Hello, I wanted to post this so you can get to know me.

My name is Hale, I'm 18, I'm still in school, and I take a long time with writing stuff.

I take a while to post stuff, cause I take a while to write it, I don't know if it's just that it's weird but it'll take me a but till I post another chapter.

I actually use to write stories on wattpad, but I find that this place is a lot more fun. So I have some experiences? If you could even call it that.

I will post some one shots on here, and actually stories, I'll try and make the stories short though.

Announcement for upcoming orders!

At the same time my newest tufted pieces drop on my website, I will officially start taking commissions and I will list a bunch of made to order designs, in my shop you will be able to select and purchase a preferred size, and once the order is placed I will get to work on it on my next frame.

Commissions and made to order pieces will take their time to be produced, your piece will share a frame with at least another one and they will all be finished once the whole frame has been fully tufted.

In case I get a lot of orders, commissions will be closed and listings removed asap and will remain that way at least until I clear up all my pending jobs. I don’t want to build a long queue as I think the waiting time may be too much for an upfront payment and I don’t want to overestimate my own capabilities to manage this working method, I’d like to test how this works out.

New commission info

My commission info page has been updated accordingly to the new prices and dimensions, please make sure to read thoroughly if you’d like to place a commission order.

Commissions will be handled first through a Google form that will become available next week, where you’ll be able to let me know all the basic requirements of your order, and then I will continue communicating with you via email.

Made to order designs

Some of the made to order pieces will be designs that I have already posted but I never got around to produce, some that never made to to my socials, and some new ones, I’ll try to post all I can on the coming days.

Pieces will be listed on my website with three different available sizes, small, medium, and large, the first one being close to my minimum (30x30cm or 40x40cm), the latter for my maximum (65x75cm), and something reasonable in between.

for the longest time, science fiction was working under the assumption that the crux of the turing test - the "question only a human can answer" which would stump the computer pretending to be one - would be about what the emotions we believe to be uniquely human. what is love? what does it mean to be a mother? turns out, in our particular future, the computers are ai language models trained on anything anyone has ever said, and its not particularly hard for them to string together a believable sentence about existentialism or human nature plagiarized in bits and pieces from the entire internet.

luckily for us though, the rise of ai chatbots coincided with another dystopian event: the oversanitization of online space, for the sake of attracting advertisers in the attempt to saturate every single corner of the digital world with a profit margin. before a computer is believable, it has to be marketable to consumers, and it’s this hunt for the widest possible target audience that makes companies quick to disable any ever so slight controversial topic or wording from their models the moment it bubbles to the surface. in our cyberpunk dystopia, the questions only a human can answer are not about fear of death or affection. instead, it is those that would look bad in a pr teams powerpoint.
