Tom Disventure Camp needs a time out >_>

I made a post before DCAS started about Jake where I pretty much said, to sum it up, ‘Sure he’s a mess but he’s a justified mess 😊’ now that All Stars has started airing… I have some thoughts 😓. I’ll get to Jake another time. Maybe 😊. This is about Tom. Because I have a bone to pick with Officer Tom <_<

Let’s start with a flashback to Season 1. I cover the gist of what happened between him and Jake in the aforementioned Jake post. But what I didn’t mention is at the END of Disventure Camp season 1, Tom and Jake have a final conversation and they agree that they while they both still have feelings for each other, they shouldn’t get back together yet because they’re both pretty messed up. Jake asks if he’ll still talk to him and Tom says “I think we should take some time and grow as people. We are on the right path, but starting anything could ruin that. We’ll see where we are later in ��” and earlier in the finale he’d promised to keep in touch with Miriam. Sounds promising no? :3

Come All Stars, we find out Tom hasn’t talked to Jake OR Miriam at all in the last two years! ._. Now, listen, Jake and Tom’s relationship was… tumultuous. To say the least. And Tom DID say they should take some time apart. But he did NOT say… ‘Hey let’s go out of our way to avoid each other like the plague’ 😶 All Jake wants is clarity on where they stand. Are they friends? Are there still feelings between them? Is there even a chance they can reconcile at all? That’s all Jake wants.

If Tom can’t give him that, he should just say that. If Tom doesn’t want to be Jake’s friend, he should just say that. If Tom has moved on with someone else, say it with me now, he should just SAY that ._. And the kicker is… Tom was the one who got onto Jake so hard about communication in season one! .-. Now, Jake is TRYING to get Tom to talk to him and nothing .-. It’s understandable if Tom is still hurt over what happened in their season. All Stars has shown he can still hold a grudge with Ellie. But if he IS hurt… You know the pattern 😊 He should just say that >_>

Oh ho, and I’m not done. It gets worse. On top of avoiding Jake like the plague… He’s also being a massive hypocrite in regards to Jake 😶 In episode 4 the challenge is to get a sandbag and bring it back to the starting point, and the other players can use any means necessary to get the bag from you. Tom takes and throws Ally’s glasses then ALSO trips Grett later on. When Jake tackles Aiden to get the bag he has and gets the point, Tom gets petty and says ‘Wow! Real nice Jake 🙄’ .-. Tom… come on now ._. You know you’re being a dumb ass 😶

Episode 6, our latest episode, Ellie insists for their performance the two couples, her and Gabbie and Aiden and Tom, HAVE to kiss at the end of the song. Now… I don’t think I have to hold your hand and explain to you why that’s fucked up 😶 Especially because she EXPLICITLY said the only reason she did it was to psychologically fuck with Jake .-. Ugh >_> Sorry, this ain’t about Ellie, this is about Tom <_<. Tom, in a confessional, says “I haven’t talked to Jake yet and this kiss with Aiden will make it even weirder between us than it already is (who’s fault is that Tom >_>). What should I do? >_<“ And it’s like… Gee Tom… I dunno. Maybe you should TALK TO JAKE! ._. And yes, I know they’re on different teams. But Alec pulled someone from both of the other teams to form the villain alliance soooo… not like it’s impossible to talk to people from other teams .-.

- As his duties got more intense (and a bit irritating to deal with) Gus always was by his side, he didn’t want to get to close but he did end up actually gaining a bond with him. He liked his presence, he liked when he talked, he liked when he smiled, he liked when he was genuinely honest with him (which was almost all the time-), Pep respected him, he grew to like him as he was, he trusted him… (Which was very hard for Pep to do…)

- I should also mention that Pep doesn’t like it when people call him by his name. Only Mr. Spaghetti (even though it did sound silly-) or boss (if it was a worker) and ANYTHING ELSE besides his name. If you did…. It ain’t gonna look pretty…

- (As you can see in the “comic” though Pep finally is able to tell Gus that he feels he trusts him, therefore he can call him by his name… And Gus usually always called him boss- The only reason why it slipped for him because he heard about that one rumor where Peppino killed someone because he said his first name. Don't know if you got same question as this ... But I want to ask can you explain why relationship between Rukia and Ichigo is romantic not friendly and show moments which actually shows how they have romantic feelings for eachother?

That’s the beauty of Ichigo and Rukia’s relationship! They love each other in many ways and since very early on. I think the Fullbring arc really cemented that they also love each other romantically because after having time apart we see just how much (and how fondly) they think of the other... and how nobody else comes close.

Chapter 424 is Ichigo telling us what’s been going on since the battle with Aizen and every panel is full with the calm life he’s living except when talking about not having powers. To me it suggests he has a lot of feelings about that fact and, given the size, he tries not to think about it too much.

But when we get to the panel about Rukia there’s so much empty space it takes up half the page. It’s presenting itself as the heaviest thing on his mind after the battle; not being able to see her. 

Also, (this is just a theory) seeing this in color makes it look like the panels are connected up to this point... like if he thinks too long about what happened he’ll eventually think about her. “Now I don’t have any soul reaper powers” changes the subject to Karin. “It’s been 17 months since the battle” changes the subject to school. “Ever since then Rukia hasn’t come to KK once” the scene ends and transitions to one about missing her. It’s like Rukia is always in the back of his mind and after all this time it’s easier to avoid it.

Of course he misses her, but having an excuse for her ready proves how much she’s been on his mind, and outright denying it is so like him. I wouldn’t say this specifically is rooted in “romance” but with other moments we can see just how much he wants to see her again and it really goes beyond what he feels for anyone else.

Take for example when he only mentioned that Rukia hadn’t come to visit him despite having other friends from the SS, especially Renji. In the next chapter he dreamed of them and Byakuya but it’s Rukia that stands out.

She’s singled out from the guys and her panel is bigger, but what really separates her from them is the fact that it’s cropped sooo close to her face. There isn’t even a sliver of her shoulders, Ichigo is really concentrating here. Renji and Byakuya’s presence is enough but not when it comes to Rukia, he seems desperate to see her again.

Being a protector is literally in Ichigo’s name so losing the power to do so was hard on him, anyone could see that. Orihime was glad at first but ultimately had to ask Rukia to figure out a way to get his power back and Chad could barely look at him since he lost it. Chad goes on a little bit more about how wanting to fight/protect those around him makes Ichigo who he is, and while that’s definitely correct what comes next suggests that there’s something more important. 

Love is subjective. Riruka drew her ability out through her love/adoration of cute material things and the happiness it brings her. Orihime persevered because of the love she feels for her best friend Tatsuki who always protected her. Chad manifested his ability because of the pride his family (his grandfather, who he loves) instilled in him. Fullbring can be activated with love that is familial, platonic, or even with a hobby/inanimate things.

Saving his sisters from the same monster that killed his mother wasn’t enough to activate his fullbring. Helping Orihime, Chad, and Uryu, his friends, also wasn’t enough. Being strong enough to hold back the equivalent of 100 thousand blades in the form of a ginormous, fiery bird wasn’t enough either. Apparently it doesn’t even slightly trigger it.

Remember when I said Ichigo was avoiding Rukia? She was present in each event he thinks about. Of course she isn’t the most important person in each scenario, but even in the moment he saves her life he doesn’t picture her face like the rest of them. Him doing that cements the fact that he’s trying to hold back thinking about her... until he can’t anymore.

The power comes all at once when he finally thinks of her. Just her. 

At the end of the SS arc we figure out that what Ichigo wanted most when he saved Rukia was to see her smile again, and because of the power he gained for her sake he was able to do that; because of power he was able to save so many other people, too. The thing is, he remembers her in the moment he lost his powers; not one of the times he saves her or she saves him or the result of any of that. He began training for fullbring to protect the people important to him but it isn’t being activated by those bonds and instead by the pure desire to see her smiling again. 

Putting everything together tells us that he loves her romantically; if his fullbring isn’t being activated by his platonic or familial bonds or the pride in having the power to protect them there is only one type of love that separates her from the rest. 

We can keep going... with a liiiittle bit on Rukia, too.

Seeing her for the first time in 17+ months literally stopped the rain and put light back in his eyes after he lost his power AGAIN with the people he’s closest to  turned against him. He was bawling his eyes out, more powerless than he’s ever been, and unsettled about his dad and Urahara’s sudden appearance, but she immediately put him at ease without any effort at all.

He believes in her right away just like she does in him. Like she always does.

When Rukia gets the chance to fully think about how special and strong Ichigo is, both in strength and heart, we see her in complete awe. 

If she was simply proud and or amazed by him she could have replicated the smile she had at sokyoku hill when she felt his power “flowing into her.” The expressions on her face here (off the top of my head) are completely new and softer than ever. It looks like her own heart skipped a beat —

— It skipped just like time does when they’re seperated. 

The arc opened with Ichigo wondering if he can keep up with the speed of the world without her and just about ended with this poem, “When the two that share destiny part and reunite, beyond the frame of time, the ceased clock will awake and start to tick once again.” Ichigo and Rukia are incomplete when they’re apart and are at their happiest when together. 

When remembering her happiest moments during her fight with As Nodt, Rukia thought of Ichigo the most. When fighting Yhwach and remembering his most despairing moments, the night Ichigo lost Rukia to Renji and Byakuya comes second after losing his mom. The emphasis on their bond is consistent throughout the story and even until the last chapter.

If Ichigo and Rukia’s relationship was supposed to be strictly platonic the amount of content we were given would have to be cut in half. Cut down on the anime fillers/openings/endings, the movies, the musicals, the color spreads...  the poems about the other person, the speeches about how one feels about the other, the emphasis on their shared trauma and the fact that they saved and helped each other overcome their misery, the overwhelming feeling of wanting to see the other person happy, Ichigo’s parents replicating his and Rukia’s first meeting, “The Love and Destiny Ichigo Inherited,” the partings, the reunions... Y’know, put all the ships on an even playing field, but that’s not what happened. 

Ichigo and Rukia have the kind of relationship that was said to be “more than friends” since the second arc. 200 chapters later when they spend over a year without seeing or even speaking to each other we can see how they spent that time thinking of the other and more than anyone else. Time goes on but their bond will never break, and they don’t deserve anything less.

Lost help 😩😩 A sizable number of eruris also seem to enjoy zevi but I just can't get behind it 😭😭 I don't even get the appeal (can you actually explain it to me like actually actually 😭😭) My dislike for Zeke > content from authors I enjoy 😓😓 Zeke is so cold, heartless, and selfish. Like, his mind is stuck in his own selfmade diy echo chamber 😵‍💫😵‍💫 The Levi of my-own-interpretations wouldn't ever get with someone who doesn't value human life like Zeke. Some people may think "Well, Erwin doesn't value human life either" but we see Erwin suffering from guilt. If he thought of his comrades as anything less than human, we wouldn't see him being burdened by his decisions 😶😶He shoulders the responsibility of his decisions and is keenly aware that his decisions and commands sometimes lead to deaths of many. We literally him standing on a pile of corpses in his own mind 😩😩 If he saw his comrades as mere pawns in his quest for Truth, he wouldn't be affected by any lives lost. Idk it irks me when I see people equating Zeke to Erwin, and I see Zeke and Levi's relationship as hostile more than anything 😵😵

I’m not sure I’m the best person to explain the attraction of Zevi! To say I’m not a fan of Zeke would be the understatement of the century, and I have the #zevi tag blocked on all my socials. Having said that, I can kinda see why Zevi is catnip to some fans. Whichever way you look at it, Erwin, Levi and Zeke’s stories are entangled in canon and Levi and Zeke have a very powerful antagonistic relationship. Not only did Zeke kill Erwin, but he is the living embodiment of Levi’s vow.  That kind of relationship is a gift to fic writers. Added to which, Zeke, he is a really well-written complex character with considerable depth. For some fans it’s just a straight up case of hate shipping.  Hate shipping isn’t my thing, but it’s as old as fandom and I’m not going to judge anyone who is into it.  More often than not in Eruri fics Zeke is a convenient plot device.  He often appears as Levi’s abusive and / or manipulative current or ex partner. (I’ve never been entirely convinced by this scenario, but whatever.) This enables Erwin to ”save” Levi. In some cases he might be the knight in shining armour who rescues Levi from his abusive partner. In others, he enables Levi to see for himself what a piece of shit Zeke really is, giving him the motivation and courage to leave and move on. 

Although I try to avoid Zevi like the plague, I have read a few fics by authors I admire that feature past Zevi. One fic I love, which isn’t past Zevi, but which really gets to the heart of Levi and Zeke’s complicated relationship is When in doubt, use violence by no_tengo_porque Levi and Zeke have a really antagonistic relationship from the moment they meet, however they are drawn to each other for reasons Levi doesn’t initially understand. I won’t spoil it for anyone who hasn’t read it, but it’s a really interesting dynamic. 

Comparing Erwin to Zeke makes no sense to me at all though.  They are polar opposites in many ways.  Killing is a game to Zeke, and he actively seems to revel in it at times, whereas Erwin is plagued by guilt over every death under his command. Zeke is egotistical and remains stubbornly convinced that his own plan is the right one, while Erwin sees his own actions in the worst possible light and believes he is a fraud for pursuing his own dream (despite the fact it aligns with Saving Humanity.) They really couldn’t be more different. 

I guess at the end of the day we all interpret these characters differently and we all have our own preferences, likes and dislikes. I dislike Zevi intensely, but if other Eruri authors enjoy it for whatever reason, I’m not going to judge, I just quietly filter out those works and move on.

ok sorrysorrysorry i have been sitting on this ask. i have so much to say about these two but didn’t wanna drop it as an unbroken word wall without any new doodle comics … PRAMA NATION LETS GO !!

prama nation lets pause to note prem & canach have been broken up since mid icebrood saga. F. but prama nation, thats another story. LETS GO !!!!!!!!!!

prem met rama in seitung while the commander was still unconscious in jail. since he’s visibly canthan & zephyrite, prem could walk freely around the province, getting the lay of the land and passing as more or less local. obviously people knew he wasn’t from seitung, but they figured he was from some close-ish island. the mystery of who he was, how he’d been scarred, whether more zephyrites would be coming soon with goods to trade, was local gossip but not something that tripped any minsec alarms. lacking gold, provisions, and information, prem spent a week or so sweet-talking local merchants and fishermen into telling him about the area and giving him free food.

he also batted his eyes at rama, bc a cop is a juicy source of intel, and bc rama’s handsome! their conversation turned into a really long, really nice skiff riding date, rama bought prem crab rangoons, ran his mouth a little more than he should’ve about working for minsec, and went back to his office blushing to the ears like

but of course prem wasn’t from a close-ish island. he was an outlander who’d been here under minsec’s nose. he’d let rama think he was canthan-born and only casually interested in minsec, lying big time by omission, and he’d used rama to find out where they were keeping gorrik and the comm. all of this was a sucker punch to rama when he found out, and he naturally assumed prem had faked his interest in rama and the whole date was a trick.

he was hurt, pissed off, betrayed, humiliated… but didn’t want any of that to come across, so settled on acting just kind of disgruntled and sticklery about government rules.

(the whole date wasn’t a trick. prem honestly liked him.)

when rama warned dragon’s watch that their unsecured comm channel was basically a public radio show, prem took it as encouragement instead of the “shut the hell up” rama intended. like what better way to win over ordinary canthans while kas handled the imperial court !

he started actually treating it like a podcast, taking canthan commoners’ questions live, talking about the guild’s exploits, and airing extended jokes and bits with his friends, and he’s funny, he’s fun to listen to, so every time he tuned in on his radio, rama would be taking torment damage trying to decide whether or not he likes prem despite it all, like

and the more prem talked on the comm about things he’d done like wrestling a mordrem axemaster in the shell of a wrecked pact airship, following a dead dragon’s memories to find the lost city of kesho, seducing a mummy on istan to break out of a mordant crescent prison, using glamours to infiltrate the moon palace of gandara, out-talking jormag… the smaller rama felt by comparison to prem’s stories, and the smaller prem’s betrayal of him seemed, and his temper cooled but it also sort of felt like shit.

in person, though, it’s different. when they’re out on the skiff in new kaineng’s canals, prem is interested in everything rama says, leaning forward, eyes meeting his squarely, laughing at his jokes, asking about how he ended up at minsec, making him feel large and deep and attractive again, like he’s one of the most important people prem’s met in all that traveling.

in person prem also feels so much less daunting. kinda washed up. rama hasn’t seen him fight, since the monastery is dedicated to dwayna and prem swore he’d never enter one of her places of worship again, so he wasn't at training. looking at him out of combat it’s easy to believe he exaggerated his past adventures, or at least that his grace has faded now.

so rama opens up about being kurzick, his childhood in the slums that drove him to become a cop. and prem surprises him again by really getting it! because he grew up zephyrite in kryta, he joined the shining blade in part to bring gold and honor to his mothers in the soon-to-collapse canthan district, he bought into the copaganda too ! and as they’re passing the grub lanes prem’s looking at the reflection of the buildings in the water, saying how much rama’s neighborhood looks like where prem grew up, and rama stops short and asks if he wants to get out of the boat and explore the place, but prem says no. he’d rather just look at the reflection. because the canthan district is gone forever and he doesn’t want his memory of it to get confused with new, similar streets.

and rama is possessed to tell him about the love tunnel.

when things get real, though, is after minister li comes out as a purist and gets his ass kicked. prem & rama see each other in action for the first time, and the only surprise that could follow up rama activating his gunsword is prem becoming a dash of colorful light as he uses zephyrite aspect crystals to navigate the rooftop battlefield and take apart li’s task force armed only with his hands, feet, and a single war fan. there’s no longer any doubt in rama’s mind that this dude is still one of tyria’s best martial artists, but whether or not prem’s out of his league is not really a concern as he reckons with finding out his mentor/second father figure is a career racist who always held rama’s background against him, and that the ministry he’s been working himself to death for at the cost of every other relationship is corrupted to the top. of course gorrik and the comm feel bad, but they’re too focused on ankka and soo-won to slow down and take care of him.

so prem does that, staying behind on the rooftop after min takes li away, to offer rama a distraction.

he catches a crab and makes it into a (small, and honestly just mid) dinner for the two of them at rama’s apartment. then they break into the soju. a tipsy prem lets a progressively drunker rama talk about li and pretends not to notice as he cries it out. and then,

prem finally talks about why he left the shining blade—the corruption, the bad orders, the impossible expectations, finding out anise was messing with his memories—and about dueling his own mentor for his freedom. he doesn’t like talking about it, but he wants rama to feel less alone. at this point rama hypothesizes—not correctly, but close enough—that anise gave prem his scars as punishment. out of it and overwhelmed, rama starts making out with him…

aaand cuts it short in a second as he’s SEIZED by paranoia that purists will find his apartment and kill him for what he knows about li and they shouldn’t have been drinking bc at any fucking minute the assassins could break in !!

prem reminds him that the fight happened on public rooftops, and there’s nothing rama knows about li that min, minsec, the pact commander, and half of new kaineng don't also know already. rama feels foolish, and freshly devastated bc he thought he did know li better than anyone else in cantha, and that’s been taken away from him and the memory ruined. he calls himself stupid. prem says he's not. rama says fine, he's confused, and he's calling it a night. he asks if prem needs money for a raptor cab. prem declines, and rama crashes into bed. dead asleep before prem can stand to go.

at 4 am rama wakes up needing to take a leak, and when he opens his bedroom door prem is asleep on the floor right outside it, stretched out across the doorway like a guard dog, hand loosely over his war fan. just in case.

rama doesn't forget that casual act of devotion, or how nice the kiss was before he freaked himself out, and after soo-won's death, min's promotion to security minister, and prem's decision to stay in cantha with the "friends' detective agency" until rama's ready to travel, there's a growing feeling between them of like, "you're half stuck on canach. i'm half waiting for min. in the meantime can't a couple of messed-up ex-cops enjoy each other's company?" they start flirting and sizing each other up and testing out how much they can joke about a relationship before it becomes real.

this is long enough so i'll leave off there at the end of core EoD, with the final thought that i think prem works with serious characters romantically because he doesn't always take them seriously, he thinks a straight face is funny and a sharp tongue is cute, and having their stoicism laughed at and their moments of silliness and vulnerability rewarded gives them a chance to act more rounded. the same way his insistence on treating people like braham very seriously when everyone else is laughing off their expertise as a joke lets them feel more whole.

😶, 💌, and 😃 for jura?

😶 for a headcanon of a secret that they keep!

OK THIS IS A HARD ONE because Jura’s a snooping little shithead and she knows a LOT of secrets about a lot of people.

Now the easiest way to answer this is of course, the dark brotherhood. Even if she doesn’t work for them as an assassin, she is still a prominent member as she manages a lot of their remaining contacts and keeps the brotherhood in supply of various things from enchanted items to potions and alchemical supplies. But her main and her official role in the brotherhood is historian and archivist. She’s responsible for the safekeeping of all the brotherhood’s written secrets and historical documents, and some of the tomes and journals in her library can be dated back to the second era. This has actually been her family’s role in the brotherhood for 200 years since the oblivion crisis, and it’s thanks to the Rhapsodos family that a lot of the brotherhood’s spells and alchemical recipes, and a lot of other important, practical information the brotherhood needs hasn’t been lost over time as the brotherhood’s power and influence dwindled.

A more fun answer is that Jura knows more about who’s dating who and who likes who at the college of winterhold than anybody else does. Obviously relationships between the faculty aren’t exactly forbidden but it’s a bit frowned upon to be extremely loud about them in front of the students, so most of the teachers who might be together tend to keep the pda down in front of students. Jura and Miraak are the main ones who are completely transparent about their relationship in the college, and because of that, they’re usually the ones a student might go to if they have a crush. Of course, being from an assassin family and having been trained from birth to take notice of anything that might be useful information, Jura’s usually already aware that student has a crush on someone and knows who it is, and she probably already knows whether or not that person likes them back. So Jura absolutely does play matchmaker with the apprentices

💌 for a romantic headcanon

This is a fun one because Jura is absolutely a closet romantic, although she’d be very embarrassed if anyone ever teased her about it. This absolutely led to a lot of confusion for/with Miraak, as having been a high ranking dragon priest, it was expected that other people throw gifts and favors and such at HIS feet. He’d never had to do it the other way around, and as such, he was entirely clueless as how to even begin trying to woo her once he came to realize he was smitten with her. Naturally he thought practical gifts were the way to go. Why wouldn’t they be? After all, Jura was a very practical person and while she clearly liked nice things, she had plenty of money so if she wanted something nice she could just buy it herself couldn’t she? It wasn’t until after talking to Faralda and Tolfdir (who were practically her second set of parents at the college) that he realized that’s what pretty much EVERYONE thought and thus no one had ever gifted her nice things. So of course he had to remedy that. He learned that her favorite flowers were a special kind of rose native to the summerset isles that were borderline impossible to grow anywhere else, due to their incredible fickleness when it came to temperature, sunlight, and soil composition, and thus she’d never even seen them herself outside of pictures in alchemical books before. And what does this man do, he proceeded to spend an insane amount of time, money, and effort obtaining the seeds for these flower (difficult enough considering Skyrim’s tension with the thalmor) and getting them to grow in Winterhold.

And he succeeded. He’s never going to forget the face Jura made when he showed her the small flowering bush in his room’s garden for the first time

😃 for a happiness headcanon!

Considering that Jura never really anticipated surviving avenging her parents against the volkihar and the thalmor, she’d never really considered marriage or her wedding or the fact that if/when she got married, her parents wouldn’t be there to play their traditional roles in it (I hc that with both altmer and Nords being very family oriented people, your parents and grandparents would be very important parts of your wedding) but after surviving everything that went down with the volkihar and then the dragons and Alduin and falling in love with Miraak, she eventually had to face the incredibly depressing realization that her parents wouldn’t be at her wedding. Because they’d more or less filled in the spot and took over the role of her parents in her life at the college, she considered asking Faralda and Tolfdir if they would be her parents in her wedding, but she almost didn’t ask, terrified they would say no. (This being genuinely one of the few times she’s ever actually been scared to do something in her life) but of course they immediately agreed to it (longest two seconds of Jura’s life) and honestly Jura probably cried in relief and happiness that they said yes

😇 A headcanon about their religion/lack thereof - I believe Piper is non practicing but believes in some form of higher power. Him seeing duel spirits is enough proof that there is something up there to him. No specific religion in mind, as he hasn’t bothered looking into what he believes. Later on the encounters with the heralds gives him confirmations with there being higher powers. But it’s one of those where he believes in them but refuses to worship them given what they do to his friend.

🧸 A headcanon about their childhood - Piper spent a lot of time watching tv growing up, especially with Hilbert and Bianca. He enjoyed a lot of cartoons, specifically the one about the rescue squad. He, with the other two, would play pretend as their favorite members of the rescue squad. However, he also spent a lot of time admiring professional duelists and tournaments. While Bianca wasn’t nearly as enthralled as Hilbert and Piper, those two on the other hand would catch every major tournament airing together and made bets on who would win (Piper losing nearly every time). They would then recreate the decks and pretend they were those duelists on screen. (Piper insisting on using the winner’s decks).

💝 A headcanon about their love language - Piper is probably an acts of service guy. I think he really appreciates when people go out of their way to assist him or remind him to take care of himself. Especially given how lonely he is and how often he gets caught up in stuff that isn’t taking care of himself.

😬 A headcanon about the worst thing they’ve done - PRE CANON. It’s betraying Bianca and Hilbert of course. Specifically I think Piper went out of the way to try and sabotage a major tournament for Hilbert. Where both he and Hilbert were finalists. He either toor up his deck or pulled a Chazz and threw his cards into water. A deck Hilbert spent weeks preparing just for this very moment. Hilbert, luckily had a back up deck just in case, given how toxic and important this specific tournament was. Like it would guarantee the winner a spot in circuit play. And Hilbert would demolish Piper and humiliate him. But the damage would still be done and it’s a fact that Piper tried to sabotage Hilbert for his own gain, unsuccessfully.

😶 A random headcanon! - For Numeron code specifically I think he’s like. A deck elitist. If that makes sense. He makes fun of people who netdeck or actually enter tournaments with decks completely copied. Sure he played T0 at one point but he still built his deck himself. If ur playing a deck copied online from ygopro or some YouTuber Mr. Rouge-Deck-Once-He-Got-Better can and WILL make fun of you.
