Oh boy, it's been so long since I made a dumb AU...

So mix Winx Club with the DSMP and you get this monstrosity.

And the worst thing is that I put a lot of thought into this!

Basically this au is just taking the magic system from Winx Club and throwing it into the DSMP and wish it works.

It didn't work... well it mostly worked until I got to Believix and was like how do I make this achievable?

Soooo, I'll start with the transformations

Basic transformation (Magic Winx) (I refuse to call this one Charmix, I grew up with them just saying Magic Winx)

Base transformation for all modern fairies. They get sparkly outfits and can do more powerful magic than when they aren't transformed. It's achieved when a fairy is on their teens, usually because their magic is getting stronger or because they believe in themselves.

Charmix (Here is when I start to change how to get shit in the universe)

I have two options for this one...

First the canon one, a fairy needs to overcome a great personal difficulty.

And then there is the one I completely made up: when two or more fairies have the same objective and a strong friendship, the magic link between them becomes stronger and gives them extra power for a while. It works as a more powerful convergence. (This will make sense later)

Enchantix

Achieved when a fairy sacrifices themselves or everything for their people. It can be making a sacrifice to save someone, or by doing something that in the long run hurts/kills them but helps keep their people safe.

Bloomix

It’s achieved when a higher power fairy, after losing their powers by any means, manages to connect with the root of their powers and regain their magic and ability to transform.

Sirenix

The transformation needed to become a nymph. This transformation gives the fairy the ability to enter the Infinite Ocean. However, that’s not the most important part of Sirenix. On the outside this is a transformation about the ocean, but inside the Infinite Ocean one can find the Code Stream, and that is what makes a fairy a nymph. The Code Stream gives the fairy a connection with magic similar to the connection Ancient Fairies have with their patrons.

Sirenix was cursed a long time ago, so all the modern fairies that used this transformation just dissappeared.

Now, all this transformations are for what is called a modern fairy. They are the fairies that were born after the Era of the Gods, when magic was still something new and it filled every single being.

Ancient Fairies

The fairies from the Era of the Gods are the Ancient Fairies, and there are only a few still in the mortal realm.

The Ancient Fairies are the first fairies, whose powers come from the gods. They are mostly immortal (depending on the individual) and really powerful.

Their fairy forms are more detailed and have big wings. Some of them spend their whole time transformed, but others don't do it at all. All the Ancient Fairies are different, as they differ according to when they were born (how much magic was in the world).

They usually don't evolve, or just evolve into higher fairy forms. They have fairy dust from the get go, their wings are bigger since the beginning and sometimes grow as they get older.

Sometimes they also have a soul form, in which it is seen that they have adapted to their patrons, and one day can leave the mortal realm to be with them in the Golden Kingdom.

The Ancient Fairies can gift the Gifts of Destiny.

GIFTS OF DESTINY

Transformations given by the Ancient Fairies in the name of the Goddess of Death. Each of the gifts represents different stages of a being.

Sophix

Gift of the mind. It represents birth and growing, blooming into life. It grants the wisdom needed to grow and understand the world, specially the nature of it.

Lovix

Gift of the heart. It represents getting old, and grants the ability to understand the hearts of others, of love, something that sometimes is lost as we face the challenges of life. It will keep you warm even in the coldest winter.

The Dark Gift

This gift represents the connection with death. This gift is not meant to be used, as it goes against the nature of the world. It is meant to be tempting, and by that temptation teach about the love that the Goddess has for the world.

This gift was meant to only be used once, but it was corrupted. Once it had the form of a glass orb, fragile. However now it has the form of a book, and its power is now mixed with dark arts and other gods’ powers.

NYMPHS

Another kind of powerful fairy are the Nymphs.They are powerful fairies that have achieved Sirenix. They are modern fairies that are closer to the magic that makes up the world, and have a connection similar to that of the Ancient Fairies and their patrons. However, they are closer to mortals and other fairies than the ancients, as they are more connected to the Gods, and some of them no longer have a physical form.

So that's mostly what I've got about the world for now, so let's get to the characters.

Tommy - Fairy of Sound

Ok, I spent a lot of time thinking what powers to give him. i think I got too used to the superheroes AUs that my first thought was something with healing. But I wanted him to be able to blast shit, and I got the mental image of Tommy just straight up screaming and sending like a sonic wave. So Tommy is the Fairy of Sound. No, not music, sound. The louder he is, the more powerful his spells are. His domain is the sound of chaos, loud sounds, but also the sound of unity, of people talking, of laughter.

Also, I thought it would be cool to have him like the chaotic kind of sound while WIlbur is music, order in the sound.

So let's get through the timeline and the transformations:

MAGIC WINX

Tommy joined the SMP with the basic fairy transformation. In the first days he used two sticks as magic channelers, until he found the discs and formed a connection with them like a wizard with their staff (even though the discs don't work like that at all)

CHARMIX

Now we are in the Disc War. And because Dream was then a Enchantix fairy it became a nearly impossible task to regain his discs. That, until because of their great friendship and having the same objective Tommy and Tubbo achieved Charmix, and managed to get the discs back. After that everytime they fight side by side they can use their charmix. (I told you it would make sense)

And if we go with canon Charmix, the whole retrieval of the discs would happen as in canon, and Tommy would have gotten Charmix when he was building Church Prime. Idk, something about working with your enemy. This came out because of all the references of Prime I put on the outfit

ENCHANTIX

After losing two canon lifes and the sacrifice of the discs for L’manberg independence Tommy got his Enchantix, and used his new fairy dust to reverse the damage that L’manberg suffered. However, he was not able to fix anything after the Manberg vs Pogtopia war, as the magical wound that Wilbur inflicted in the land was too deep.

Already when on probation his powers began to get weaker, and on exile he first lost the ability to transform and lastly of using magic all together.

BLOOMIX

In the final Disc Confrontation, after everyone arrives and Tommy takes the Axe of Peace, he realizes that Dream no longer has power over him, and that he still has his magic. He transforms into his Bloomix form, and in my head this is a better way to get Bloomix than in canon with the backflips.

Now, I haven't finished my thoughts on the other guys, so here is what I've got:

Tubbo - Fairy of Technology (or something like that)

I wanted to put something that referenced the nukes and Fairy of Nukes was too weird. Also it's a tiny reference to q!Tubbo factories and his whole thing with the Create mod. And another option was something like Fairy of Explossions (yep, I have read too many superheroes au fanfics) but it was weird.

It's because of this guy that I put the whole "...or by doing something that in the long run hurts/kills them but helps keep their people safe." in the Enchantix part. So maybe I make him the Fairy of Explossions in the end, I mean, imagine being the fairy of boom boom and getting your Enchantix because of boom boom.

Also, I will definitelly make his fairy form yellow and black. And I though of adding two hairclips in the Enchantix transformation that look like little horns.

Wilbur - Wizard (but mainly uses music magic)

He is more like an Ancient Fairy that was born through a process that required a lot of magic, but when he grew up the world didn't have enough magic to get him to have his wings. So everyone thinks he is a wizard (even himself). As he is not a wizard his magic was always kinda weak (because fairies need to transform to get to their full potential). So that another reason why he made Tommy lead the army in the war.

Limbo is a place full of magic, and after spending 13 years there he got the magic necessary for his wings to grow. But because of the nature of limbo he was unable to see that.

So when he was revived and got his wings of course he thought that they were given to him by Dream, so that adds a lot more to his initial hero-worshipping.

Philza - Ancient Fairy of Winter and the Antarctic Winds

Again, it was difficult to think what he was the fairy of. Birds, Death, Wind...

I choose winter not only because Antarctic Empire, but because of the relationship between winter and Death. Winter is when nature dies. And the Antarctic Winds is not just to add wind, and with that birds, into the mix, but because of the Katabatic wind. This wind is usually calm, but can reach hurricane speeds, and goes downhill, so the Wikipedia graph kinda reminded me of Philza when he attacks someone from the air.

Also, the whole winter theme helps with the fridge situatuion.

Sooo... Wilbur's mother is not a fridge. Well, one of his moms isn't.

Basically when a couple loves each other very much the dad gets a lot of ice and the mom sings the song of death (and for there to be death there has to be life) to the ice and it becomes a baby! But because the baby needs to become a human being and have skin they have to leave the baby inside a fridge until it no longer is ice.

Phil's usually in his fairy form (like the Earth fairies) and because he is old as fuck (maybe even the first fairy) his wings are super big.

However, when Wilbur died he left a great magical wound in the world, and an even greater wound in his father, that got detransformed for the first time in millennia, and finally got his wings back for Doomsday.

Technoblade - Ancient Fairy of Justice

Is this because of the "Those who treat me with kindness..." speech? Yep.

Ok, I wanted him to have a Nebula (Major Fairy of Peace turned Major Fairy of War) moment. Like, in the beginning this justice was more in the make everything fair and neutral, but because of his connection to the Blood God his domain became bringing justice by spilling the blood of those who destroyed the balance.

So his whole retiring thing would be an attempt to return to his roots.

As he is so OP he doesn't need to transform. This makes people think that he is a wizard, and those that know he is a fairy may think that he is corrupted in some way.

In Doomsday, while saying that Techno is a traitor, Tommy implies that he is either too weak or corrupted by dark magic to transform. Let's say that Tommy was really, REALLY wrong...

Now we get with the ones that I have almost nothing written about:

Eret - Fairy of ---, Nymph of Sirenix

The only think I know is that it would be really cool if the reason Eret doesn't remember their past was because of the Sirenix curse.

Eret was the first fairy to achieve Sirenix, and as such became the main Nymph of Sirenix. However, as they began as a normal fairy the curse erased their memories.

Foolish - Ancient Fairy of the Oceans

Instead of using his Ancient Fairy form (as it is enormous), Foolish usually uses Sirenix, as it deepens even more his connection with the ocean.

He was the one who gave the Dark Gift to the fairies centuries ago.

Quackity - Fairy of Luck/Wizard of Misfortune

The only thing I have is that when Techno totally destroys him, with his whole Justice Fairy thing and because recently Quackity hasn't been doing good fairy stuff, he breaks his wings and his magic core get so damaged that when it heals it is as a wizard core.

Fundy - Fairy of Animals

Because furry.

Dream - Fairy of ---

Idk, I just think if the Winx Club has a transformation named Dreamix I have to use it. Also great time to add the dark fairy lore.

Well, I hope one day I'll draw all these guys and finish the au :D

Season 9 leaks!

The story is that somebody hacked Rainbow and grabbed all the good stuff! Could they really have done that? Just remember this is the Winx fandom where faking leaks is a national pastime so these pictures could be real, fake, or a mixture of the two. I don’t vet anything because… uh, how could I? I’m just a random person on the internet. And also, real leaks and fake leaks are equally fun to speculate about and having fun speculating is what we’re here for!

Ok I kinda love this? Aisha’s hair! Stella’s sun-ray wings! Tecna’s circuitry wings! Tecna still being ball jointed! Flora’s kinda weird flower top! The only odd point is that Bloom’s costume is just basically Sirenix slightly modified. Why Sirenix?

This would be the third version of the costumes that we’ve seen for season 9, and if it’s real they drifted away from the simple redesigns of the original magic winx form into something more detailed and cooler. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was real; the previous images we had just looked too simple after so many years of increasingly complicated outfits. This looks real but as you can see on top it's from Winxclubrus, a site that has the same attitude as I do when it comes to sharing All The Leaks.

Here we have some CG turnarounds that look like CG turnarounds. Stella’s outfit is cute, Icy’s had an upgrade and lost the capital I on her clothes and the Trix have a symbol now. It looks like a capital T with some lines underneath, it reminds me of the “chi rho” a Christian symbol that was used in ancient Rome that looks like a capital P with an x across the bottom.

And here are two new characters and these pictures are more questionable. Fan consensus seems to be that the girl is from another series and was accidentally in the Winx Club folder that the supposed hacker supposedly hacked. The boy is in a different style than the girls and there’s not much on his character sheet so I think he’s either someone’s fan character or maybe… you know how Orion was copied off a video game character? This image of the guy may be a character from something else that Rainbow is planning to base a character design on.

But! There was a very low resolution image of the Winx and Trix battling and it looked like there was a boy fighting on the evil side. It could have been Riven, it could have been one of the Wizards of the Black Circle, since one of them appeared in a different season 9 image… or it could be this guy. Damien is an evil name thanks to the Omen movies so that tracks.

So who knows! We’ll just have to wait and see if either of these characters is real.

And last we have a video! This, I think is real. It’d be easy enough for a fan to make some turnarounds in blender but this video would be a lot of work.

And it looks good. My brain immediately said “it looks good” but my brain also said, ‘It looks like everything else.” and I’m not even sure what “everything else” my brain is thinking about. Unicorn Academy? Miraculous? It looks like things! But it shows a lot of emotion, which the season 8 was bad at so we are improving already!

I wanted to give her darker colors along with a better shaped train lol and a better hair style and color bc I was t feeling the old one

Since I’m here I wanted to give you guys some facts abt my version of sirenix One of the only forms all magic uses can get (witches,faries and sorcerers) every sirenix uses gets a mermaid form that allows them to swim faster (aisha does bc she already has the ability to switch back and forth)

It’s also one of the oldest transformations and fastest

It was first created by a distant ancestor of aisha actually..the first child of the land and sea after the andros civil war (its a long story lol)

Winx Redux AU - Transformations Overview ver. whatever make this the final one (1) (real).png

Originally I wanted to do a big infographic thing for this but honestly? I can’t be bothered! so you’ll get it all in text. Let’s start! This is long. Buckle up. Also no pictures, sorry lol

BASIC FORMS

Every Morpher magi starts with Charmix, the absolute base form, unlocked either via training or via magical outbursts caused by emotions, and it’s almost 79.9% the latter rather than the former. It offers a higher magic output than normal (though on it’s own it pales in comparison to the dedicated studies and development of Casters), and it’s form is fairly simplistic, consisting of color-blocked outfits and shoes.

Glamourix is the direct upgrade of Charmix, obtained via overcoming a difficult situation that forces someone to grow as a person, be it actively harmful or their own emotions. Glamourix manifests itself as a bag, bottle, pouch or some other container, held around the waist in some form or another, which is filled with Essence Dust - a magical particle that is used in spellcasting and that also coats the wings, as a sort of begginer’s step towards using it. Glamourix unlocks the ability to obtain any other transformation.

BASIC HIGHER FORMS

Enchantix is considered by many to be the direct upgrade to Glamourix, as its appearance seems to be its logical conclusion, but it’s been highly debated over the last couple years. Its wings are loaded in Essence Dust, rendering them strong, but unstable. Its obtainment method relies on selflessness - performing a sacrificial act to aid someone else, usually in a situation of grave danger, but not always. The nebulous definition of “sacrifice” has made obtaining this form hard, however. Out of the 3 basic higher forms, it’s the most geared for combat.

Harmonix, with its flowy look, offers complete protection against the elements - allowing to breathe underwater or in low-air enviroments, as well as casting elemental magic in places where it shouldn’t be possible, making it ideal for the search of higher elemental forms - it’s true purpose. This is facilitated by the low amount of Essence Dust on the wings. The form is traditionally obtained through forming a pact with a respective magical species for the purposes of searching a higher elemental form, but nowadays it’s granted when accepting a Quest for one of said higher elemental forms when using the Grimoire of Elemental Transformations. Out of the 3 basic higher forms, it’s the most geared for maneuverability.

Butterflix is thought of as the “miscellanous” transformation, as its obtainment method relies on “performing an act that benefits or protects nature”, a concept as nebuluous as Enchantix’s sacrifice. However, this means it’s the easiest to obtain out of the basic higher forms. As its name suggests, Butterflix’s appearance consists of simple shoes, a butterfly bodice with bottoms, and wing-shaped decorations in the hair. It allows someone to connect their magic better with nature, for better or for worse, as well as granting them a resistance to Wild Magic, letting them metabolize it and control it to a degree. Out of the 3 basic higher forms, it’s the most geared for support.

All of the basic higher forms retain the Essence Dust container, looking a bit more elaborate than Glamourix’s own.

ELEMENTAL HIGHER FORMS

These forms are the ones connected to the 14 Elemental Sources of Magic, allowing a deeper connection with them and the power to better deal or survive in them. If the transformation matches the natural Source of the magi, a sort of aura in the magi’s actual Aura color covers the eyes. None of these forms have an Essence Dust container.

Sirenix and Lustrix, two of the oldest-known transformations, are very similar - as it relies on befriending a magical being (a Selkie for Sirenix, a Gnome for Lustrix) and going on a quest to find three magical objects (pearls or crystals), obtained after overcoming its respective trials, to later present them to a Source of the forme and have it be granted by Omnia (Sirenix) or Daman (Lustrix). Sirenix is the forme of the Ocean with the element of Water, having fin-like wings and a merfolk-esque appearance, with scaled leggins adorned with sheer fin-like cloth, showy tops and ribbon and pearl décor. Lustrix is the forme of Minerals, with the elements of Earth and Metal, having gem-like wings and a jewel bodice, alongside sheer sleeves and heavy boots. Lustrix is also notable for lightnening hair color.

In the same vein, Anthesix, Ignitix and Glacix (the formes of Flora, Fire and Ice) share similarities, as all of their quest rely on finding only 2 objects (seeds, sparks or prisms), without a trial beyond surviving the landscape they’re hidden in. The magic being to befriend are the Pixies, with Forest Pixies aiding with Anthesix, Arid Pixies with Ignitix, and Tundra Pixies with Glacix. The form is then granted by the reigning Pixie of each type in their respective Villages surrounding their Trees of Life, making them quite accessible. Anthesix shows a notable lack of changes to the hair beyond lengthening, flower-based outfits held with vines, leaves and the like, and its wings resembling the plant they represent. Ignitix consists of a dark bodice, adorned with lighter beads and gems from which streams of fire come out, becoming part of the ensemble itself. Its wings resemble fire, with the hair itself lightening and “coming alive”, like flames. Lastly, Glacix shows a bodice made of ice, usually lined with fluff, with a sheer, sometimes puffy blouse or top underneath. Its wings resemble snowflakes, and are almost imperceptible.

Cosmix, the forme of Space, with the elemental magic of Light and Darkness, is considered the hardest to obtain outside specific circumstances, as its obtainment method happens entirely in Lumenia, the Realm of the Lumens, and to access it to begin with, one has to befriend a member of said species. Its actual method, however, is fairly simple - one has to obtain a part of each of the 7 Rivers of Light and present a smell made with its mixed form to the Lumen Queen, Dorana. Cosmix’s appearance resembles retrofuturism, with mesh starry cloth on several parts and starlight in the hair. Its wings resemble streams of light.

Silvestrix, the forme of the Wild covering the Fauna element, lacks a quest or object-searching than the previous forms, as it relies entirely on establishing a positive bond with a Magic Animal, becoming friends and partners, not unlike pets but something more. As such, Silvestrix’s form varies from person to person as it relies entirely on the Magic Animal they bonded with, but it displays more animal characteristics on them such as ears, horns, tails or the like. Silvestrix also grants immunity to Wild Magic, as well being able to neutralize it, absorb it and destroy it at a level above Butterflix.

Nimbuix, the forme of the Sky that covers both Wind and Electricity lacks aspects of the previous forms, as rather than finding any kind of object, one has to befriend a Myrbasc, creatures of the wind, and be granted a Nimbuix rod. One then has to channel a lightning strike from different storms into it, and once three lightning strikes have “charged” it, it’s presented to Phaesa, their regent, who grants the form. Nimbuix has a simplistic look, composed of frilly skirts or puffy shorts, a trimmed top, and a sash tied at the waist with plain or cut edges. Its wings resemble either air currents or lighting bolts, and are far simpler than others.

Glissandix is also an outlier in many respects, lacking either a quest or a helper companion. As the forme of Sound, it’s obtained via “performing” a voiced spell perfectly as if a song, never falling out of rhythm, cadence or timbre. It’s one of the simplest yet hardest transformations to earn thanks to this. True to form, Glissandix’s appaearance gives the impression of a performer, adorned with belts and mesh details. Its wings are decently-sized, resembling feathers and piano keys.

Last of the Elemental Forms, Altheix and Cinabrix are opposites, as the formes of Healing and Poison. Both share the lack of helper companion or quest with Glissandix, instead obtained after perfoming powerful, complicated spells - the Spell of Renewed Life, for Altheix; the Spell of Purifying Absorption, for Cinabrix. In the former, it relies on using one’s magic to fully revitalize and heal someone on the brink of death, while with the latter, it relies on absorbing as much poison or toxin of a sort to purify an infected object or person. Altheix’s attire is flowy yet structured on top, with big sleek wings, while Cinabrix’s attire is rougher and monochrome to a degree and slightly luminescent, it’s wings being uneven and abstract.

HIGHER INTERNAL FORMS

As the name suggests, these are the transformations that don’t require a connection with the Sources, more reliant on either internal values and concepts or more of the generalized ambient magic around everyone. None of these forms have an Essence Dust container.

Valiantix is one of the more common forms one sees, as the forme of Bravery. With it’s armor attire and simple big wings, Valiantix is obtained after performing a reckless yet brave act to save someone else. It’s not uncommon for people in the path of Enchantix to obtain this form instead. One of Valiantix’s signatures is the circlet the user wears on their head, a gem in the middle said to be the true mark of their heroism.

Believix is by far the most common higher forms for groups of magi, true to its title of the forme of Cooperation. It’s the only transformation that can only be obtained in groups, as it depends on their bond being so strong that even in dire situations, they stick with each other, fully loyal and supportive. As such, its look is varied but uniform, keeping aspects that match with the rest of the group that the person achieved Believix with. Its wings are big and loaded with Essence Dust that is shared amongst the group, leading to incredibly powerful convergences.

Onyrix is one of the more recently discovered transformations, and one with a mysterious nature. It can only be obtained while sleeping, and it requires overcoming past traumas in the form of a lucid nightmare. Such form of obtainment means it’s quite the rare transformation to be found in other people. Its appearance is simplistic and elegant, with overlaid wings, sheer sashes and floral or plant decorations that relate to sleeping and dreaming.

For common higher forms however, we have Energix, the forme of Energy. True to its name, Energix is obtained via absorbing copious amounts of ambient magic or some other form of outside-source energy, metabolizing it and adhering it to their aura without the use of a concrete spell or way to channel it. Much like Onyrix, its wings have an overlaid look to them, and their attire involves pendants or necklaces, belts, and long sleeves.

The most recent addition to this list is Mythix, the forme of Legends. Created by the Order of Mana from questionable Earth sources, Mythix is obtained via unintentionally mimicking or playing a similar role to a famous story, fairytale, myth, legend or some such from their home realm, following similar beats and as such connecting closer to their own culture. Due to this, its form is one of the most varied and unique, as it resembles their culture’s traditional or national attires, paired with big, detailed wings. Weapons or items the morpher magi uses when transformed also undergo a transformation when obtaining Mythix, the reason for this is currently being investigated.

ILLEGAL FORMS

This section is short, as it covers 6 Earth-born “transformations”. 5 of these are the White Circle transformations, bastardized alterations of Charmix attuned to different elements that correspond to each head of the White Circle’s council:

Dianix for Diana, attuned to Flora, Fauna and Water magic

Aurorix for Aurora, attuned to Ice, Wind and Light magic

Sibyllix for Sibylla, covering Earth, Sound and Darkness magic

Nebulix for Nebula, covering Fire, Metal and Electricity magic

and Albix for Morgana, covering Healing and Poison magic

These forms were designed to keep their followers in line so they are incapable of achieving further transformations and potentially getting ideas for a revolt; not that that stopped the Black Circle’s insurgence.

The other form is Pleiadix, the forme of the Pleiads - 7 fairies that were part of the initial Black Circle insurgence, that defeated Acheron and sealed him within his own creation. Not an intentionally-created transformation, when they bonded their Aura and Source to seven key-wands, that they used to further seal the Legendarium, they also created Pleiadix, a transformation that allows the user of the key-wands to channel their powers, overwriting their own source and causing erratic changes in the magi’s Aura with prolongued use. It was used as the basis to create Mythix, and in doing so it became unachievable and “merged” with its evolution.

OUTDATED FORMS

Here we find Psychaix, the very first transformation, formed by the Fae Psyche, from whom the name of the form comes from. Psychaix had no real set form besides a sort of bodysuit or coverage adorned with sheer sashes all over, marked by gigantic, shapeless, “flickering” wings. Psychaix is the Fae form, the original Morpher transformation that later evolved into the modern Fairy, Witch and Sorcerer branches. It allowed a magi to outpour immense quantities of magic at the cost of the user’s overall health, being incredibly draining to maintain.

Psychaix then became, over the centuries, into Sorgentix, the original base transformation. Much like Charmix, one simply had to will themselves into the form, and it was completely unique to each magi. Sorgentix was then refined into the Charmix-Glamourix system currently in use, but one can still, theoretically, will themselves into this form instead, and it would count as a sort of “true” direct upgrade to Glamourix.

THEORETICAL FORMS

Here we find a subset of 4 transformations that have not yet been proven to exist or are in a sort of “trial” period, before the Order of Mana approves its widespread use. These forms are Travelix, a theoretical evolution/fusion of the Zoomix and Teleportia spells that allows someone for instantaneous interplanetary teleportation without the need of canalizing items or portal; Jubilix and Tragedix, a sort of “logical conclusion” transformations for Fairies and Witches respectively when their use of positive or negative emotions reaches a pinnacle; and the tentatively named “Viarix”, after Virtual Reality or VR, based off the idea that it’s possible to obtain a transformation while in virtual reality or online in some form.

PINNACLE FORMS

These last two are what’s called Pinnacle Forms, considered the most powerful forms that offer a wide coverage of abilities.

The first of these is Ascendix, one of the oldest-discovered forms, obtained after literally overcoming yourself in a sort of trial battle - physically fighting your own flaws and issues. The form’s appearance is fairly simple and color-blocked, mainly a sort of dress or tunic adorned with many metallic elements and big wings. This transformation adds a permanent Aura to the eyes.

The other one is the recent transformation Majestix, discovered by the Winx. The obtainment method is currently unknown, but it seems to require to have the Elemental Transformation that corresponds to the magi’s own Source, as well as a deep bond with other people akin to Believix and some sort of outside magic force like with Energix. Its appearance is similar to Ascendix, but with darker colors, far more metallic details and a sort of “ribcage” design covering the torso attached to long, sheer cloth, as well as simple but very big wings.

Why?

Pairing : Reader x Helia (from the winx club series)

Warning : There might be some spelling errors and know i said that i am going to try and make it gender neutral but the reader is a part of the Winx and most of the characters in the Winx are girls. But you can imagine some-thing different.

Summary : You and Helia are best-friends. You like him a lot but you don’t know if he likes you back. The winx have tried pushing you to confront your feeling to helia but you were too scared that he might reject you and that your friendship might get destroyed. So when helia took the Darcy’s hit for you, you ask him why?

Readers POV :

Me and the Winx were walking to the magical archive with Sky. Brandon and Helia were outside the school to prevent other students from distracting us. While we try and find the Sirenix book that is located in the magical archive. The rest of the guys aren't here because went back to red fountain to train.

Helia was my best-friend since i started going to Alfea, but as our friend-ship grew my feeling for him grew too. I wanted to tell him my feelings for him, but i'm scared that he might reject me and that our friend-ship will be over. The winx have tried helping me tell him that i like him, but the word just can't get out of my mouth.

"We're here guys" Techa said to all of us, snapping me out of my thoughts. "Ok, Sky can you please stay outside the door incase just in case anything happens" Bloom said to Sky. "Sure, Good luck guys" Sky said as me and the winx walked into the magical archive.

It's been about 15-20 minutes that we have been searching for the Sirenix book but me and the Winx have found nothing. "Have you guys found anything yet" Musa said as i placed a book back on the shelf just because it wasn't the Sirenix book. "I haven't how about you guys" i said as i took a book from the shelf hoping it was the sirenix book, but sadly it wasn't. "Nope" "Nothing" "No" was what i heard from Stella, Layla, and Techna. "Well we can't give up, we have to keep searching for the Sirenix book, it's the only way to help us beat tritanus" Bloom said.

And as if this was planned The Trix came into the Magical Archive. "Looking for something girls" Icy says as she blasted her ice powers onto the platform me, Layla and Musa were standing on. I felt my body hit the platform as Darcy took a hit at the rest of the girls. When i look around me i see Musa trying to stay onto the platform, so i got up and pulled her back up with the help of Layla. Once we pulled Musa back up, Sky came in and barely dodging the hit Stormy gave him.

"You girls ok?" Sky said as he manages to stand on his feet again. "Oh sky always trying to be the hero, am i right girls?" Icy said. Her sister agreed with her statement as they both attacked me and the girls but thankfully all of us dodged it. As the fight went on Helia and Brandon came in and helped Sky who blocked the hit Icy gave him by using his sword.

We were all trying to dodge the Darcy and Icy that we didn't even notice that Stormy was making a dragon that was made out of books. Once Stormy finished making the dragon i was distracted by it, so i didn't relies that Darcy was in the back of me preparing to attack me.

Helia's POV :

I was trying to rangle the Dragon using my Weapon, when i realised that Darcy was behind Y'N getting ready to attack her. So i quickly ran to her and pushed Y/N out of the way.

Readers POV ;

I was still getting distracted by the dragon that Stormy had made when i hear Helia scream my name. " Y/N GET OUT OF THE WAY" Helia said as he push me onto the floor. The next thing i know was that Helia got hit by Darcy's attack and that he fell onto the ground. "HELIA!" was all i said as i crawled over to him trying to wake him up. "WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM!" i screamed to Darcy as tears try to escape my eyes, but i won't let them fall. Not until the trix are gone because they can't see me all weak.

Brandon must of saw the that Helia got injured because he was the one who helped me carry him out of the magical archive. We put him down right outside of the magical archive. "Go, they still need you Brandon" i say to him. "Are you sure?" he says. "Yeah i got this covered" i say knowing fully well that once Brandon leaves i will be crying my eyes out. "Ok" he says as he runs back into the Magical archive where the fight was happening.

Once i heard the door for the magical archive shut, i just broke down and burst into tears, wishing that i was the one who got hit instead of Helia. As i was crying i heard movement from Helia's body. i look up to see Helia waking up. "Helia?" I ask. He didn't really say anything he just grunted and nodded his head. Once i saw the movement he made i was so happy that he woke up that i hugged him. "Helia thank god you're awake" i say excitedly as i hugged him. "Yeah I'm awake, but what happend" He says still trying to adjust himself. "You pushed me out of the way so you got hit by Darcy instead of me" I say trying not cry. Helia must of saw that because he grabbed my face gently with one hand and the other hand to wipe my tears away. "Hey don't cry it's alright" he says hoping to make me feel better. " Why.. why did you do it. Why did you push me out of the way" i say getting kind of angry with him. "Hey don't get mad at me i saved your live" Helia say. "Yeah but you put your live at risk to do that. Helia you could've died back there" I say still trying not to cry but failing badly. "I know and that's a risk worth taking" Helia said trying to make me understand why he did it. "I love you Y/N and if we were in that situation ever again i would do it again even if it means dying" Helia says.

I was in shock i mean what are you suppose to do when the guy you are in love with just confessed his feelings for you, so i didn't really do anything, i just stared at him, "Please say something Y/N" Helia says starting to get worried that i might not feel the same. I didn't really do anything i just kissed him. As soon as he kissed me back i wrapped my hands around his neck as his hands made it's way to my back to pull me closer to him. After about a minute we had to separate because we were out of breath. "I love you too Helia, i always have" i say as out foreheads touch.

I did it, i finally did it! I confessed my love to Y/N. After hiding my love for her for such a long time i finally did it! And the best part is that she loves me back.

also me: BUT THEN THE FUTURE ELEMENTIX WON’T M A T C H

so yeah. i had to. design notes: nixed the arm fins they were clunky, made the bodices/ruffles more flattering, added pearls because that’s literally how they earn the transformation so they should be in there?? unified color styling/placement for the transformation as a whole, simplified wing shapes and; made the fins more prominent with distinct shapes, patterns, and sparkles because thats what this transformation is about.

all the girls are to scale in these so if you can’t tell aisha is L O N G because the transformation is enhancing her merfolk lineage which means she resembles a true mermaid more than the other girls (hence the longer more flexible tail/fins, webbed ears/hands, scale dusting, and true functioning gills on her neck and lower ribcage).

Does any one else ever have those days where, you’re not sick, but it feels like a ‘sick day’? Sorry if that makes no sense, but yeah, I’m having one of those so I was watching some (a crap ton’) of YouTube gamers today, and I got to thinking.

I wish Winx Club had a real open world game.

Like, it wouldn’t even have to be a ‘from canon story rehash’, I’d be fine if they made up a new villain just for the game, but... I want to just run around poking into the corners and seeing what turns up you know? The kind of freedom and depth of world that Final Fantasy XV and LOZ Breath of the Wild have, where you can run around for a hundred hours before you remember there’s actually a story quest you should get around to doing, but it doesn’t feel like a grind to level up so you can finally face the Boss.

To be able to bring up YouTube and have a new video of someone finding dumb sh*t to do in the game like: “Mini Run (completing the game in mini-winx form only)”, “Flora only Run”, “is it possible to finish the game without flying?”, “Can I win with just this one spell?”, “New Playable Roxy DLC”, “Secret Sirenix Treasures Uncovered?!”, “Multi-player update rumors”, “We ARE the Winx - Multi-player early access”, “two years later: the Last Secret of the Black Mud Swamp!!”, “New Mirta and Diaspro Mods”, “Playing Subnautica but I’m a Sirenix Fairy”

(If something like this already exists, someone needs to tell me is2g...)

But I was also thinking, you know how shows sometimes have characters that are “nerds/geeks” or “into nerdy/geeky stuff”, but it’s always just the most mainstream fandom of the time taken to extremes so they can pretend it’s ‘niche’.

How cool would it be to see a character who’s mentioned to be a bit of a nerd for a fandom (that wouldn’t even have to be explicitly named) and they’re just like, walking around with a shirt that reads:

Alfea Alumni

and they have a leather bound Legendarium on display in their home, and Winx Club Jewelry, like the stuff the Winx Club actually wear or things that are designed with them in mind. (Say for instance, the pendants on the chokers the Winx have in their Enchantix forms, the ones that are actually their Fairy Dust Vials, but on a normal necklace, or their bangles from that time they all had a matching set.)

Anyway, don’t mind me, just throwing some thoughts into the Universe and hoping something will stick. Like spaghetti on a wall... mmmm, spaghetti...

Winx Club season 8/16

In which we get a large terminology retcon and some Trix of a different color.

16 The Sparx Festival

Sparx like the starlight or have we timeslided back to 4kids when Domino was named Sparx?

We open in what must be the Winx common room. The festival hasn’t been mentioned except in the title, we jump right in to the girls’ planning. Aisha wants to do a gymnastic dance competition. Musa’s ready to provide the music and Tecna the special effects. Of course Stella thinks it should be a fashion show, and Flora’s more keen on a rare plant show. Stella transforms her look into a lil blue dress with flowers and a very questionable hairstyle and conjures a red carpet… which is pulled out from under her by the chompy carnivorous plant Flora brought in. Girls, you’re perfect, never change.

Bloom, though, is moping and everyone shortly realizes it and does the “you can tell us about it.” thing. It’s Sky, of course, he’s not answering the phone and nobody knows where he is.

Where he is, is climbing a cliff with Diaspro. Even though they can both fly, and have a spaceship. They’re looking for the lost medallion of Eraklyon, which changed its name between episodes.

Sky’s phone rings and he says it must be Bloom, and Diaspro does an evil grin and… throws herself backwards off the cliff, falling to her doom! O_o

Sky catches her of course, even though he was above her on the cliff and there’s a definite animation fail as Diaspro sort of kneels in midair with Sky supporting her on one arm. Props to Rainbow that this is the first glaring mannequins-in-weird-poses I’ve seen this season!

Diaspro: oh, you saved me! <3

Sky: Be more careful next time!

Sky, she has wings. She would’a been fine. Unless Diaspro’s no longer a fairy because Season 8 timeslide, that is a possibility but it’d be a damn dark one because that would mean Diaspro is willing to risk her life to get Sky’s attention. I foresee a lot of this episode will probably be me microanalyzing all of Diaspro’s actions trying to put together a coherent picture of what she’s really like as a real character rather than the caricature that Rainbow is meaning to give us. I think the final picture will be of someone who should maybe be in some kind of inpatient mental health place getting counseling instead of out alone with the object of her obsession.

They get to the top and there’s this great Indiana Jones temple with arches and waterfalls. Sky’s phone rings again and Diaspro pops up with, “Look over there!” and when he’s still keen to check his phone, “Our mission can’t wait!” Sky grumbles but follows her without contacting Bloom.

Back to Alfea, I swear the approach shots of the school just get better and better. We may have just had a weird mannequin moment but the settings are really quality cg.

And here’s Miss Griffin! Still looking like herself, I think her hair is more lavender but I think the artist made her one-horn hairdo make a little more sense. Griffin and the witch students came to perform in the festival that still hasn’;t been named, and some of the witches have conjured a friendly green slime.

Stella’s here too, she bangs into an adorable witch with Stormy’s exact hair but in pale pink. In fact here are three witches who look just like niceified versions of the Trix! The not-Icy has pink and blue hair and a kitty purse. The Winx do not notice these lookalikes, but Stella does notice not-Icy’s purse.

Not-Darcy’s hair is brighter green than actual Darcy’s, it looks really good, and she and not-stormy both have kitty t-shirts. Why kitties? Anyway once the Winx have gone on their oblivious way Stormy says, ‘i’m gonna crush her!” revealing that these are the actual Trix. I think it would’ve been more fun if they just randomly looked like them. I hadn’t been spoiled with images of these undercover Trix and I love their looks.

The two groups of students gather in I guess a big classroom, it has tiered seating even though average class size at Alfea is twelve girls. A fairy student is showing off her talent, she conjures a bubble around herself and can float in it. The Trix can’t resist having a little fun. First icy pops her bubble, and when she conjures it again stormy blows magic wind sending her bouncing around the hall. Undetered, bubble-fairy goes up again. Darcy is about to prank her wen the students are summoned to the courtyard to begin their performances.

Faragonda and Griffin do this great setup, “Everything in the universe has its opposite. Light… and shadow. Fairies… and witches. But the same magic spark unites us all. The sparx! Sparx is the energy that created the magic universe! The sparx granted powers both to us, the fairies, and to our guests for this very special day, the witches.”

Ok, FG and Griffin, that was so awesome… except, retcon much? Great Dragon? Backstory of your whole universe? Ringin’ any bells? I mean, it would be an interesting change to have Bloom be less like maybe-an-avatar-of-the-source-of-all-magic but… I dunno. The Great Dragon legend is so… legendy. Solid. I like the idea that witch magic and fairy magic are from the same source and I always assumed it was, that source being the Great Dragon. This whole change, just to explain why Valtor needs the Trix to get the wishing star for him?

Stella: “I wouldn’t mind if the Sparx had skipped the witches.”

That wasn’t very nice, Stel.

Now it’s time for everyone to perform… but the Winx haven’t settled on what to do! Panic! Bloom says they should pick something they like doing together and Musa suggests they like playing music together. Bloom glows like this wasn’t a totally obvious thing. Of course it was gonna be a concert, what else could it have possibly been?

Sorry, I snark, I’m loving this episode but I kinda want to see Aisha go off and join a gymnastics group and Stella join a fashion group and Tecna join maybe a hologram 3d art making group and Flora join a gardening group and Bloom and Musa stand there looking confused. It’d be funny. And I still wonder if the other girls feel pressured by Bloom and Musa into all this performing.

But then the star box appears! The compass spins! It has decided it’s time to chase a prime star! The girls run off, assuming the star is in running distance I guess. The disguised Trix follow them.

To another part of the courtyard! The compass is pointing to the well. didn’t they find the Sirenix book down there or something, a few seasons ago? I kinda remember, there’s some cool stuff down a well.

The box speaks! The star is here, but there will be “tests and traps” and also, ‘You can reach your goal all alone or reach the stars joined as one.”

The Winx look down the well and there’s pillars and vaulting and all sorts of architecture down there, I guess there’s a big cave under the courtyard. They walk down spiral steps, following the floating box, until at the bottom there is a round pool of water with light shining up from it. A “door of light” apparently.

Cosmix up to go through the door! Did the song get a new stanza? Maybe I just didn’t notice it before.

They fly through the door.

Into a similar looking underground room hung with overgrown bushes and things. A ruiny sort of place. Flora asks a flower what they should do in this room, but the plant doesn’t want to talk to her. The girls do some magic and the plants recede, revealing each wall of the room has a giant lock and key in it. Six locks, six Winx, obviously. But the flowers are snappy and won’t let them turn the keys. The flowers have quite long stalks and Aisha gets the idea to fly around so the flowers will tangle up trying to catch them.

The Trix have reached the door of light. They switch to their Trix selves with no transformation sequence, too bad, then Icy and Darcy start fighting over who should go through the door first. Stormy beats them to it.

Stormy appears in a room with nine circles on the floor. One lights up, then another, and Stormy seems to automatically know she’s playing Twister. She has success, when a cloud slurps her up and dumps her back with her sisters. You can’t do it alone!

The Winx turn their six keys. Nothing happens. Stella realizes the keys and locks don’t match in color. The girls carry the keys to the matching locks and another door of light appears.

Which leaves them in another cube room with round medallions on the walls and a floating cube with mystical symbols on it in the middle. Tecna recognizes it as a die, and stella gives it a shove. The die bangs against some walls and the symbols on the die and the walls light up, but it’s clearly not the right sequence. Tec says all games have rules, they just have to figure them out. Time to experiment!

Trix stand on three twister circles and another door appears. they’re not exactly working together, Icy and Darcy keep shoving each other and stormy keeps rolling her eyes at them.

Tec figures it out, they have to match the symbols on the die to the ones on the wall. So they all together push the die to the matching wall and another door opens.

Now they’re in a room with shelves of what look like potion bottles. A round skylight and shelves of magical implements. This room looks like a place people might use instead of just another trick room.

Flora is delight.

Bloom seems to think the prime star is one of the objects, but there are so many.

Aisha finds an aqua ball that looks like the sphere protecting the star compass, but of course it isn’t that easy. The ball splits into two and then into many balls that go bouncing away. The Winx keep catching them and they keep multiplying.

The Trix find the die but can’t push it the same direction and it rolls around the room and squishes them.

Darcy figures out what to do, they have to move it together. Her sisters are having none of this ‘together’ stuff. Darcy uses magic and a mirror to reflect the symbol from one side of the die to the correct wall, opening the door. Darcy is the smartest Trix.

Now our villains are also in the magic item storage room. They go straight to finding the prime star-- wouldn’t they want to grab a bunch of magic items?? Here comes the aqua ball! They also recognize it as the prime star and all garb it at once… and here come lots more balls!

The Winx are trying to figure out which of their balls is the real one, I guess. They know they have to work as a team.

They do a very cool Elements of Harmony thing, each grabbing a ball and speaking words of teamwork.

Bloom: friendship

Musa: unity

Aisha: loyalty

Stella: sincerity

Tecna: collaboration

Flora: mutual understanding

They fly into the air and all the balls come back together into one ball which has a lil green star charm inside. Bloom puts it in the star box and the girls poof away.

Meanwhile the Trix are still drowning in balls.

The girls appear back at Alfea to Miss F announcing it’s time for them to perform. Wait, what about the other performances? I’ve seen a million Winx concerts, I wanted to see something else!

Concert! Minor fairies dance1 the boys except for Sky are there. Faragonda and Griffin clap along. Even witch students seem to be enjoying themselves.

Back with sky and Diaspro, they’ve found a big door. Diaspro says this mission is thrilling, but Sky can’t wait for it to be over and what does the map say so we can get on with it already?

Diaspro unrolls her map and it’s just emojis of her and Sky in a heart. Pffffhahahahaha! Oh that is so weird and dumb! Diaspro, yer off your nut, why do you even want a dude who can’t wait to be out of your company?
