Spoilers for Tales of Brumus and Lady Ombre ahead

So here's my design for the butterfly ladybug unification for Luka in my upcoming special for the Anatisverse.

Based on the Cinnabar moth and unified with the ladybug miraculous, Luka becomes the hero Cinnabug. I know the name is not as creative as I normally go but I really like it so its staying. I wanted him to look almost ethereal looking and almost like royalty so I decided to give him certain features that he normally doesn't have such as the pointed ears. His outfit is loosely based on his butterfly form I drew up but mixed with his anatis suit. I also added aspects of the Cinnabar moth hence the red pants and the design of his tail coat. I also still wanted to include purple as the moth miraculous is purple themed.

Anyway I think I achieved a good look for him so I'm happy with it. Also keep an eye out. The special based on Miraculous: Paris will be out soon. I did intend to release it for Halloween but sadly things happened and I wasn't able to.

I actually have a recently developed semi-headcanon that Hawkmoth is actually holding back—he could create Akumas that are outright deadly rather than the relatively harmless ones in canon, but he actively chooses not to for whatever reason.

Here’s my theory:

His usage of the Moth for evil specifically weakens his akumas in general but expands his creative freedom in their powers. It's a Moth/Peafowl thing.

Like, tenshi or w/e good akumas are called are stronger than akumas and better at what they do, but a just wielder would have less choice on what powers their champions get than an evil wielder.

That’s why Gabriel didn’t pose as a hero from Day 1... that, or he’s more of an idiot than I hoped.

You guys probably know me as the creator of Miracles of the Creek (or don’t know me at all).

I am not a great artist like @zoe-oneesama , @officialfanbug and others, but, after seeing the official Monarch Design revealed on the teaser… I needed to do something urgently.

I inspired the design on a theory I had on how it would work on season 5. A more detailed explanation of how it works below:

 Monarch has a base form that was inspired by a Monatch. He uses a crown and the silver details of the past form have been replaced by golden ones. Not only to fit more with the color scheme, but also to represent victory.

The majority of the base outfit is brown and orange, colors that are close to neutral.

Once Monarch wants to use another miraculous he has possession of, his outfit, instead of having random animal parts added to it, earns some stripes and small details from the miraculous he is using.

I used the bee as an example (I didn’t draw the others because I was tired).

On the Bee form, Monarch’s outfit has yellow stripes and beehive patters on his shirt.

I just redesigned it because the canon one was really bad.

Oke, I have an idea for Lunna🌙 power.... There are some tales, moonlight showing the way, and butterflies are finding each other via pheromones... How about if with her power, you can create a trail wich leads you to the deepest desire of yours... Of course, t being mystical, the way may include some places to remind you certain things, bring up memories... And the user do not necesarly know where the trail takes them exactly...🦋

Tool could be a powder compact, and blowing on it can create the trail (or just used to detect lasers, make markings or powder your face) certainly would be unique😃

What do you think
