With the end of TOH not only capping off Disney's "loose Trilogy" with Gravity Falls, & Amphibia, it pretty much marks the end of this Golden Age of Original Children's Cartoons with Heavy syndicated storylines that started back with Adventure Time. While I don't discredit show that aren't syndicated stories or even the "brand cartoons" Like Star Wars, Transformers, or TMNT there was something magical about seeing people come up with original tales from stuff they were big fans & grew up on to create a whole era that made it cool for adults to have these theories, Excellent fanart, & to be something more then what we were used to in our youths.

I can only hope I'm wrong & one day we'll see another TOH or Steven Universe or Kipo, or Centaurworld, or Adventure Time, or Regular Show, or etc. But with recent events it leaves me less enthused. But I'll still cherish that the 2010's to the early 2020's was this marvelous & revolutionary age for TV animation.

I Know What You Are... You Are Mega Man!

The differences between each Mega is something I love and appreciate, plus it's also fun to compare them side-by-side for it.

I think it's really amusing how they start with robots that slowly reach near-human traits, and then there's a straight-up human. Albeit, he is merged with a non-human being.

And then there's Volnutt. I know he could probably be narrowed down to an "artificial human", but I like the idea of tying him to his celestial origins as Trigger that are still half a mystery.

Such is my running-joke with him. He is just... Volnutt (currently).

wait wait lemme cook, firefighter!soap & baker!reader…because y/n will never be boring!!

there was a fire at the bakery, you’re pretty sure the owner burned it down for insure and you got caught in the middle of it.

johnny has saved dozens of people before but has the urge to visit you at the hospital everyday and he doesn’t know why (we all know why).

after you’re healed, you start swinging by every so often to deliver fresh donuts to him and his team and they all start teasing him, saying stuff like, “there goes your girl, johnny”

imagine firefighter!soap visiting you in the hospital and being so sweet :(( and not accepting praise for how he literally pulled you from the flames.

you're not seriously injured, aside from some scrapes, bruises, and a few fractures. if soap hadn't been so quick on his feet, he wouldn't have spotted you before the burning bakery collapsed. it was the definition of a close call.

and then, you let it slip that you believe the fire was all a scam. the owner has always been greedy, not allowing you tips, cutting corners, etc. and soap knows that his captain has already voiced the same suspicions to the arson investigators — so it's not an empty lie.

you shouldn't be moving much at all, let alone having him talk your ear off — so he dismisses himself, insisting that you get some sleep, that he'll see visit you sometime soon, etc.

...

immediately goes to the hospital room next door, where the shitty owner of the bakery is. slightly mangled by flames, barely conscious from whatever drugs they're pumping through him.

firefighter!soap leaning over the owner, gripping his jaw and whispering the vilest threats in his ear so none of the nurses/visitors can hear.

how you could've died because of your boss' scam, and it has johnny SEETHING !!! probably more than he should be, considering it's his job to save, not to get involved. soap thinking 'should've let the bastard burn' as he speeds down the hall.

and he's probably not even supposed to be visiting you.

but he'll be back tomorrow. with a card and flowers as if he wasn't on the brink of committing a felony for you.

So, the great 'RULES' of the Endless. I know they're meant to be there for their own and everyone else's 'good'. To avoid cosmic imbalance blah blah blah. But look at them from a slightly different angle and they smack of far more insidious Divide and Conquer tactics.

Don't interfere with each others affairs. I mean, technically speaking all your purposes are so deeply interwoven with each other, it's more unnatural to keep them forcefully divided. But if you all could just stay in your own realms, do your own thing and interact as little as possible. That would be grand! Whatever you do, don't work as a cohesive unit!

Don't spill each others blood. Who doesn't want everyone to stay alive and unharmed? Right? But it also handily protects Ma and Da from any form of retaliation. A convenient way to defang the children...Just saying.

And finally don't love mortals. Yes. Please do keep your emotional distance from the very beings whose subconsciouses form and sustain you. Loving a mortal... Uff, that would be like you having a full working understanding of the core of your power. Then sticking your cosmic charger right on in there for a XP boost. The horror!

Seems to me someone really doesn't want the Endless siblings as the united, powerful front they could be... 🤔

I like to think Murphy's Law and the Phineas and Ferb effect are small pieces of the larger "Mysterious Force" concept. They do not explain it in its entirety. Like how earths gravity and the moons gravity and the suns gravity all in part contribute to life on earth and also partially contribute to the larger gravity of the solar system on the whole.

I also think Candace and Doof have some sort of relevance to this force.
