WRONG!! Of course, Mirror Kirk had to smuggle the Tantalus device into the Enterprise. So he redesigned the device into fancy bikinis for his Orion friends to wear without suspicion. Now Scotty has to rebuild the device using the bikini pieces, as if it was Ikea furniture.
