just by your presence, NENE feels nervous around you. not the bad way of nervous! though, she usually hides how she feels about you because she thinks that you probably don't like her back:((

she doesn't know how to make the first move since she's quite shy, and might fail.. she loves to overthink a lot, and just like rui, she often rambles about you to her friends!

just by making eye contact with her already makes her smile— wait no, just by everything you do she's already smiling!

but you in the other hand, you smile like a damn fool around her and you're quite bold, so you end up making the first move and when nene notices, she's already over thinking, you're already overthinking— you guys are just pining on eachother while idiots in love!

the group has had enough of you two pining to each other, so they had to matchmake you two.. it does go well!

EMU'S so open to her feelings and an overall wholesome person!! she's definitely the type who makes the first move! SUPER cheesy though, as in VERY cheesy. says a lot of pickup lines.

she loves you a lot, and shows a lot of signs that she has feelings for you, to the point it's so obvious. and she has a big collection of nicknames for you like a REALLY big collection. she often brainstorms show ideas to rui, and inspires it off from you!

whenever she sees you feeling down, she will always be your 1# supporter regardless everything you do, and always reminding you of how proud she is!!

to her, just by seeing you makes her so giddy around you, and it would automatically make her day!

oh dear, where do i start? despite RUI having a teasing nature, he's surprisingly very easy to fluster; he just hides it, REALLY well. he'd never known he'd fall for you this fast. he's bold with what he's doing, and he talks about you a lot during wxs practices.

RUI is head over heels for you, it's driving him jitters. by your presence, the atmosphere around him suddenly gets comfortable. just by hearing your name, he already smiles like an idiot— no, he already smiles like an idiot if you're around!

your smile is super contagious, he swears he forgets to breath just by seeing you smile.

he's pretty observant, so he would probably find out that you both share the same feelings but it depends if you make it a lil obvious, but he ended up making the first move.

there was this one time where you were running your fingers to rui's hair, he slowly opened his eyes and he went red. though, he enjoyed it.

you noticed and as soon as you try to pull your hand back up, rui pinned your hand using his. you weren't expecting him to be so soft, but he just woke up.

You were originally one of the fishes that served the Mermaid , when she gave you the task to wander around as a human to look for other students to turn into other fishes , that's when you met Teru Minamoto ; he wasn't really known where you lived but still , everyone knew he was an exorcist you needed to avoid if you wanted to survive. You still weren't accustomed to the daily life of humans , so it was a matter of time before the exorcist noticed you. You tried everything to get as many people as possible so that you could bring them to the Mermaid , but as days , weeks passed , you came to the conclusion that human life isn't all that bad.

Classes were over and your last friend left you to head back home , it was your turn today to clean the room ; you've always been a curious fish - or human , so experimenting new things has never been tiring for you , though its been long since you've last been a fish , and to tell the truth , the marine world was a bit missing. As you were cleaning the black board you hear some voices coming from the back of the class , you laid down the cloth and went to check , and to your surprise , a few fishes that served the Mermaid with you had come to visit you

"you guys ! What are you doing here ? " you said while crouching down " we could ask you the same thing [ name ] !! Its been weeks since our adored Mermaid sent you to bring some humans down with us and i see you cleaning a classroom !? " your smile dropped as your companion continued to scold you , when suddendly a strong light came towards you , barely giving you time to dodge it. When days passed by and i got to know more of the human life i was enchanted by it ; i just wanna live a normal life !! " he started laughing while looking down " supernaturals ... living a normal life ? That's kind of funny if you think about it , delusional even ... you should know better than everyone that ghosts , sovrannatural creatures can't have a normal life " you looked down , trying not to despair yourself in front of the exorcist " though " he continued while putting his weapon down " i will give you a second chance " your eyes wandered to his own , looking at him in surprise " but remember , s misstep and i'll exorcise you instantly " and with that , he got out of the class..

the next weeks you always felt his eyes on you , everywhere you went he always followed you in some ways , it was scary and irritating ; everytime you tried to talk with a friend of yours he always had to take you away

" [ name ] .. are you and Minamoto senpai .... a couple ? " a friend asked you " WHAT !? No we aren't , why would you think that !? " " well you guys are always seen together and when someone tries to talk to you he always takes you away … is he maybe jealous ~ ? " your cheeks were on fire , you knew Teru was good looking and being around him was something special for everyone in the school , but it wasn’t like that between you two … " i swear we aren’t together , im just … helping him with something , yeah ! " you of course lied " if you say so … "

you and Teru were walking in the halls together " why are you still with me , classes are over and there’s no one now , im not gonna do anything " you said still thinking about what your friend last said to you " you mind that much ? Do you hate me that much [ name ] ? " you looked at him dumb folded ' you were the one trying to exocise me … ' you thought for yourself " about me following you .. i came to the conclusion that you don’t seem a bad supernatural , so im not going to exorcise you .. for now " " I HEARD THAT " ; so from that day on Teru stopped following you everywhere and left you alone for some time , though you had to admit you were feeling kinda lonely without him watching over you , you ' missed ' him , maybe you did have some feelings for him , an exorcist and a supernatural .. how ironic. " you confessed your emotions to your friend , and now she / he was giving you every advice they had in mind " if you wait too long for him to come back to you someone might beat you and be with him before you do and you ain’t risking that are you ? "

So here you are now , in front of the door of the students council room , re - thinking about your life decisions , what if he would just laugh at you or telling you to leave him alone before he would exorcise you ..? Before you could turn your back and leaving the door opened revealing the blonde exorcist " oh [ name ] what are you doing here ? " your hands started to sweat and you couldn’t look at him in the eyes " o- oh i uhm .. uhm i just wanted to say i - … " " wait , before you speak i have something to say .. " he let you in the room with him and closed the door ' thank god ' you felt more relieved letting him speak first " i guess you probably still see me as dangerous overall everything that happened , but i do really mean it when i say that i don’t see you as a danger to the students anymore , if you’re willing to be next to me , not as a treat but as a partner , i would be the happiest guy in the school " he admitted looking at you with eyes filled with .. adoration.

You don’t remember what exactly happened after that , maybe because you felt too overwhelmed by the new emotions you felt , what you do know is that now you and Teru still pass the time together , but not as an exorcist and a supernatural , but as a couple , and you feel like you wouldn’t trade this with anything in the world

The end is kinda lame but i feel so tired so that’s all , hope you liked it !!

Project Sekai Characters Going to Trick-or-Treat With You With What Costumes

Akito

- I feel like he would wear probably a matching costume if you force him or convince him to, but if not he would probably won’t dress up because “he’s too cool for it” kind of style he’ll probably say.

- Would let you do his hair because he generally probably doesn’t know how to make his hair match you guys’ matching costume

- He would probably steal your candy when your not looking or just steal it infront of you to make things fun since it’s Halloween, overall y’all would just be laughing all the way home just for him to give you back or break it in half to share with you because he feels bad

Toya

- If you ask him to match costumes he would 100% say yes with no hesitation, he just wants you happy

- He would probably suggest something that looks similar to his unit like probably matching outfits for Halloween than costumes if yall can’t decide(either way he loves spending time with you on Halloween)

- He would share his candy with you or trade candies with you if you want a certain candy you wanted, you guys would trade and you or him would give the candy you guys don’t like

Tsukasa

- You guys would 100% wear Princess and princes/knight costumes because he is a star he must show he is able to “recuse you” as a knight or prince

- And you being the Princess to show heart are perfect outfits to spend to for Halloween

- P.S. he might brag about you guys matched outfits when you meet up with wxs to do a group treat-or-treating, he would just non stop talk about how he’s the knight to come save you and sometimes nene would have to ask him to quiet down if they’re in a quiet neighborhood.

Rui Kamishiro

Rui felt like he had a good understanding of emotions, he knew when he was happy or when he was discontent with himself. Though one feeling, he struggle to comprehend was belonging to something. Must of days whilst his classmates played together and gossip during the hours of lunch, he was found at the rooftops with only the air to greet him.

He felt like an outsider to the world, that one lonesome child in the corner, too afraid to mutter a word to his peers. He wasn't necessarily upset by this either, he had grown to be accustomed to being alone, becoming desensitized in the solitude

That was until he met you.

You greeted him with nothing but endless kindness, little words of affirmation kissing the lobes of his ears. Even when he felt like an outsider to the world, your benevolence met no ends, boundless as you held him in your arms, brushing away his troubles

And that is why in that very moment, Rui felt his hopes and emotions crush like powder as those simple quick words left your lips in a firm sentence.

" We should break up"

That was joke, right-? Yet there was no hesitation in your voice. Not a quiver nor stutter to indicate otherwise. Your eyes were also void of that glimmer you use to stare at him as well, glinting like stars that would greet him each and every day. Instead, it was monotone, vacant of the care that use to love him. Cold. And hurting as well.

In the shock of the moment, he was rendered silence, his head racing at a dangerous speed, hazardous to a crash. But as he reached back to his senses of rationality, all he could do was fake a smile. "I understand." Perhaps you both would talk it out but ultimately you remained the same about your choice.

Why? That was word that had lodged itself in his thoart yet he had no energy to mutter it out even as a meek whisper.

He tried to pry the lingering eyes off him. Nene and others would ask if he was fine. The question always brought a sharp pain, a pierce to his chest, eyes etching with tears that he swiflty blinks away. The lie forming of his on his lips, "I'm fine" That couldn't be further from the truth and his actions proved otherwise

He quite literally locked himself in his room, his head buried in a cluster of blueprints and spare parts with the sole excuse that he had work to do for upcoming shows. But a quick chat with Tsukasa disproved that very quickly. Really, Rui was looking for any way to avoid crashing paths with you again. To see you be so happy without him whilst he's still struggling to let go

Rui tried to tell himself that he shouldn't be sad that this was expected. Afterall, who would want to be with the outcast? He'll get over it in couple of days, he reckons.

Yet as Rui sat on the rooftops, the spot beside him vacant of your presence, your smile and every part of you, he couldn't help but choke out a sob( his classmates noticed how his cheeks looked a tad puffy yet they silently collectively agreed to leave the pruple haired boy alone). Fingers going numb that use to hold onto yours, grounding him back to reality as soothing words leave you. It felt so wrong not feeling you beside him. But all he was met was with the silence as the wind blew blew over his ears.

His eyes lingered on the view in the distance. He could still hear your voice, giggling as you crack one of those corny jokes that still made his stomach hurt from laughing. You always found the view to be beautiful, a series of colors stringing together to make a scene both you and Rui could share. But now you probably in the cafeteria, laughing with your friends as they gossip of today's news.

And over time he would reach those days when the hurt washed away and he held a genuine smile to his face. Perhaps the both of you can remain friends, not allowing the previous bond to affect you now.

But even still, whenever he goes to the rooftops, he still can't help but squint at the distance, searching for something that no longer existed.

The view never looked quite the same.

Toya Aoyagi

Toya wasn't quite sure what to expect when you both started dating. The idea was new and forgien to his inexperienced hands. But he nonetheless made a silent promise to act the role as your partner to the best of his ability

It was bumpy process, he would admit. He knew he had a rather cold exterior, a concrete wall protecting his vulnerabilities from the world's harsh cruelties. Yet he could not deny that you somehow found a way to chip away at those walls.

You were so kind to him, someone who gave him the reassurance he needed when emotions hit harder than bricks. You provided an escape from his family, one where he didn't need to have his gaurd up.

And overtime you learned, there was more than his rather stoic nature. That deep down all his flaws and imperfections, Toya was a good friend. And a good partner.

Though what brought you to this situation? Only you knew.

" Hey Toya, I think it'd be better if we go our separate ways."

He already could tell something was wrong before you spoke those words. You were more quiet than usual, fingers fidgeting over your sleeves. Silence was shrouding the pair of you- it was like he wasn't even there.

And Toya made the mistake of asking. The very act that led him to this predicament.

Toya was never one to react through ranges of expressions, but this didn't stop his shoulders from going slack, his eyes widening in disbelief- jaw slightly apage, astonished and confused at the same time.

Like Rui, the pair of you would talk it out, being a peaceful closure to your relationshipm But he nonetheless respected your wishes, surely you had good reasons to end things. "If that's how you see it, then I will respect that"

Normally, Toya didn't allow his mind to ponder on topics for too long. It was quite simple for him to shrug off quarries, leaving without a second thought. But this? Admittedly lingered in his mind for much longer than he wished. Was he too tense? Perhaps too emotionless, it gave the impression he didn't care? It didn't matter now. The only person who held the answers was you and you were long gone

He was quite well at hiding his pain compared to Rui. Doesnt even mumble a peep to Akito other than a few blunt words. His expressions remain the same as well, not a note of hurt other than his droppy eyes- struggling to recieve sleep in the aftermath of the breakup. Though people can notice how he starred off into the distance, or how his eyes lingered on spots you use to sit at.

His pile of arcade prizes increased in number as well- subconsciously collecting awards he had normally gifted to you. It hadn't even occurred to him that he still acted upon among old habits. Even though the prizes took up space in his room, it served to epitomize on the lonely cold presence thst he truly was standing in.

And at the dead of nights, void of anyone's prying eyes or judgeful thoughts; his face goes red with faint droplets wetting his cheeks as he makes the mistake of reminiscing for just a second. His knuckles goes pale as his clutch around the pillow fails to cease, his tears leaving marks on the fabrics.

He knew he was waiting for something that was far out of reach. And the realization always caused his body to run numb, a wave of needles to pin against the surface of his heart. It was also then upon that moment, he truly recognized how strong you made him feel and now rendered to a peice of broken shards stitched together with tape only visible in solitude

However, Toya does learn to move on with the mercy of time. A little faster than others.

And when he does pass you by the hallway, he greets you with a mere wave, void of any hurt in his stature.

♡ - Akito was actually annoyed with you the first time that he had met you, but he was also interested in you.

♡ - You were pretty childish and you didn’t really pay attention to any of the rules, but you also had a background behind you of being a really good fighter and there were a couple of instances where you did have to run away but they never put a dent in your reputation because of how well you did in the fights that you could fight in.

♡ - There was also this motivation that you had that really set you apart, that he found interesting was that you were self-motivated, unlike him you didn’t get motivated by others bringing you down, you had that special motivation that he had always wanted and that’s why the two of you ended up meeting to start with.

♡ - It did take a while for him to actually talk to you but once he did the two of you ended up being like “caretaker, and Child-Like” relationship, but overall people always thought it was hella cute when Akito was trying to stop you from punching somebody because they took the chicken nugget that you really wanted to eat<3

♡ - Toya’s already a pretty patient person, so when he first met you he was kinda unfazed, keyword kinda

♡ - He does get phased by you sometimes, he is always concerned when you get into fights with random people over something he dubs “Not something to get physical over” but you would have to disagree that person should have saw it coming when they made you drop your ice cream on purpose.

♡ - People always ask Toya how he can take care of you, They call him “The [Name] Caretaker/babysitter” When he explains to them that your not actually all that bad of a person, they are a little shocked but when they see you together they do see that you are a little calmer then normally, but not by much

♡ - The self-motivation part is also something he really wants to learn about, he always got motivation from trying to convince his dad that street music is good and that he should be able to perform what he wants, but you, you never had to prove anything to anybody, you were just you, and there was nobody else that he would rather be with.<3

♡ - Rui probably met you in detention, because he was caught for some experiment, and you were there for fighting because you weren���t gonna back down! (Unless you were out numbered, but that’s besides the point)

♡ - When the two of you finally started talking he had asked you why you were in detention, and when you explained you had got in a fight with somebody because they flat-tired you in the hallway, he was a little shocked because he thought something like actually bad had happened but no, to him it was something that was really stupid, but you seemed pretty passionate about it?

♡ - You two started hanging out over the next few days and he would try to keep you out of fights as much as he could, but it was hard considering what you thought was fight worthy.

♡ - People always called you the “Detention Couple” because either of you were always in detention for something so it was the perfect nickname for the two of you!

♡ - He was intrigued by you to say the least, the first time he had saw you was when he was with Rui and Nene in the cafeteria and you were about to get into a fight with somebody because they had tried to trade the apple that they had on their plate for the one thing that you had really wanted to eat that day.

♡ - You had gotten a warning because there was no actually fighting but still, after school is when he came and found you, he asked you to hang out, and you were bored so you agreed

ruikasa (???) fic idea im never doing. tw for cannibalism and ooc rui. it's not what it sounds like

ive always loved the idea of aus meeting canon so. canon wondershow meeting cannibal toxic yaoi ruikasa. i dont like it when people make rui, tsukasa, or both cannibals, but i do like poking fun at ooc tropes

it'd be a subversion of the yandere cannibal ruikasa Genre. it could be a spoof where canon is simply horrified, or it could be a horror where canon has to deal with unnerving versions of Themselves. everyone thinks it's just doppelgangers of themselves at first; yandere cannibal rui/ruikasa acts like normal at first. but there's something Off.

(and honestly, canon would start off bothered just by the idea of rui + tsukasa dating LOL. the comedy aspect would be canon tsukasa/rui being 🧍🧍‍♂️ at lovey dovey versions of themselves)

but no yeah, in my head the fic is rui centric bc 1) of course it is and 2) rui gets to meet both fandom interpretations of himself in one guy (flirt and Cannibal Murder)

he'd be intrigued at first, but he'd get bothered by how...different his doppelganger is. it's not obvious at first, but his doppelganger is clingy, possessive, jealous, unempathetic- all while putting on a smile on his face. it's the same smile canon rui himself wears, but it never slips off. rui doppleganger completely ignores emu and nene. and if he does talk to them, it's only when theyre in a pair (unsubtle commentary about emunene only being put in ruikasa fics to give them something to do) his attention is on tsukasa at all times

(the horror aspects could come from him wanting to eat canon tsukasa or something idfk. since it's cannibal yandere rui he's like 'grrr i NEED tsukasa!!' and he sees canon rui as a threat.

he might give a scary monologue to him like "i know myself, we're one in the same, i know u have tsukasa to urself but i Need him, i need him more than i need to breathe, i need to experience him, ive been gifted a version another version of him, a vresion i can maim. im selfish that way-"

meanwhile canon rui's like "um." )

anyways the fic ends with the au versions of themselves fucking off/getting blasted by lasers. or something.

also the whole fic hinges on how rui sees himself/how others may see him. he's sick to his stomach that someone who looked/talked like him wanted to hurt another human being. someone who looked and talked like him was dangerous. someone who looked and talked like him said they were one and the same.

this fic wouldnt even ruikasa tbh, itd just be canon rui, canon tsukasa and the ocs people call rui and tsukasa

the forgotten year - anhane

a/n- author's note if i'm being honest, i haven't uploaded a fanfic since 8th grade so bare with me on this. This story is based off of my 8th grade/freshman year, the last time i actually felt happy. This is very OOC i know, this takes plane in an AU where they all go to school together. I hope you enjoy this, this is only the prologue. The rest will be uploaded on AO3. Also, sorry if the names were swapped around in the middle since this was originally written in the perspective of Kohane. But during the middle of it, I realized that An would be more like me than Kohane so I had to switch around the names by hand. Oh yeah btw, 8th grade/freshman year is COVID hit me

It was a somber March afternoon in yakakawa middle school. The smell of rain filled the air. An was staring into the outside window, looking out into the field of clouds, trying to avoid the burning feeling inside her. There was a burning feeling that was keeping her warm in the cool weather, that feeling was the student that transferred a few months ago, Kohane Azusawa. Kohane was a student that moved in January, just as winter break ended and the new semester started. 

When Kohane first sat down on the empty desk, An felt something in her, as if they met in another life. Kohane looked oddly familiar to her. An dug through her old memories and then realized that Kohane was the random kid they met in the playground during elementary school. “Hey, didn’t you go to chairomori elementary school?!” Tsukasa screamed at her when she was in the room. Kohane wanted to leave, but she did not like the amount of attention when she got. Kohane disliked how rowdy Tsukasa was, and the fact that the girl that sat next to her was Haruka. Haruka kept teasing Kohane for some reason, maybe because She wanted to get Kohane out of her shell since she was the new girl in school. But, it’s whatever. Throughout the weeks, Kohane got used to Haruka and Tsukasa messing around. 

An sat from the other side of the room, quietly observing Kohane. She wanted to go and maybe talk to her since she didn’t know anyone at the school. Kohane always sat alone during snack and lunch breaks, playing on her computer or eating her food. She looks like she needs a hug. An was curious about Kohane’s behavior in class too, she’d always fall asleep or look into the void instead of listening to the teacher. One time, Kohane fell asleep in class. The teacher whistled to wake her up, An died laughing. The kid next to her, Shiho, could read An like an open book. Shiho looked at An with a smug expression. “Hey An, do you like Kohane?” An’s heart was a soda bottle getting ready to explode. Her face was painted scarlet, and her dictionary became an alphabet soup. An felt naked when Shiho asked that, it was almost like she knew what was going on in An’s mind. “Yeah An, don’t be shy to shoot your shot!” Ichika yelled. An was stuck in carbonite, there was no excuse for this behavior she’s had for the past month, staring at Kohane instead of listening to the teacher, laughing whenever she did something silly in class, drawing on papers in hopes she’d see them, and even giving her kind notes on her desk thinking that she won’t know it’s from An. But in reality, Kohane knew that An gave her the note on her table. An froze when she noticed that Kohane read the note and immediately stared at her with a smile.

An was afraid to talk to Kohane, thinking that She’d find her weird like everyone else around her. Until the time came when they were going to get a seating arrangement. “Everyone stand up facing the chalkboard!” The teacher exclaimed. Everyone stood up and walked towards the chalkboard. The teacher started from the back. “Mafuyu, Emu, Nene” the teacher pointed at the desks while saying kids' names, that’s how they were assigning seats. “Honami, Mizuki, Minori” the list went on and on until the last three desks were open. “Kohane, Rui, An.” It was like the teacher knew everything that An was thinking about. An felt like she was walking on eggshells. I can’t believe I’m this close to her, now I can’t look at her without her knowing. The teacher gave the whole class an assignment and everyone started writing answers to the questions. 

An couldn’t focus, her heart took over her brain. There was a pounding feeling inside her body that couldn’t let her focus on the assignment, things were becoming overwhelming for An, she couldn’t hold the urge to look at Kohane. But, Kohane might notice that she was staring at her since she was very close. An tried to stare at Rui so Kohane wouldn’t see that she was staring at her and not Rui, peripheral vision is gonna do its job for once. It wasn’t helping at all, now An could focus less now that she was staring at Rui because she could see Kohane from the corner of her eye. An’s heart started rushing and rushing more, and her blood turned into a rushing river. It was no use for An to use that technique since it made things complex for her. This was hell for An since she had to work while having that funny feeling inside her. 

During the final minutes of class, everyone started packing their things. “Ahhh I’m so tired!!” Kohane groaned. An’s mind was rushing, she knew that this was her time to shine. An jumped with joy in her seat since she knew that this is her time to have a proper conversation with Kohane, they can both have time to interact instead of exchanging eye contact. “Man, I’m tired too. Why do we even have school?” An replied. The bell rang announcing to everyone that it was time to go home. When An walked out, she noticed that it was sprinkling outside, good thing she didn’t bring her umbrella. She walked home grinning with pride. I’m so happy I got the courage to talk to her and get out of my comfort zone. 

An couldn’t stop thinking about how much fun she’ll have with Kohane now that they were sitting next to each other, she hopes that a group project will happen so they can work together as partners and even have fun study dates outside of school. Hopefully, she’ll get the guts to ask Kohane for an after-school boba date since there’s a boba shop near their school. There were more thoughts in her mind about her and Kohane going out and having fun in school than stars in the sky and sand in the desert, every step she made when walking back from school was a new thought with she and Kohane created.  The second An ran home, she kicked off her shoes, ran upstairs, tossed her backpack on the floor, and jumped on her bed. Jumping on her mattress took her to heaven. Every thought about Kohane ran through her mind like a rapid river. The thoughts of her other classes, friends, and worries were all taken over by the thought of Kohane. Her heart pounded in excitement, yearning for the next day. She ignored the fact it was a Friday and only focused on the fact that Saturday was another Kohane day. Every day was Kohane day from now on. Reality hit her when a knocking noise entered her door. “Come in!” she told the person at her door. Turns out that it was her dad. “An, The school has notified me that you’ll be staying home for the next three weeks. An influenza outbreak has occurred in the first years, so the school headmaster has informed everyone that they’ll be staying home to prevent the spread and to cleanse all classrooms, the gym, and  any class that a student or teacher has walked into. This doesn’t mean you can slack on your studies, You’ll be doing school work on your laptop until school opens up again. The headmaster says the school will open up again after spring break. ” She fell off of cloud nine, she can’t believe that her dad had to ruin her day like that. “Okay dad, I'll not slack on my studies” she sighed. Well, it’s only gonna be three weeks right? That means I can have more time to work on myself and practice talking to Kohane more, I can’t wait to recite all my conversation starters and build up courage!

What I Think About The Mun: a close friend who i am comfortable sharing my 日本語 and poorly translated engrish memes with. i like how all the threads between our muses range from angst to silly things like eiji spreading rumors. talking with you ic and ooc is very enjoyable since we have similar likes too. also i'm sure i've said it multiple times but it's also really fun writing with you as well. you always worry about your english, but it has never been an issue to understand what you mean. at least it has never been an issue for me-- and if that's the case, maybe i need english help too heh.

Overall Opinion: a fun daikon queen blog that likes to tackle both the comedic but serious sides of jshk. i think you do a great job of capturing nene's voice and portraying it in your writing. i also think your excitement for the series (and other series that we discuss heh) helps make writing with you more enjoyable. because you're always out here telling me about new chapters or trying new au threads just bc of one page from the manga. i'm looking at you royalty au. but even though she is perpetually busy, if you get the chance to write with her.. you won't regret it.

You yawned as you sat up on your bed. You had just woken up right before your clock would alarm. After stretching your arms and legs, you stood up. ‘Good morning Y/n! Another day for school..’ You walked downstairs to eat food before going to shower.

You wore your uniform and straightened it with your hand, trying to remove the wrinkles. You looked at yourself and smiled. You took your bag and bid goodbye to your family before leaving the house, also making sure to lock it before you go to school.

While you were on your way however, you noticed Akane waving at you. “Good morning Y/n!” Akane went beside you. “How are you today? You look pretty as always.” “Good morning to you too, Akane.” You greeted back with a smile, seemingly ignoring his compliment.

Akane began talking about his day, even though it was just the morning. He really had a lot to talk about. “So, how was your day Y/n?”

Akane escorted you to your locker, even begging you to marry him in the future. “Let’s get married in our mid 30’s! We’ll have kids and be a happy family together.” The thought itself made Akane shiver in delight. “No thanks.” He pouted and murmured ‘It was worth a shot, next time I guess..’.

“Want me to walk you to class?” He offered. You shook your head. “No need. I need to go somewhere else actually.” You answered. He let out a ‘huh?’. “It’s still early, I can go to class later.”

“I’ll see you there right?” You nodded and bid him goodbye before you both separated.

You walked upstairs and turned the corner to an empty hall, smiling and greeting good morning to the people who greeted you. You looked left and right before entering the bathroom. There he was, sitting on the sink and swinging his leg as he looked down at the mokkes. His hat covering his face. But when the door creaked, his head turned to you. And his lips turned upwards into a smile.

“I sensed you were in the school. Good morning!” Hanako walked towards you. “Good morning to you too Hanako.” You smiled, feeling your chest thump at the sight of him. But you quickly frowned and looked down. Hanako slightly frowned when he noticed your demeanor. He cupped your cheeks and made you face him.

“What’s wrong?” He asked softly. A mokke jumped on the counter and handed you candy. You took it then looked at Hanako, face turning serious. “Remember when I first met you?”

Hanako hummed, reminiscing the scene.

Y/n looked around the empty bathroom. The cold sent shivers down her spine. She hugged herself, trying to calm herself down. She sighed, murmuring to herself. ‘You wanted to do this for a long time. You’re here to wish. Nothing more, nothing less. You’re going to achieve your wish and everything will go well. Nothing will go wrong.’

Unknown to her, an invisible form has been watching her movements.

She knocked the door three times before calling his name. “Hanako-san, Hanako-san..” She seemed to hesitate at first, then she tried again. This time more confident. “Hanako-san, Hanako-san. Are you there?”

“Y-e-s.....”

She jumped at the voice. Her heart starts to pound quickly as she gets scared. The stall door she knocked on slowly opens. The once invisible form smiles as he felt a brief moment of power go through him. On instinct, he went behind and scared her.

She shrieks and tries to hit whoever that was, but her hand went through. “W-who are you?” The girl asks. The ghost darkly chuckled. “Weren’t you the one who summoned me?” “Hanako? Um.. I’m sorry, but aren’t you supposed to be a girl?”

He stops and pouts at the girl, making her confused. The ghost says “Whatever. I guess your wish won’t come true after all! Hmph.” Her eyes widened. He smiled for a split second, before frowning once more. “I- I’m so sorry Hanako-san! I didn’t know!”

“It’s alright!” His happy demeanor came quicker than expected. “Let me introduce myself! I'm a supernatural, the 7th of the school's 7 mysteries: Hanako-san of the Toilet. Nice to meet you!"

‘Hanako’ took out a small notepad and pen from his pocket and sat- or floated on the air. “Please state your name and tell me your wish.” He glances at the blank paper then at her. His eyes went dark. “But it will cost a price.” The last words made her shiver, but she shrugged it off. It had to be done.

“My name is Y/n, Y/n L/n. My wish is..”

Silence took over. “Your wish is..?”

“I- I wish... I- I can’t do it.” Hanako stood up in protest. “What?!”

“I’m sorry.. I can’t do this.. I’m not ready.. I’m not sure of my wish anymore.”

“Why not?” He asked, curious as to why you had second thoughts. Isn’t this why you summoned him? To wish?

“I don’t think this is what I really want.. I don’t know yet. Please let me think again before I can wish once more.”

“I do.” He nodded. “What about it?”

“I have thought about it and well.. I have a wish for you to help me fulfill.” You muttered, loud enough for him to hear. Hanako gasped, smiling widely. He hugged you tightly and spun you around.

Once he stopped, he placed you back on the ground. “What’s your wish?” Hanako couldn’t anticipate what your wish would be. You took a breather and looked at Hanako’s eyes, holding his hands. A blush spread on your face as you exclaimed.

“I wish that you would marry me. You’re the person I love the most.”

Hanako seemed to not respond, slowly processing your words. His face slowly turned red. He held your hands tighter and his head laid on your shoulder. “Y-you want to marry me?” He mumbled. Without hesitation, you agreed. “I do. If you're comfortable with it.” His hands wrapped around your waist.

"I want to marry you and have a family together." You whispered.

“I’ll gladly fulfill your wish.” Hanako whispered. You were going to say something but the bell rang. “Oh.. I have to go to class.” You murmured, backing out from his hug to his dismay. “Can’t you skip class? I can teach you if you want. I can be a good teacher y’know?” He smirked. You shook your head. “I can’t skip class.”

“Come on~ Hang out with your fiancé.”

During lunch, you were eating your lunch with Yashiro, Hanako right beside you. He talked to you and commented about the other students. Akane wasn’t present due to student council work.

“Pfft- look at that guy, he has a bland lunch.”

“Look at her, she looks like she’s gonna vomit from her food!”

You hummed, half heartedly listening to him. “Hey Y/n.” Yashiro called. “Why were you late to class? I’m sure I saw you earlier before the bell rang.” You stopped for a minute, trying to think of an excuse. Hanako grinned and wrapped his arms around your neck. “Well fellow friend of Y/n’s. She and I are dating.” He answered, knowing that she couldn’t hear him.

You coughed, then smiled. “I- just had something busy to do.” You silently cursed yourself for stuttering and hoped that she would buy it. “Oh. That makes sense.” You sighed in relief, with Hanako snickering.

“Oh and can you help me with the plants after school? I’m going to be alone by myself. Help would be nice.”

“Sure, I don’t mind.” You smiled at Yashiro.

You, Yashiro and Akane just finished helping Yashiro with gardening. Akane offered his help because you were there and wanted to help a friend. Before you four separated, you excused yourself to the bathroom to talk to Hanako.

“Can’t you stay for a while? Tell them that it’s for extra schoolwork?” He pouted, slumping down. “I can’t. Akane and Nene would get suspicious.” You gave him a small smile. “We can meet tomorrow.”

“It’s too long! I’ll miss you!” He flung himself to you, holding you tightly. “Since when did you start being so lovey dovey to me hm?” You teased. “Ever since you became mine. Anything wrong with that?” You giggled.

“I’m sorry but I need to go now, Hanako. They’re probably worrying as to why I’m taking too long.” With much pestering, he finally let go in a sulky manner. “Cheer up, Hanako. I’ll make sure to make it up to you tomorrow.” You kissed his cheek and smiled, leaving the bathroom. Hanako stood there with a cheeky smile.

You ran towards Yashiro “Hey! I’m sorry I was late. Where’s Akane?” You asked as you and Yashiro left the building. “He said that Minamoto-senpai called him for extra work today..”

“That’s too bad..” You muttered. “Can I talk to you about something?”

“What is it about?”

“You’re the only friend I trust about this. Please don’t tell this to anyone alright?” Yashiro nodded, curious. “You see, I have a... Lover-” “A LOVER?!” Yashiro started to gush about your love life. Who they are, what they look like, their gender, etc.

You tried to calm her down. You knew that she would react like this. “Nene, please calm down.” You chuckled. “Ah sorry, I got carried away. You have a lover! You’re so lucky! But then again you are very pretty!” She fiddled with her fingers. “So- what’s your question?”

“I need help with your romantic expertise..” You looked away a bit embarrassed. “Is that alright?” Yashiro hugged you. “Of course! I’m glad you chose me to help you! I’ll help you in any way I can! I wanna see your significant other one day too!”

“About that... Nevermind, you’ll possibly know him sooner or later.”

Yashiro basically became your wingwoman. Helping you pick gifts and such inside and outside of school (though the fun is gone when Hanako sees your plan, but he’s nice enough to play along with it.). She even made this as a mission to find your potential lover in school, since she noticed you go to an empty room to possibly hang out with your lover!

As for Akane, he doesn’t know this just yet. He continues to court you. “I might not see the future but I can see the two of us marrying.” He flings his arm around you just for you to dodge. “3/10.”

Yashiro awkwardly listened to the conversation- well, kinda one-sided conversation at least. Hanako was there sticking his tongue out and making fun of Akane. You tried to compose yourself from chuckling at Hanako’s childishness. It’s pretty cute tho right?

Though the more Akane tried to court you, it made Hanako more jealous. And to top it off, there were many students who wanted you too! He can’t help that he’s already dead and that you're popular.

One day, he became more clingier than usual. You didn’t question it though, you were just curious. After school, you decided this was the right time to confront him. You both were in the bathroom with the mokkes. Hanako not wanting to play today, which was surprising.

“Hanako, are you alright? You’re clingier than usual.” You ask to the ghost who was sitting on your lap., not wanting to sound rude. His silence making you worry. “You’re not going to leave me for someone else one day, are you?”

“Of course not! What made you think of that?” You kissed his forehead and smiled. “Besides, you're the only man I love. No one else is going to replace you, my love.” After hearing all of those, his heart fluttered.

He grinned. “I love you too.” He gave you a short yet passionate kiss, which you melted in.

But even after that, he can’t help but still feel jealous to the people who keep confessing their love to you. Sometimes he messes with them for a day. They just piss him off because even after you decline, they always come back.

He talks about you A LOT to Tsuchigomori (Poor man someone help him-).

When Yashiro can finally see supernaturals (and learns that Hanako was your lover this whole time), she was happy and somewhat disappointed. When Akane found out, he wasn’t pleased. He always gave Hanako glares. But even after that, he would still try.

“Hey! She’s mine! Can’t you see we’re dating? We’re bonded by our souls too! So stop trying to court my lover damnit!” Hanako shouted, in an empty classroom. “But I like her too! Maybe I can change her mind and try!” They continued to bicker over who you want to be with more.

Whenever Akane was around, Hanako would be more affectionate just to irritate Akane. While Akane would try to eliminate Hanako by placing traps for him. Hanako would place Akane as the most annoying person ever and always let you away from him.

“Come on, Y/n! I found a great place for us. JUST THE TWO OF US AND NO ONE ELSE!” He yelled the last part on purpose to tell Akane to leave them alone. The great place being his boundary, he told you “Can you just tell Glasses to stop courting you? He knows we’re dating already and yet he continues to court you! It’s so annoying.” He pouted.

You gave him a soft look and nodded. “It is kinda annoying hearing you both bicker.” You held his hand and rubbed the back of his hand assuringly. “I’ll tell him to stop for you okay?”

“You’re the best.” He beamed. “I really reaaalllyyyyy love you- have I told you that?”

“You told me this 7 times already.” He pouted, seemingly wanting another answer. You laughed “I love you too Hanako.”

A red haired goth strode through the hallways without skipping a beat, looking out for two specific people. Her name was Cassandra, and she had been looking for two of their allies, Pico and Nene. In their hands they held a letter, one which contained a confession to the two. She’d fallen in love with both of them, and had held these feelings inside of herself for years, afraid of being rejected and shunned like she’d been before. But today, they finally decided that they would go up and ask. If it failed and she was rejected, then they’d just force themselves accept it and move on, much like she did for everything else. Cassandra peaked out from behind a couple of lockers, viewing the two talking with each other. While she couldn’t hear exactly what they were saying over the chatter of the other students, they seemed to be enjoying each other's company. As she started to walk up to the two, she noticed something that added more fuel to the burning pile that was her worries. The two were holding hands and blushing. Still enjoying the others company, a fairly confident looking Nene and an extremely flustered Pico holding hands. “It’s alright cassy…they’re..,probably just..doing that as friends…it’s gonna be alright, just go up and give them the damn letter already!!” Cassandra sighed and finally approached the two.

“Pico? Nene?” She asked, looking down at the floor. The two turned to face them, both questionative of what she wanted. “I wanted to…..” As they spoke they started to fidget with their bandana, not sure how exactly to do the whole confession thing. “Well..I mean…I wanted to give you this…” They cut themselves off again, suddenly throwing the letter to the floor and looking directly at the two. “It’s just….do you two love me?” Pico and Nene looked at Cassandra for a second in silence, until Nene spoke up. “Shit..we all love each other, right?” “…right?” The goth was unsure of whether this was in fact true or not, but oh so desperately wanted to believe it. “Yeah!!” Chripped Pico. “Forever and ever!!!” “Wait…just…really…” Cassandra continued to question. “You both just…actually…love me…..?“ Nene nodded. “Mmhmm!! We all love each other, so..does that make us poly now?” “I think it does!!” Pico continued to chime in. “Oh..oh gosh..I..I have two girlfriends now!! I..I didn’t even think about this, I-“ The ginger started to ramble to himself, visibly flushed. Cassandra started to fluster as well, as Nene gently hugged her. “Yup, just the three of us in love~ I was wondering when you were gonna confess it, you always look at us like such a lovesick dummy lol >vo” “N-NO I DON'T!!!” They cried. Nene giggled and continued to snuggle on Cassandra, Pico soon joining in with the two.

"Pico! Give it back!" A voice growled from the empty alleyway. A few chuckles could be heard from the same alleyway.

"Or what, shorty? Ya gonna call the cops on me?" Pico grunted out, shoving someone to the ground. Ah, yes. The person, who was now laying on the ground, was our dear protagonist.

[Y/n].

[Y/n] whimpered, laying on the ground as they struggled to get up. Nene, one of Pico's gang friends, pressed her foot against you're head. "Don't try to get up, squirt! Stay on the damn ground, like the little bitch you are!" She growled out.

Darnell glanced from Pico, and back to [Y/n], humming in thought. "We should get goin. It's getting late, Pico." He says, turning on his heel.

Pico looked over at Darnell, scoffing. "C'mon Nene." He said, making a motion for Nene to follow him as he walked out of the alley way. Nene spat on [Y/n] before rushing after Pico and Darnell.

[Ok, so- i don't know much about Pico's school.. Or Nene and Darnell- so please forgive me if they're abit ooc-]

You wince slightly as you try to stand. "Are you alright?" A voice asked. You glanced over you're shoulder to see a tall figure.

They're voice was weird. Almost like a quiet echo. "W-who are.." "Don't worry about that." The voice cut you off. "You're obviously injured. Come here." The figure said, walking closer.

Ah, so it was a female. She had some fluffy purple like hair, and a mask on.

[It's my oc Eskel, if you don't mind me putting her in, she isn't being shipped with anyone, don't worry.]

You shuffled back slightly, frowning. "How do i know you're not with him?" You ask quietly. The female scoffed. "Who? That rat? Nah." She says, knealing down.

She was about 5'9 almost. She slid her mask off, revealing her navy blue eye. Her other eye had a patch of some sorts on it.

"So, you know him, i'm guessing, yeah?" The female says, pulling out an aid kit from her pocket. You nodded,sitting up more.

She gestured for your're arm, and began patching you up.

"There. Better?" The female asks, her tail swaying behind her. You nod, smiling abit, "uh.. Thank you.." "It's Eskel." The female says, smiling.

[It's- pronounced 'Esgel' btw-]

"How about you come back to my home? It's late, and i don't want you walking back to you're house alone. Plus, i'm sure you live.. Pretty far from the city area," Eskel hummed, helping you up.

"Yeah.. Uhm.. Sure." You say, looking up at Eskel. She smiled, grabbing her mask before walking out of the alleyway, you by her side.

"Here we are." Eskel says, opening the door to her house. It was a loft apparently. You nervously looked around, seeing the large glass windows. "Ah- so- since you.. Live at the middle floor of the building.. And have.. Walls as windows.." You started.

"You aren't going to fall, and the windoes aren't going to break." Eskel reassures, slipping her boots off by the door. "Now, you can stay in the guest room for the night." She states.

You nod, and go upstairs to take a quick shower, and head to bed.

You were currently in the mall, at the food court. Ever since you and Eskel met, you both became quick friends. When you left, you both exchanged numbers.

You were waiting for her to arrive at the food court since you had both went you're seperate ways to go shop. You hum, looking down at you're phone.

"[Y/n]."

You froze. That voice. Oh great. You turned to look over you're shoulder, only to see Pico, Nene, and Darnell. "The hell do you want?" You grumble, scowling.

Nene huffed. "Don't talk to us that way. Pico wanted to tell you something." She growls, shoving Pico forward. The ginger stumbled slightly, a bright red blush on his face.

"[Y/n].. Err.. I uhm.. HateYOU-" Pico exclaimed quickly, before shaking his head. 'Wait no- that's not how- uhm-" He sputtered out many words.

This just angered you further. "Pico. I fucking get it. You don't like me. Now get away from me before i call the cops." You respond quietly, squinting you're eyes.

"W-wait no no! I don't- i didn't mean too-" "Pico i said leave me ALONE!" "GO ON A DATE WITH ME!"

Silence. Nene and Darnell looked at eachother before laughing. "It took you long enough!" Darnell exclaimed. You were shocked. The fuck? He likes you?

"What kind of sick ass joke is this?" You ask bluntly. "I-it's not a joke, i s-swear! I really.. Want to d-date you, and i know i'm a shitty person, but please.. Those things i've done to you weren't right, and i know i'm wrong for that but.. I don't know, you were always so nice.. And kind.. And i just.. I messed up." He explained, staring at the ground.

You stared Pico up and down. "..So you aren't joking? Not trying to play me? Not trying to prank me?" You ask. Pico nodded, rubbing his neck.

You sigh, biting you're lip. "... Sure, Pico. I'll go out with you." You finally say, making Pico light up. "BUT. I swear to god, if you even think about fucking me over, i'm finding you." You growl lowly.

Pico nodded his head nervously, a crooked smile on his face. "Now, heres my number. Text me later, i'm shopping with a friend." You say, writing on a piece of paper before handing it to Pico.

The male shakily grasped the paper, gulping as he nodded and walked away with Nene and Darnell. "Wow. That was interesting to watch." Eskel said from behind, adjusting her sweater.

You roll you're eyes, looking at the russian female. "Shut up and come sit with me, i'm fucking starving." You huff, making Eskel laugh aloud.
