hey if i were theoretically making a manhwa inspired yan fic (original, just pulling on manhwa tropes, x oc) where should i post it

#reusing an obey me oc fenrir i don't think i've actually introduced him anywhere but he's cool #i have two of the love interests pretty fleshed out and then there would be at least two more later on #the two i have now is an illegitimate crown prince and his older brother who forced him to take the throne cause he didn't want to lol #and then the other two i'm thinking of are an assassin information broker type and a high priest #there's room for a couple side love interests but i think these would be the core four #unless i make a tsundere from a rival dukes family to fenrirs that is forced into a competitive relationship with him that turns romantic #not usually a fan of rivals to lovers but i think it would be funny with a tsundere #if you want details asks are open and i am SO willing to ramble

You knew he'd be late, really late, but that didn't keep you from waiting. All you wanted to do after returning from a mission not long ago was see your love and mentor.

Since everyone else at Rengoku estate had fallen asleep a long time ago, you decided to sit on the egawa and read the book you bought on your way back. The weather was pleasant, and the soft light from the lantern made the wait bearable.

Kyōjurō's heavy footsteps could be heard on the porch. He walked slowly to the door, trying not to wake anyone, until he noticed you, sitting comfortably on egawa. "Y/N, is it late and you're not sleeping?"

"I couldn't wait to see you in the morning. I just missed you too much," as you said this, you lifted your head from the book and blinked, your brows furrowed. You were used to seeing him return in poor health; fighting demons wasn't easy, but this was the first time Kyōjurō looked like that. He stood there in front of you, his left cheek cut and still bleeding slightly, but what surprised you the most was that the hair on the same side was cut in a strange way. With his hair so uneven, he looked odd. "What occurred?"

"Nothing special. As you know, demons can be nasty," he smiled and pressed his hand against his bleeding cheek. "Don't worry, my hair will regrow and the cut will heal."

"I've been worried about you since the first time I saw you," you told him as you rose to your feet. "Let's go inside and deal with this cut."

Rengoku followed you inside, albeit reluctantly. "It's not necessary, Y/N."

"It is necessary for me. It's still gushing," you told him as you rolled your eyes, sitting him on the tatami mats. "It needs to be cleaned and covered. It'll only take a second."

He sat in the room, expecting you to come back with something to clean the cut on his cheek.

You soon returned with a small box containing everything required to treat his injury. You pressed a disinfectant-soaked cotton ball against his cheek. "It's a shame it also got your hair..."

"Apparently, sharp claws can have a very wide reach," Kyōjurō joked, shaking his head slightly. "Don't be concerned, it'll grow back soon."

"You should get a haircut then," you concluded with a smile. "I'm not going to let you walk around like that."

"No," he said, shaking his head with a wide grin on his lips. "This gorgeous, magnificent hair isn't going anywhere."

"Kyo? I adore you and your hair, but you look ridiculous in this. Because the demon only got to the left side, I cut your hair a little on the right side to make it even," you shrugged slightly, finishing with the wound by bandaging it.

"Not going to happen," he said as he rose from his seat and crossed his arms across his chest. "You must obey my words, Y/N, I am your mentor."

You gave him a gentle facepalm before looking up at him. "You're also my partner, and I don't want you acting like this. Kyōjurō, that looks bad."

"It looks good, and please don't cut my hair with scissors."

It was difficult to believe what he was saying because his left side had a large chunk of hair missing while the other side was nice and long. You nodded softly, there was no need to argue with him about it at that hour. "If you insist."

"I'll agree to it if it makes you happy."

As you stood up, you smiled. "I'll go get some scissors and a comb. Don't be concerned. I'm not going to cut all of your hair. You will look just as good with short hair as you would with long."

When you left, he mocked your tone, saying, "As perfect as with long hair." Rengoku trusted you with all of his heart, no matter how unhappy he was with his decision.

You returned a few minutes later with a mirror and other items you required. "Sit down and allow me to work."

He complied with your request. "Just be cautious with it. My hair is the most beautiful in the world. When did you return, by the way? Do you have any sweet potatoes? I'd eat something delicious."

"They are, as Tengen would say, flamboyant. Don't worry, I'll be cautious," you sat down next to him and began to gently comb his hair. "I returned this evening, arriving earlier than expected. Thanks to your instruction, I believe I am making progress. Senjuro specially prepared some sweet potatoes for you."

"What a wonderful, wonderful news!" He exclaimed enthusiastically. "When we're finished, we'll have a nice meal to share while we tell stories."

"Oh yes. I'm starving because I waited for your return with my meal," you nodded, grabbing scissors. "Are you prepared?"

"No, but let's have it done, because I'm tired and hungry," Rengoku said.

"I promise to be cautious. I'm not going to cut off your ear. I think," you made a joke and kissed his cheek before beginning to work on his hair. It hurt to cut his hair because you loved it so much, yet it had to be done.

You made the back shorter while keeping the front even and longer. Of course, you didn't dare to touch his adorable ponytail. When you were finished, you patted his shoulder. "Are you ready to see the final result?"

"No, but I'd like to get it done. Please show me the results."

You sat in front of him, rolling your eyes, and picked up the mirror. "What are your thoughts?"

Kyōjurō examined his new hairstyle carefully in the mirror. Actually, it didn't look so bad, but he knew he'd need some time to adjust. "Approved. You did an excellent job."

With a wide smile on your lips, you blushed. "I'm overjoyed you like it. You look stunning!"

"Thank you," Kyōjurō said as he wrapped his arms around you and rubbed his nose against yours. "You did an excellent job. Now! Let's eat something delicious!"

Hello. I know its August, almost September, but Im sharing this in advance because I'm really fucking slow at writing smut.

I've decided that this year, I will be doing kinktober! (Also maybe goretober art wise, but idk if I'll post that here. Depends on if I find a good prompt list or actually have the time to do it.)

If so, then you think that yours must be one threaded in gold — the whispers in which they speak your name; half awe, half fear. If lineage is a thread, then you think yours can easily be made a halo upon your head — OR THE NOOSE AROUND YOUR NECK. A coin flips whenever a child enters the world bearing the bloodline of your family. Is it brilliance that runs through their veins — or madness?

Your family has become synonymous with innovation. If Ishikawa Industries bears the crown, then you are the knight at their side, sword constructed of tiny nanoparticles that collect energy from the stars — shining; blinding; everlasting. It was your family that invented Scales; that made the tech affordable and accessible to the lower classes. BUT IT WAS ALSO YOUR FAMILY THAT SENT THE SUN INTO SUPERNOVA, GREEDY FOR THE ENERGY OF A GOD YOU WILLED TO OBEY YOUR MORTAL HAND. Perhaps it was guilt that started the unravelling your ancestors' threads of brilliance. Or perhaps it truly was a curse — the shortening to lifelines as the generations go on; as if the universe is asking for repayment of the lives it has lost. You witnessed it yourself as the years have gone on — your grandparents, then your own parents, minds clear and sharp becoming fragmented as they grew older. Until simple physics equations could no longer be recited and your name a string of scrambled syllables upon their lips. So you work, ignoring sleep; ignoring rest. Time is a beast that grows closer and closer. Time has caught the scent of blood in the water. You could only watch as he changed; as intelligence became indulgence, and the one you had sworn loyalty to painted himself as nothing more than a farce. You know better than anyone the wolf that hides beneath; of the new world he could usher in — a better world — if he would simply choose to. Your time is running short, and you'll be damned if you don't get the chance to watch him rise. He's a wolf, hiding in his self-defined cave — and you don't mind creating a little provocation. WIP Excerpt - Malakim's Tower

I’ve Died Before

I sit in the bath, knees to my chest, and my Master washes my scalp. The short hairs scrape against his hands, and it would be incredibly soothing under different circumstances. But the quiet anger radiating from Fenrir in tidal waves has me … not on edge, but waiting in a different sense. I don’t know what I’ve done to upset him, but the onslaught is coming.

My eyes are closed, face upturned. Fenrir painfully dragged me out of bed before dawn, the ghost of his fingers encircling the end of my right arm lingers despite the time that’s passed. He has not said a word, other than to give me clipped orders such as to undress and sit in the tub. I’ve been in the water, tediously scrubbed and cleaned for what must be at least an hour.

But I will never feel clean again.

I’m not sure what time it is exactly, but if the shaking beginning in my toes and fingers is anything to go by, I’m due for another dose of my ‘treatment.’ I don’t dare hope that he won’t give it to me, then again I don’t dare think much of anything.

There’s no room for it. There is only space for my corruption to play on repeat, the feel of bone and viscera snapping apart beneath my hands and the taste of savory heart on my greedy tongue. The phantom of shredded myocardial fibers pumping beneath my fingernails takes hold of me, and I shudder violently.

Whether it’s my body’s reaction to my evil self, or withdrawal, I don’t know. Fenrir pets my head, then his hand drifts down to the back of my neck and squeezes firmly. “Open your mouth.”

I whimper, and he squeezes harder. I don’t want to forget this. I can’t let him drown the humanity in me screaming that this isn’t right. What I did is wrong. I’m wrong.

“It’ll make you feel better, malakim. Don’t you want to feel better? Don’t you want it all to go away?”

No. I don’t want it to go away. I don’t want to forget. I think of Savir facing down an entire army of golem, and my stupid thoughts last night that I have nothing left to lose. It doesn’t matter how far away they are. He can still hurt the people I love, if I disobey.

I swallow thickly, then nod once. I obey and open my mouth, keeping my eyes shut. The cool, sweet liquid I hate (love) sweeps down my tongue in a slow trickle like I’m used to. But then, the stream becomes a godsdamned river and I’m drowning on it.

My eyelids fly open but I can’t turn to look at Fenrir sitting beside the tub, his grip on my neck is fatal and my heart begs for escape, beating against its cage. The edges of my vision pulsate, but he doesn’t relent. The poison erodes my esophagus and stomach lining, bends my platelets, infiltrates my bones, and at last it radiates the threads of my memories.

I can feel the rapid, violent transformation taking place inside my body, tearing apart the foundation Fenrir has been slowly building inside me and replacing it with something much more horrific and unstable. Fenrir’s words seep into the acid wrought holes spreading throughout my body and mind, allowing nothing else to exist.

“You put my dear Enzo in danger last night, malakim, and I cannot have that. There is no more time for games. You will obey. You will do as I say without second thought. When I ask you to kill, you kill. When I ask you to protect your masters, you protect. And I am your master. Enzo is your master. Your lover should’ve let things be, for his curiosity will be not only his downfall, but yours.”

Harsh, ice cold air replaces the torrent of poison once barreling down my throat, and my blacked out vision slowly fills with furious golden irises. White and gold feathers spread out on either side of my Master, and his hands encapsulate either side of my neck. He pushes me down into the water, but I do not fight. Even if I had the strength, my body and thoughts are discordant and only allow for one thing.

Him.

My face and ears are the only thing above water now.

I see him. I hear him. There is nothing else.

“You will put away these childish notions of the person you once were, because you are nothing more than a beast now chained to the only person who can keep you tamed. I will keep you safe, and I will keep others safe from you, just like you’ve always wanted. When the time comes, you will awaken your brethren, and together we shall wreak our revenge. Yours, and mine. Do you understand, malakim?”

Tears spring loose, hot as they track down the corners of my eyes and into the tepid water. “Yes, Master.”

And then he holds me under the water.

I don’t fight it.

It reminds me of the times I’ve died before.

Isn’t that funny? I’m not afraid now. I’m not begging. What a difference twenty years makes. If I didn’t beg for a second chance before, maybe I wouldn’t have gone through so much pain.

But I never would have met my son.

I wouldn’t have learned how to love and live, taught by a fleeting beautiful soul.

I wouldn’t have taken Alvis into my arms and told him I loved him.

I wouldn’t have saved Deta.

I would beg a thousand times over just to relive those moments in my life just once.

My lungs scream wildly now, begging for a savior.

My limbs are heavy and they flail uselessly through the water, unable to hit their target.

My heart, already forced into a slow rhythm by the drugs, uses its last few beats to push a pulse of love along the withered, frayed, and dead connection between my lover and I.

If only he could hear me.

Once upon a time

Second son of Loki and the giant Angrboda, Fenrir grew as a wolf, creating the fear by his size, strength and wild personality. See as monster, the Gods finally decided to control the beast, to contain him. So they challenged the wolf to play a game with them. They asked him to show his strength, for this they bounded him with a chain called Leyding and asked him to break it, something he did, easily. They tried a second time, with another magical chain called Dromi. The result became the same, Fenrir was still free.

Then the Gods hired the Dwarves to forge an indestructible chain out of gold melted with six impossible things (the roots of a mountain, the beard of a woman, the footfall of a cat, the breath of a fish, the nerves of a bear, the spittle of a bird), and they challenged the wolf, again, with this enchanted chain called Gleipnir. But this time, Fenrir followed his instincts and only agreed to let them put the bonds around him only if there was a god willing to put his hand in the his mouth as a gesture of trust. Tyr a courageous god accepted the deal and put his right hand in the wolf’s mouth. A hand he lost when Fenrir understood that this chain was too strong for him, taking a small revenge. Trapped and furious, Fenrir only saw his two sons, Hati and Skoll defend him from this unfair fate. But Odin, grandfather of the wolf didn’t listen and bespelled them when they tried to free their father. Also gagged with a sword, Fenrir was now destined to lie bound to a rock until the Ragnarok, when he will break his bonds and fall upon the gods.

Chained, Fenrir stayed centuries in this condition, waiting for the Ragnarok and slavering at the idea of taking his revenge. It’s only in 2015 (in Midgard at least), that his father Loki came to visit him with the best christmas present. It was a deal, a deal for freedom and for revenge. Hesitant but not stupid, Fenrir agreed and let his father put him as a new chess piece of his little game. The two following month seemed longer for the wolf than the last centuries, because Fenrir was maybe free but his father and sister Hel asked him the stay calm and to wait for his revenge. Furious, Fenrir obeyed or at least he tried, angry against this new chains his family was putting on him. He maybe just killed and ate one or two poor bastards when nobody was watching.

Fenrir was residing at Loki’s castle during the invasion. When he got word of the chaos that was happening around the world, Fenrir couldn’t help himself and went to join the fray, causing just as much destruction as the aliens. With everything in tatters, Fenrir is enjoying the state of the world, using it to his advantage to have free reign to come and go as he please and to do as he wants. The wolf left Midgard to look for his sons Hati and Skoll but couldn't find them. It really made him angry, but his focus was shifted when Hela informed him about Loki's "condition". So he came back...

Lex, Fenrir, and whomever else wishes to answer... How would you deal with a feral large beast Kaitlyn?

Lex scratches his head. "A large beastly Kaitlyn, eh? At first, I will try to talk to her calmly to calm her down. Maybe give even give her something to help the nerves, bring up good memories and all that. I could turn into something that could mellow her down. If that doesn't work then I'll absorb or swallow her to trap her until she eventually calms down. I ain't gonna fight her for real, ya know?

Fenrir huffed. "I guess I would try to speak to her, similar to the time that she helped me. If all else fails then the other part is me challenging her beast to beast so she can back down, that is what my Ragnarok form is for."

Catalyst raised an eyebrow curiously, being in her human form. "As you would expect, I'd try to engage in a conversation to calm her down. I could give her something to eat so she'll obey. When all else fails then I'll turn into my mountain sized feral dragon form, show her that I am the bigger and more dominant monster even a beast will get that they've been outmatched. "

Born of Fire and Fury - a WIP snippet

This is a draft from my WIP that I couldn’t get out of my head all night and I had to write it down and put it somewhere.

“It’s cold.” Raena brought her arms around her own frame, tiny sparks of flames spitting forth from her fingertips to warm her pale skin. A quiet chuckle made her look up with a frown. “What?”

“Nothing,” Fenrir shook his head, a sly smile playing on his lips. “Just – a princess of fire and fury – cold. It’s amusing.”

“Perhaps I am cold because I stand in the presence of a prince of ice and stone.” Raena countered, smugness stretching lazily over her lips.

“In that case, perhaps I should go?” a tease. “I could not risk our future queen’s health.”

“Don’t you dare.” Raena shot a hand out, gripping the crushed velvet of Fenrir’s tunic to keep in place, despite him making no movements to move away from her. “Do not move even a single inch.”

Her fist softened, hand running up the material of the dark tunic to find the skin at the precipice of the tunic’s collar. Goosebumps formed under her fingertips. She brought him closer, close enough to feel the warmth of her skin.

“I have been thinking of you...” Fenrir admitted. “Truth be told, I’ve been able to think of little else.”

“And might you share these thoughts with me?” her lovely face was closer now, inching ever forward towards his. “It seems only right, since I am the subject of your thoughts.”

“Princess…”

Her hand crept higher, nails skirting the short hairs at the back of his neck. His flesh prickled in the wake of her fingertips. A sharp intake breath at the feel of her nails delicately scratching the sensitive skin behind his ear.

“Command me to go,” his voice was wretched, a forced croak from an impossibly dry throat. “Command it, and I shall obey.”

“And if I commanded you to stay?” her brow arched – a challenge. He had grown familiar with the particular fire in her eyes when they played their little game. But this time, he was sure to lose. “If I commanded you to get on your knees before me?”

Her fingers tangled in his hair and gripped tight, holding him hostage in her grip. He released a shaky breath. He could break free, if he truly wished to. But they both knew he had no desire to do so. He was at her mercy, her beck and call, as he had always been. Since the day they first met he was hers – he had belonged to her since the first moment.

“Princess –”

“Raena.” She interrupted. “You know my name – use it. Say my name Fenrir.”

“Raena…” he breathed the word like a prayer, his breath a mist in the cold air. When had they gotten so close? Had her lips always been a whisper away from his? A single movement would connect them, just one tilt of his chin and her lips would be on his. “We cannot.”

Her bright eyes darkened.

“You are promised to my brother.”

The fist in his hair tightened, causing momentary pain, before it slipped away entirely. She turned her body away from him, leaving him cold in her absence. She scowled over the battlements, hands curling over the chipped stone.

“I am promised to myself. I am no man’s belonging. Not yours, and certainly not his.”

“You are betrothed to my brother. And a Stormborne always puts duty before self. Isn’t that what you’re always telling me?”

She fixed him in her piercing gaze, the storm swirling in the depths of her iris dark and furious.

“I am sick of duty.” She spat. “I am sick of having my decisions made for me. I am tired of my life being lived for me. All my life I have put my duty before me – everything I have ever done has been for my duty! My duty to my house, my duty to my kingdom, my people, my father. What about my duty to myself? What about me? When do I get to make one decision for my wishes, for my desires?!”

She ripped the golden amulet from her neck, staring down at the embellished dragon glinting in the moonlight.

“Am I not allowed to be selfish for once in my life?!”

She hurled the amulet over the battlements, and they watched it fall into the inky blackness below. A distant splash as it landed in the river.

Fenrir gazed at her hands – gripping so tight her knuckles were a brilliant white, her nails digging into the ancient stone so hard blood was beginning to drop from her nailbeds, staining the stone. Droplets of water splashed onto her skin, and it was then that Fenrir realized they were tears.

His eyes found her face, twisted in despair, and his heart clenched painfully. He had never once seen Raena cry.

He came to stand closer to her once more, enveloping her hand in his, holding her fingers gently. His proximity seemed to calm her, the princess letting out a breath and relaxing her grip against the stone.

“I am, and will always be, yours.” He spoke. “In both body and spirit. That will never change, no matter the future before us.”

“It is not enough.” Her voice seemed too quiet now, deafening in its frailness.

“No.” he agreed heavily. “It won’t be. I can only be your knight – but he will be your king.”

“I do not want a king!” Raena ripped her hand out from under his, and suddenly both her hands were on his face, her brilliant eyes shining with tears and leaving him transfixed. “I want my prince…”

She brushed aside his hair, tucking the long strands behind his ears and keeping her hands firm. He could not move if he wanted to. A few stray tears spilled from her eyes, and Fenrir automatically reached up to brush them away.

“Please do not cry, my heart.” He lamented. “My love, don’t cry.”

It seemed his words broke the dam, and then she was in his arms, sobbing heartfelt tears into his chest. Wordlessly, he held her. Secure in his arms, she wept. She wept for all the years she had been denied this, for every curse brought forth against her name, for every present and future she was forced to live that wasn’t her own. And Fenrir said nothing – there was nothing that could be said. He let her cry and scream and pound her fists against him in her righteous and desperate fury. He stroked her tangled fiery hair in a never-ending cycle, and together they rode out the storm.

“Stay by my side.” She whispered. Her voice was husky now, exhaustion settling in, but it was no less beautiful to Fenrir. “Don’t leave me. Stay with me tonight.”

He let out a long breath, tucking his head against the crown of her head. “Yes.”

“Yes?”

“I could never deny you anything.” He said honestly.

She shifted against him, raising her head to look at him. Once again, her hands found their way into his hair, her nails pressing against his scalp in a way that made him shiver.

“Truly? Not anything?” she questioned.

“Anything.”

She smiled then, a soft, secretive smile. As if they were the only two souls left on earth. “And if I asked for your lips, would you give them?”

He returned her smile. “I would.”

“Kiss me then, Fenrir.”

And it was heaven on earth when their lips finally touched. All this time of waiting, of longing, of wanting, to bring them to the pinnacle of their desire, their control broken and forgotten by the wayside. Fenrir knew, that come what may, he could never regret this. He could never regret a single moment with Raena.
