(45. And Nuh called upon his Lord and said, “O my Lord! Verily, my son is of my family! And certainly, Your promise is true, and You are the Most Just of the judges.”)

(46. He said: “O Nuh! Surely, he is not of your family; verily, his work is unrighteous, so ask not of Me that of which you have no knowledge! I admonish you, lest you should be one of the ignorant.”)

(47. Nuh said: “O my Lord! I seek refuge with You from asking You that of which I have no knowledge. And unless You forgive me and have mercy on me, I would indeed be one of the losers.”)

💕💕Tafseer Ibn Kathir of above Verses💕💕

This was a request for information and an inquiry from Nuh concerning the cirumstances of his son’s drowning.

فَقَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ ابُنِى مِنْ أَهْلِى

(and said, “O my Lord! Verily, my son is of my family!”) This means, “Verily, You promised to save my family and Your promise is the truth that does not fail. Therefore, how can he (my son) be drowned and You are the Most Just of the judges”

قَالَ ينُوحُ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِكَ

(He (Allah) said: “O Nuh! Surely, he is not of your family…”) This means, “He (your son) is not of those whom I promised to save. I only promised you that I would save those of your family who believe.” For this reason Allah said,

وَأَهْلَكَ إِلاَّ مَن سَبَقَ عَلَيْهِ الْقَوْلُ مِنْهُمْ

l(and your family except him against whom the Word has already gone forth.) 11:40 Thus, for his son, it had already been decreed that he would be drowned due to his disbelief and his opposition to his father, the Prophet of Allah, Nuh peace be upon him. Concerning Allah’s statement,

إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِكَ

(Surely, he is not of your family;) meaning that he (Nuh’s son) was not among those whom Allah promised to save. `Abdur-Razzaq recorded that Ibn `Abbas said, “He was the son of Nuh, but he opposed him in deeds and intention.” `Ikrimah said in some of the modes of recitation it said here, (إِنَّهُ عَمِلَ عَمَلًا غَيْرَ صَالِحٍ) “Verily, he (Nuh’s son) worked deeds that were not righteous.”

قِيلَ ينُوحُ اهْبِطْ بِسَلَـمٍ مِّنَّا وَبَركَـتٍ عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَى أُمَمٍ مِّمَّن مَّعَكَ وَأُمَمٌ سَنُمَتِّعُهُمْ ثُمَّ يَمَسُّهُمْ مِّنَّا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

Nûh Aleyhisselâm

Hazreti Nûh'un dört oğlu oldu. Bunlar: Hâm, 2) Sam, 3) Yafes, 4) Kenandı.

O zamanlar hz. Nuh'un evi Kûfe şehrindeydi

Nûh (a.s.) ise iki yıl öyle çalıştı ki, gemiyi bu iki yıl içinde tamamladı. Geminin uzunluğu üç yüz kulaç genişliği altı kulaç yükseklik de otuz kulaçtı. Gemi üç katlı. Alt katta dört ayaklı hayvanlar oturacaktı. Orta kat Âdemoğulları içindi. Üst kat ise kuşlar içindi.

Rivayetlere göre su kırk kulaç yukarı çıktı.

Nuh'un (a.s.) gemisi altı ay su üzerinde kaldı.

Nûh (a.s.) Recep ayının onuncu gününde gemiye girdi ve mübarek Muharrem ayının onuncu günü olunca gemiden çıktı.

Nuh (a.s.) gemiden çıktı. Kırk gün Cûdi dağının üstünde kaldı.

Rivayetlere göre Nüh (a.s.) tufandan sonra 300 yıl daha yaşadı.

Dahhak :

Tufandan sonra 1000 yıl geçti. Bu yıllar içinde hiçbir yüce padişah gelmedi ve dünyaya hükmetmedi. Fakat 1000 yıl sonra Nûh oğlu Yafes soyundan bir hükümdar geldi. Adı Dahhâk'tı.

Dahhâk'ın kendisi kâfirdi. Puta tapardı.

Şah Efridun :

Tahta geçtiğinden sonra 200 yıl hükümdarlık etmişti. Onun üç oğlu olmuştu. Büyük oğlunun adı Tûr, ortancasının Selm ve en küçük oğlunun da adı İrec idi. Efridun sağlığında memleketini üçe böldü. Bir bölüğünü Tur'a verdi. Buraları Türk illeri ile (Turan'la) Hazer denizi kıyıları ve Çin ülkesiydi. Buna Fağfur diye ad koydu. Bir bölüğünü Selm'e verdi ki, burası Anadolu ve Rus topraklarıydı. Buna da Kayser dedi. Ama küçük oğlu İrec'i çok severdi. Ona da Irak padişahlığını verdi ki, Kuzeyde Musul'a ve Güneyde Küfe, Sevad ve Bağdat'a kadar uzanırdı. Efridun ölünce bu üç oğlu üç yöne hükümdar oldular, bunlar ölünce

Yerlerine Nuh'un oğlu Hâm soyundan birisi padişah oldu ki, Dahhâk ta o asıldandı. Adına Gûş derlerdi. İran ülkesi onun oldu. Kırk yıl padişahlık etti. Ama zalimdi ve puta tapardı. O da ölünce yerine oğlu Nemrud hükümdar oldu.

Azer ise İbrahim'in (a.s.) babasıdır. İbrahim (a.s) doğduğu zaman Tufan'dan 1200 yıl geçmişti.

Luxh-uk - Deva of the Sun

Luxh-uk is the oldest of the Devas. She sprung from Mother Nuh's skull first and immediately associated herself with the closest star, the Sun. She stayed captived and alone for a very long time before her siblings made their way out. Despite this, she adores the company of her siblings and is quite overprotective.

Aspects of her tangible form were mostly determined by mortals who worshipped the sun. Multiple times she tried to use heat and light to destroy them, but their reverence grew so much that now she'd have to scorch the entire earth to rid herself of them.

In some *small* way, she is flattered. Since most of her siblings have descended from Ithluga to the world below, the adoration of mortals is a slight reprieve from her loneliness. Rather than turning her full attention to the Sun, she now shows some curiosity towards the life it sustains.

Her preference with mortals is primarily in plants and animals that don't have active reverence for her. She still generally avoids interacting with duopedites (humans and the like).

Luxh-uk has the fewest children (kodevas) of any Deva.

Her and Bayam-uk (Deva of the Moon) have a deep respect for one another, though they both argue about how best to rear Kalai-el (Deva of the ???). She wins most arguments.

Abilities: (general) Light, Heat, (mortals) Charm, and Blind.
