FINALLY… MALT. My new RDR2 oc :)

Malt Vagabond (a pseudo name that no one has pressed them on yet).

21, He/them (they/them didnt exist back then but ssssshhh)

hunter and thief.

Not socialized very well; can have an unstable mood and varying dynamics with characters. Living alone in the woods meant they never had to work on how they interact with others.

deep appreciation for animals. That doesn’t mean they don’t want to kill animals. They’re more so a collector of animal bone and pelts and teeth. They’ve made animal clawed gloves and boots and masks and coats and etc. they’d get shot by a hunter if they went out at night in their animal-disguise.

animal associated with them is fisher (animal)

still not sure how exactly they joined the VDL gang but they joined at some point before Black Water. Charles likely caught Malt trying to steal a kill because of starvation in harsh winter. Dutch let Malt stay to collect their strength and have a meal. Malt ended up sticking around by offering help hunting and offering tips on where the best spots were.

Malt can fight and thieve and do missions, they’re just support. They wouldn’t be tasked with leading a heist or robbery.

^_^ men!!!! Malt living in the woods and lonely for so long, now they’re surrounded by so many men and they’re all so talkative and drunk and warm and silly and and and. Malt doesn’t know how to cope. Although not used to being surrounded by people and talking, Malt enjoys listening. Many of the men in camp appreciate having someone listen and drink with.

Too curious for his own good, he’d push and prod and bug the grouchier members of the gang. They’re especially interested in the mysterious people of the gang. They talk the most with the people who hang around camp (Jack, Abigail, Micah, Uncle, etc)

They injured their leg years ago while running from a cougar. Their leg never healed correctly and now their leg hurts after walking or running for too long. They rely on either their horse or someone else to get them around long distances.
