will be sulking in bed for the longest time. he's super stubborn and doesn't want to give in to your guilt-tripping. but you've made him soft. if it where any of the members, he might of held his ground. but for you, he does feel bad and the guilt starts to chip away at him. so he sighs in defeat and gets up, taking a pillow with him as he enters the closet. he'll sink down next to you and look at you with sleepy eyes. he'll start acting cute with you and eventually you give in, and you both just stay there, cuddling the night away.

feels bad immediately and almsot starts to panic. 'i can't let my partner sleep in the closet. what kind of boyfriend am i??' he'll leave you for a bit to calm down after the argument, which gives him time to grab a load of snacks that you like and some more fluffy blankets. then he will knock on the closet door and enter, cooing at the sight of your curled up body covered in a single blanket. he will settle next to you and give you your snacks before cuddling you from behind. "you're not too sad, are you baby?" i think it's safe to say he is forgiven.

oh yunho would be devastated honestly. but what hurts him most is the fact that you'd think for one second he would let you sleep alone in the closet. if anyone should be condemned to the closet, it should be him. so he immediately gets up and opens the closet door. "you're not sleeping in here, baby" he'll say softly with a small sigh. when he sees you turning your back to him in protest, his eyebrow will quirk up. "fine." and he will nestle down beside you, hands behind his head as he stares up at the ceiling, waiting for you to turn back round to him. if you were going to budge, he might as well join you.

doesn't really know what to do at first but his first instinct is to join you. he doesn't though. he wants you to relax and calm down because the fight was getting pretty heated. hey, he need to calm down himself a bit. will probably make you a hot chocolate as a sort of peace offering? when he finally enters the closet with a blanket wrapped around his shoulders and hot chocolates in both hands, you can't help but melt a bit. you knew he meant well at the end of the day and there's not a malicious bone in his body.

ngl he would probably be the one to go in the closet 🚶‍♀️this is wooyoung we're talking about. he doesn't take any shit, and can be dramatic as hell. so when you've been arguing for so long and he gets bored and emotionally drained, he will not say anything. he simply takes a pillow and a blanket, making his way to the closet where you supposed he would be sleeping. and you know how stubborn he is. he would totally stay there for the night if it meant putting up a protest. so after giving him some time to cool down, you emerge from the room into the closet and spoon him from behind while he pouts grumpily >:( he's so damn cute

he's kinda torn between two options because on the one hand, he feels guilty for you going to sleep in the closet. on the other hand, he doesn't want to give in to your behaviour. so he's sitting bed weighing up his options, trying to figure out what the right thing is to do. he feels that he's guilt and affection for you outweighs everything else. then, he'll sigh and get out of bed, open the closet door and extending a hand for you to take. "come on, let's talk it out" he'll gesture for you to come out of the closet and when you grab his hand to pull yourself up, it feels like a step in the right direction.

On Writing Fanfic Comments

So we all know how fanfic writers love comments - ngl comments are fuel for writers the way sunshine is for flowers! Just seeing a little notification from my fanfic email inbox that someone commented brings me so much joy. Still, commenting is a tricky thing and sometimes it's hard to put how much you enjoyed a fic into words especially if your emotional bandwidth is low.

Alas, with no further ado here are some simple commenting routes you can go with if you're stumped as I so often am with commenting.

Method 1: Bonus Kudos

Are you shy but still want to go the extra mile to express your love for a story? Then this short and sweet method might be for you. Just say "second kudos" or "bonus kudos". I also love it when people leave three consecutive heart emojis as a comment and I affectionately call those bonus kudos.

I've also seen some crafty commenters make a jpeg that looks like the regular kudos button but reads "second kudos" - so if you've got some picture editing and HTML skills that's also a super cute option.

Method 2: Be Straightforward

If you want to keep things simple, go for it. Even one concise positive sentence can do a lot, e.g. something down the lines of "I really enjoyed this! Thank you for writing!"

Method 3: Slightly Feral Energy

Want to express how the fic has grabbed your mind, body and spirit in sense that the brainrot has taken over in the best way possible? Consider typing out something like "AHHHHHH I never knew you much I needed something like this. Your story is really itching a corner of my brain!!! I will be chewing on this for days!!"

Method 4: My usual comment formula

I kind of structure a lot of my comments the same way to get over the anxiety over being perceived XD

It's usually something with the following structure:

"This was SO GOOD!

(Optional: The [insert sth you thought was well done] was really cool/tugged at my heartstrings/was everything/hurt me in the best way.)

Great fic<3 <3 <3"

Anyways, those are just some of my go-to's. There are plenty of more ways to write fanfic comments. Just please refrain from asking for updates or sequels because that makes many writers anxious.

Pairing: Matespritship❤️/Moirallegience♦️ - Rivalry/Sharing

Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Clingy behavior, Needy yanderes, Jealousy, Possessive behavior, Manipulation, Isolation, Rivalry and Sharing mentioned, Forced relationship.

When they first meet you they have differing reactions.

Eridan acts arrogant and entitled and says he has no interest in mingling with humans.

Meanwhile Feferi is the complete opposite.

She does not display superiority towards you and is actually excited to meet the new humans.

She actually catches you off guard with her running up to you to ask all sorts of questions and to know about you.

Feferi and Eridan have only really chatted with you through the chatting app.

So meeting you in real life is so new.

I expect Eridan to keep chats brief with you until Feferi encourages you two to talk.

Feferi is certainly the driving force for Eridan's obsession over you.

Perhaps the two are still Moirails.

He feels if she's pestering him she'll try.

Well... he doesn't regret it.

He hates to admit it but he really does feel a form of attachment to you.

Feferi is naturally excited and gleeful with everyone so it's hard to tell if she's being her or genuinely has an interest.

You didn't specify what quadrant so I picked two different ones.

As a result there's like four different ways I can look at this;

Matespritship Rivalry = Feferi and Eridan realize they want you as their red love. This puts a strain on their Moirallegience as the two try to convince you they're the "right choice".

Matespritship Sharing = Feferi and Eridan have red love for you but they don't want to fight. The two attempt to preserve their failing Moirallegience with a shared Matespritship with you.

Moirallegience Rivalry = The two end up breaking their Moirallegience off like in canon and try to replace you as their Moirail... only to cause more fighting.

Moirallegience Sharing = The two break off their Moirallegience in order to share you as their Moirail.

In all four ways I imagine both of them are rather needy with you.

Eridan jumps to violence/murder and entitlement when trying to win you over quickly.

Feferi meanwhile is so excited all the time, often taking you attention to drag you around.

The Moirallegience between Feferi and Eridan is very taxing, mostly to Feferi.

So adding you into the mix is somehow supposed to help (when it comes to option 2 and maybe 4).

You may feel as though you're being torn apart when it comes to them as I would consider them both rather needy and attention hungry.

The two may show irritation and rivalry behavior between the two of them but I feel they can't really hurt each other.

Not unless one of them was pushed to the brink.... (*side eyes Eridan*)

You'll catch Feferi ranting about Eridan to you, often saying insults about his behavior.

Eridan tries not to say hurtful things but it ends up being mentioned in his own private rants to you.

He actually finds himself not feeling bad afterwards since he seems to care a lot more for you than his old Moirail.

That behavior would happen more often with options 1 and 3.

I have to be vague with this concept as it in itself is rather vague.

But there is many different ways for how the two could be with a human darling, both sharing and rivalry.

The two are rather needy and have an air of entitlement due to their blood color... even though Feferi tries to hide it.

The two try to act nice with you and slowly court you into the quadrant they want.

However... there's bound to be some complications caused by the two of them.

Due to them being part of the Nautical Aristocracy they feel they should both have a shot with you.

It's up to you if they fight for it or not.

A/N: this was a little difficult for me to write... Ngl, I've never felt this so I tried, please don't be upset if this sucks. :( I decided to just do one because coming up with 4 scenarios was too much for my tiny brain...

You work at an art studio. How did Mikey know that? Because you worked right next to the entrance to the lair. He saw you almost every time he was leaving or coming home. Sometimes he'd sit and watch you paint after hours. He wanted so badly to go in and paint with you, but he knew he couldn't... April, Cassandra, and Casey had been around weird stuff pretty much all their lives so 4 turtle men had no affect on them. But normal people? They'd probably faint.

"Hey, Mikey." April greets. "What's goin' on? Your brothers say you've been pretty quiet recently. Are you okay?"

"Yeah..." Mike mumbles. "There's just this person that works at the art studio up there that I really like."

"I have a friend that works there, maybe I can help." April smiles, nudging him "What's their name?"

Mikey hesitates. Dr. Feelings wouldn't hesitate! So he spilled, your name falling out.

"No way..." April gasps.

"W-What?"

"I've been friends with them forever! You so got this!"

"Y-Yeah, well... I don't know if you noticed but I'm a turtle."

"So? I like you."

"You've known us since you were 8."

"Whatever, call me if you want help."

April left, off to talk to the other 3 turtles, hoping they could help convince Mikey.

"Mikey's got a crush?" Raph asks.

"Well why didn't he just say so!?" Leo grins. "We've totally got this."

"Uh. Leo? Are you forgetting?" Donnie scoffs. "He's both Dr. Feelings and Dr. Delicate Touch. This is going to be hard."

"Donnie's right." Raph crosses his arms. "Dr. Delicate Touch feels nothing. Plus, if he finds out that we know... I don't even want to think about it..."

"Well then, I've totally got this." Leo laughs.

A few weeks went by and they still hadn't convinced Mikey to ask April for help, so they came up with a plan to make them meet. It was dangerous, of course, but they still had hope.

He didn't have it.

"Mikey, come on!" Leo calls.

"Coming!" Mikey gets to the exit and the 2 of them start climbing. "Where's Raph and Don?"

"They're meeting us there with April." Leo answers.

Once up top, Leo disappears. Mikey looks around, helplessly. The back door to your art studio opens and you step out with April. Mikey is frozen, they set him up...

"Oh!" April fake gasps. "Mikey!"

"What?" You ask, turning your head to face wherever April was looking.

"This is my adopted brother, Michelangelo!" April grins.

"H-Hi, it's nice to meet you..." Mikey stutters, shaking your hand. You didn't seem scared, more confused, which April took as a good sign.

"It's nice to meet you too..." You nod. "Adopted brother?"

"They kind of adopted me." April shrugs. "He's half human."

"Half... Box turtle?"

"Y-Yep!"

It was silent for a minute or 2. Like you were decided on whether running away, screaming was an option. You studied Mikey and he started feeling self concious.

"... Weirder things have happened in New York." You finally spoke before turning back to April. "You said they. Are there more?"

Broke my 3 day fast! Im really proud I went three days, I hope soon I can do 5 days soon! Ngl I did plan a meal that was around 200-300 cals however I ended up binging a bit after :/

Starting my fast again after the binge, maybe I’ll be able to push myself to 4 days. Im sacred to step on the scale bcs what if Ive gained the weight back that I lost during these three days.

Update edit: I purg3d, and I’m happy I did. It came out so easily, usually it takes me about 10 minutes to get a bit out. I am mad at myself that I make myself do this tho bcs Ik how bad purg1ng is (st4rving myself isn’t better but ygm) and I don’t want to get into it, but I’m scared it’s my only option especially since I binge a lot 🙃

Our Life: Beginnings & Always.

Hello Hello! Welcome to my first ever post on tumblr that just had to be about my ultimate top tier favorite visual novel of all time..Our Life: Beginnings & Always or OL:BA for short.

This game has such a special place in my heart that im afraid I’ll forever be attached to it because at this point it’s not even a phase anymore lol. I still remember that heated summer day of scrolling down on my steam shop out of boredom and i kept getting recommended OL:BA but back then i really couldn’t care less and would not even spare a glance on it until i got so fed up of it popping up in my recommended for the next few days that i decided to finally check it out.

Reading what it was about made me curious but what really got me downloading it was because of the customization of our character/characters.

And finally into the game i was! I remember when the story started, i was very surprised already by the environment, narrative and world building of the game. It truly felt like i was part of it and i didn’t get bored at all. In fact right from the start i was hooked already!

I loved ALL of the characters that was introduced, i love the fact that it was SO multiple choice that it felt like you were really integrating yourself/oc onto the game and that you’re not just forced to say the same thing as a different choice or feel as though your options are limited. Its definitely a game that you’re supposed to replay over and over because its just that fun!!

And as someone who has never had a great childhood and adolescence, absentee parent, chaotic household, unsupportive friends, want to be understood (you know…this and that) i was so happy that this game was doing that and it genuinely gave me hope to live despite going through the darkest of times in my life :)

This game has changed me into a better person and made me want to be the best version of myself that i want to be in the future! I will infinitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a feel good game/read (+1 it will make you cry!!)

Anyway enough yapping 💀 Time to get to the point.

Being Dallas Winston's Sister and Dating Johnny Cade Hc's:

° Picking up somebody like Johnny-cake was quite surprising indeed. Still to this day, nobody really understands how you managed to pull it off. This takes into consideration that he's so quiet. He certainly wasn't the one that made the first move, particularly regarding the fact that you're Dallas Winston's sibling. However, you both caught feelings for one another in an unfathomable way. It began with silent admiration that turned into… more.

° You yourself had never been particularly shy, though you also weren't as abhorrent as your older brother Dallas. A miraculous happy medium that - much like your brother - always got whatever you wanted. You went out and acquired it in your own Winston way. You hadn't felt much fear in shooting your shot with Johnny. Well partially, that is: One could never know how finicky your older brother would become if you tried to date his best friend. Yet you put that to the side. After all, the worst thing that could happen with Johnny is that he turned you down and never spoke to you. Similar to your brother, you weren't really afraid of much.

° Your method was understandably considerate: You'd asked Johnny gently, and when the gang or other people weren't around, so the possibility of reporting back to Dally wasn't an immediate option. It saved you both a huge amount of hassle. Though nonetheless, it caught the noir haired greaser off guard for quite some time. Poor guy looked as though he had totally short circuited.

° Johnny was like a gasping fish, facing you with a wide eyed expression. He wondered for a moment if Dal had set you up to perform some sick, sadistic joke on him. It was his style to mess with folks like this, but he wouldn't use his baby sibling as the brunt force of a joke. Not directly that is. It was your sincere features that made him realise you'd done this of your own accord, with the utmost seriousness.

° You'd been nonchalant, “If you’re not up to it then no sweat.”

° A mere technique to pretend as if you weren't even a lick of upset with the way he stared at you like that. Johnny could see the hurt dancing in your eyes, taking hold of your heart. Witnessed it well up on your waterline despite the fact you fought so hard to disguise it.

° “It- it ain’t l-like that, yn.” He tried to assure you. “It’s just- Dally’s my buddy and all. It- it wouldn't look good, ya d-dig?”

° “Besides, i-it ain’t like I d-don’t dig ya like that. It’s just-” You cut him short bitterly.

° “He’d kick the tar outta you.”

° The silence that came next sprouted some tension. Eventually Johnny decided that fretting wasn't going to get him anywhere. You'd convinced him to at least spend a bit more time with you. All under the context of friendship, of course. You weren’t itching to betray his trust with ulterior motives. He could handle that, despite it feeling shady. Things naturally blossomed over a long period of time, and Johnny was a true friend that pulled up his boot straps to tell Dallas.

° Guilt swirled in Johnny’s guts. He couldn’t deny that. He chewed his fingernails to shit, appearing like a hacked up mess. Dallas wasn’t exactly the best big brother to you, but he was protective nonetheless. You were the only solid family he really had that he could rely on even a little. You two weren’t joint at the hip persay, being as he was in and out of the cooler so often: Not to mention the fact that you didn’t live together either. You both led different lives (although you weren’t a goody goody at all), but you still had a bond.

° Johnny respected that bond and he respected his own friendship with Dally that stopped him from pursuing anything further. But now that things had changed, he needed to do the right thing and fess up. Guilt and Johnny Cade never mixed well together. A concoction as powerful as gasoline and match. It’d eat him alive with paranoia that he’d find out some other way. He wasn’t itching to get socked in the jaw by Dallas.

° When your brother did discover that you were dating somebody, boy was he nosey! In heated moments he proclaims passionately that he, “doesn’t give a hang about you,” but really he does. He looks out for himself, making a show of how looking out for you is a hassle. However he does actually keep an eye out for you secretly. Anyone who bothers you and you’re unable to handle it on your lonesome gets the famous Dallas Winston treatment.

° When Dally did find out, the words sounded almost unreal to him. “You’re shittin’ me right? Pullin’ my damn leg!” He just took it as some big joke, but then it hit him.

° He isn’t happy that you’ve been hanging around his friend’s; and now you’re dating one of them?!

° His alarms eventually subside when he gets used to the idea you’re dating Johnny. It’s weird, but he gets over it because things could be worse. You could be dating Tim Shepard!

° But Dal is still a bit on edge. He’s gotta have the talk with Johnny. But may have avoided the kid at first to prevent himself from socking him in the jaw. Johnny was the pet of the gang, he had to act cool about this since they’d been buddies for a long time. Hell, the gang hears Johnny’s dating you through the grapevine themselves and it’s surprising to say the least. However, they’re more likely to tease you guys right off the bat.

° “I guess fate gave us a bit’a piece. They were gonna find out sooner than later.” Johnny shrugged one evening when he walked you home.

° The only reason Dal didn’t go absolutely ballistic was because it was Johnny. Why hadn’t he told him sooner? Has this been an ongoing thing for awhile now? He always thought he had an eye for these sorts of things, but Johnny never let it slip once out of fear. It was understandable with the track record Dally had at the station. So really there was no sweat. Besides, he didn’t wanna know all of the details, that’d be gross and set him off into a stressed out rage.

° Yet as the ball kept rolling, Dally (sat there dumbfounded) couldn’t get too mad at Johnny for how he’d gone about everything. Anyone would be terrified to date his sibling and confront him about it.

° Johnny did not escape the lecture (more like threats) that Dally had in store for him. You know, the typical big brother stuff.

° “You hurt ‘em and so help me God kid, you’re dead meat.”

° “F-fair e-enough! N-n-not that I-I would a-anyway!”

° Dally does back off quickly after telling Johnny, “No hanky panky, okay? I’m not itchin’ to be an uncle or anything!” and laughs when Johnny just about faints from going so red in the face. Well he mostly backs off…

° Dally isn’t the best big brother, he’s annoying as hell, so expect him to crash your dates at the start, roping in Two, Soda and Steve to bug y’all.

° “No hanky panky kids.”

° “Hanky panky? What are you, fifty?”

° Being Dally's sibling entails that you’re sassy as hell. You have no problem telling those four asshats where to go. It’s colourfully adorned with curses that even puts Dally to shame.

° “Where’d you learn to talk like that?” Soda grinned all big at you.

° “I’d tell you, but I don’t think a high school dropout could keep up.” Man were you mouthy or what that evening!

° After their teasing they got the message eventually, but not being laughing their asses off. You’d fight God with your bare fists if they tried something like that again. Man were you steaming something awful.

° Johnny has to console you for the rest of your date because you're shaking.

° “You’re shakin’! C’mon, it’s just the gang- let it roll off your back.”

° “I’m gonna fight ‘em!”

° “Listen, if you keep gettin’ madder I’m scared your head’ll explode.”

° You and Johnny really compliment each other well. He evens out your wildness, gets you to settle. You help him come out of his shell more and feel more confident in himself: He’s happy to let you take the lead whilst he follows with patience and good naturedness.

° PDA is something you know Johnny is self-conscious about around strangers so you avoid it like the plague in front of the gang. It just feels weird, but either way you both will be teased by the gang no matter what you do until the news completely blows over.

° You both like to spend evenings in the vacant lot when it’s not too cold. You don’t really have much of a curfew so it’s not as if you’re missing anywhere really besides a friend's house because you avoid your old man’s place.

° Johnny doesn’t have very much, but that doesn’t bother you. If you’d wanted money or pretty things then you’d have dated someone like Bob Randle. It’s the person that he is that drives you wild in a lovey dovey way. Somehow though, Johnny does his best to treat you to nice things when he can. It makes him feel like he’s being a good boyfriend to you.

° Although he’s quiet, he talks more with you than he does with Pony. He’s more relaxed, which is a rare sight for him. You make him feel safe and in turn he makes you feel safe as well. He could trust you to back him up even in a rumble if he needed it - not that him or Dallas would ever let you do such a thing.

° He’s sensitive, which is a breath of fresh air for you. You’re quite sensitive underneath it all too. So sometimes you’re both inclined to have deeper conversations, but I also envision giggling fits in the darkness of the vacant lot of summer nights. Your fingers intertwined as you’re both on the verge of sleep. It’s sweet.

° He’s a gentleman to you. Johnny could never treat you with a bad drop in the sea. He cares too much for you.

° You bring out a goofy Johnny that the gang loves! He’s laughing and grinning so much that you put Two to shame. It’s a pleasant thing to witness.

° He likes to cuddle with you. It’s rather sweet in all honesty. He’s touch starved so doesn’t really know how to initiate these types of things, but you’re good at just leaning into him. Although he’s stiff as a board to begin with, he thaws out eventually and may even fall asleep. Especially if you play with his hair!

° His kisses are light and sweet. There’s always a blush and slight goofy grin plastered on his face once you pull away. Teasing only deepens it before he says, “Aw cut it out already!”

° You encounter sassy Johnny so much nowadays. It’s the Winston touch of getting under people's skin. You take it as a good thing, a comfort ability.

° Y’all are relatively even so arguments aren’t really likely. Johnny hates confrontation so avoids it as much as possible. You’re more blunt, but not as crazy aggro like Dallas. So you let a lot of things roll off your back. It fits with the gentle pace of your relationship. It’s just a vibe, man!

° Don’t think that Johnny isn’t protective of you just because he’s on the quieter side. Johnny would defend you with his last breath, but he understands you can handle things yourself. He’s not itching to step on your toes. However he shows he cares when he walks you home late at night, stands a little closer to you when there’s a wild pack of Soc’s around and he suddenly looks tougher than a bag of nails to an outsider.

° Lord knows that you’re protective of him too. You’re just more proactive with your approach. Defending him noisily can get embarrassing but it’s the spirit that counts right? He really appreciates you.

° Despite your differences, there are a lot of similarities too. You balance each other out and develop quite a deep bond. Johnny’s love language is definitely spending quality time with you. So although there might not be many words spoken as you read over notes from class with him in the library, it’s these little moments that cause Johnny to fall more deeply in love with you than he ever did before.

° I can definitely see Johnny daydreaming in class about you or even sneaking glances at you as the teacher gives their lecture. His black eyes are fondly sparkling. It sucks when the teacher calls on him to answer the equation though. He just about dies in his chair.

° He likes to walk you to different classes too. Just waiting for you as the bell goes off. That quiet, “Hey yn,” warms your heart when you press a kiss to his cheek.

° “Hey!” You say louder.

° Lends you his denim jacket sometimes, especially when you fall asleep on the couch. He just drapes it over you which is so wholesome! Can’t help but smile as he presses a kiss to your warm forehead. “Sleep tight, yn…” he coos gently.

Hi there! I’ve been following for a fair while (I was interested in the premise) and have been meaning to play the game for a while as well, but only started the last day of 2023! One heck of a way to start a year though!

I was wondering, how would the ROs feel about/interact with an MC who is touch averse? If MC can’t stand for people to touch them without getting a little sick feeling? How would that affect their relationship? Would that be a thing that would determine if they would or would not enter a romantic relationship with MC?

And maybe as a lil tiny bonus if you’re feeling up to it, how would the ROs feel if MC one day tried linking pinkies with them? If MC told them that their specific touch isn’t that bad and they wanna try slowly building up physical affection?

Sorry, this is kind of a long ask >.< I myself am iffy on touch at best and I know it’s commonly seen as a “necessity” in relationships of all kinds. Herotome is a VN that kinda breaks down modern relationships and I was curious so I wanted to ask, but alao totally understand if you don’t want or are unsure of how to answer this. Have a lovely whatever time it is in your time zone and I can’t wait to see how Herotome progresses!

I also want to express how flattered I am that Herotome kinda breaks down modern relationships - that's definitely been an unstated goal of mine.

Now let's see about your ask...

Warden: Fuck yeah he's down-- gosh what's gotten into me I'm cursing so much today but I'll make an effort not to censor myself <_< But yeah... honestly a touch averse MC would be right up his alley - assuming he is reassured that he has not done anything wrong/offensive with any accidental touches. To some extent, he enjoys the concept of self-restraint(...) and begins both his professional and romantic relationships rather carefully - so not having to worry about whether he's not touching someone too much or too little - and instead focusing on not touching them at all - should be quite refreshing for him tbh? He may want to touch sometimes, particularly after spending a LOT of time together... but being respectful and ensuring his beloved is comfortable is way more important to him.

Griffin: ..... well, Griffin would do her best LOL. They would have to set expectations and really communicate upfront (which you would always be doing with Griffin regardless of touch aversion, lets be real) - what is not on the table, what could be on the table in the future, what MC wants out of a relationship - and if MC is prepared to discuss these topics and - most importantly, if MC is 100% ready for a relationship - in all likelihood a touch averse MC will be able to make things work with Griffin. Just gotta be clear and communicate.

Mia: ngl she can get pretty needy, it might be rough with her...! She'll want to hug when she cries and she can get pretty insecure about herself, so I wouldddn't super recommend a touch averse MC getting into a romantic relationship with Mia... Communication can be rocky with her even when both sides try their best. But gosh she'd treat touch averse MC sooo well in the time they spend together, if MC would allow Mia to cook and pamper!!!

Dart: Eh.... Why not? He's willing to give it a shot, and if it doesn't work out then it doesn't work out. ....... I'm sorry this is all he's giving me ;;;;;

Jade: lmao she's touch averse on and off herself so she'd understand MC best out of everybody with very minimal communication no questions necessary. They'll be perfectly happy reading on opposite sides of the couch or something...

As for linking pinkies and slowly building up physical affection-

1. What is your favourite childhood movie and why?

Strangely I’d never been big on movies or tv as a kid or even now (I want to get more into it now but my adhd still says no) my mum even told me that when I was young she could sit my brothers in front of the tv to be entertained but not me, I’d lose interest hella quickly… probs the first time I got into anything tv related was when I was 10-12 and was invested in the drama of the tv series “dance academy” on abc3 Ive actually met the producer! other than that I didn’t mind a reality show as a kid but then most of that wore off after I studied media in school and we went as live audience to “reality” shows and I realised how set up everything was and couldn’t care less afterward -

If I had to pick any movie that I loved and that still strangely brings me some sort of comfort.. it would have to be the 2010 Jaden Smith Version of Karate Kid ahahaha idk why (well I kinda do there’s lots of reasons but then I’d go on another whole tangent so I won’t) I was like 11 when it came out so I think that can count :) I can weirdly watch it over and over whereas most other movies I watch once and never again.

2. Do you have a favourite book or book series and why?

I talked about this in some previous posts on here but my fav book of all time is “Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine” by Gail Honeyman !!!!! I also am very passionate about “The uncaged sky: my 804 days in an Iranian Prison” by Kylie Moore-Gilbert (the audiobook version narrated by Kylie herself) and fav wholesome series has gotta be the Heartstopper graphic novels!!!! AHAHA again I could go on and on and on about why I love them all individually as they are all VERY DIFFERENT from each other, but I’ll literally be writing like 3 giant essays so I’ll stop myself now!! I will say, while it’s important we consume and love media that we don’t relate to to broaden our perspectives of life, it’s obviously easy to consume and love media that we see a small part of ourselves in and think this has a lot to do with why I love these so much!

3. The colour that makes you happy

Probably a dark green which reminds me of the rainforest:))))

4. Your favourite cereal?

I honestly don’t eat cereal and never really have :,) cereals were kinda demonised in my house as a child (almond mum tings?) but then eventually they weren’t anymore but I never rlly enjoyed their taste - this is such a sad answer but probably Kelloggs sultans bran LMAO. I haven’t had it for years but I rlly don’t mind it … I think it’s probably very different to American cereals cause it’s not sweet … one time I went to an American food store here in Aus and everything I tried taste like pure sugar and hurt my stomach so bad LOL never again I’m hoping and praying that Americans have other food options not featured in this store 😭 cos I understand some of it as a one off dessert but like everyday breakfast omg noooo I hope ur stomachs are ok

5. Your favourite gemstone?

I’m ngl I don’t have a super passionate answer about this one off the top of my head (sorry I’m such a boring person!!) I think they’re all so pretty!!! I gave them a google to try decide which I like most but it’s impossible .. I think I love any of the blue ones!! I’ll tell you one thing I rlly don’t love the yellow topaz cos I’m born in Nov and I see it on everything and I swear it’s the worst one imo like liteeally any other one I love! But I can still appreciate it ig :,)

6. Any activity you liked as a child and do you still like it now?

My biggest pain as a child was athletics!!!! I used to be competitive in 100m, 200m, long jump and triple jump :) sadly I no longer do athletics or compete but my passion for running/competitiveness lived on and by 15 I ran my first half marathon.. but from 17 onwards I got quite sick and was unable to run (minus a few little months of getting back into it over the yrs only to have to stop again) and now I’m 24 and finally getting back into it again.. kinda.. cos my health is still kinda shit but I’ll go for a lot shorter runs a couple times a week and hoping and praying my health gets better so I can proper get back into it.. not to compete anymore just for myself cos it’s one of the only things in this life that brings me joy :) I’ve also always loved taking photos although I’m not professional or anything it’s just been a fun little hobby I guess.. I have a few diff cameras but in currently trying (failing) to save for this new different one.. just waiting for my uni scholarship money this tri bc I’m too unwell to use it to go on a holiday atm I’m gonna use it to buy this camera I’ve been wanting oop :,) I’m a much bigger a fan of film photography over digital but the camera I’m planning on buying is kinda a combo of both eg. It produces images of a similar vibe to film photography but is actually digital so u don’t have to worry about wasting film :) it’s also a point and shoot, super small and can be taken anywhere which is much better than my current digital camera which is bulky and has a million settings idk how to use lol.

7. Have you ever read Lucy Maud Montgomery books?

I was about to say no I’ve never heard of her but then I googled it and saw Anne of Green Gables which I read when I was like literally 8… and as I’ve said in a previous post I never remember what I’ve read even if I read it two minutes ago bc adhd tings but I always remember how it made me feel - and I remember really enjoying it! Maybe I should give it a reread cause I barely remember what it was about :,) as for the rest of her books I don’t think I’ve read any! I love so much that you have a fandom page omgggg I wish I was that passionate about something !!!! PLS PLS give me recommendations if someone were only to read 1 of her books .. okay maybe 2 for now!!!!! I might actually give them a read :)))

1. Sayu

Oh Sayu, my beloved <3

The Best Virtual Idol and The Reason I bought this game in the first place!

Her music and style of battle was the most fun and dancy! I still vibe to it to this day-

Sooo many references to Internet Culture and Digital Art fills my heart with warmth and gives me determination just like her song itself as well!

Funny Useless Fact: She is the only boss I've beaten on Rank B on my first blind playthrough!

2. DK West

He's OUR MAN, He's THE BEST!

My second favorite and at the same time the hardest for me to beat.

I personally didn't adore RAP genre at first and never seen anyone preform it as an actual entertaining battle until he showed up...

HOLLY MOLLY DESPITE ME BREAKING MY THUMBS WHILE GOING THROUGH THE PAINFUL DODGE GAME - HIM AND ZUKE RAPPING FELT LIKE I'M WATCHING DISNEY-

I STILL HAVE IDEA IN MY HEAD TO MAKE A SORT OF ANIMATIC WITH "FIRST ENCOUNTER" ALONE!!

Anyway, despite damaged fingers - 10/10, would fight again!

Funny Useless Fact: When I was drawing him for the first time I listened to his theme on loop for 4 days straight in order not to get myself distracted or lose motivation, so I finish the piece.

3. Yinu

Oh, sweet child...

I love Yinu and her theme lots even if I'm not that big of a fan of Classical Music. And her backstory...Gosh! It made me cry a lot.

And I'm still feel ashamed of breaking the piano ;;-;;

Love the pace of how music goes with the fight and it feels even better when you get into actual rhythm. There were issues that gladly wore off thanks to practice and fighting this boss over and over.

Tho those slamming cords haunt me whenever I listen to the song off-battle-

Funny Useless Fact: I didn't like her Mother at first but when I read more about her and relationship with Yinu my opinion completely changed. And this is why I would nominate No Straight Roads for The Best Storytelling and Character Design.

4. EVE

Two-faced, tall woman.

Used to be one of my favorites but due to some circumstances I can't look at her the same way I used to but I still adore her as a boss!

I honestly love her style of the fight and music that changes depending on who you play.

Tho fighting her is literally like eating a lemon but eventually you kinda just accept your fate and roll with weird artistic antics happening around you.

And EVE herself as a character is so fascinating. Like this is the moment where I started to see that these aren't just bosses, they are actually characters that tie this little but complex story together bit by bit. And this is why I would nominate No Straight Roads for The Best Storytelling and Character Design AGAIN!

Funny Useless Fact: EVE was supposed to be a next character to have a complete and detailed art of but due to my forgetfulness, difficulties with her design (and many other things) - it was never finished but I hope to get that dusty sketch out of WIP folder someday.

5. Tatiana

The Bitch. The Boss.

I don't really like her music and rhythm but I can forgive that since it is kind of fitting for conflict between her and the BBJ.

She tries to hide her true image throughout the story and the fight but ultimately crumbles cause escaping from the past isn't the best option to improve.

I love her design and personality and I wish there were more villains like her. Strict, simple, stoic and yet well-written.

Funny Useless Fact: I've never drawn Tatiana until NSR announced their release on Steam with addition of Fanat Graffiti Contest that I certainly didn't want to miss out on. It was difficult but I did it and ngl, I am still proud of the results.

6. DJ Subatomic Supernova & 1010/Neon J

I can't really say anything much about both of them. Sorry, guys...

Their designs and personalities are fun and well-made but due to one of them being the first you fight as "tutorial" and the other appears only at the end of a fight. (1010 band doesn't count as an actual boss to me more like a part of it) They didn't struck me much as the others did...

I will say this thou: their backstories are interesting. One is an academy astrology teacher with a goal of achieving the stars and other is a war veteran who just wanted everyone to live in peace and he himself despite everything never stopped his passion for doll-making and making people happy.

Just simply, beautiful...
