My man said he was proud of me for having breakfast today since he knows I don’t eat breakfast, he was also happy that I had lunch and a snack, I also ate pasta yesterday at his house for his birthday and I hope it made him happy, he always tries to get me to eat a little bit of something for him but it’s really hard for me, it makes me feel better to know he actually cares about it, he doesn’t force me to eat and he’s also not too pushy about it because he somewhat understands me, but he always shows genuine happiness when I tell him I ate something because I wanted to, I especially like telling him when the food was good, because he doesn’t judge me, he feels happy that I enjoyed it at least for a little.
Things like this make me consider recovery, but then I remind myself what my goal is, and I found a way to make him and myself proud, I don’t starve myself to the point of fainting anymore, I only eat when necessary and allow myself to have snacks every now and then, that way he’s happy I’m eating and I’m happy I’m not gaining weight, I also don’t get hungry anymore, and when I eat without being hungry i don’t go too hard on myself because I know that he wouldn’t want me to feel guilty for that. Im not ready for recovery, but im ready to be more kind to myself and he is playing such a big role on that, I’m so glad he’s in my life <3

i’m supposed to be doing a 48hr fast and my mom brought home pizza two days in a row,, like 4 boxes,, and idk how i resisted the urge to just eat a whole box at 12 am,, but i’m not gonna quit,, i managed to go this long pretending to eat and im not gonna fuck it up with carbs, oil and fat,, i can get pizza anytime but if i want to hit my ugw,, then i ain’t letting no pizza stop me 🫡✨

It felt so good to just tell myself no just now, simply because my gf said she doesn’t have wan appetite I told myself I’ll eat when she eats and who knows when that’ll be. And if she does decide to eat I’ll probably not be hungry anymore. I’m finally getting myself back on track and I’m loving, I’m also losing weight nicely now I just gotta make sure it’s noticeable.

Yall pls dont puk3 as a way of pu.r.g!ng shit rlly messes up with your stomach and digestive system i've been sick for like a month or more and im always bloated and burping, they don't tell you that when you do it regularly the more u do it the less food u need to physically feel like u gotta thr0w up, u not only stop shitting but also being able to even fart so it's all burping and constipation, laxatives don't work as they're suppossed to and take more of them to take a "normal" shit, always getting this acid reflex when u burp or accidentally thr0wi.g up bc of how weak your body has become and if you don't have a sink near you to spit it YOU GOTTA SWALLOW YOUR OWN V0MIT, or how if you're taking laxs there's a point when doing the slightest push while peeing can trigger p00p but not like normal p00p but diarrhea type of p00p except you're constipated, no one tells you this bc its gross, plus you stop loosing weight and sometimes we're truly convinced that this stuff wont happen to us but it will, it took me less than a year to get to this point where im always sick, feeling and looking like shit which I never thought would have happen to me, I was so happy seeing fast results that i just couldnt stop and thats what messed me up so pls yall don't do this to yourselves, do excercise instead, ik i shouldnt promote counting c4ls to anyone but i also know that even if i don't promote people are still gonna do it so if you're thinking of starting to purg3 or already do it but not that often please stop, it's way better to count cals and do excercise than to eat whatever and puk3 it , all I can see in the mirror now is a fat bloated pregnant-looking bitch and it's even harder to excercise bc of the pain, also dont purg€ by taking laxatives it also messes up your system. So yeah take this as a big sis advice or idk but pls don't be stupid like me 😫😫

i took a break bc i got rly sick w some random flu, but good thing is it curbed my appetite! i’ve lost about 6 lbs in a few days i think, simply by eating small portions. alsooo i’m on anti depressants and adhd meds w are meant to mess with your eating as well. i know the adhd meds def do.
