Aye Dolly lore time!

Dolly isnt part of the main cast of welcome home, obviously. She is a mascot of a popular confectionaire store back in the 60s, Doll's Delights. The company that owns Doll's Delight was a major sponsor of the Welcome Home franchise. Doll's Delights would often sell Welcome Home themed treats to the masses helping boost the show's popularity. At the present, Doll's Delight no longer exists. It is speculated that the store's parent company went bankrupt.

Dolly the muppet herself was made in the late stages of the Welcome Home series as a tribute to Doll's Delights. She is a living easter egg. Although a puppet of hers was made, Dolly never had an official introduction in the series, only having backround appearances in the later episodes before the Welcome Home series was pulled off airs.

he wouldn’t interact with the floods of people that surround the harbor, thinking that it should just stay like that. a yaksha that’ll watch from afar, doing his work in the shadows as he refuses to show himself in the light.

“you… want to visit liyue harbor? with me?” you asked, confusion trailing in your tone.

xiao nodded his head, yet he refused to meet your eyes as he did so. “if you’re free and okay with it; if not, never mind,” he says, still avoiding your gaze. “oh, of course we can! there hasn’t been much to do lately anyways,” you replied.

by the time you got to liyue harbor, it was flooded with people. it wasn’t unusual for it to be like this; in fact, you’ve gotten quite used to it. but you were slightly worried for xiao, for he had to visit when the harbor was like this.

as the two of you walked side by side, you felt a hand grasp onto yours. you were worried for a moment, but you felt relieved once you realized it was just xiao. 

“i’m sorry that you had to visit like this,” you awkwardly said as you walked. “it’s fine,” he said as he held your hand tighter. “are you okay? you don’t usually hold my hand this tight,” you asked.

xiao took a few moments before he could respond, “i’m fine. i just didn’t want you to get pushed around with how many people are also walking among us.”

“o-oh! well, even if we get lost, at least we’ll be lost together.” you replied.

“is that so?”

well, even if the two of you do indeed get lost, xiao wouldn’t mind it that much. 

as long as you’ll be lost together, that’s okay for him.

The song I associate most with UU is 01; it is the reason I started the manga, and it has a dear place in my heart. BUT I felt it was a cop-out lmao.

(The other song is Teppeki, but I'm already writing a fic inspired by it OOPS)

SO- I took the opportunity to try and materialize the BillyTella AMV that plays in my head with this song- mind you, I hadn't touched an editing software in like, 6 years, but as soon as I saw the prompt I knew I had to try to do it. It's a mess. But it is my mess 💖

faerie will come to its "full power," as was prophesied, and will thus fall into shadow. (i feel like this is either going to be the only option kit has in a moment of quick decisions, or joining the courts is something he is forced to do? this may separate parties, and/or require the rosales heirlooms to come back from)

i don't expect that kieran will remain king of unseelie after the series ends

janus is gonna die, ash is also gonna have to stand against him at some point

i think ash and kit are going to have to work together (and use their magic in tandem?) to defeat the big bad (lucifer et al?)

(i have so many theories as to what the major shift will be at the end, but i don't have enough faith in any of them to present it as an expectation)

the main cast will remain pretty small until major events. with how much has to be accomplished in this series, i don't think i could take the ambitious cast of tlh. leaving it with the main 4-7 would be ideal.

it will be drenched in moral gray-ness. i think the characters are ripe for it, and with how complicated things look like they're adding up to be, i think it really only makes sense. plus, it would allow for more tension between the mcs

i really need to start brushing up on my arthurian legends. even if cc doesn't rely super heavily on it when shaping the story, i can't wait to see how it comes into play.

hey everyone sorry for the silence, i was trying very hard to catch up with school work that i didnt manage to hand in on time. anyway i made a full body 3d model of my oc lucifer for a digital sculpting assignment :)

#i wanna ask for an adderal rx again but scared to look like a junkie =/ esp considering i told my doc i like atomo way better than stims #which is true. but when i took my adderall w my atomo i like. i did a lot today. or maybe its placebo effect idk!! #i focused on a 4 hour long movie. i finished a book. im doing PT exercises. im eating food even if it is boring unpleasant food like #i feel functional #and again. atomoxetine is better. if i could only take 1 id choose atomoxetine over adderal #bc adderal by itself? it made me angry and on edge and anxious and stressed #while atomoxetine calms me down. and i think taking a stimulant when I now have way better control of my emotions? its been so damn nice lol #i wouldnt even take adderal everyday. just on my days off where I wanna get shit doneee #again... could be placebo effect. i havent used weed (except once) in 3 weels now. soooo that could be why #im focusing better w/o brainfog. anywayz back to my PT shit ^-^ #i dont think id ask for an RX as i dont truly need it. im not a manager anymore and i dont study. i can find other ways to help myself out #but i will not lie. the adderall today was like. concentration on easy mode. i wanna always feel like that w/o a medication's assistance
