Improving range of motion and overall mobility. Reducing risk of disability caused by back pain. Tibialis anterior⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 1.       Standard stretch⁣ ⁣ -          Stand upright with your weight against the wall for balance⁣ -          Point one foot backward away from your body⁣ -          The top side(dorsum) of your foot is placed down towards the floor⁣ -          Keep this position and lean your weight into the stretch and press the bottom of your heel down toward the floor⁣ -          Hold this position for 20-30 seconds. Repeat the stretch as many times as you can throughout your day⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 2.       Manual stretch⁣ ⁣ -          Sit on a chair and cross your legs⁣ -          Wrap your hand around your toes⁣ -          Move your toes away from you⁣ -          Hold this position for 20-30 seconds.
