i was having a convo with a friend trying to figure out if i liked or not a girl and the friend asked me: imagine yourself locked in a dark room with her, what would you do?

"ask her about her favorite song, play it in the background, ask her about what makes her happy, hear her smile, ask her about her gratest fear, listen, ask her about her favorite character, draw it for her... I guess understand her, accept her and make her smile through little things. maybe hold her hand when she struggles?"

and that friend straight up told me that im one of those weirdos who dont experience sexual attraction bc dark rooms mean something totally different for the rest of the population.

just realized that i was obsessively watching yt videos on "how to make a girl/guy like you"/"what makes someone attractive" etc just so I could choose "crushes" so my allo friends wouldn't think that I'm a freak.

literally I would look around and be like: omg that person has blue eyes and in a survey blue eyes were chosen as the most attractive + they have a big smile + they have mouscles... AHA! "Guysss, guess whattt, I have a crush!"
