Alright I'm desperate.
DOES ANYONE, ANYONE, ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO GET CUSTOM CAPES INTO BEDROCK MINECRAFT?
To be transparently clear, I am defining a "Custom Cape" as a PNG of my own design*, that can be applied as a texture to a cape in bedrock minecraft, and accessed in the dressing room independently from a skin, And preferably can be seen by other players.
The only results I find from searching are resource packs only I can see, cape packs of other people's capes that only have room for 0-1 of my own, mods (implementing mods into bedrock is torture, dear please no), or capes from the marketplace.
I see all these little crumbs of evidence that I CAN do this around and about, from capes on skin websites, seeing people with custom capes on servers, and testimony from players about implementing custom capes, and screenshots of said capes.
But is what I'm looking for just not possible? Am I missing something? Is my idea of "custom capes" wrong?
---
*This is the cape I want to implement. (Upscaled so you can see it)
I have more designs I want to try out, but I cannot use them if I A: cannot get custom capes at all, or B: I can only implement one cape in a pack.

Finally a Minecraft Cape that doesn't look terrible in a elytra form. I'm literally never taking it off.

Last night I dreamt I was sitting at my desk playing Minecraft and a frog wizard appeared before me in a puff of smoke. Said “yeah I thought so” before disappearing again.

Redesigned my minecraft skin because I wanted to pull from stuff in the game more and had this idea around the ocean ruins and monuments. Maybe this guys people would have been the ones to construct the guardians and stuff like that.

I switched to Linux Mint. It's not as bad as I thought it would be, excluding searching for answers from Linux users, which is exactly as bad as I thought it would be
