I'm going to talk more about the theory that Tech has partial hearing loss at some future date but I'm convinced that he also has some way to disable sound in his helmet because look. Surely a whole rifle going off right next to his ear would be painful but he doesn't seem to react to it at all. It makes sense that he has a way of just soundproofing his helmet and then turning it back off when Crosshair's finished. I wouldn't be surprised if he's even found a way to project subtitles into his goggles and/or visor. That way if things are just getting too loud for him in general he can switch himself off, save the overstimulation

Nourishing with a Low Appetite: Primary Edition
Inspired by low appetite & a lifelong complicated relationship with nourishment.
Sufficiently nourishing is critical to wellness and functioning. It can be hindered by disordered thoughts & habits, brain-body disconnect, and low appetite. This list is meant to help with nourishment and weight care!
Many of these get at efficiency. Aim to get in maximum caloric & nutritional value per bite, since you can't take many.
