The sunflower trio keeps me awake at night. I love the idea of something like the original love triangle (yashiro x hanako + Kou liking yashiro) but with these three. I think it would be so interesting Akane x Aoi + Teru liking Akane, it makes sense and it's so heart wretching, to see Teru made shit with his stupid one sided crush while they're in a weird kinda relationship/mutual crush, how Teru dislikes when Akane talks about Aoi, seeing him in love like always and each time knowing he won't ever reciprocate his feelings. I think that Teru and Aoi are engaged because Aoi is the Kanegiki (or however it’s spelled) so it would make sense to have her under lock and key for the sacrifice once she comes of age, also it’s the story of Sumire all over again.

That would be strange since Aoi is allowed to go to school (why pay her an education she won't be alive long enough to use later? Or allow her to make friends who will be horrified when they learn she is destined to die?), and the intire point of resetting the timeline was to erase the remains of the 'god' they used to sacrifice the Kannagis for.

If the god was not only still around but being fed by an ongoing tradition, stronger than ever, then the clockkeeper would have failed phenomenally.

While it is very possible that remains of the 'god' are still around, I seriously doubt it has a presence strong enough to be given sacrifices (Akane would have just reset the timeline if that was the case, cause it would be a big problem to have an entity that was strong enough to have to be sealed being worshiped)

But I do think there is something going on behind teruaoi arranged marriage, something related to the minamoto and akane connections from that time and I'm excited to figure out what it is!
