I would suggest doing each exercise for 1 minute, and doing the circuit 2-3 times through! If they are single leg exercises, do the exercise for 30 seconds each side.

Hitting a bit of a plateau now bout im about 197-199 lbs most days. Left pic was a few months after I first moved out to Cali. Dennis is the first to get me tracking my macros and staying consistent with a routine. We made great progress but I began to yo yo back into my old routines.
