Growing up, Sundays were always deemed the cleaning day. You'd wake up to the musicón playing from the living room and your mom dancing around while leaving everything in her wake spotless. So, naturally, you'd kept the tradition after you moved to your own place and, now, after you moved in with your boyfriend Tom almost a year ago.

The cool morning breeze caressed your skin, just like Tom's arm would have if he were in bed with you. That's what made you wake up completely, wondering where he'd gone and why he wasn't there to give you your morning cuddles and kisses. Then you remembered the faded memory of him giving your temple a soft peck and some jumbled words about going to golf, so you sighed and got up to make yourself some breakfast.

After a nice cup of coffee and a quick meal enjoying the solitude for a little while, you slapped your hands on your thighs with a bueno!, and made your way to the supplies closet to grab the broom. You decided to start your cleaning ritual with the second floor of the house and by the time 10:30 hit, you were doing the living room with your very own musicón blaring through the speaker. You usually would play soft songs, taking your time with the cleaning and doing it meticulously. Today, however, you felt like relieving the memories from when you would help clean back home, so your "latino feelz" playlist was playing everything from bachata to the dirtiest reggeaton ever. Tom matched your vibe, and grasping your hand firmly, he twirled you around so his chest was pressed up against your back.

Sero Latino headcanons from a Latinx person bc I’m tired of reading your poor intents of making Sero Latino.

Both of his parents are Mexican tho his dad is half Japanese

Japan when he was 10 years old due to his dad's job

Sero teaches class 1-A how to play lotería and now once a week you can hear “Buenas,” “cuatro esquinas,” “Centro” from outside of their dorms

To play lotería you have to pay depending on how many cards you are playing with. There 3 forms of winning money making “Buenas,” which is winning and you get the more money “cuatro esquinas,” “Centro” usually get about the same amount of money and depending on how many players you have the more or less money you get

Uraraka it’s scary good at lotería she wins most of the time and refuses to pet anyone else play with her card, bakugou sucks at lotería he always losses bc he misses the cards

One time Bakugou got so mad for losing three times in around that he told Sero lotería as the was the Latin version on bingo, Sero was so offended he banned bakugou from joining their play nights and wouldn’t talk to bakugou until he apologized

Since they moved to the dorms Sero only ever speaks Japanese so in fear of being a no sabo kid and losing his accent he calls his mom every morning

The first time the class heard him speak Spanish they freaked out one bc what the fuck was Sero saying and two bc he was speaking really loud and the class thought he was mad

Sero explained to them that he’s calling he was just talking to his mom in Spanish and that no he wasn’t mad he was just from the north of Mexico and that’s how they speak

Im feeling -okay- I guess. I’ve been struggling with some health issues (nothing serious tho) for two weeks now so I’m feeling reeeaally tired. But other than that, I’m good!

Oh boy, where do I even start… this is gonna get dark, but when you live in an extremely violent country like mine, you kind of learn how to live with the constant fear of just going missing every time you leave the house. And sadly, those chances increase A LOT when you’re a woman. So every time I go out, I fear for what dozens of women go through on a daily basis: either getting kidnapped, sexually assaulted, trafficked, murdered or all of the above. I fear that for myself, for my friends and for every single female member of my family, to be honest.

I’m currently attending my second seminar on psychoanalysis. It’s a weekly  course where we review different theories (mostly Freudian and Lacanian) and psychopathologic behaviors, and how they’re represented in mainstream media (tv shows, movies, books, etc.). I would really want to continue learning about psychoanalytic therapy, and have even thought about doing my masters on psychoanalysis, but since I’m not a psychologist I need to really get the basics  before even considering applying for it.

I dont think i have a least favorite song?? Like i don’t usually like heavy metal music, and some of the “kumbia” or “Reggeaton” songs they listen to at parties where i live.

Alright so. I’ve watched this about 20 times now. I love the choreo, style (black and red are the shit, same as on BTS and most other kpop groups), background visuals, and the FREAKING SONG!

I never in a million years thought:

1. A co-ed group would be successful in kpop (tho I hoped and prayed it would)

And 2. That kpop would start to incorporate more Latin not only sound styles but DANCE styles too.

KARD HAS ME FREAKING HOOKED. I love all their songs so far and have them in my latin/reggeaton playlists. Along with my vallenato, salsa, bachata, etc. Just wanted to shout them out.

In this particular vid…I have a theory. J. Seph looks so darn happy dancing. I love it. When KARD was shown dances and music videos from Brazil, Colombia, and CNCO, he was the one most shown asking the most questions. BM remarked how Latin dancing seems really free-form and flowy more than particular moves in a sequence. He’s right. But it seems like J. Seph took all that to heart and just started letting go when he danced. He’s smiling, smirking, and the way that boy FREAKING MOVES! THE BODY WAVES AND FLUIDITY! I’m in love. Total, total LOVE.

I’m so happy KARD likes other cultures too and is willing to learn about them. And that they are bringing more Latin flavor to kpop. So proud. And happy because now I can have some of my native sound in Korean. I’m over the moon.

And I love that they included their choreographer in their hidden version, probably as a thank you. I feel like they are doing some good stuff. KARD FIGHTING!
