Sundays workouts Stadium
Strength Workout
With V2Fitness 💪🏿💪🏿🔥🔥🚨
Warm-up for 5-10 minutes jogging around the track or field and then run up and down the first section of stairs.
1. At the bottom, do 25-50 bodyweight squats.
2. After the second section, do 25 push-ups.
3. After running the third section, do 20 burpees.
4. After running the fourth section, do triceps dips on the steps.
5. After running the fifth section, do 25 forward lunges per leg.
6. After running the sixth section, do an up-down plank for 30-60 seconds
7. After running the eighth section, do 25 reverse lunges per leg.
8. After running the ninth section, do 15 V-ups.
9. After running the tenth section, do 20 step ups

[ 24 july 2023 ] ( day 1 . week 4 )
how we feeling today?:
Not bad! I woke up very late which led me to starting work late too. But once I got started the day went by fast. Unfortunately I barely got any actual engineering work done - just meetings upon meetings.
A few highlights from today, though /
I went to the gym during lunch. 💪🏿 Was only in there for about 30 minutes but it felt great! I think making time to get a revitalizing workout in will always be a good start to the rest of my work day.
Meditation (in some form) is always helpful when putting your life into perspective. 🍃 It can give you the clarity, confidence and calm to deal with a myriad of situations whether they’re just stressful or require a lot of brain power.
When doing deep work, utilize the Pomodoro technique and stick to it! ⏳ It works, and I know it works, so I just need to make an effort to use it more often. Specifically, I need to find break activities that can act as a break and not derail my productivity. For now I’ll probably just stick to household tasks + playing on my Nintendo 3DS (currently playing Pokémon Alpha Sapphire)

Make progress on worksheets 18612, 77911 and 32812.
Make a short checklist/procedure/routine for clocking in and clocking out of work
Write short letter to Director about meeting last week + CC HR.
