How do you deal with others speaking bad about you?

I’m not sure I mean I dont really feel like anyone actually speaks about me at all nvm speaking bad about me 🥲 but if they did I guess I’d ignore it? Or if there’s truth to it then I’d perhaps take it into consideration and see if I need to do anything to change the way I come across. Positive or negative comments so long as they’re factual should serve as a catalyst for my own sense of wanting to improve and be a better person so it’s not such a bad thing if you think about it
