Award for biggest mistake made in my fic goes to Maru for introducing Lillianna and Penny. Truly, truly a bad move on her part.

They're both romantic dreamers, Lillianna's just much louder and gives negative fucks about causing a scene. So they're just enabling and encouraging each other's shit and poor Maru's just along for the ride.

The only good that comes of it is Lillianna encourages Penny to talk to Sam more and helps her get that ball rolling. There is encouragement from Penny to Lillianna too but unfortunately that just turns into more Harvey bullying.

Harvey: Maru... do you know why Lillianna and Penny were laughing at me this morning?

Maru, letting out a tired sigh: We watched Sense and Sensibility last night. Comparisons between you and the Colonel were made.

Harvey: ...I see...

(Maru reports to Lillianna and Penny later that week that she caught Harvey reading Sense and Sensibility while it was slow in the Clinic and the two die laughing all over again lmao)

I think I need to remake this dress, but I don’t think I did so bad for a first try. I mean, early morning give you all the good ideas, but you gotta make ‘em work.

Even a snack break can leave you thinking, oh not bad, but then... Then you get the bright idea to add pockets. Pockets you haven’t figured out how to do yet.

What did I do to that skirt? The back is *chef’s kiss*. But the skirt! Oh well. At least the hand made jewlery turned out pretty well. Take the small wins.

I have a cute ask.

How would(any of them) act to their partner making them a cake as a treat but they got mixed up and put salt instead of sugar?

This one made me laugh, thank you!

Lillianna was usually the one who did the baking for her and her partner, so when her partner presented her with a cake that they made themself, she was overjoyed! She hoped there weren't still dishes for her to clean up, but it was a small matter to deal with later. Right now, there was cake.

She cut a slice for her and her partner each, and served them with little dessert forks. Since they baked the cake for her, she took the first bite...and almost spit it back out.

"Oh dear." Lillianna didn't know what to do. It would be exceptionally rude to insult someone's baking, especially if it was a gift. But it seemed, from the taste of the cake, that they had completely neglected to add any sugar whatsoever. Or, more likely, they mixed up the sugar with the salt.

She waited until her partner tasted it, and when they laughed it off, she laughed with them. She was only too happy to help them bake a replacement cake.

Aquarios was quick to take a bite of cake - after all, his datemate had baked it for him, he should taste it! Unfortunately... well, it tasted very salty.

"Did, um, did you use seawater for this, by any chance?" He asked, cocking his head to the side. When his datemate seemed confused, he offered them a bite of his slice, and all was made clear.

It seemed they mixed up the sugar with the salt. Which would explain why it tasted the way it did.

Aquarios just laughed it off and set his plate aside.

"Don't worry," He said, laughing softly as he pulled his datemate in for a hug. "I don't need cake to know how you feel. And I definitely don't need cake to feel it back at you."

Dezyn recognized his partner's mistake immediately, and burst into laughter. When they got offended, he had to wave his hands and try to talk them down from being upset with him.

"I'm not laughing at you!" He said, still laughing as he offered a forkful of cake to his partner. "Have a taste."

Their reaction too, was immediate.

"Right?" His laughter had dimmed to hearty chuckles as he set the plate aside. "My first time baking, I made the same mistake. Added way too much salt to the dough and got stuck eating salty chocolate chip cookies." Dez shrugged nonchalantly, but there was a spark of mischief about him. "But with the cookies, dunking them in melted chocolate helped, so maybe we can save this cake by drowning it in chocolate sauce?"

Plot: It’s a rainy day and all Carlisle wants is to sit in with his mate.

Title: Sweaters and Coffee

Lillianna sat on the couch with her coffee and in one of Carlisle’s sweaters. She watched the rain as it slid down one of the many windows in the Cullen home. It was a rainy day, something that happens often in Forks. This one however, this one is special. She doesn’t know why. It just is. The only sound that can be heard is the rain on the window and the gentle heartbeat of the human as she watches the rain.

Carlisle smiles as he stands in the doorway of the living room. He was home today, being on call. The sight of his mate in the living room was is what he likes the most. She’s so peaceful, and it makes his dead heart flutter to think about how she’s his. She had fought with him about staying, the fear that he’d abandon her heart. That argument was months ago and he hasn’t abandoned her nor will he ever.

He sits on the couch next to her, the couch cushions sink slightly at his weight and Lillianna’s attention goes from the window to Carlisle. She smiles and he smiles back. He speaks, “Love, what are you doing?”

“I’m watching the rain fall,” she says this as if it wasn’t normal. As if it never rained in Forks.

He chuckles, “It’s always raining. You need a better hobby.”

“Today just feels special. I don’t know why, it just does,” she takes another sip of her coffee.

“You’ll be up all night, love,” Carlisle says, “It’s noon and you’re drinking coffee.”

“I’m in a coffee drinking mood.”

“Well, you’ll be in a crazy mood later,” he chuckles some more and takes the coffee from her hands. She is about to protest when he pulls her into his chest to hold her.

She decides this is why this rainy day is special. Carlisle is home to keep her warm, along with her sweaters and coffee on this rainy day.

Hmmm... She doesn't exactly have one. Lillianna's clumsy and scatterbrained, it's hard for her to keep track of physical items at times.

If you tell her about YOURS though, she will remember it. She's flighty af but she cares about her loved ones. Sadly, you should've asked this one about Lucas (the jean jacket has lore), but to use Lucas's jean jacket as an example, she remembers what that means to Lucas. She'll mend it or treat it for stains if it needs it. 💕

🔪Say they were put in a classic 80s slasher/horror setting, who would they be? {Example: The killer. The dude who dies first. Etc.}

*WHEEEEEEEEEEEEZE*

Counter question: Is Harvey here in this hypothetical 80s slasher?

If he is, she's sure TRYING to be the girl who gets killed mid sex scene in the woods (Lillianna no lmao 🤦) so her survival at that point is gonna depend on how good he is at the "not now" game. (Which if there's hints of a slasher about, he just might succeed in keeping her alive for... longer than that archetype lasts 😂)

If he's not here, she'd cook up some scheme to escape or attack the killer and get killed. 😞✌️

This is all assuming 80s slasher tropes trumps Lillianna's danger prone tendencies and she doesn't get herself killed slipping and falling down a cliff first, or something.
