I just realised that Cale had mentioned before that the new Tem One, most members have a family. Then I remembered that Kim Min Ah and Bae Puh Rum has a kid. So if they have one, who's the say the others don't.

Thus, the headcannon that they sometimes ask Cale to go to their houses sometimes, well maybe drag him out of work and he meets kids on their homes and even though he was awkward at first he got used to it and the kids calls him by his name because of how grumpy he is.
