I'm not a fan of people saying that canary curse was passed onto Lizzie.

Jimmy's still the canary of the server. Maybe Lizzie's the miner who went ahead or maybe something else entirely. But Jimmy's still the canary, he still dies early on and it's only after he dies people are more like... Aware or alert of the danger. He dies as a warning that death will follow. I'm not the best with words but you get what I mean right? He's not free, it's just... Put on hold in a sense. ...I HAVE THOUGHTS IN MY BRAIN AND THEYRE HARD TO WORD BUT YKNOW

Also I want Lizzie to have her own thing. I just- I don't want her death to be tied to something unrelated to her. I can't explain why.

BYYYYY THE WAY AGAIN. I love love LOVE and adore evil Sun's use of "you're a dead one" bc it feels like SO MUCH TO UNPACK.

It could mean Sun believes Moon to be a non-threat because he knows this means he isn't effected by the kill code anymore. It could mean that Sun has deemed him unworthy of his time because he isn't the original Moon. It could mean that Sun can target him in the future because he knows that means it'll probably be easier to get under his skin.

It also just has this inherent vibe of like... idk, being a walking corpse almost???? Like, the sort of vibe of "the old Moon used to live in this body but he's dead now and I'm here in his place." It felt like Sun viewed the Moon in front of as a grave for what used to be rather than what is there now and that, in itself, says a lot about him methinks.

Like idk if any of this makes sense but it is so fascinating to me. If a perfectly functioning Moon qualifies as a "dead one" to him, who else goes under the same category? Does he view his own Moon as a dead one? Does just wrap any Moon that isn't the "first" Moon into that category? Is this a common category?? Can other people go under the same title or is it something he made only for Moons? WHAT DOES IT MEAN BOY...... AAUAGARRAA IT'S SO COOL IDK. CHEWS ON HIS METAL ARMS

I haven't had a chance to play it yet since it isn't available on my consle yet :( but it looks really good!

I AM LOVING IT A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's so good to see cal my baby boy again (so grown up!!! i love his new outfit so much i keep ignoring the game when it gives me new hairs and fits) and i'm only a few hours in but I'm really enjoying the plot/themes it's setting up!! much like the first game im goin thru the whole thing like YES!! THIS IS HOW TRIPLE-A GAMES SHOULD FEEL!!!!

it’s the way some people were headcanoning beforehand that eddie would be dead in the dream bc buck wasn’t there to save him from the sniper but the episode chose to focus on buck’s impact on eddie so early on the show instead and how all that almost mirrors the “you act like you’re expendable but you’re wrong” conversation. Bc ultimately it’s never been about buck saving eddie in the literal sense, it’s about the way he’s saved him just because he’s buck. Because he’s eddie’s support system and because he has his back and because of his importance to christopher and because, from pretty much the first week, buck stepped into the mess with eddie and never stepped back out again
