Sith vampire au

Anakin falls/is turned, bites padme but she delivers the twins before dying & turning, obi-wan manages to get the twins to safety, and tells padme when she wakes up that she lost the baby, anakin and padme go on to become empire & empress dark!power couple

Then 19 years later a captured rebel sets their senses off, Anakin can feel it in the force and they can both smell it on him, this stubborn little boy is their baby

He's been badly injured, so they turn him. Turning is tiring, and fangs don't exactly grow in overnight, and whilst they could help Luke do what they both did when newly turned, plenty of work arounds to get blood when you're a new vampire with no fangs, as Luke's parents and sires they want to nurse him directly from their own bloodstream.

Luke is their precious baby vamp, they don't want to let him out of their sight ever. He sleeps in Mama and Dada's room, usually in a co-sleeper crib, or in-between his parents if he's particularly fussy. They take turns nursing him, opening up their veins and on their necks so luke can nuzzle in and drink. Of course, he's only little and needs lots of small meals throughout the day and night.

(Luke is not happy about any of this, but he's so tired all the time, and he's hungry often, and something about being held by his parents and crooned at sends him into a daze, and when he gets angry at them for kidnapping him and they call him fussy and swaddle him up, it really knocks the wind out of his sails)

I’ve been trying to collect my thoughts on the Obi-Wan show for awhile now and I’m going to start just firing random things as I think of them.

The show did an EXCELLENT job of showing just how much Owen and Beru loved Luke, and that Owen did not hold any personal bad will toward Obi-Wan unlike what a lot of the fandom has (understandably) assumed for years. Owen could have given Obi-Wan up in the first episode. He probably had several opportunities to turn Obi-Wan over to the Empire. He never did.

Owen just wanted to protect Luke, and that meant keeping Obi-Wan at as much distance as possible.

And given the fight they put up when Reva came, I bet Owen and Beru gave those stormtroopers in ANH a run for their money.

I absolutely love how the alleged Virgin Birth of Anakin Skywalker is (at least in film) never elaborated on at all ever. We don’t know how it happened. Nobody in universe knows how it happened. It just did. 12 year old Anakin asks Obi-Wan where babies come from and Obi-Wan explains as delicately as he can, then adds “Not you though.” Darth Vader’s fun fact about himself at Imperial getting to know you activities is that he just spawned one day. Luke and Leia aren’t even phased when they learn this because their dad was Weird Enough already.

Like every time one goes out on a mission they find someone else to adopt. Luke brings back not just Rey but Finn and Poe as well.

Din just comes back with the entire ghost crew. And Luke is all ‘whatcha got there?’

Din just shrugs and says ‘a smoothie’ whilst the crew of the ghost is just standing there awkwardly behind him. Sabine paints his armor for him.

When I was a kid, my friends and I loved to play games of make-believe and role-play. One game, we were genies living in a desert country. When we were playing this game, I spent the night at my friend's house. Her mom had a garden window with various potted plants, including a cactus. (It was not a catus; it was a succulent.) Reading about how desert animals get water from cactus, I decided to try this. I broke off a tip of the plant and licked it. It was horrible. My friend had no idea why I was suddenly gagging. I lied too embarrassed to admit what I had done.
