Alright, so I'm taking on a studying challenge. My goal is to be top student in my class (I'm currently sitting at 5th place, so it shouldn't be too tough). I just need to put in some extra hard work.
This weekend, I'm going all out with my studying and catching up on everything I've fallen behind on. I've got midterms coming up in the week starting November 8th, so I need to make the most of my time.
I'm not going to let my mental health get in the way of my studies anymore. It's time to pull ourselves together and get back on track.
Here's my to-do list for today:
Mobile development: Study all the lectures, make flashcards, create mind maps, and complete all the labs. (completed)
Operations Research: Since we're allowed to use documents in the exam, I'll practice everything and identify any areas where I need improvement.Plus , work on my part of the group project we have (in progress)
React: Build a simple front-endmentor challenge using React.(not done)

Guys pls if you don't read the whole post just read the question I asked at the end
Tumblr media
Hey there! It's been a while since I last updated you, but I actually had a pretty good day today!
So, last week was a total disaster for me, but I'm determined to bounce back this week. And you know what? I woke up bright and early at 5am today. I took my sweet time getting ready, catching up on some YouTube vlogs, and enjoying a delicious breakfast. I stepped out feeling fabulous and confident.
Morning classes
Started off with some morning classes. First up was a Linux lecture on file and directory permissions. it was honestly a piece of cake and I always find Linux super enjoyable !
Then came the Java EE lecture. I don't know if it's just me or the professor, but Java EE doesn't quite ignite my excitement like all the other classes I'm passionate about.
Lunch time
During lunchtime, I had a club meeting with few designers. I've already designed a stunning ID card for the club, and we were brainstorming ideas for this year. It was great to collaborate and come up with some cool plans.
Evening classes
In the evening, it was the same old Java EE class. To be honest,I couldn't grasp much of it. Oh well, we can't win 'em all, right?
Finally, I made my way back home, and it was raining! But that didn't dampen my spirits. I quickly took care of my hair and followed my night skincare routine. After a satisfying meal and a lovely chat with my family, I dove into studying and summarizing the Linux lecture from this morning.
And here I am, writing this post as a sneaky little way to procrastinate studying Java EE. Any chance you have some ressources about Java EE to share? I'm all ears!

Another school week has begun, and it's been quite a hectic Monday, to be honest. By the time I got back home, I was extremely exhausted. But let's recap the day,
Morning classes:
In the Linux lecture, we delved into the fascinating topic of file management. I found it really interesting, but I still need to review and take notes since I have a lab on it tomorrow.
Next up was the Java EE lecture, and I must say, the professor's way of explaining things was both boring and complicated. Don't get me wrong, I love Java EE as a platform, but the lectures given by this professor just don't do it for me.
Evening classes:
I had another Java EE lecture, followed by a lab. The lab was pretty straightforward; we mainly configured Eclipse and Apache Tomcat, so it wasn't too challenging.
By the time I finally made it back home, I was completely drained.
Here are the goals I managed to achieve today:
I took care of my skin, even though I removed the post about it due to some concerns. I drank lots of water, had my green juice, and followed my morning and night skincare routine. I resisted the urge to touch my skin or pop any pimples. However, I did forget to reapply sunscreen, which is not good.
I also managed to post on here, so that's done.
As for studying, I haven't done it yet, but I plan to eat and then dive right into it since I have an assignment due anyway.
A few things bothered me today:
I caught myself engaging in negative self-talk, but I tried my best to stop it as much as possible.
The area around my eyes has been extremely dry lately, and I'm not sure why. I made sure to moisturize it as much as I could during my skincare routine.
On a positive note, I am grateful for my friends. Having people around me who truly accept me for who I am and make me genuinely happy is something I don't take for granted.
I apologize for the length of this recap, but I hope everyone had a fantastic day. Here's to an even better tomorrow! Cheers <3

First of all , where did fall and winter go in my country ? Instead, we're stuck with a blistering 39°C that feels like my hair is about to set on fire.
Today I decided to head home during my lunch break. Not only did I end up regretting that decision, but I also felt like I had run a marathon. And then the professor didn't even come . So there I was, waiting for the bus under the blazing sun, feeling like I was melting away.
So I decided that from now on, I'll stay on campus all day long, no matter what my schedule looks like. Going back home just isn't worth it anymore. Tomorrow, I don't have any classes, and it's already 4pm . So, I'm taking this opportunity to really think about my daily routine. This week was all about getting used to the new school life (that is in fact exhausting!). But now, it's time to get serious and figure out how I want my routine to look moving forward. Gotta make sure I'm prepared for whatever comes my way!

Today was just another day on campus, and it seems like it will be that way from now on. Here's a rundown of my day:
Morning classes:
Operations research: The professor covered an entire chapter at lightning speed. Usually, I strive to absorb 90% of the material in class so I can delve deeper into it later. But today, I could only manage to grasp about 20% because I couldn't focus, and the teacher was racing through the content.
Evening classes:
Mobile development on Android Studio: Once again, the teacher bombarded us with loads of information that went right over my head. Now I have to tackle it all on my own at home.
Software projects development: This class was surprisingly enjoyable, but it also introduced a ton of new information that I need to review and study again.
The problem is, when I get home around 7pm, I barely have any time to study. By the time I change, take care of my skincare routine, and eat, it's already 8:30pm.
Upon reflection, I've realized that I lack a consistent routine, and my mental health needs often distract me. I also neglect basic self-care, like drinking enough water and having proper meals throughout the day.
To address these issues, I've set some small goals for myself:
Drink at least 1.5 liters of water every day.
Actually eat substantial meals. Eat properly instead of surviving on a single cookie without any water. Am I trying to kill myself? Definitely not.
Study for at least one hour every day.
Try to establish a routine thatworks for me best.
I wasn't even planning on making this post, but I made a promise to myself to be consistent, and I intend to keep that promise.
