Your comfort might change,

the people around you might change,

everything you trusted might change,

but GOD NEVER CHANGES! #everythingchanges

The world is changing,

systems are changing,

beliefs are changing,

people are changing.

But what we can still depend on is an unchanging God in a changing world! #friendscomeandgo

Seasons change, nations rise and fall, and men rise to power and fall aside, while God remains the same. #greatisthyfaithfulness

In a world where everything and everyone changes, we can depend on God’s faithfulness. #relyongod

Never rely on people and circumstances, they can change anytime, rely on God.

He loves you and it never changes. #godisfaithful

God never changes.

What God was, God is.

What God is, and was, God will be. #godsfaithfulness

God doesn’t change.

All but God is changing day-by-day. #thelordisfaithful

Everything changes except God.

Only God will never change.

Do not place your trust in anything other than God.

While our situations and feelings may change, the God we worship does not.

after the Lords In Black were given human forms i thought it was only fair to give Webby her monster form. she deserves to be as fuzzy wuzzy as her brothers

also i like to believe that the lords in black don't have a concept of time in their dimension so when they say that Wiggly is the big brother they mean it literally. he's literally the biggest. and webby being the little sister means she's the littlest out of all of them.

"The Lords in Black, The Lord in Black call us."

Imma rant a little bit about my process under the cut, read it if you want:

Something I've come to learn in character centric pieces, is that the story and the engagement is in the expression. If your character is in a really cool place, but are with this sort of noncommittal facial expression, the piece immediately becomes unengaging. The trio here have three distinct impressions:

-Pete is hesitant, scared.

-Steph is shocked, like she can't believe what's in front of her.

-Grace is intrigued, she wants to know more.

It sets a good precedent for who the characters are outside of this still.

Similarly, the Lords are all in poses that are displayed their own Choreography, except for wiggly, who is standing like he should be in the ensemble for High School Is Killing Me. He is set apart from them, their leader.

Also a fun detail is that each kid's eyes are lit up by the Lord that goads them to begin with.

Pete: Yellow, tinky, "A spankoffski! I'm going to have the whole set in my toybox"

Steph: Pink, Nibbly, "Stephanie Yum-yum"

Grace: Purple, Blinky, "we've been watching you Gracie, someone's been a little naughty"

Idk I just like putting intentional little bits in my art for people to appreciate.

I hate, LOATHE that Levi gets grouped in with characters that don't 'get' emotions. It's so wrong, so counter to what is easily observed about him as a character. He gets emotions, he has a mountain of empathy and is great at reading and understanding people. What he actually suffers from is not a lack of emotion, but trauma. Trauma that forced him to become rough around the edges to survive. Trauma that stunted his social skills and ability to fully express himself. Trauma that led him to build a near-impenetrable fortress around his heart and keeping his own emotions under tight lock and key. I could go on. But GOD is Levi criminally misinterpreted. He is a deeply emotional character, but the constant wave of harsh experiences in his life make outwardly showing it difficult, if not impossible at times.

Levi is a hardened character, not an emotionally lacking one.
