she can do it without the people's prayers cause she literally just did it twice. The reason why I stated this?? This is because, on the Latest Home page, Feaf is now bearing a Hybrid from fornicating with Rhovanion instead of aiding Ronja and the tribe. Her having kids isn’t wrong?? But it is unnecessary and irrelevant to the story ( I will get to that in a bit ), it's the fact the Deity did it WITHOUT CONSENT.
Everyone with a brain knows what consent is, even kids, elders, writers, etc. learned to ask something for permission of approval or business with contracts,  which is a form of consent. An agreement upon something to happen or commence, The lioness is already trying to ‘ bless’ the pregnancy without even talking to them in a dream or privately to the Taiga.
We have seen Horror media content and writing of this trope and people forcing others to child bear without their knowledge or even up to know about it. That is nightmare fuel. Whose to say The lioness just gives other inter-species couples children without their whereabouts, and not solely on a Male dog with a female cat but a MALE cat and female dog can end up in the same fate cause there is a cat in the mix to bless their spouse to bear. Like seriously people instead of them working their differences and hurdles, they easily got the situation handled in under 1-3 pages like every conflict kique tries to put in his comic. -----
Now on the pregnancy aspect, Feaf becoming pregnant is very irrelevant to the plot of Home. Now Home doesn’t really have a plot after Rogio was saved, it's just broken pieces stitched together and being overinflated with unfinished, reoccurring, and new plot lines. Feaf should NOT be having children for;
1. Feaf and Rhov are two different species.
2. Feaf and Rhovanion barely got the time to get to know each other and grow but now we have this osmosis litter on the way.
3. Rhov and Feaf have not shown them to be good parents to rear as we didn’t have screen time for them to show it. At least Kainen and Raela from Asmundr proved to be good parental figures and individuals. Rhovanion so far had lied, stayed complacent despite having free reign to search for his family, and tried to get one of the guild members in trouble and/or fired for sneaking off and is very inconsiderate more so forgotten what his tasks were. Feaf has so far been gaslighted 3 times when Rhov stated time and time again that he was leaving to find his family and mate, is also forgetful and inconsiderate of her tasks and if given is willing to do anything Rhovanion asks or initiates to her.
4. There are 4 wars happening in Home so far; Southspear x The Capitol, Ranach x Meteor, Ranach x The Capitol, and Rohgir.
5.  The deity is being rather inconsiderate and unfair, since Raimo and Zaharia were already an interspecies couple who lost their Son. If the golden lioness was that powerful they should have revived Zilas or led to a spirit that can do it. Rogio did it for Kargo despite his body being burned…. Why not Zilas???
6.  Kique is only doing this to have a reason for  Rhovanion and Feaf to stay in one spot instead of going to Ronja or Jahla. It's also obviouse he doesn't know what to do with Feaf or Rhov except be parents, when they could...oh - I don't know, GO AND SAVE RONJA FROM THE RAID WITH ASMUNDR!!!!
7. The author is out of ideas and boredom while also trying to bring more audiences. ------
Tumblr media
If you stated “ WelL FEaf GrAB tHe FeATher sO ShE CoNSenTEd “ if that’s the case it is STILL wrong for the spirit basically deceive Feaf to grab the feather and not know the consequences, again they did not disclose that to Feaf. Rhov and Feaf probably didn’t even know what it meant and Rhovanion is not one to dabble on cultural deity knowledge.
Tumblr media
If Feaf did know about it, then it’s scummy on her cause she just hid something important that Rhov should definitely know about. Kids and pregnancy should not be a tool/leverage to keep someone from leaving you. " MaYbE thEy WAntEd iT” WHERE IS IT!!!, WHERE’S THE PROOF!?. You can’t have this left field and expect people to accept it and not be confused. No where has Feaf nor Rhov had discussed nor thought about having kids. THEY BOTH AGREED TO JOIN THE GUILD. which states they can not have mates nor children ( although the guild rules are just bluntly stupid ) so they already knew from start of that and didn't express concerns...especially Rhov who is the one to question stuff. At this point the deities and spirits in Home are a parody and NOT taking seriously of moral, consequences and the dangers. The characters are literally heavily plot armored and the beings are second thought of a joke in worldbuilding.

Hello it's me again!!! I love the headcanons you wrote for my ask (even tho I already praised it I'm still so happy you wrote so much and they felt so on point to his character ♡♡♡)
Slowly but surely I'm getting to the point where I'm hyping myself up to post my works but I wanted to refine them since some of them were written a few months ago :)
Also, I'm not sure if your story requests are open but if you want I love the idea of Leon and reader spring cleaning and they find an old photobook of them with old memories :')
It's been a cute little idea I've always had but never got around to fully writing it myself so I would love to read it if you get around to it♡
Pictures Of You
Tumblr media
Helloo my love :•) Thank you so much <3 i’m so happy you liked the head cannons!! Take your time! I bet your works are really, really good. can’t wait !!!! I love your ideas! also titled inspired by the cure’s pictures of you

Leon hated doing chores.
Not that he was against it, not at all. On the contrary, he was a very clean person but thought of better ways to spend his time with you when he was home. The last thing he wanted to do was clean that damned attic you’d been talking about all week.
Yet he couldn’t say no to you. Not after seeing you change into comfortable clothes and wearing a cute bandana around your head. The truth is, he’d do anything you asked him to without thinking twice. You just had him wrapped around your finger, he’d move mountains for you.
“Leon, baby. Mind grabbing that box for me? Can’t reach it.” Seems like you were committed to checking every box in there, what a challenge. There were many. You’d only been living in that house for two years and never bothered to check your belongings as you were so thrilled to finally be able to settle in with your boyfriend.
The heavy box kept you entertained, most of the things inside were yours. Books, magazines, stuff you probably didn’t remember you owned. Leon’s eyes lingered around the attic, it still felt unreal to him. He actually owned a house now.
Living with you had been the best decision Leon ever made, he knew so. Strange as it might seem, it’s what he’d always wanted. A place he could call home and someone to be there for him, he always hoped it’d be you.
Leon was only fourteen years old when he met you in high school, freshman year. He'd transferred from another school and wasn’t exactly popular right away. He was shy and quiet, a good student and friend nevertheless.
You weren’t his only friend, he had made a few, but you just happened to be his closest one. Then, after finding out you were practically neighbors, he spent many of his afternoons in your backyard. Talking to you always seemed easy, you never judged him and liked talking about his interests.
Teen Leon grew fond of you quickly, you were his favorite person. He had met many people but most of them were adults, so meeting someone his age that understood him and spent time with him made him feel loved.
“Hello? Earth to Leon!”
“Huh?” He blinked a few times, eyes quickly focusing on you holding a big, brown object with one of your mischievous smiles. He knew that look all too well, you had found something.
“Hello, stranger. I’ve been trying to get your attention, hon. You’ve been dusting off the same spot for a while. Everything okay?”
He nodded, growing intrigued by the object in your hands. “Just thinking, s’ all. What’d you find?”
“You gotta see this.” He loved your enthusiasm, he always found it cute. Ever since you were a teen, you tended to show your excitement towards things you liked, something that made him love you even more.
The mysterious object ended up being a photo album. Leon carefully watched as you blew the dust off and skimmed through the pages, wondering if you had filled the album yourself since he remembered you always carrying an instant camera everywhere back then.
“Oh, god. Look at this!” You pointed at one of the pictures. A young blond boy, sitting on a tree branch. It took Leon a few seconds to realize he was the boy in the picture, it was surprising. He almost forgot what he used to look like, he didn’t own any pictures of his teenage self.
You flipped the page to reveal another picture of him, only this time, you sat next to him, clinging to his arm. Someone else took the picture. Leon couldn’t recall who, but he certainly remembered that day.
It was your seventeenth birthday. You weren’t thrilled, your parents made you celebrate with all of your friends when you repeatedly told them you only wanted to spend the day with them and Leon.
“Yikes. I remember now,” You said, pointing at yourself. “Spent all night crying, I was a mess. But hey, you were there.”
Leon had no recollection of you ever looking even close to a mess. You always looked beautiful to him.
Every picture you found had a backstory, surprisingly they only carried good memories. Leon didn’t even realize how happy he felt looking at those pictures yet you noticed his smile growing bigger.
Both of you couldn’t believe the number of pictures you had taken, most of them were of Leon. You remembered making the album after graduating from high school, right before you and Leon parted ways for a few years. It was unfortunate, going your separate ways after being friends for so long but you were hopeful that some day you’d reunite, and you did.
The last picture on the album was a small one. A picture of you wearing one of Leon’s jackets. Your pants looked wet, and you were making a silly face that used to make him laugh.
“I remember that day. I took this picture in…1994, it had rained earlier that day.” he said, holding the album close to him as he examined the photo. “You thought it’d be funny to jump in puddles until you slipped and drenched yourself in dirty water. I gave you my jacket thinking it would help in some way, it didn’t. You kept frowning, and I had to take a picture.”
Your eyes widened, he remembered everything exactly as it happened. “Can’t believe you actually remember.”
“How could I forget? I kept this picture with me. Got a wallet just so I wouldn’t lose it. Not only that, but I had to cut it just so it’d fit inside. I didn’t have money or a job back then, the only thing that was inside my wallet was your picture.”
He slipped the picture out of the plastic and looked at it for a few seconds. He felt lucky, so lucky. His childhood hadn’t been a good one, he went through things no child should ever go experience. But meeting you? That was the highlight of his life, and he had solid proof. Those pictures proved just how happy you both were when you were together and how happy you made him. He loved you more than anything he could think of.
“Mind if I keep this?”
“Go ahead. I’m taking the album downstairs with me, might frame some of these.” You stood up, grabbing some other things you found before the album.
“This one’s going right back in my wallet. Thanks, sweetheart.” He kissed your forehead first, then pecked your lips. “Bet there’s more interesting stuff in there, let’s keep cleaning.”
Maybe cleaning the attic wasn’t so bad after all.

Oh i just thought of a prompt idea! Aziraphale trying to write a book? Maybe under estimating how easy it would be?
Hahaha, the massive difference between reading something and writing something.
On with the fic!
--
"Angel!" Crowley shouted as he loudly threw open the doors to the bookshop. "You in? Cause I know you are, I can sense your 'goody-goody' angel essence here. Plus, you tend to call me when you're gonna take a little trip or do somethin' for Heaven."
He glanced around, there looked to be more dust than usual, and he could smell the unmistakable scent of forgotten tea cups. Bleh.
Which means that Aziraphale either found a new, ancient tome to pour over for days to make sure he reads every single thing, examines every damn, little detail. Or, he's bookbinding/repairing for a commission and completely forgot about everything else in the world, including answering his blasted phone.
Crowley rolled his eyes and headed right for Aziraphale's work space, and as he got closer, he seemed to pick up on a ticking sound. And a metallic ding, followed by some odd sound, then more ticking.
Gosh, that's a combo of noises Crowley hadn't heard in person in ages, mainly you heard it in movies or TV shows from bygone times. Or, when Aziraphale decided to pull it out of its case and use it because his ancient-as-anything computer just won't cut it.
Peeking into the work space, Crowley found a mess.
Papers everywhere, stacked into what had to be piles of organized chaos, or simply discarded, judging by some of the crumbled up paper balls. And there was Aziraphale, with several cups that may or may not contain mold, glaring as he rapidly typed away at a typewriter that had to be from the 1890s.
Aziraphale growled and yanked out the paper. "No, no! Terrible, all of those were incorrect for the scene! Fine, attempt number fifteen should be it..."
The typewriter suddenly had paper again and Aziraphale began typing away, muttering under his breath.
"Hell's teeth, angel, what's all this about?" Crowley asked, picking up one of the discarded papers. He looked at what was on it, and it seemed to be dialogue between two characters, though the conversation was very prissy, very Aziraphale-like.
Aziraphale squeaked and turned, blinking owlishly behind his little glasses. "Oh! Good... uhh... what time is it, dear?"
"It's 10 in the morning."
"Ah! Right, good morning! Dreadfully sorry, been a bit busy lately."
"I can see that." Crowley tossed the paper aside. "You writin' somethin'?"
Aziraphale looked excited. "I am! I decided that it's about time that I add to the literary world, and not just contribute to it through my reading!"
"So, you're trying to write a book." The demon picked up a few more pages. "This is why I haven't heard from you for over a week?"
"It's been over a week since we had brunch?" Aziraphale blinked. "Gosh, I seem to have been more into my work than I thought."
Crowley snorted, tossing the other papers aside into the mess. Then he stopped, and a big, toothy grin came to him. "Brunch! Oooh! This is why you're writing a book, isn't it? Cause I told you that it's a lot of work for good literature, after you complained about all those annoying books that 'popular' authors these days just churn out every two months! You were all 'It takes time and effort for memorable books, anyone who doesn't just want the next paycheck can do it'."
Aziraphale huffed and fixed his bowtie. "I stand by that, Crowley. And it's true, a love for writing and reading can create amazing stories. And I decided to prove my point!"
"From all this paper, and how pissed you looked when I came in, it's not going very well?"
"Well..." The angel coughed, looking away and back at the typewriter, "it is a work in progress, and not everyone can create a masterpiece on the first attempt! Besides, I think I'm onto something with my story, finally! Inspiration struck me and I've been on a roll, I just have to make sure I get everything right! I will not settle for anything less with this specific plot!"
"Uh huh. And what's it about?"
Aziraphale's cheeks pinked and he tugged at his vest. "W-well, it's a secret, I'm not ready to reveal the plot just yet!"
Crowley grabbed a random page off the pile next to him and cleared his throat. "'It would be the most magical of nights, if one excuses the pun, of course. A chance to show my skills to a real audience, on the West End of all places!' I think I can take a wild guess as to what this-"
The page was snatched from Crowley's hands and Aziraphale shoved it into his vest, hiding it from the demon. His face was red and he looked embarrassed. "It's a secret! No reading!"
Crowley chuckled, shoving his hands into his pockets. "Fine, I'll just have to wait for when it's finally released. You'll have to let me know when it's available, I'd just love to read it." He lowered his glasses to give the angel a wink before snatching up the forgotten tea cups.
"Now, how about we take a little break, Mr. Writer Man. We can do brunch again."
--
Aziraphale seems like the sort of writer who won't settle for anything less than perfect if he's gonna write something based on his life. And that magical night in 1941 must be correct!

I love seeing people compare music to their favourite characters and go like 'oh yeah this verse might be this character... and then this one is the other one... and then this little bit here is them both honestly. Or something like that' because I HAVE gone through every taylor swift song on evermore and folklore and compared it to skk. Sorry to be autistic on the writing account, but this is a fanfic writing account and I'm writing my second novel length fic about them so what did you expect.
folklore/evermore are very canon skk, and verge into fanon and some songs are the reason for very specific head canons, or some of the ways I write the way they perceive each other. 1989... DON'T GET ME STARTED OMFG HAVE YOU EVER LISTENED TO BLANK SPACE? I THINK IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO NOT HAVE AND OMG IT'S SO SKK CODED LIKE WTF. I HAVE VERY FIRM OPINIONS ABOUT WHICH LYRICS ARE THEIRS. Also the vault tracks literally exist what more do you want from me. 'i think about jumping off of very tall somethings just to see you come running and say the one thing I've been wanting' okay dazai pack it up you did that already, beast exists. 'i call my mom sister she said that it was for the best remind myself the more i gave you'd want me less' yeah yeah chuuya we know he left you get over it, it wasn't personal(think that line could go for either of them but the other line 'the way you faded till i left' feels more Dazai personally). Plus suburban legends. For personal reasons I struggle to listen to song without SPIRALING FUCK YOU THAT ONE PERSON SEHDHSSJNS but very skk as well 'we were born to be national treasures' is very soulmates of them. And out of the woods screams them in fanfic when they try to get better. Red, straight away all too well. They both remember it all too well. All too well skk cover with switching vocals anyone? The last time. The one with gary lightbody. Underrated song, is my favourite on that album, and SO THEM. 'this is the last time you tell me ive got it wrong, this is the last time i wont hurt you anymore' because they're fated to be together and are constantly drawn to each other and yet keep HURTING EACH OTHER RAGH. also 'we are never getting back together' is pretty funny and nice when applied to them. also state of grace. any taylor song with a mild drop of religious imagery is them cause yeah. but 'i never saw you coming, and I'll never be the same'... okay pack it up, we don't have time for your yearning. 'you were never a saint' (dazai abt chuuya) 'and i loved in shades of wrong' (bc hes toxic and doesnt know how to healthily like people) 'we learned to live with the pain, mosaic broken hearts' (bc they continue anyway and stick it out, living with the pain of being bad for each other because of how deeply they care). I almost do. Dazai after leaving. moving on to more religion, holy ground. 'for the first time i had something to lose' 'and i guess we fell apart in the usual way, and the storys got dust on every page' AAAAAA IT'S THEM. Can't really speak on debut- but I've listened to our song and picture to burn and if picture to burn isn't a vengeful chuuya idk what is. BOY OH BOY SPEAK NOW.
excuse me. one moment.
Mine- literally a skk au
Sparks fly- 'the way you move is like a rainstorm and im a house full of cards, you're the kind of reckless that should send me running' that entire verse screams dazai's fascination with corrupted chuuya, and the whole song is well yeah
back to december- dazai when they reunite just trust me on it just trust me on it. the repetition was intentional, that's how serious i am. 'i go back to december all the time' 'I got back to december to make it all right'
speak now- might just be me but it really makes me think of teen skk in fanfic harbouring urges to ruin the others relationship for 'some reason. I don't know, seeing him with her just... irks me'.
the story of us- first verse is chuuya, second verse is dazai, and the third is them both because they're LOSERS and they LOVE EACH OTHER and FUCK I'm CRYING NOW. 'id tell you i miss you but i don't know how' EMOTIONALLY CONSTIPATED BASTARD.
enchanted- self explanatory. for more context, i really think it's from dazai's pov in this case, could probably be both, but dazai fell first and harder so it's really like god he's been in love ever since he got kicked into that wall he wants him around forever. He held Chuuya's hand in the fight with rimbaud and then had all those close moments in the manga and went home to lie on his bed kicking his feet and giggling don't lie. (god im still crying this isn't helping)
better than revenge- they're both pretty vengeful idk it makes me think of iwsynttr for some reason
haunted- chuuya pov. 'i thought i had you figured out, something's gone terribly wrong' 'stood there and watched you walk away from everything we had' they're so sad, but the general idea of chuuya thinking he has figured out dazai and knowing how he thinks and then dazai just leaves suddenly and he's like 'Wow! I thought i knew you. How do i forget this'. 'wont finish what you started' bringing chuuya into the mafia then leaving it.
last kiss- 'you told me you love me so why did you go away' chuuya pov again oh god it hurts why am i doing this to myself? 'never imagined we'd end like this, your name, forever the name on my lips' yep yep ow.
LONG LIVE.- LISTEN. TO. THE. SONG. AND TELL ME IT'S NOT DAZAI AND CHUUYA. I COULD DO A WHOLE ANALYSIS ON JUST THIS SONG. 'promise me this, that you'll stand by me forever, but if god forbid fate should step in, and force us into a goodbye...please tell them my name, tell them how the crowds went wild, tell them how i hope they shine, long live the walls we crashed through, i had the time of my life with you' FUCK IT'S DAZAI AN HE'S IN LOVE WITH CHUUYA AND DOESNT KNOW ODAS GONNA DIE YET, JUST THINKS HE DOESNT GET TO KEEP ANYTHING HE WANTS. FUUUUUCK. THEY'RE IN LOVE AND DAZAI WANTS IT REMEMBERED PLEASE I'M SO SAD.
anyway, i can't pretend I'm normal about skk anymore i haven't even covered fearless, reputation, lover or midnights please somebody encourage me to actually write full things dedicated to each album and the most fitting songs from said albums please i'll do it and plus i need to actually gather proof for my autism diagnosis appointment so this would be a good way to to that probably. anyway yeah this'll never make it out my drafts lol

The opportunity
Tumblr media
This is the first chapter of the very dramatic story I'm gonna write for Heimdall, about 10 chapters will be posted and since I will have plenty of time during the winter more will come
Plot: the reader, being a long-time blacksmith in her family business eventually takes up on the company, now moving the shop to Asgard behind the wall and closer to the all-father Odin. After so many years of crafting the many weapons his people use to fight when an opportunity comes to the reader from him when he asks you to move into his home so you could be a personal blacksmith to his family.
Thor is excited about it since he looks up to your craftsmanship, and everyone else is too besides one cocky and bratty lapdog, Heimdall.
Would reader's relationship develop over time with her presence invading his home or is there something else Heimdall is really hiding?
wc: 1,3k
warnings: nothing much yet besides heimdall being heimdall. do be warned its being a while ever since i wrote so enjoy please!
Tumblr media
The realm of Asgard, a place you’ve lived half of your life. Working with your parents involving the blacksmith business, y’all were one of the number one in Asgard being the race of aesir. Which meant anything your family made was for the high regards to be used by Odin or anyone under his wing. Continuing many years later, you are a young adult and taking up on the family business.
Sitting  in your shop, which had many creations from your fathers or mothers hands, axe’s, swords, and armor that was crafted with love and patience. Shelves decorated with cuffs and half dusted helmets.
you’ve memorized everything here since you grew up in it.
Business wasn’t booming tonight, the moon's light flooded from the two windows in your shop.
Two candles lit, feet propped up on the counter and a book in hand . It’s pages telling you the many metals you’ve not yet touched on, you're grateful that all father was willing to let you borrow it from his own library.
your number one customer.
The moment you’ve spoke too soon the noise of ravens echo in your shop. Looking up from your book to see the swarming ravens.
Sighing you Move your feet back down to the floor. straightening yourself, ready for whoever might appear. Once the birds disappeared it revealed Odin’s lapdog, heimdall.
His sheath in his hand, looking more annoyed to be here.
“Welcome-“
“I don’t need the gratitude if I’ve been here multiple times” he flashed a bright grin, approaching the counter with his blade. You look up at him then back down at the sheath weapon. This aesir despised your very existence ever since the all father let you over the wall for business. Still angry at you from the first day you two met and your horse accidentally got mud on him.
To him you were nothing more than one of Odin’s workers fit to serve his every wish or commands from any of his underlings.
Heimdall’s  bifrost eyes shined as usual, the five o’clock shadow making his face look as sharp as ever,  the man was handsome but his personality is hideous. Some were jealous of the pretty face while others despised his very presence, ready to knock down anyone’s confidence with his mind reading.
Even though you were an aesir just like him, he didn’t see you as nothing else but a servant..
“I’ve come here to escort you to Odin, he’s ready for his order” cockiness laced in his tone, a sigh leaves your lips before you stand to go grab the crate that was  behind your counter. filled with items Odin requested.
“Thor usually comes for his crates”
He scoffed “Well it’s your lucky day, sunshine. My presence will be more..pleasant than his”
He always thought of  himself  being higher than others, even with his own siblings. He thought every was a competition towards Odin’s approval. Picking up the heavy crate, your arms flexed a little from holding it as you stood behind him waiting for the birds to transport you two.
The items had a bit of weight on them but he didn’t care, he made you carry it as always.
He looked over at you, holding the crate.
You thought to yourself about it was very unmanly like him to not help you in the slightest, he’d never stoop that low for you, never.
“No I will not help you” he comments, did he read your mind? Knew you were struggling to hold it but he didn’t care. Once the birds disappeared you were at the front door of Odin's place, him leading the way with his pip walk and cocky attitude.
“I will take you down to his library since he isn’t present to take the crate himself”
Looking around the interior, you see the place is lively as always, people drinking, and eating. Chatting about who knows what, you didn’t know nor did you care, you just wanted to drop off this crate and be as far away as possible from this man. People told you many things about the way he acts.
Cocky, arrogant, provoking and petty with his unnatural ways. He does protect his people but in the most rude way.
In front of you he pushes the two doors open with a big huff “where do you want me to sit this?” You looked at him, seeing him look at his nails before answering your question.
“Put it by his desk, he’ll know you delivered it” he steps up close behind you, so much for personal space.
Sitting down the crate and turning to him with your hand held out, “oh forgot, you people do up front payments” he digs in his pocket finishing out his money bag before giving your payment.
you smirked at him, closing your Palm to take your payment. You took a few  steps towards the exit but were interrupted by the tall blonde.
“Commoner, I need you to do something for me, I may include extra payment” you hated whenever he used that nickname as if you haven’t told him your name multiple times. Sighing heavily your eyes met his glowing ones.
“What is it?” he smirked at that answer before telling you the said request.
Clearing his throat “my cute pet swallowed my golden cuffs by accident and well, you know where they went” if he was talking about the thing you were thinking about then it would be hilarious but laughing would give him a reason to provoke you.
“This isn’t a laughing matter,..commner” he sighs annoyingly.
“Gold doesn’t come easy so make me new ones and you’ll have your extra payment if I think you deserve it” deserved it? Regardless if you were threatened, payment still must be due.
“I don’t think I deserve it, you’ll give me my payment regardless-“
The doors to Odin’s room opened, greeted by the old geezer. Heimdall bowed slightly.
“Oh, y/n great timing. I’ve got something very special for you as a thank you for being such a great blacksmith to my family” he smiled, walking towards you two with welcoming hands. Heimdall’s eyes gazed over to you, seeing that Odin’s attention is more on you than him, jealousy wasn’t on his side.
“Hello all father, what must be the special item your giving me”
“Oh my little one it’s not an item” once heimdall heard those words, his expression became more confused but then read Odin’s mind to see what’s the surprising thing. Something he didn’t want happening.
he wasn’t gonna let it happen
“all father, are you sure about this? She’s nothing more than just a commoner I don’t think she needs-“
“And this commoner has a name heimdall, you must relax and calm down for once.” He piped up at the young men, a small apology fell from Heimdall’s lips, shutting up.
“If the surprise is a big inconvenience I don’t think I should receive it all father” the all father shook his head to your statement before coming closer, lightly touching your shoulder.
“No need to worry about that, heimdall is just being heimdall” you believed that wording more than anything else. “I believe that as of being a part of my family for so long that I should allow you to move in, to learn more about the great craftsmanship and things your parents themselves didn’t know yet” hearing that made your eyes shine with opportunity and pure bliss.
“I..I would love to, I would be grateful to work under you more” that answer was a great thing to hear but heimdall didn’t like it so much, leaving the room as mumbles slipped through his teeth.
You aren’t so worried about him, his opinion didn’t matter to you, only yours only mattered since now you get to work more and more on the things you enjoyed for many years.
A dream come true right, right?
ending notes: I hope you enjoyed this, more will come in the future <3

So we have Survivor Nort Decucts... And now we have Hunter Nort deducts... Put them together and what do we get?
You get a hella tragic story oh my GOSHHHH 😭😭😭😭
The set up will be: 1-Surv!Norton 1-Hunt!Norton -Then my thoughts 😏
1-Kindness: Is that an Olive Branch you just threw or... (A Good Deed: Norton, a Miner, Always visited the hospice and cared for all of the homeless old miners) 1-Shrewd 'Each step requires long-term planning' (Shrewd: An old, folded letter: Yellow and brittle. It was once abandoned in a dust corner. Signed, Benny.) -This is interesting 👀 These are both the first which automatically makes me think they are connected. I wonder if the Olive Branch thrown is from Benny? Or if its from Norton with the helping out with the people around Benny? Either way Benny ends up sending a letter to Norton. Maybe it saying something like 'want to meet up? I have stuff that might interest you' or something. Which adds to my -squinting- at Benny. Sounds like Norton was alone even though Benny was around all that time? hmmm
2-Diligence: The more effort, the more rewards? (Work Record: Norton Campbell is always the first to go down into the mines and the last to leave it.) 2-Lonely: 'The loneliness of separation must be endured on the climb up' (A coin: Stained by ash, footprints, tears, and dirt from the slums.) -Brings up the whole 'he had nobody' not even Benny vibe again -squints- Where was Benny during all of this? Seems like Norton would work and work and work so he couldn't feel or notice how alone he is. Like work was his only constant and 'friend' to keep himself from going nutty, but in the hours where work couldn't be used as a distraction he was miserable 😿Crying as he clings to what little he has...my gosh. That coin was so important to him man, I wonder if it was the last thing he got from his dad or something, cause he takes it everywhere and it pops up all the time in the trailer orz which means he never spent it just held onto it enough where you see TEAR STAINS ON IT! I CANNOT-- 😭😭😭😭
3-Efficiency: We need more trials. (A stack of Recommendation Letters: It can be seen that every one of Norton's previous employers appreciated his hard work and expressed their regret at being unable to keep him for long.) 3-Sophisticated 'wear a mask for the sake of survival' (A note on the back: What a detestable Person! Wagging his tail like a dog in front of the overseer!) -This one I can’t quite grasp yet -squints- is this referring to the back of the letter from Benny? Why write that there? Is Benny talking smack about Norton being so good at wearing a mask and pleasing the employers? Or is Norton talking smack about himself? Or is Norton pissed about others doing what he is doing? Wearing a mask to just survive or what the heck? 🤣 This one is still baffling me fr fr Oh wait a min....Seems like he had to jump job from job cause employers kept needing to fire workers, unable to keep him on as an employee. Likely becoming more jaded that him working hard and being good isn't working much for him since he keeps getting let go. Then seeing some fresh faced bushy tailed worker beside him would likely piss him off lol 'Why are you acting like that we are all getting fired anyways' Yea I super don't know with this one, I am juggling so many possibilities for this one.
4-Persistence: People won't be unlucky forever, right? (1-Page Note: There are 13 items listed. The first 12 appear to be names of places, and the last one is crossed out.) 4-Willful 'Those who persist will encounter more opportunities' (A page from a diary: I found that old man's notes. Now, it belongs to the one who lives long.) -He doesn’t sound all that fond of Benny pff like there is a hint of a dig there and/or him trying to convince himself that he is going to break out of here and live. Did he decide to set a plan in motion after getting the letter from Benny? Or was it after meeting with Benny?
5-Patience: Next time... (Diary: Tomorrow, I will go to the last place recorded by the old man. If there's still nothing, then I hope he...) 5-Gloomy 'The other side of Kindness and affability' (Abandoned junk: A tattered quilt, a chisel, an unsent letter, and a small piece of wrapped and hardened white bread) -This one I don't see much of a connection other than reference to old man and then there is that QUILT that could have possibly been the one Benny had made for Norton when the Dad was still alive. 'Then I hope he...' sounds hella ominous now lol -squints- Then Is this stuff found with Benny or was it found where Norton abandoned everything? Did Norton not send a letter? Maybe he meant to go back to get his things but never got to cause of the damage the explosion deed had on his mind ah. This one also gives me more questions than answers lol
6-Courage: The more dangers, the more opportunities. (A Geological Report: Part of the tunnel had been blocked by an unidentified object. One small mistake could cause the inner structure of the mine to collapse.) 6-Greedy 'Merely retaking what the heavens owe' (A map: Several crossed-out mines and a red circle.) -I am thinking Greedy and Gloomy should switch here cause Greedy goes well with the Patience with reference to 'go to the last place recorded' BUT what the frig is that 'unidentified object' -squints- Did Norton set that up?? Was that in the red circled mine? Was the place just found like that and Norton was like -cough cough- "whatever nothing is stopping me". Is this all just setting up how Norton was willing to go anywhere to find what he is looking for? hmmmm Willing to go where no man has gone before. Smash Greed and Courage together and ya thats what you get lol A desperate dude that has nothing to loose and only to gain if this all goes right. aahh
7-Alert: You need to be more cautious. (News: Due to the use of gunpowder and detonators, the era of simple rock drilling is coming to an end. 7-Arrogant 'Only by being bolder can you challenge destiny' (Torn paper: Record the blasting's depth, distance between holes… and the amount of explosives used.) -He uhhhhh, yea he definitely ends up using explosives lol. And its interesting that he made sure that everything was measured and counted in every way. Bro knew what he was doing 1000%. He had it all down to the second, the inch! He was careful alright, careful to make sure this goes perfect AH
8-Share: You need more helpers. (Mining Precautions: Theft of explosives is illegal and will be reported to the police once discovered.) 8-Hypocrite 'Important moments must be witnessed by companions' (A memo: Two bottles of the cheapest whine for those drunkards to wet their throats. And toss some fatty meat to the guard dog.) -BRO STOLE THE HELL OUTTA THEM EXPLOSIVES LOOOOOOOL AND HE DID IT IN THE MOST CLICHE WAY EVER AND IT WORKED IIMMMMM--LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL Like How many laws did he end up breaking by the end of all this?? LIKE GEEZZ And people are so used to him being kind and caring, none were the wiser! This Duddddeeeee!! He played the LONG GAME GOLLY
9-Wisdom: Smart people know when to hold on and when to let go. (An Accident Report: An explosion collapsed a mine on the outskirts of the city. It's suspected that the miners had mishandled the explosives, and the police expressed that there's little chance for anyone to survive) 9-Ruthless 'Exploding from deep within like an ignited explosive' (A page from a diary: Those journalists and policemen are gone. So it's just that simple?) -Bro played everything! The people, the system, the science, the math?? LIKE DUDE! If it was an accident, he wouldn't have survived. Norton had this planned to the T! Every 'i' was dotted and ever 't' was crossed, he knew he was surviving that explosion if everything went perfect like he was planning for OH MY GOSH. Bro playing chess while everyone else was LEARNING CHECKERS
10-Luck: That's only because the rest are just unlucky. (1-Page Case: Moderate burns to the face. Suspected to have been caused by direct exposure to excessive temperatures) 10-Numb 'Forget them and stay away from the dark underground' (A magnet: "Maybe it can keep me away from misfortune and darkness.") -He really didn't get much out of this did he. Like, all he got was trauma, burnt up, and a magnet. And boi is he clinging to that magnet with is all. His new coin; his new thing to cling to orz He really lies to himself a lot 😿He keeps finding out far too late that what he thought would change everything just made everything worse 🙃like yes everything changed, but changed for the worst. That tunnel vision hitting him so hard he never stops to go 'huh, this is a horrible idea, how would this possibly change my fate??' Its like he is trying so hard to convince himself that it was all worth it cause he got this crazy magnet orz gooooossshhhhhhhhhhhh Instead of using this as a wake up call it seems he is pressing on that sigma grind. Nothing like a plague doctor bird man monster to set things right LOOOOL
