If you want the honest to god truth, Harley knew that the Joker was spewing saccharine filth from the start when he reached out with promises of a sweet little life, one with a darling family of their own. She knew because, after years of watching him pant after the trials of Batman, she saw he had no room other than his obsession left in his heart. But like a moth to firelight, she flutters dutifully back into his arms attracted by promises already broken

Imagine her surprise when shes greeted at the door with a bright smile, almost sane enough to trick her. He ushers her in with a sweet note in the air and a “surprise waiting for her” in the living room. Bound and gagged a couple is crying out on the floor, shaking their hands in a pathetic plea, and attempting to crawl away, and usually, Harley would be all for making a joke or two, but instead, all she can see is you. Your little presence floods all of her senses, sitting perfectly pacified on the floor. Behind her, she's aware of her partner's sick laughter, but she can't shake off the trance she's in.

You couldn't be older than 3, still without proper motor skills and a morbid curiosity stopping any critical preservation instincts that might have had you crying. This becomes more evident when instead of screaming, you giggle as the clown prince of crime crouches down to haul you up into an embrace, even bouncing you up into the air a few times to pry out more laughter. She can barely hear the shrieks of your old parents as the Joker finally deposits you safely into her arms, and as she cradles you close to her chest that aches for you. It's a physical hurt that almost overwhelmed her, the need to crawl inside you and live there, or for you to do the same, and it is in a stranger's house that Harley falls in love again.

“Sweet as honey ain't they?” the Joker coos and cackles at you, waggling a few fingers in front of your face, grinning even wider as you grab at them. “Full of curiosity that one is, a real riot!” but Harley can barely hear him much less acknowledge him past the roaring of blood in her ears. Her heart beating out of her chest she thinks it might just spill open to accommodate the organ trying to crawl closer to her darling. For the second and last time in her life, Harley is chained and leashed to another's will, a fate of coming to their beck and call, your will, her darling wrapped perfectly in her arms.

To the Joker's credit he does love you, or as close to love as he can get. He hushes your cries, indulges you in sweets behind Harley's back, and she's even caught him humming silly little tunes as he dances with you wrapped up in his arms. You bring clarity to him, a surety in his life that he doesn't feel unless pulling Bats along in another joke. You were going to be his perfect legacy, proof that he cannot truly die, you're a part of him in this way. Of course, you’d need a quick little dip into a vat of toxins to truly make a perfect legacy but you needn’t worry, he still loves you. You just need a little preparation first.

Every week he takes you on little daddy-darling outings, he tells Harley your going around to sightsee, and he lets you play a lot of fun games until the sun sets. And he's truthful because his warehouses are far and in between, and every mutilation he leads you so lovingly through is a fun little joke. His little comedian, hell coo as he leads your hand tightly clasping a knife against the throat of one of his own boys who had tried to run. Isn't this fun sweetheart?

He underestimates, however, just how devoted Harley is because while she was fully delusional when they had first gotten into a relationship Harley cannot spare you as collateral damage to her own fantasies. She is painfully grounded as she takes in everything about you 24/7, your expressions, words, actions anything she can she takes to covet away in her mind forever. As much as she is a monster she is your mother and she loves you, you are anything she's ever had and everything she'll ever have. He doesn't realize that she obsessively checks over you, even spotting the smallest flecks of blood, how when she kisses you goodnight she can see the thin sheen of apathy take hold of your gaze.

The final straw comes in the form of a huge argument, she comes home early from work eager to see her little baby, when she finds the Joker cooing into your ear, goading you into doing your best as your hands wrap around a familiar gun. Like the devil on her shoulder, she can't even scream as you pull the trigger, eyes momentarily twitching but no other expression as your former parent's brains paint the windows. And she realizes as you turn around to smile at her sweetly with blood on your teeth and tears that seem so foreign streaming down your face that you need to leave, she has to get you away.

That night she takes you, just 9 years old, and runs. She has no real destination, just a desperate notion to get away, to save you from all that she knows the joker is trying to make you. She can't, she can't let you go through what she knows will force you into the type of person you never wanted to become. Because she can see herself in the mirror and can mourn normal happiness and stability, and she has watched the joker bleed himself dry until he has nothing to himself but an old laugh track repeating over and over again. It's a life of agony and you don't deserve that, not you, never you.

Of course, her body ends up leading her to Ivy’s place, and the woman can only stare in shock as her best friend who had gone radio silent all those years back collapses at her door holding a kid so close she might be trying to meld into one. “Please, please not my baby” Harley begs and any anger that Ivy could have had melts.

For a while it's paradise, the Gotham sirens all corralling once again in their glory, and with their very own new member, you. Selina takes to you quickly, cooing about how her kitten is just the most clever thing in the world as you quickly work through her little trips. (Privately she will worry to Harley about the lack of awareness you have for your own health, the way your eyes glaze over when a plan takes place, and the brutality you exhibit.) Ivy also takes to you quickly, teasing you with little nicknames (how can you be a sapling when you're a human?) and she teaches you how to nurture, how to care for plants and love them as they deserve. (And she will confide to Harley how you seem to take to poisons particularly well, how you are able to craft things more disastrous than she can dream, how your curiosity always leans to the morbid.)

Harley herself takes great energy and care into trying to undo what the Joker has done, it's laughable how Gotham's greatest villains all sit in a circle every week and preach about morals and empathy. But to their credit, it works, and though you may not be able to feel the full existence of motion, though you can't seem to feel it as deeply as others your heart still throbs with what must make you human. You learn consequences and cling with desperation to these little lessons that prove you aren't your mentor. (not father, not anymore)

And yet Harley can still see how your apathy takes hold in the face of curiosity, how you prefer crowbars over teddy bears, and how despite your hardest efforts empathy is always a little too easy to push away in favor of hard-earned apathy. (and she knows, she knows that as long as that bastard is still out there doggedly searching the ground for you, you won't ever truly be safe) so she makes a deal.

The phone rings and Bruce can only raise an eyebrow at the untitled phone number, he doesn't make a habit of giving out his number so uselessly so after the third ring he picks up.

“Hello? This is Bruce Way-”

“Hey Bats.” Alarm shoots through the roof at a voice he hasn't heard in years, and yet still so closely relates to his arch-nemesis.

“Harley? How did you get this-”

“Listen, listen I know it's gonna sound real bad but I- I need you to hear me out. A favor, I need a favor. I'll go back to Arkham, stay there for the rest of my days but, I” she breathes and it's far too shaky for the woman he knows her to be. “My baby” she sobs “You gotta keep my baby safe, he's out there Bats and he won't leave em alone as long as their alive.”

Through his confusion, Bruce manages to calm her down, and wrangles a short story out of her, how she and Joker had played family until she couldn't bear to see you break anymore and how she knew that she alone couldn't keep her darling safe. And maybe it's the boy staring at the corpse of his family in Crime Alley that speaks instead of himself but he finds himself reaching out to help. (he can't let another family split, not when he can help it). As long as Harley doesn't kill, no more lethal tactics, and as long as she reports everything she knows about joker, and works with him against him, she can stay outside of Arkham walls. And as for you?

Your tenth birthday hits and Bruce Wayne steps into your living room with a strangely calculating gaze and a warm smile.

“You must be Y/N? Ah, nice to meet you officially, my name is Bruce Wayne, and ill be your foster family.”

Kokushibo

Now he's quite impressed by your power, he didn't know a human could obtain this power. He came across you in the woods and you were messing around with a helpless demon.

And of course he wanted you to himself, he was Upper Moon 1 and he was already so powerful and imagine what a powerful couple you guys would be. So yes he would be selfish and take you away from your life.

He doesn't care if you have a lover, friends or family he will take you away and force his love to you, and if you dare use your powers on him he will snap your neck.

You've tried fighting him to get away from him but it's never really worked, you can't kill him unless you have a special sword so you're stuck with him.

You are always so quick to get away from him, as if you're teleporting. But he always finds a way to grab you and take hold of you. You aren't getting away from so easy.

Douma

Now he's crazy over you, your power is amazing. He loves how quick you are, yet he really doesn't understand how you move so quickly. Are you that quick on your feet or are you teleporting?

But that doesn't matter, Douma will befriend you and at the end he will take you away. Take you away somewhere new, and if dare try to escape him he will do everything in his power to get rid of you. How dare you not love him!

And if dare summon something to hurt him he won't hesitate to summon ice clones so they could kill you.

Douma loves you and he will do anything for you, heck he will even show you off to the other Upper Moons. They wouldn't care so much about you. The only one who would truly feel some kind of pity is Akaza.

He will praise you, and you better accept his sweet comments because if you don't he'll punish you.

Akaza

Now he would want to protect you at all cost, to the point where he locks you away, yes he understands that you have powers of your own but still what if you die? He would blame himself..

You hate him, you would kill him but you don't have a sword so you're pretty much screwed over.

There are some times where you try escaping him, and you always depend on your powers to help you out but he knows you so well, so he knows what you will throw at him. But the one thing he does struggle is keeping up with your speed.

He doesn't understand your speed like for example you could be in front of him and all of the sudden you are across the room.

Akaza will keep you locked up, he just wants you safe. What if a Demon Slayer takes you away from him! So he's keeping you away from everyone for your own good.

Hantengu

He will be afraid of you, he's scared that you would hurt him. So he tends to keep you happy. Because what if he loses you, or what if you run away from him. He can't live without you. But don't underestimate him because he can and will snap back to you. Which is scary because he's always such a coward.

But when you do threaten him he will spit himself off and then the clones will deal with your attitude. And there's nothing you can do, and the clones will most likely be more harsh towards you than him.

Especially Sekido, he will not hesitate to get physical with you. And using your powers on the clones won't do too good, yes you are powerful and all. But you're fighting four powerful demons. You would be overwhelmed.

When Sekido tries getting his hands on you, you dodge his attacks which will make him even more mad.

Hantengu feels awful for sending the clones to you, but you're scary to him.

Gyokko

Now how can someone like you have these powers, a human with powers. He never knew it was even possible, so when he came across you and discovered your true self he wanted to keep you.

He did what any selfish demon would do, he ripped you away from your peaceful life and he dragged you to his hidden home/cave. And if dare fight him he’ll make sure to punish you.

Gyokko forces you to show off your powers to the other demons, he gets a confidence boost. You’re basically a prize to him.

You’re not too fond with him, so whenever he wants to snuggle you and do couple stuff you teleport away from him but it’s no use, he has pots all over the place so the second you move away from him he’s already next to you. Grabbing you and forcing you into an uncomfortable embrace.

If you were to summon a Gaster Blaster he’ll return his Blood Demon Art on you.

Gyutaro

He would be the ruthless from the Upper Moons, he hates how a human has such powers. Why on earth were you blessed? When he was human he was treated horribly and for that he despises you but yet again you catch his attention.

He doesn’t understand this odd feeling towards you and he hates himself for it. So he basically forces you into a relationship with him, and he was quite aggressive about it too. So you better say yes to him.

He will definitely help you out with your abilities, he wants you to grow stronger. He doesn’t want to date someone who is weak.

He enjoys teaching you combat skills and you dodge his attacks and punches and he gets quite angry but also he’s quite impressed. And your speed is wonderful as well!!

You hope one day you can escape him…one day. But don’t get to hopeful he always has his eyes on you.

Jack headcanons

-When Jack is home alone he likes the read books out loud and pretends he is reading it to MC

-When alone, Jack likes to turn on the t.v. on a high enough volume that can be heard in any room of the house when he is cleaning, it makes him feel less alone

-If MC is away Jack will sleep on MC's side of the bed and cuddle with the blanket or pillow and pretend he is cuddling MC to sleep

-Most of the time he just stays up all night until MC comes back home

-Sometimes Jack likes to people watch, he finds it intriging how different yet similar people acted in the 80s compared to how people act now.

-There are times when MC loses Jack in a crowded mall only to find Jack making the baby happy and laugh by playing peek-a-bo or just making funny faces at the baby

-If there is a dog waiting outside a store alone you can find Jack petting the dog or any animal he comes across

-Jack gets paranoid when MC gets close to someone, what if they are better than him? What if MC fall in love with the new person?

-If MC gets too close to someone, they all of a sudden doesn't want to hang out with MC anymore or they've gone missing

-If it makes MC sad, Jack is more than happy to be there for MC and to help cheer them up, he is a clown after all

-Jack sometimes wonders what his fellow co-star friends are doing now and wonders how much did they change

-Jack knows the password for MC's phone, he can read MC's mind after all and had seen MC unlock the phone plenty of times

Clown Reader reminds me of those old cartoons that were supposed to teach children stuff and shit. I keep imagining them going to an event about their show and they accidentally come face to face with their yandere, who was been taking photos of them the whole time. While Reader is asking if they came with a child or sibling since they are "a little too old to be here" the wandered is frozen in place as their crush is finally talking and noticing them lol

"Hey there. You're a little older than our usual audience. Babysitting a family member?"

The fan in question freezes in place; tightly clutching their camera and a small piece of paper. They had wondered from the general area to avoid suspicion, but at the same time you stepped away from the meet and greet area to do some walking around; catching them off guard with a sneak attack - and sending them into cardiac arrest.

What do they do? What do they say? You really do smell like pumpkin pie, just like your third episode said, and you're way cuter up close than they could ever have dreamed. In the mass of their fan-crazed hysteria, you sneak a look at the paper.

"What do you have there, friend?"

Their camera was a modern day Polaroid; the snapping as many pictures as possible between intervals of processing time and shoving them in their bag. This page was none other than a small piece of the large collection that they had conjured that afternoon. Smiling, you pull the flower shaped pen from your shirt pocket; the red flags flying over head like arrows.

"For the little one, I'm guessing? Or maybe yourself? No judging here. I'm on break, but at the same time there never really is one from making people smile."

You sign the picture; finishing your signature with a winking smiley face and a wish for a swell day. You hand it back to them; fingers brushing against theirs momentarily. Their weight almost comes too much for their legs to carry as you continue to flash your prized smile. Even with the ring of red paint around them, your lips looked sweeter than you smelled. Maybe even enhanced it. They clear their throat.

"U-uh... well. I'm actually here for the local children's hospital. Do you mind signing a few more? Maybe a dozen... or two?"

Ed was so hopelessly in love. Just the mere thought of his other half gifted him an overloading emotion that affected his mind and body. He wanted the feelings to never end; an eternal pumping passion so seemingly fantastical. His bewitched mind continuously rolled out imagines of the future with the one for him. And once he escaped the shackles of the asylum, they could finally be together just as fate intended. Especially since there were no more distractions in the way.

But of course he only got rid of the distractions that existed before his arrest.

A contorted sigh trained to his perked ears, Ed leaping off his bed in excessive eagerness with an exhilarating smile frolicing his lips up as he quickly walked to the window of his door. He had the mind that his mysterious mastermind neighbor had new word on the pearl of his heart’s clam.

The scarred clown hissed a tsking sound with his tongue through his gray teeth. “It seems she doesn’t see what you see just yet. Word on the street is,” he paused to lick his lips fleetingly, “she’s gotten tangled up affectionately with Gotham’s little golden boy lawyer…” Ed blinked, his smile threatening to twitch down. He looked as if he had glitched to a freeze.

“Haaaaarvey Dent.” Joker breathed out in a sinister rasp.

Truthfully, it took a moment to register. Ed almost didn’t believe it, but the haunting vivid reality of the Joker’s escaped words led him to believe that it’s real.

No. She’d be a fool to let herself be tricked once again by such audacious hospitality from the likes of someone residing in one of the most corrupt groups. Politics.

He thought he had fought off the worst of the worst from (Y/n) in this dark and evil city. But they were only attention harvesting vultures and Bruce Wayne was a spawn of one of the deceiving savage families that laughed in their luxury. Ed had underestimated what the cruel city could throw at him. But now a devil itself from the dams of the perverse political party that ran the city had grown hungry for a soul. Her soul. His soulmate’s soul.

She was caught in a forest of corrupt brambles and the one who held her chain was a blood-thirsty monster. And that monster had stolen her from him. Ed began huffing in hot breaths as anger burned him from the inside. His breathing drowned in malevolent growls as his insanity clawed a tantrum out of his composure, pushing himself off the door to thrash his arms around then tug at his greasy hair. His back hunched as if he were undergoing a werewolf transformation or being exorcized for a possession.

His face was beet red from his foaming anger, vicious spit flying from his mouth as he yelled “NO NO NO NO!” His words held an animalistic, carnivorous bite; a predatorial rage ripping through the seams of his control.

The Joker did nothing but laugh, “Hey, hey, hey, don’t lose your head there, buddy.” He said, a smirk teasing against his facial scars. He went silent for a bit before his voice went low in both tone and volume. “Harv’s got a trial tomorrow against an old friend of mine.”

That seemed to catch Ed’s attention as his heavy, heated huffing slowed down to a near stop, curiosity pricking goosebumps across his pale arms and the back of his neck.

“It’d be such a shame if we slipped my pal something for him to accidentally spill onto Harv.”

Ed walked over to his door window to hear the ominous clown better. A curious frown placed upon his lips. “Like what?”

All the Joker had to do was wait for the gears to start clicking together in Ed’s head for him to catch on. And with Ed’s I.Q he got it soon enough, an amused smirk hooking up his lips

Ed was always a ‘seeing is believing’ type of intellect. Always. So he knew the only way for (Y/n) to understand what kind of man that prick was was to make him physically look just how he looked on the inside; an ugly monster.

Then we’d see how she’d like him then.

(Y/n) sprinted through the halls of the fluorescent lit hospital, eyes catching each room number in search of the one the front desk lady had instructed to her. She could feel the pounding of her heart beating rapidly beneath her collarbone. Whether it was from fear, devotion, or physical exertion was unclear to even herself.

Instead of hearing of the haunting news from television, she got a call from Mr. Gordon himself. His voice wreaked of light distraught sadness as he felt that unfortunate events just seemed to always follow her. Gordon didn’t sugarcoat the news at all, just telling her that the Accused in court had thrown acid on Harvey and he was in the hospital within the moment.

(Y/n) sprinted to her car before she could end the call. And now she was nearing the room that held the love of her life. She was flushed from running, her eyes reflecting determination and grief. She couldn’t lose another person in her life, she just couldn’t. But she needed to tell him how much he meant to her... before it was possibly too late.

Her feet slid to a stop, breath finally catching up to her warm lungs when she reached the door that was labeled his name. The air felt heavy as she pushed the door that was left open by a crack. The door hinges squeaked softly and slowly as she stepped in, her eyes immediately trained on the body that laid underneath the thin blankets of the hospital bed. Harvey was laying on his left side and didn’t even react to her entrance, not even bothering to look over at her or sit up.

“Harvey?” She asked weakly, her breath becoming shaky and uneven.

She knew by the pattern of his breathing that he was awake but yet he didn’t respond. Her heart cracked for him and her frown deepened. She walked to the foot of the bed as her fingers tangled together to ease her heartbroken nerves. “It’s me, I came down as soon as I got the call.” She added, making sure he knew that she got there as fast as she could.

The short red arm that counted the seconds on the clock ticked multiple times to indicate the passing time as Harvey still didn’t respond. She watched his right eye blink, comforting her with the knowledge he was still alive despite his tense silence.

“Why did you have to come, (Y/n)?” Harvey finally spoke, his voice a little hoarser than average. A tightness built in her throat at his pained words as she moved to sit on the chair present beside the right side of his bed. Once she was sat he rolled off his side to lay on his back but his head still turned to the side. “You’re the last person I’d want to see me like this.”

Her brows curved upward, anguish shattering her bravery. “You don’t have to hide me from me, Harv, you know that.” She said but Harvey still didn’t turn to her. “The doctor could barely look at me. I made the nurse scream.” There was so much anger sizzling behind his voice that if (Y/n) closed her eyes she would barely recognize him by his voice.

“Is it that bad?” She asked softly, careful as to not upset him. He remained silent. (Y/n) tilted her head sadly, “Please look at me, Harvey.” She said with sentimental chimes in her voice.

Harvey took a deep breath, still not even looking at her. “I need to flip on it.” He decided and began to reach for his lucky coin that laid on the table on the left side of the bed. Frustration pushed (Y/n) up to her feet and she attempted to reach over him to stop his arm from grabbing his coin. “You don’t need a coin to make all your decisions.” She scolded.

He harshly thrashed his arm from her grasp and squirmed out of the bed. (Y/n) retracted her hand and stepped to the end of the right side of the bed at the same time as he did but on the other side of the bed. “Yes I do!!” He aggressively answered once he was standing and fully turned to her to reveal his face in full.

(Y/n)’s breath hitched, horror gripping her. The sight of the other half of his face made her want to squirm and quiver as she stumbled back until her back hit the wall. Her hand flew up to clasp over her mouth to prevent any gasping or negative facial reactions.

The entire left side of his face was burnt to a moldy looking texture and burnt to a rotting purplish hue mixed with charred black. The left half of his lips were gone and his cheek was so sunken in that she could see the rows of teeth, still some skin left thinly connected like they were trying to hold on. The skin around his eye was gone which made his full eyeball visible. The left side of his dark hair was partially burned off and all of the remaining hair was bleached white with a crispy looking texture.

Her eyes widened to adjust to the haunting aftermath from the acid, her features painted with dim distress. Harvey slowly walked around the bed with an angered expression. “What? Is it that bad?" He asked mockingly.

She froze in place, remembering herself. Her hand dropped from her face. “N-No…” She squeaked, clenching her teeth. “You're gonna be okay... You'll be fine.” She repeated solemnly, though she wasn’t sure which one of them she was trying to convince.

“(Y/n).” He looked at her with an aggrieved and aggravated expression. “I’ve looked in the mirror. And I see it in your eyes.” “I don’t care what you look like. I love you too much.” She asserted, her shock finally fading away as she stepped closer to him without fear. Her reassuring words didn’t reach his ears. To him, all he heard was the mournful devastation resonating from her throat. She was pitying him, he truly didn’t believe her love would stay with how monstrous he looked.

In that moment, he wasn’t thinking about how his deformity affected him, he was thinking about how it would affect her and them. They could never go out in public without horrified stares following them wherever they go. He would now be perceived as a monster by all who had eyes. And he knew (Y/n) could never love a monster.

(Y/n) outstretched her arm, wanting to cup his left cheek with her loving hand but Harvey harshly snatched her wrist with his hand that was also physically affected by the acid. Although his remaining eyebrow was furrowing, his eye was watering and his lips were close to trembling. He couldn’t bring himself to let her touch him.

She knew that which only made her heart break even worse. “Harvey. When I look at you, all I see is the man who gave me all the time in the world to warm up to love again after everything I went through. The man with the sweetest soul and a heart of gold who only wanted to bring the real monsters to justice. All I see is the man I love. The man I would wait lifetimes for just to come back from work. The man I share a bed with. The man who watches all of my ridiculous movies. The man who takes my breath away every single time I even glance at him.” She said all of this with tears pooling in her eyes and her voice wavering from the lump in her throat.

A tear cascaded down Harvey’s right cheek. He was touched, but by some means agonized. The realization came crashing down on him like a bittersweet blanket. She still loved him. Even though he wasn’t the same handsome man who swept her off her feet. Her adoring love was almost painful to him. He felt like he didn’t deserve it.

But then his bipolar tendencies turned his emotions to a new direction. Even though she didn’t care didn’t mean he still didn’t care. She wasn’t the one who’d have to walk around with this permanent scarring. His life would never be the same again.

His jaw clenched in rising anger. “Well how do you think I feel!?” He yelled in her face, his features scowling. Her face jumped in fright from his outburst. She tried to retrieve her wrist from his grasp but his grip only tightened before beginning to back her into the wall, impulsively letting his anger over his appearance out on her.

“I’ll never be looked at the same in the public eye! I’ll never order a coffee the same again! Look at me! There’s no fixing this! I have to live the rest of my life looking like this!” He finally threw her wrist out of his grip once her back hit the wall. “You have no idea what that’s like!” He pounded his hands on the wall on either side of her head, making her flinch from the action and his yelling. He’s never acted this way with her before.

He whipped his body around to pace around the room while running his hands through his hair as he continued to lash out. (Y/n) watched in concerned horror as he looked over to the mirror on the wall and began to scream at his reflection. “Fucking look at me!!” He pulled his fist back and lunged it at the mirror. (Y/n) jumped with a gasp.

The glass shattered in a spiderweb design and the cracks and corrupted shards now gave him an even more disfigured reflection. He huffed in jagged breaths as he walked over to sit on his bed, his back facing the one he didn’t know he needed most at that moment to keep his remaining sanity.

“…Leave.” He said, his voice low and rough. (Y/n) took a step away from the wall. “What?” Her voice was tainted with a veil of gloom. “Leave. I need some time to myself.” He instructed as he held his head in his hands.

(Y/n) feared the worst for their relationship. 'Not like this...' She pleaded to no one in particular. She didn’t want things to end like this. She at least wanted it to be something they agreed on. But she knew to not argue with him while he was in that state. And he still needed some time to get himself together over his traumatizing day.

So she weakly said one last “I love you” before quickly walking out the door.

(Y/n) opened her car door and collapsed in the driver's seat from fatigue of emotional exhaustion, closing the door shortly after. She felt a palpitation in her chest and took a sharp inhale. An anguished sob escaped her throat as her forehead fell to the steering wheel beside her hands. Warm tears flowed down her face and neck as she cried over the fact that her and Harvey’s relationship would never be the same again. And she feared this would take too much of a toll on Harvey’s sanity. He was a sensitive man with an impulsive rage after all.

Her hysterical sobs instantly halted in an unsettling way as her eyes drifted and froze upon the seat beside her. Even as the sinking anxiety pricked at her delicate heart, the tendrils of alarmed fright stabbed into her mind.

Her tears were no more as her eyes were wide with utter terror, trauma resuracing on her senses. Her heart pulsated; a beating that rang in her ears almost deafeningly. Her breathing was erratic; uneven and forced out in puffs of dreadful disbelief. If only the thumping of her heart could drown the tantalizing realization that her past had finally caught up to her. The car air was suffocating as the horrifying reality of her predicament fogged around her in a thick haze.

Of all the nights she had spent tossing and turning in a pitiful attempt to subdue the remanence of a nightmare, a lucid illusion of her innermost fears, nothing of that caliber could begin to compare to the piquant, panicked terror settling within her in that haunting moment.

Because in the passenger's seat of her car rested a green sealed envelope with the words etched in black pen,

Yandere Clown Family Headcanons (platonic)

Papa Joker

Joker never really cared to have a family of his own, that was all Harley, but he couldn’t help but to come around to the idea once they actually had their little family. It started off with the twins who they only happened upon by chance. Jerome and Jeremiah were perfect for Joker and Harley’s new family.

The boys took to Joker in their own ways; Jerome being the one to act more outright like Joker, while Jeremiah chose to listen and observe. Eventually they would give their “father” a run for his money and title as The Clown Prince of Crime. And Joker couldn’t be prouder of his boys.

It’s Harley who brings you to Joker’s attention. He’s not surprised that she found someone else to welcome into the family. He’s not even all that against it. His family has plenty of room and having another child who takes after him or Harley would only add to the fun. Especially if it gets Harley to stop her crying.

Joker doesn’t know what to think of you at first. You aren’t exactly like Jerome or Jeremiah. He doesn’t even know if there is a shred of bad in your bones but Harley’s happy and gushing all over her new “Sugar”, so it doesn’t matter what he has to say right now. Maybe with some good ol’ quality time with Papa and your brothers will have you learning a thing or two. And maybe with an added plunge into the chemical vats you’ll feel a little more comfortable in your own skin.

Joker would go as far as to have you prove yourself and whether you deserve a place in the family. Harley is extremely against it, babbling on and on about you being their baby and a part of the family no matter what. But Joker doesn’t care, he wants to know full well that you’re not a waste of space. And he wants you to show him by doing something you won’t be able to come back from. But it’ll be alright, you’ll have a family to back you up once everything is said and done.

After all that is taken care of, Joker is more than happy to start the fun. It’ll be a hoot, really!! And first things first; Baby’s gotta get introduced to the Bat.

Mama Harley Quinn

Joker was just peachy with his new kids but Harley wasn’t content. She felt left out and to think she was the one who wanted a family in the first place. Leaving Joker and the boys to themselves, she takes off in search for her own little precious. Walking aimlessly around the streets of Gotham City and it doesn’t take long for someone to catch her eye.

That someone being you. It was adoption at first sight for Harley but she wanted to have everything ready before she took you home. Besides, she just had to go tell the boys about their soon to be new sibling. She’ll snap a picture of just you and another one of you with your ‘fake’ family. After all, she needs to know who to come looking for later.

Harley is completely ecstatic when she comes back home and shows the pictures she took of you to Joker and the boys. She doesn’t even really care about what any of them have to say, she’s getting her Sugar one way or another. She’s writing up a list of all the things they need to get before she goes out and brings you home. Harley can’t have you living in a sad, dumpy room now, can she? No, you deserve the best of the best and that’s just what she’s going to make Joker and the boys take care of.

Oh, when she finally has you in her arms she’s over the moon. Her sweet, precious Sugar is just as she imagined and more. It will be her ultimate goal for you to turn out just like her. She doesn’t want another Joker running around. No, she wants a little Harley nipping at her heels. It’ll be perfect. You’ll be perfect.

Mama Harley wants you all to herself so the others don’t rub off on you. She wants you to be her baby, entirely. She may even go as far as keeping Joker away from you too. She can’t trust him not to try and corrupt you with his ways. She wants to be the one you learn from and take after. But that’s too much to ask for with Jerome and Jeremiah around.

Harley is extremely possessive of you, the same can be said for your new brothers. But even Harley doesn’t want to give you up to them. Sure, she wants you all to get along and be a family. It was her idea, her dream after all. But now that she’s got you she doesn’t want to let you go. Especially not to anyone else, not even the rest of your new family. Her baby is her baby and no one’s coming between you and her. She won’t let them. If she has to then she’ll take you and run. It’s not really like Jerome and Jeremiah need her anyway, right?

Brother Jerome Valeska

Jerome loves the idea of a new sibling, especially one who is quite impressionable. Jeremiah is no fun but you, you’re going to be just what Jerome wants; a partner in crime. He’s going to be a good brother, taking you out with him for some fun, causing havoc and chaos. Terrorizing whoever crosses your guys’ path.

He is extremely delusional. He doesn’t need any coaxing to welcome a new family member. One look at you and he knows you’re just right for the family, you just don’t know it yet. But he’ll bring out the madness in you in no time.

He’ll take you under his wing and teach you all about the fun of madness. He wants to be the one to teach you everything there is to being part of the Clown Family. Jerome especially wants you to look up to and aspire to be just like him. He wants to be idolized and he wants you to idolize him. He’s dragging you around with him wherever he goes, just waiting for the perfect opportunity to make a show of someone or something. Hell, who needs to wait when he can make his own opportunities out of anyone or anything.

Jerome and Jeremiah aren’t exactly the closest or even have a good or tolerable relationship with each other. And having you in the mix only causes them to butt heads all the more. Jerome doesn’t like it when Jeremiah tries to take you away from him. Your time and attention is his, all his. Not Jeremiah’s. And he makes that very known. He’ll go to war with his brother if he has to. Jerome isn’t going to let Jeremiah ruin this for him.

There are times when Jerome will bombard you, swooping you away to god knows where and he doesn’t bring you “home” for some time. He refers to this as his and your sibling bonding time. And he doesn’t tolerate anyone trying to step on his “bonding” time with his new sibling. Especially his brother. He’s a little more willing to give you over to Harley as long as she doesn’t try to hog you again but that’s only a handful of times.

Overall he’s a very dedicated brother, in his own obsessive and psychotic way. He wants and knows what’s best for you, even if it isn’t. Especially if he benefits from it.

Brother Jeremiah Valeska

Jeremiah is much more calculating and manipulative then his brother. He will play the role of the ever understanding and supportive brother. Or if you’re older than him and Jerome then he’ll continue to play the scared, innocent victim but really he’s just gaining your trust. You’re more likely to feel bad and give him more of your time and attention. You’ll pull further away from Jerome and stay with him.

He wants to be the one you confide in. The one you tell all your fears, worries, and secrets to. He wants to know everything that goes on in that little head of yours. He knows you won’t go to Jerome, not after everything he’s told you about his twin. His brother is psychotic after all. Who could ever trust a psychopath? But you can count on Jeremiah. He’ll always be there to listen.

Jeremiah keeps an excruciatingly close eye on you once Harley finally brings you home. He keeps track of your every movement, from all steps you take in a day to the twitch of your finger. He probably keeps a log of it somewhere in a journal or notepad he keeps on him at all times. You’re like some kind of case study for him to observe and critique.

He really wants to see what makes you tic. He’s pushing all your buttons and memorizing all your reactions. He’s persistent and very determined to get what he wants out of you. Not like you know what that is.

Jeremiah isn’t happy when you spend more time with Jerome. He hates it. All this work he’s putting into you and your wasting your time with his brother. Jerome is just messing with Jeremiah’s progress of making you perfect. And it irks him to no end but he’s not going to let Jerome know that. No, Jeremiah isn’t his brother, he’s much more methodical and patient.

He wouldn’t be all that against doing what he believes is necessary to keep up with your progress. And if that includes getting rid of his brother then so be it. It’s not like he was doing much for Jeremiah anyway. This will only go to show that if you hold a purpose for Jeremiah then he’ll do anything to keep you. But if you don’t then you’re on your own, that is if he doesn’t do something about it first.

🪀Killua leans more to the messy side because things like cleaning and cooking never truly were something his family put much importance into. He’s a trained assassin, not a housekeeper and as soon as you live together with him, you’ll realize that. His room is often kept unclean with clothes thrown here and there and he also keeps some sweets like chocolate in his room to munch on. There is work to do, but it doesn’t mean that he won’t participate at all. It’s sort of funny to imagine to see him rubbing with a rag the floor or brushing it with a broomstick, even in the boy’s own mind. He still doesn’t refuse because he knows that the way his family works differs greatly from others and since he’s overall a very chill Yandere, he’s ready to adapt to your lifestyle.

🪀He naturally goes along since he prefers a normal relationship. Darling might expect him to be a little bit clueless or do beginner mistakes, in reality he’s a quick learner and he’s so fast as well, especially when it comes to cleaning. He has a playful side on him though so when he’s doing some chores together with you, it might happen that he likes to clown a bit around with you, during cooking and baking that ended a few times in a little mess. Overall he is more motivated and more thorough when he’s doing household chores together with you.

L Lawliet

🍰L is a detective, not some person to keep a house clean. Watari is more responsible for that whilst L solves the cases and consumes sugar without end, leaving packaging and much more behind for the older man to clean up. When he kidnaps s/o, he locates a house where he can keep them and that’s when he actually puts some importance into a tidy household. He is not picky so he won’t mind if darling’s room is unorganized, but he holds on some basics like hygiene and a good sleep schedule. L might as well just flatly refuse to participate in household chores, deeming his cases to be more important and it ends up being some sort of little mind game between him and you.

🍰If you win, he might be willing to do something as well besides placing cameras everywhere and ensuring safety. It’s not like he is bad or anything, even if inexperienced. He’s just not very thoroughly, reflecting his own ways of living which aren’t the ideal of healthy either. On the other hand he’s all up for assisting if you want to bake something, even if it’s something mundane like simple muffins. He gets you all the groceries and if he has time, helps you baking, even if he eats tidbits whenever you aren’t looking.

Levi Ackerman

⚔️You gotta admit that he has great potential. Levi, different from Killua and L, puts much importance into a tidy and clean home as well as the hygiene of his darling and their healthy amount of sleep and food. His own past was marked with sickness and dirtiness and that has had an effect on him. Those ticks of his make him on the one hand perfect since a neat home is always guaranteed, on the other hand he is so petty and picky with it! He always nags about you when you haven’t cleaned up your room properly, stayed awake for too long or walked with dirty shoes in the house and he sort of expects you to clean it up afterwards as well.

⚔️Has for sure some sort of day in the week where the both of you scrub the whole house and do the laundry together. When he’s away on missions and has to leave, you have to keep the house clean as good as you can. Whilst Levi doesn’t expect you to keep everything tidy, he does have some basic expectations. He won’t be angry, he’ll just let out a sigh before doing it with you together he’s acting already like a nagging husband. He is decent when it comes to cooking. His meals aren’t fancy, but they’re good and healthy, even if he indulges you sometimes with your favorite food that is on a more unhealthy side.

Ken Kaneki

🔲His mother died when he was young and he’s been living alone since then, meaning that he has some good experience on how to clean and cook. It’s something more or less of a daily routine for him and that doesn’t change much when he ends up kidnapping his s/o out of sheer paranoia and his own inner clash between his desire and low thinking of himself. Honestly, most people would at first be scared and frightened when they’re being kidnapped by a lovesick ghoul with the tendency to cry and beg for love and affection and Kaneki knows that so whilst he gives s/o time to adjust, he continues to keep the house organized and neat.

🔲It brings him some sort of joy doing it now though, knowing that he can at least do something for you by cleaning, scrubbing and cooking. He doesn’t mind standing up earlier, kneeling for a long time to scrub the floor or having to endure the scent of human food whilst cooking since it’s all for you. Being overly paranoid and protective, Kaneki is sort of iffy to let you join him, especially in tasks that involve knives. He’s a huge sucker for darling though so he can be convinced after some time, watches sharply over you though and as soon as you get hurt once, he won’t let you do it anymore. Puts a lot of effort into the food he prepares and cooks and bakes often your favorites to make you happy.

Honestly it wouldn’t take much for this man to go yandere honestly. Just show him kindness. He’s been shown cruelty his whole life so someone treating him with basic decency and not expecting anything out of it? Yeah he’s in love.

While he will treat you like a queen, if you fight back you will be punished. He doesn’t want to physically hurt his S/O, but he’s not below anything mentally. He will murder your loved ones right in front of you. All while saying things like “It’s you’re fault, I’m the only one who is allowed to love you”

But if your completely fine with being with him? (Don’t @ me I know there are some of you out there) He’s so happy! Expect cuddles everyday, they’re mandatory. He’s still possessive as all hell though. While he trusts you not to run away he does NOT trust others to not steal you away. No matter what you’re leaving the house for he’s coming with you. Taking out the trash? Wait for him. Getting grocery’s? Let him get his shoes. This leads to quote unquote dates a lot.

He needs you with them so don’t ever try to leave, love him and you should be fine. But don’t think it’s all happiness. He’s a PTSD ridden Schizophreniac with most likely trust issues and intimacy issues. There are days where you can tell him you love him a thousand times and he’s yelling about how you’re lying. But in a hour he’ll be back crying and begging for forgiveness.

He struggles with emotions so remember, he was major trouble showing love. The way he does it headpats, cuddles and not murdering you.

Eyeless Jack

Now this man is a mystery rapped in a enigma rapped in a riddle. For him, its tougher to figure out why he’s obsessed with you. But I’d say its how you are psychologically and what you’re life’s like.

Maybe its because of how generally kind you are despite knowing how shit life and people can be. Maybe he wants to protect the innocence he used to have?

Who knows. But as with Toby, Mans Possessive. Not in a lock you up kinda way (That would come later). But stalkerish. You may think you’re alone but you never are. Man knows you’re whole shecdual. And while he won’t KILL anyone who hurts you, that would draw way to much attention. But what he does is much worse.

He probably takes the longest out of all the creeps to show himself to you. And not even in person. He’d start with notes. If you return his feelings your safe and now have a cannibalistic stalker protector. If you don’t......well...We’ll unpack that someother time.

Masky

Again, Show him kindness, But its still a little different from Toby. If you fully understand what he’s done, the person he is. But still think he deserves kindness. He thinks you’re naive. Yeah, He starts off thinking your fucking stupid. Starting.

But as it goes on, and you continue to show him kindness. Even when you know what he’s done, He starts to warm up to your kindness. But if you witness him cold blooded murdering someone. He’s ready for you to leave. But if you dont. You still treat him kindly. He wants to save this nativity. Being naive in this world is a death wish. So he’ll barely let you leave the house. And he’s always with you. Unlike EJ. He will murder anyone who fucks with you. And leave no evidence behind. As far as anyones concerned they’ve dissapeared from the earth.

Once again if you love this man. You have to put up with this. No negotiations. He loves you and thats how he shows it. But if you do put up with it. And show this man all the love. Maybe it will be alright.

But like EJ, Never try and leave him, Unlike some creeps he will hurt his S/O physically, but then will cry into their arms begging them to forgive him. Or a different punishment might go an NSFW way if you know what I mean.....

Hoodie

Again, Complicated. His obsession probably comes very quickly. Someone whose creative like him, Who questions the bigger things in life. Someone he could have a intelligent conversation with.

He’s a stalker. He watches his S/O all day. Nothing they do could bore him. But he gets jealous very easy. Why else do you think the cute person in the library that gave you their number hasn’t come back? Or hasn’t texted you?

He’s probably take a while to show himself to his S/O. And once he finally gets the courage. He’ll send them a letter. You two’ll become penpals. He’s kept every single one of your letters and keeps them in a folder.

He does have trouble showing his emotions though, Showing his S/O He loves them would be returning letters, Giving them small trinkets (like a magpie) and not murdering them.

Prefurs not to hurt his S/O, If they try to run away he’ll just psychologically torture them. Following them and disappearing when the call the police. Making them think they’re the only one who can see him. Anyone who they care about disappears. But this only happends if you run away and don’t love him back.

So love him and you’ll be good....you’ll just have to deal with Possessiveness, Paranoia, Obssession, and Jealousy.

Jane The Killer

With most of the creeps. Be kind to her, But not just her. If your a generally kind person who shows others respect but refuses to to bow down to bullies. Shes in love

Shes quite quick to talk to her S/O, She’ll ask for they’re number, and because of how normal she looks (And how pretty she is) you say yes.

Late night texts about random things, if you rant to her about your interests she could listen all day.

He’s most likely to become obsessed with someone whose nice to people. But will fight a bitch. If your sassy and don’t take shit he’s in love. But remember hes a twisted psychopath who murdered his family and his neighbours. His love isnt what you’d call socially acceptable. He’d kill for you in a flash. Anyone, people you love or hate. They’re dissapearing.

Unlike the others, he won’t show himself to you quickly BUT he will not hide his love. Scribbled love notes written in blood. Dead animals on your porch. He’s kinda like a dog.

He will hurt his S/O if they don’t love him, Mentally or Physically he doesnt mind, He see’s it as a necessary step.

He needs physically affection.

Isnt a soft relationship to be honest. Cuddles and kisses yes. But no soft words. Just sass, violent outbursts, Hate sex, Angry sex, Makeup sex. Yeah lots of sex.

The clown gang (also known as the sunshine clown rental agency to the public) was started by rin when he was 12 years old, him and his brother just got separated from their mother and put in fostercare. BB was his first member, at first no one took him seriously he was just a kid causing trouble. BB arranged a deal, if rin can beat him in a fight he’ll join his gang..and rin won.

After that it wasn’t long til they were more members, one by one rin recruited and was taken far more seriously with BB by his side. Rin created the gang to have a family, a close family and it wasn’t long until he got his wish. His gang is his family, a big happy family.

Yandere HCs: Trash Quartet Edition

Hisoka

Okay so it’s actually very unlikely for the clown to become a true yandere because let’s face it, he’s probably never going to be able to obsess over and “love” a single person enough for things to develop to that point.

However, if Hisoka has decided that he really, really wants to ruin someone (ie: kill, break, maim, possess totally) then it’s possible he’ll get a bit obsessive.  Now don’t get me wrong: he’s still going to go off and do his own thing.  He’ll fuck, kiss, and kill whoever he wants.  Sometimes he might even forget about you for a bit.  But he always comes back to “play,” and god help anyone who gets in his way.

Hisoka won’t really care if this “toy” of his does their own thing for a while, but he would want your ruination to be reserved for him.  Imagine his obsession with Gon and crank that up to 11.

Yandere!(ish) Hisoka manages to be even more covered in blood than usual.

Stalking.  So much stalking.

Even though his end goal is to ruin you, Hisoka can act quite… pleasant around you sometimes.  Lots of teasing, flirting… some creepy allusions to what he wants to do to you.

So here’s the thing: Hisoka might not be planning on ruining you right NOW, but some mental torture is still on the table.  If he sees someone seriously flirting with you?  Consider that person dead.  Hisoka will straight up kill someone horribly in front of you, and then revel in your fear and revulsion.

He might even make a few halfhearted attempts to kill you right then and there just to watch you squirm.

You’d better believe his dick is hard the whole time.  “Seeing you scared like this is so delicious.”

Pariston

That whole spiel about wanting to hurt the things he loves should give you enough of an idea of what Pariston is capable of.

Okay so Yandere!Pariston happens gradually, at least as far as you’re concerned.  He starts out being so… nice.  And generous.  He’s always around to lend a helping hand.  Always smiling.  Always giving you compliments.  When he asks you out, you feel like you’ve won the boyfriend lottery.  

You’re so enraptured by his charm that you don’t notice how far apart you’ve gotten from your friends, or how little you call your family.  Sure, you gave up your career, but that was only after Pariston assured you that he’d take care of you!

It starts slowly, so you don’t really notice how Pariston keeps really close tabs on where you go, who you talk to.  He likes to do things like pick out your outfits and accessories, he chooses your perfume.  Soon you’ve become a perfect specimen of everything that Pariston wants.

Pariston will manipulate and straight up gaslight you when you start to realize that what he’s doing isn’t okay… and you’d better believe that he’s doing all those hurtful things on purpose.  But of course, Pariston will tell you that you’re being ridiculous- of course he wasn’t flirting with his coworker just now.  You must be imagining the scent of someone else’s perfume on his clothes.  How dare you think so lowly of him?

By the time you realize what’s going on, it’s too late.  Pariston has isolated you from everyone.  You have no friends, no money, no career.  He makes sure you know it, too, and he tells you in his mellifluous voice while smiling widely.

The scary thing about Pariston is, you never know when he’s really happy or angry with you, or if he’s just trying to get a reaction out of you for the fun of it.  He has you on your toes constantly.

Is he coming on to you, or threatening you?  You can never be sure.

Want to leave him?  Go ahead and try.  See what happens.

Chrollo

Chrollo is kind of a weird type of yandere.  He’s not really going to want you to be close by all the time.  He’s a criminal, after all.  You’d probably just slow him down.  But as soon as he gets back, you’d better make yourself available to him.  Friends? Other engagements?  Forget them.  Sure, the troupe will always come first in his mind.  But he believes that as far you’re concerned, he should be your priority.

Chrollo essentially sees you as a toy that he can play with as he likes, but he doesn’t want anyone else to play with you either.

It takes a LONG time for his yandere side to come out though.  On the surface, he seemed pretty normal at first.  You might not even have known that he’s essentially a mass murderer.  He was nice, sweet, and caring for the longest time!  Once you realize what he is, it’s far too late.  He’s figured out all your greatest fears, your hopes, dreams, what makes you tick.  You’re entirely in his control.

If he asks you a question about what you’ve been up to while he’s been away, answer truthfully.  He might be genuinely curious... but it could also be a test.  Tread carefully.

He can be so sickly sweet and romantic when he wants to be.  Is it genuine?  Is it a lie?  You’ll never know, but it does seem as though he turns on the charm when he wants something. 

Are you his partner or a hostage?  The line between the two is exceptionally thin and blurry.

Chrollo believes that you are destined to be together, so no matter how many times you reject him, or how many times you run away, he will bring you back.  He’s not in a rush to do so either... after all, you’re meant to be together (in his eyes, anyway).  

So basically, you might think you’ve seen the last of him and start getting comfortable with your new life.  Maybe you have a job.  Friends.  A new lover perhaps.  Things will be going really, really well... until out of nowhere Chrollo appears and takes all of that away from you.

You can tell him you hate him as much as you want, he won’t listen.  You can tell him how happy you were without him.  That won’t matter.  In Chrollo’s mind, he knows you could never be happy without him.

Chrollo has a way of getting you to apologize for things you should never have to apologize for, and he has made you see his forgiveness as some kind of panacea for all your pain.  

Once he’s made you feel completely psychologically (and perhaps physically) dependent on him, Chrollo will use his absence as a punishment/means of control.  He will ghost you for weeks.  Maybe even months.  He knows this destroys you, but he doesn’t care.  Doesn’t absence make the heart grow fonder?

Illumi

Illumi is the most straightforward yandere here.  He doesn’t really play many games with you; he’s made it perfectly clear that you are his and his alone.  Why is that so difficult for you to understand?  Do you need to be reminded?

Illumi is not above using his needles on you to bend you to his will, but he doesn’t want you to be a shell of a human.  At least, not yet.  That’s only as a last resort.  He’d rather you be devoted to him of your own free will (and perhaps with a little bit of... extra convincing) but if you remain stubborn, then, well...

He doesn’t see a difference between you doing as he says of your own volition and you obeying him because you’re too terrified of the consequences.  It’s all the same to him.

He wants babies.  All the babies.  Illumi is obsessed with carrying on the Zoldyck line, so if you have womb, you will be expected to use it.  Of course Illumi will see this as a way of binding you to him even more.

Did someone upset you?  Consider them dead.  Illumi won’t understand why you’re upset by him killing them, though.

Illumi does, in fact, understand human emotions.  He’s just not great at expressing them.  So instead of normal, healthy, romantic love you get Illumi’s twisted approximation of it.  He’s isolating you from all your friends and family because surely that’s what love is, right?

If you ever tell him no, or tell him that you don’t want to see him, or that you want to do something that he’s forbidden, he’ll just stare at you with those dead eyes of his and ask “why?”  And then you’ll be at a loss for words, and eventually you’ll end up doing what he says.

Illumi sees you as his property, plain and simple.  However, he doesn’t see how this is a bad thing.  Really, he doesn’t.  In his mind, you’re living in a mansion, you don’t have to do any work if you don’t want to, and you have his undivided attention and devotion.  What more could you want?

As Jareth, the Goblin King said: “I ask for so little.  Just fear me, love me, do as I say and I will be your slave.”

Bubba Sawyer - The Cannibal

The Cannibal is a family man at heart: doing the bidding of his family and eventually the Entity themselves. He is hard on himself, pushing himself to do what he has to for his family and loved ones. Then imagine how he finds himself drawn to his darling. He gets tunnel vision: nothing in the world matters more than them, not even the Entity. He will go through your friends, he will even hurt you in the chaos of the trial and will drag you away. He will hold you while you scream, the chainsaw wounds aching and causing your legs nothing but shaking pain. Luckily, the Entity will heal all wounds and when you see his masked face in the glow of the fire, it’s best if you walk out to him. Don’t make him go through having to come to get you. 

Freddy Krueger - The Nightmare

The Nightmare is many things if not determined. He holds grudges and will return them not so kindly, but that is not what to describe him as. He is sadistic and cruel, pulling cruel jokes once you doze off in the trial. He will let you run from him: once you hit a trap or generator, he can find you anyway. He targets best one on one, so he will focus down your friends before coming to get you. The harder part of the duel is making sure you don’t wake up before he gets to you. He wouldn’t have a problem letting you watch as he killed your poor friends if he didn’t have to lure you back to the campfire when he was done.But once you return to the campfire, he won’t come to get you. He’ll just let you sleep and then you’ll end up walking into the darkness yourself. 

Amanda Young - The Pig

The Pig is trying to regain her faith and prove that she is more than the meat and pain she was subject to. She is a disciple of Jigsaw, but failed him. Imagine her shock when she found a like-minded person, proving themselves as more than meat in removing the trap from their skull.  A worthwhile person that should be saved from the trial: she remembered the Entity’s offer. She will allow them their generators and the gates to open before she appears, trapping one after the next and the next before leaving you to watch as their skulls crushed to distract from the world crashing around you. She doesn’t want you to go through the pain she did, holding you in her coat and letting you breathe as the Entity moved quickly to take her away. Don’t worry, she’d be back.
