💥 Meal prepping and sticking to your plan when you have children can be tough. So here's a few tips for the parents out there 💥. . 🦁 Meal prepping for the average person can be a big mindset shift more a lot of people. Add to that the responsibilities of parenthood and the task can seem like an impossibility. So here’s my 6 tips. . 🏋️‍♀️First off, BATCH COOK. Cooking a number of lunches and dinners in advance can really help you stick to your plan. Pick recipes that lend themselves to being frozen and reheated. For example, whip up a big batch of bolognese and you can add some fresh cook pasta when it's time to eat 🍝. . 🍗 Second of all, make dishes that your kids will eat. Obviously, that only works if they’re on solids and of a certain age 😂. But, do it if you can. Stir fry, cottage pie, foods like that are great on the macros and family favourites. It saves you cooking 4 different meals come dinner time. . ✅ PLAN AHEAD. Look at your week ahead and figure out where you have a gap in your schedule to do your prep. You might not be able to do it all, but a couple of times in the week should be enough. And make recipe choices that don't take an age to cook. Time is of the essence. . 🍌 HAVE OPTIONS. Stock your fridge and cupboards with macro friendly foods. So if you're going off track one day and need to hit your macros, reach for the 0% Greek yogurt or a piece of fruit to bring you back on track. Generally high protein, low carb, low fat and high Carb, low protein, low fat cover most situations. . 📈TRACK AND ADJUST. Track your daily food in @myfitnesspal and monitor your calorie intake during the day. Make adjustments on the fly and come in on those numbers as best you can. . ✅ Remember it's about consistency, not perfection, so don't beat yourself up if you're not exactly on it every day. .

M U M M Y M O V E S | How's this one? Pulling a pram up stairs, complete with 3 year old of course; and usually laden with shopping and school bags too! This is an excellent pram for stairs, it rolls both up and down on huge rear wheels, but if i had a regular pram, I'd have to physically lift the pram and it's contents up each and every step. How much do you reckon that'd weigh? And how much effort would our mums have to put into each lift on each step? This is a pose, this is not what people look like when you see them in person walking around asda
This is good lighting this is not the lighting you see when you see them walking there dog in the park
These are very clever leggings that pull you in at the waist and flatter your bum
I get sent pictures just like this daily from my clients, asking can you make me look like this 🤷🏽‍♀️
These pictures don't really impress me anymore I've seen girls with no ass suddenly have a huge booty with this pose when they've been training 6 months, it's crazy
Don't get me wrong its great to have that goal but just remember this is not real....

Yes theres gains made here of course but it's over 10 years of training with the last 6 being consistent
Stop comparing yourself to this and focus on you and what you are achieving
Set your realistic goals
Remember you have to eat to grow 🍑
Don't be afraid of going heavy
Be prepared to invest time into this it's not going to happen over night ladies, but it will happen if you focus and stay consistent put the work in and you will get the results 👏🏼💪🏼
