Sakusa placidly pours tea into two delicate yunomi mugs, each patterned with the twisted branches of plum trees. Bokuto presses his palms into the grooves of the mug, letting the warmth seep through the ceramic and onto his skin. He is here, among the salty smell of ume kombucha tea and the fresh pine scent of Sakusa's soap. "I didn't mean to wake you up." "I wasn't sleeping," Sakusa tells him mildly before sipping his tea. "Oh." A blink, then a blush. "I'm sorry for keeping you awake." Sakusa huffs, shaking his head, the barest tinge of a smile coloring his lips. - bladesmithing, part two: assemble
