I feel as if I've genuinely currently solved my phone addiction. I no longer crave Screen. I simply use it when there is down time and idly scrolling is a gentle way to reset my headspace while i need to pass time.

Also i laid down and read a book, not by force, not by other urges outside of my own want, just simply because the words pulled me forward again. This is massive for those not aware. Anyone who recognizes me can acknowledge i have not comfortably held a book since early highschool. It has been a near decade since it hooked me, let alone with so much vigor.

I am through the roof. I am joyful. I am in recovery, at last. My infirmary is not the muddy cave that exists in headspace, i am not unsafe in my bodily surroundings and i am finding that healing alone and without resource truly is agonizing, and much much slower and nearly impossible.

The mere act of putting neosporin on a wound nearly closed it in the span of 6 hours, where i anticipated having the injury for weeks, watching in pain as it shifted about my chin and reopened at any opportunity. It had stopped hurting within the hour of application.

Never have i ever kept up with showers or brushing my teeth or food, not even when my mom pretended to be on top of it before i turned 7, when my brother arrived and all constant attention was divided. I was not ignored in my entirety, but i was forgotten a bit and i cannot tell you whether thats better or worse than if i had been. All i can say is it hurt a bit.

Now, my pains are being treated with care and as truths. My mind is resting and processing as needed. Time is finally passing more normally, and I'm starting to recognize myself in the mirror. Some say it gets worse before it gets better. It does. And I'm so, so fond of the spikes of suffering in doing so

That one time when we thought we were trans and got an RX for T(we still have 3 vials) and never used it except one shot because me and the other boys felt strange in our body and wanted to be more ourselves but the host/girls were right and were not trans, we’re cis. What a ride that was 2 years ago now. It’s strange to say “I’m a cis male, not trans” but I’d never be happy with the body on T because I’m not trans in the headspace and neither are the other guys.

I've been super aware of switches and who's fronting lately. I can recognize who's voice is whos, various memories and feelings and body language. I can even almost pinpoint how people talk based on where in my throat or chest they're using my bodys voice

Its taken me probably about 2 years to get to this point and its taken documentation, constant asking myself questions and so much patience

These questions include

Who am i

What names do i resonate with

What do i look like inside

Where am i from

What do i remember

What is familiar about where im at, and have i fronted here yet(often asked at work or in my current home)

How do i know the people around me

Do i particularly like or dislike something

What are my base emotions (alters cant be boiled down to singular emotions necessarily but some tend to experience one more than others and it can help section them off)

How old are they

How many are there

Can they speak or are they semi-verbal, mute, or do they talk in ways that arent words(some use music or animal noises or just communicate telepathically)

There are loads of other questions and its not like i go through the entire list every time but things like this have helped me figure out a lot more about my system. It's about who affects what, what triggers who, and how everyone navigates the world and why.

This may not work for everyone but im hoping this resource may help someone

In case you didn't catch that: the IOF made an automated system that intentionally marks entire families as targets for bombings, and then they called it "Where's Daddy."

The system is built to look for them in these situations.” The Lavender machine joins another AI system, “The Gospel,” about which information was revealed in a previous investigation by +972 and Local Call in November 2023, as well as in the Israeli military’s own publications. A fundamental difference between the two systems is in the definition of the target: whereas The Gospel marks buildings and structures that the army claims militants operate from, Lavender marks people — and puts them on a kill list.  In addition, according to the sources, when it came to targeting alleged junior militants marked by Lavender, the army preferred to only use unguided missiles, commonly known as “dumb” bombs (in contrast to “smart” precision bombs), which can destroy entire buildings on top of their occupants and cause significant casualties. “You don’t want to waste expensive bombs on unimportant people — it’s very expensive for the country and there’s a shortage [of those bombs],” said C., one of the intelligence officers. Another source said that they had personally authorized the bombing of “hundreds” of private homes of alleged junior operatives marked by Lavender, with many of these attacks killing civilians and entire families as “collateral damage.” In an unprecedented move, according to two of the sources, the army also decided during the first weeks of the war that, for every junior Hamas operative that Lavender marked, it was permissible to kill up to 15 or 20 civilians; in the past, the military did not authorize any “collateral damage” during assassinations of low-ranking militants. The sources added that, in the event that the target was a senior Hamas official with the rank of battalion or brigade commander, the army on several occasions authorized the killing of more than 100 civilians in the assassination of a single commander.
