As the Mum of a high performance athlete my current goal is to support my child in maintaining a love and healthy focus for her chosen sport. To be there for her every day in every situation and remind her that anything is possible if she puts her mind to it and her heart into it. I do this willingly, with pride. I believe in her when she can’t, I’m a shoulder to lean on and her biggest fan on her best and worst days. The sport? New Blog Post - One for the mums - 'Photoshoot ready after 5 babies' @elissamac5 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ After having 5 babies in 5 years, I felt totally disconnected from my body both physically and mentally. Sensing this my husband encourage me to attend the gym.
