I'm gonna say something controversial but, having a higher cal limit has helped me lose more weight. When I eat 1000-1200 cals it's slower; however I have higher energy for more workouts/steps, sleep better (therefore not wrecking my metabolism), feel better, and I don't binge. Do what works for you but don't feel ashamed if your cal limit is higher than 400, 200, etc. 馃┓

PSA to all my ana girls that carbs and sodium will cause more water retention. Therefore, making the scale go up or not budge. And intense workouts can also cause inflammation that'll add to the scale. So don't be too discouraged and fly high butterflies 馃
