everything works out for me
im so used to getting whatever i want. It’s like the second i decide i want something, i get it! It’s like life is on easy mode especially when it comes to manifesting. How is manifesting so easy for me? seriously though, all i need to do is think of something and it’s mine! It’s like i have the cheat codes! Life is how I want it! It’s my world so of course I get what I want. regardless of what i do i will always get my desires! im irresistible to my desires! desires are coming to me left and right. everywhere i go I always get what I want. i get whatever i want instantly. my wishes are inevitable. i always get what they want. i have everything go how i want it to. i can't even count how many things have gone my way effortlessly.

the BEST & FASTEST way to manifest
affirming.
yes thats it.
all you need to do is just affirm in the present tense, and PERSIST. no matter what you see, or hear in the 3D, you need to persist. don't stop repeating to yourself that you ALREADY have what you want. there is no magical method. just affirm. what works the best for me is mindless robotic affirming. i don't wine or complain or think about anything else, i just stay completely focused and i keep repeating the same thing over and over again.
i'd get my manifestation in 1-2 days, a week at most. i've never had to wait longer than a week for my manifestations with robotic affirming. there's no need to "feel it real" or do "SATS" or take any action in the 3D. the 3D is a dead mirror. once you react to unfavorable circumstances in the 3D, all you do is reaffirm your old unfavorable beliefs, since your outer world is a reflection of your mind. remember that in order to see change in the 3D, you need to change your thoughts IMMEDIATELY. as soon as something unfavorable pops up, affirm the opposite. affirm every second that you possibly can. affirm whenever you don't need to focus on something and give it your full attention.

Self-care night. Candlelight bubble baths, hair mask, manicure, face mask, home-cooked meal, a good book or your comfort show, some journaling... allow yourself some rest <3
Organise and use your planner/calendar. This will help you reduce stress by helping you stay structured and focused.
Update your Spotify playlists. Nothing is more annoying than being on the go, trying to relax to your music, and constantly having to skip songs that don't resonate with you anymore!!
Sunday reset is a non-negotiable!! laundry, fresh sheets, cleaning your make-up brushes, decluttering, etc...
Catch up on some sleep. Take a nap or choose a night to go to sleep extra early. (I recently read this article on sleep dept... VERY interesting!! -> Click here)
Plan a weekly girl's day!! maybe a picnic, some shopping, a movie night, or perhaps just a coffee date? make some plans and catch up with your girls <3
Go on a long morning walk; maybe you'll be able to catch the sunrise too!!
Buy yourself some flowers. You deserve them. <3

🎀 Physical 🎀
fixing my sleep schedule, from a 2 am nightowl to going to sleep at 10-11 pm
limiting time on social media, from 2h daily to 1h per week, to avoid wasted time and doomscrolling
improving diet by mealprepping, having regular meals & avoiding unhealthy foods
weekly hair treatments with rosemary

reading a new book every few weeks
starting a new course for professional development
reading interesting articles daily to keep myself mentally stimulated (and avoid reaching for an instagram dopamine kick)

don't be afraid of the illogical, the physical substance holds no power against you, you will always be greater than everything.
if you are ever afraid to dream big or manifest things that go against the laws of nature, read this post again and again and ask yourself: is it worth it to worry about things that I could reach easily if I believed in myself a bit more? because the ability to mold reality is GIVEN to you, you were born with it, you don't have to fight for it, you just have to accept that this is who you are

THE 4D DIARY
What is it?
It’s a journal to rolplay as if your manifestations have already been fulfilled, and write about them like a diary.
Manifestation is supposed to be instant HOWEVER,
many of us have a very difficult situation with our self concept. The objective of the book it’s to help us with the self concept and normalice the desires that we are manifesting in our life.
How does it work?
It’s a small notebook book, (at least once a week) write on it as if your manifestation was already there:
- Describe yourself, not only physically but mentally. Describe your ideal body, thoughts, clothes…
- Describe specific scenarios. Receiving your A+ grades, working at that exciting job, talking with those cool new people…
- Describe how it FEELS to be around your SP. Describe their smell, the way they look at you, the way they treat you…
What’s the purpose?
- HELPING YOU VISUALISE: Imagine yourself as if you were already there will help you change your mindset and habituate yourself of FEELING this way.
- HELP WITH SELF CONCEPT: Every time you doubt about yourself, read the diary, this will remind you that you are ALREADY LIVING YOUR 4D
- HELP TO STOP GLORYING OUR DESIRES: We usually unconsciously glorify our desires making them look as if they where imposible, the objective it’s mainly training our brain to go through this experiences so we stop glorifying them and they actually start showing up in our 3D reality
Recommendations
- Write after a visualisation meditation
- Be “realistic” (What I mean by this is that you should describe your experiences with your own words and personality, you can be truly free with your use of words, don’t try to sound elegant or out of your personality, this has to look like a page of your ACTUAL diary)
- DONT PUT AFFIRMATIONS HERE: This journal it’s not with the main objective of manifest BUT to help you get into the MIND STATE as if you have ALREADY manifested what you want. By adding a list of affirmations you will loose that special personal touch, it won’t look like a diary to talk about your experiences but more like a manifestation journal, for me personally it makes it feel more forced and less personal.

You guys need to know that imagination is the real reality and you HAVE to fully trust it
I know its hard to dismiss the 3d especially when it's all up in your face but deal with it however way you need to and when that's done, go back into your desired state, into your imagination, coz whatever is happening in your 3d is not in your 4d
I would cry my heart out and sob when things got hard but in the end I retreated to imagination
all you need to do is believe you have it in the 4d and know that it will come to pass and you're good to go
