You were sitting in your room by your lonesome as you quietly sipped your tea. You wore an elegant kimono draped over your white one, as you rested on your bedding. The candle was the only light source in the darkened room. You sighed to yourself, as you soaked in the gentle aroma of your tea.
Your strength has come back, and you’ve been able to manage around the castle on your own, but you preferred Kohaku’s ever-sweet presents with you. You smiled as you thought of him, he was such a sweet boy. The sound of a light knocking against the shogi doors brought you from your thoughts, and you looked over at them. “Come in.” You said.
The gentle voice of Kohaku sounded through and your smile spread. He slid open the doors and you smiled sweetly at him. He smiled in return as he placed a tray with food on the floor of your room, before he moved to close the door behind him. “Good evening, Kohaku. How are you?” You kindly asked him. He smiled as he walked to you with the tray. “I’ve been well, Miss (Y/N). I’ve just been busy around the castle is all.” He answered kindly as he moved to sit before you. You smiled at his answer, as you watched him place your tray before you. “I’m pleased to hear that. Thank you, Kohaku.” You kindly said.
“It’s no problem at all, Miss (Y/N).” He replied as he sat with his knees tucked under him. You smiled at him before you looked down at your food, it wasn’t anything special, just a bowl of rice, a grilled fish, and two boiled eggs. You looked up at him in question. “Are you hungry, Kohaku?” You asked him. His eyes widen some at your question. “Umm, I am a little hungry, but I’ll eat later.” He said with a sheepish smile. You gave him a concerned look before you picked up a boiled egg and you offered it to him.
“Here, eat this, and once you’re done you can have some rice too.” You said. He shook his head as he held his hand up. “Oh no, I can’t. That’s for you Miss (Y/N).” He said. Your face went stern as you pushed the boiled egg toward his hand. “I understand that, but you work so hard around here, you deserve a well-earned break, so please eat.” You pleaded with a stern voice. He stared at you with a worried look before he looked down at the egg and he sighed in defeat before he took the egg.
You smiled in triumph as you picked up the bowl of rice. “Once you’ve finished your egg, you may eat some rice too.” You said. He nodded as he took a bite from the egg. You smiled tenderly at him, happy to see him eating. He devoured his egg quickly before he greedily picked up the bowl of rice and he began shoving it down his throat. You smiled fondly at him as you picked up your tea cup and you moved to hand it to him. “Here, drink something before you choke.” You said with a slight chuckle.
He stopped eating the rice, as his face flushed red with embarrassment. He placed the bowl down and he took the cup of tea. You smiled sweetly at him as you watched him eat your whole meal. But you didn’t mind. ‘He’s such a hard worker, he takes his job so seriously till he doesn’t even eat much.’ You thought. You smiled to yourself in thought as you looked down at your lap. ‘He’s such a sweet boy, he reminds me of Inuyasha when he was a young boy.’ You thought.
Your eyes suddenly flashed worriedly as you looked off to your side. ‘I hope he's fairing well. I know he's strong but I can't but worry.' You thought. Your cheeks suddenly warmed as you thought of the young lord of the castle. 'It’ll come as an unwelcoming surprise if he finds out that I’ve fallen in love with the young lord of this house.’ You thought worriedly. ‘But maybe he won’t mind so much, after all, he’s a half-demon just like himself.’ You thought hopefully.
The sound of wooden dishes being placed down made you snap from your thoughts and you smiled at Kohaku as he let out a contented sigh. “Ah! That hit the spot.” He said as he rubbed his stomach. You chuckled at him sweetly. “I’m glad that you enjoyed it, I hope you eat more often like this, Kohaku. I worry for you.” You said. He smiled at you. “I’ll try, Miss (Y/N).” He promised. You smiled as you nodded at him.

Inuyasha and the group were moving quickly through the woods. Inuyasha had recently caught the scent of Oak Trees and Miasma, and he immediately jumped into action and everyone followed. Kagome was forced to ride on Kirara since Inuyasha just suddenly took off, but she couldn’t blame him, his mom was in danger. If her mom was in the same predicament, she'd do the same thing. It was a pretty silent chase, not much could be said about the situation at hand.
Inuyasha’s solid focus was on keeping the scent as he ran and glided through the forest. ‘Don’t worry Mom, I’m coming to save you.’ He determinedly thought. He blinked in shock and confusion when a familiar scent rolled through. He looked towards his right, and he looked towards his left, but he didn’t see anything. ‘Why do I smell Sesshomaru nearby?’ He thought in confusion as he continued his chase.
Sango, Miroku, Kagome, and Shippo all sat in silence as they followed Inuyasha from above on Kirara. Kirara suddenly growled in warning as she looked back causing everyone else to react. “What’s the matter, Kirara?” Sango asked in concern as she looked at her companion. “What’s wrong, Sango?” Miroku asked as he looked around at Sango.
She looked back at him in confusion and worry. “I don’t know, but Kirara is reacting to something.” She explained worriedly, her eyes trailed passed everyone and her eyes widen. “Huh? What’s he doing here?” She asked in confusion. Everyone looked at her in question before they all followed her gaze behind them. Their eyes widen when they noticed that they were being trailed.
“What in the world?” Miroku asked in shock. “It’s Sesshomaru!?” Kagome called out loudly in confusion. Her voice caused Inuyasha to look back and he narrowed his sight on Sesshomaru. 'There he is. I knew I smelled him.' Inuyasha thought. Sesshomaru was flying behind the group, his impassive face dead set as he shot through the sky like a comet. “What’s he doing here?” Shippo asked in a frightened voice. “I’m not sure, but it probably has something to do with (Y/N).” Mirkou said.
“He must be following the same scent as Inuyasha.” Kagome said. Sesshomaru paid them no mind as he sped past them, the speed at which he traveled caused a whipping wind to pass by the group. They all closed their eyes as they hung on tightly to one another so as to not be blown away. Kirara growled in struggle as she fought against the powerful winds that pushed her back causing her to fall back some. “KIRARA!! ARE YOU OKAY!?” Sango yelled in worried as she felt Kirara give slightly under the wind.
Inuyasha growled in worry as he watched his friends struggle against the winds before he glared over at Sesshomaru. “What the hell are you doing, Sesshomaru? If it’s anyone who's going to take out Naraku, it’s going to be me.” He declared as he ran, keeping up with Sesshomaru's speed. Sesshomaru said nothing, as he kept focus on the sight in front of him. His eyes were glossed over with rage as he practically ignored Inuyasha. Inuyasha’s annoyed stare turned into a confused one before his glare softened some before he looked ahead of himself once more.
“Listen, I get it, you’re upset about Mom getting taken by that creep, but we’ll get her back.” Inuyasha said, trying to comfort Sesshomaru while also reassuring himself. He was feeling rather antsy, he was honestly nervous about it all. Sesshomaru glanced over at Inuyasha for a second before he looked back ahead. “Hmph, that woman is of no concern to me. I am simply here to defeat Naraku.” He scoffed. Inuyasha scoffed in return. “Huun, don’t give me that load of crap, you’re just as worried as I am, face it Sesshomaru, you’re here to save mom just like I am.” Inuyasha said. Sesshomaru scowled but he didn’t say anything in return.
The group flew behind the brothers, listening to the two as they conversed. “So, Sesshomaru knows of (Y/N)’s abduction.” Miroku noted. Sango nodded before she looked back at him. “Yes, but I’m not sure how, unless Kagura spoke to him just as she did to us.” She said. Miroku nodded. “Yes, that would make the most sense. Kagura needs as many people as she can get to help her obtain her freedom.” He said.
Sango nodded in agreement. Kagome looked down at the brothers with a thoughtful look. “Yeah, but how did Kagura know that she had any kind of connections to Sesshomaru?” She asked. They both looked back at her in shock. “That’s a good question.” Sango said. Miroku nodded. “It is, it does hold some concern. I now wonder how much of what Kagura told us was true.” He said as he thought over what Kagura told them a few nights ago.
“Yes, like if this Kusho Pearl even exists.” Sango agreed. Kagome spoke up. “I think it does.” She said. They both looked back at her in question. “Oh? How do you figure?” Sango asked. “Well, if she was lying, she wouldn’t of have sounded so hopeful. Don’t forget, she wants Naraku dead just as much as we do.” She said. Miroku nodded. “That’s true, she would have no reason to lie about the Pearl then.” He confirmed. “The question that now remains, is how did she know that (Y/N) even had any sort of connections to Sesshomaru.” Sango said. Everyone grew silent as they thought it over to themselves.

In the rocky mountains, a group of wolves could be seen running along with Ginta and Hakkaku, they were all breathing heavily as they ran through the mountains that lead towards the woods. “KOGA!!” Ginta yelled in exhaustion. “WAIT...FOR US!!!” Hakkaku yelled as they both tiredly jogged. They could see a twister that was a few yards away from them before it vanished into the woods.
They came to a stop, as they leaned over, their hands on their knees as they caught their breaths. “What’s got him… so wired up?” Hakkaku panted. “I don’t know… something about Naraku maybe.” Ginta panted. Koga ran ahead, a determined glare on his face as he charged through the forest. ‘Naraku, you bastard. I’ve finally caught a whiff of your disgusting scent. You’re mine this time.’ He thought as he raced through the forest. In the sky,
Kagura floated on her feather, as she stared down in wonder. ‘So Koga is in on the hunt too is he? I wasn’t expecting this, but the more the merrier as they say. With Naraku’s sudden change in plan, this is perfect.’ She thought, pleased with the outcome. ‘I was about to change tactics, but this should work out just fine.’ She thought before she flew off in the same direction that Koga was heading in. ‘With this amount of people, we might just have a chance to actually defeat Naraku.’ She thought as her eyes gleamed in unpromised triumph.
✩̣̣̣̣̣ͯ┄•͙✧⃝•͙┄✩ͯ•͙͙✧⃝•͙͙✩ͯ┄•͙✧⃝•͙┄✩̣̣̣̣̣ͯ
In Naraku’s castle, the Kusho Pearl gleamed a dark purple aura, the Jewel shard reacting in kind as it shined its own pure aura. Elsewhere in the castle, Kohaku walked with you down the many halls of the castle. “This castle is ever so gloomy.” You suddenly stated. Kohaku nodded in agreement. “It truly is.” He said. You sighed as you stared at the darkened hall before you. “I wonder, if perhaps the young lord will allow me to decorate the walls with some life?” You pondered aloud.
Kohaku looked over at you with a kind smile. “It’s hard to say, but it doesn’t hurt to ask him.” He said, as he encouraged you. You smiled over at him. “Ask me what?” Came Naraku's smooth voice. You both looked forward, seeing Naraku walking down the hall towards you both, Kanna walked behind him silently, her mirror shining a white light before it went back to being a reflective surface.
Kohaku straightened up in slight nervousness while your cheeks warmed and you bowed your head bashfully. “Oh, um..well my Lord. I was wondering...” You said shyly before you tailed off. Naraku stared at you for a moment before he walked forward toward you. He stopped before you, his socks coming into your field of vision but you didn’t look up. “I’m sorry, but I can’t quite hear you. You’ll have to speak up some, Milady.” He said politely.
You slowly looked up at him bashfully. “Well… I was just speaking to Kohaku, and I wanted to know if that, I perhaps could decorate the castle some.” You said shyly. He stared down at you, his eyes studied you with question before he smiled kindly. “You may, but what did you have in mind?” He asked. He honestly could care less, but he had to make your heart swoon for him completely.
You beamed up at him happily before you began to give him a list of ideas. He watched you intensely, not really focusing on what you were saying. He focused on the familiar aura of Onigumo’s aura that was leaking from you. It grew some since he last saw you. ‘Ah, so my plan is working after all, is it? I thought that perhaps it wouldn’t take hold, but alas, her half-human heart soaked in that ridiculous emotion like a sponge.”
He gave a small smirk in triumph as he ‘listened’ to your ideas for the castle. ‘Inuyasha will be most ‘pleasantly’ surprised when he discovers that his mother is loyal to me. Her heart beats for me, just as strongly as it does for him.’ He thought, as he placed his hand gently against the small of your back, leading you along with him as he nodded to your silly ideas. Kohaku stared after the two of your figures in concern for your well-being.
Kanna walked slowly pass him, as she kept up with Naraku. Kohaku looked over at her, watching as she slowly passed by him. He sighed before he decided to follow as well. The darkness of the castle swallowed you all, as your happy voice carried out through the darkness of the castle.

Severus Snape x Half-Grim Reaper! Half-Immortal human! Reader and Sesshomaru x Anastasia L/n
Family bonding 💗
Warnings: Mentions of Death and mentions of kidnapping.
Y/n and Severus watch as Sophia play with her cousin; Kaguya who was the daughter of the Goth Lady's sister. The silver-haired lady and the former Demon Lord watch as their daughter interact with her cousin.
Rin on the other hand was smiling while she was reading a book. The little girl that Sesshomaru and Anastasia took in is now in high school. After Naraku’s defeat they decided to settle in the Modern Era. In fact her Dad was typically a fast learner when it came to things in this era.
Alexander on the other hand was sitting next to his older cousin. He can't help but frown but his cousin notice this before she then giggles while patting his head. “Don’t be like that, ‘Xander...” Rin tells him which make her youngest cousin pout. “Cut it out, Rin....” he mutters looking embarrassed.
They were all currently in the L/n family mansion. Inuyasha and Kagome are around as well. Undertaker; Y/n and Anastasia’s father was watching as his two granddaughters interact with one another.
It really remind him of how his eldest interact well with her younger sister.
The retired Grim Reaper really think it was adorable whenever they have a family bonding. Anastasia on the other hand can't help but chuckle, it reminds her of how she gets along with her older sister. The former Demon Lord just watch he can't help but give a soft smile. Yes, he was no longer the Lord of the Western Lands when he stepped down as a result it was left unchecked when he made the decision to stay in the Modern Era to be with his family. His mother visit sometimes to see her grandchildren much to his annoyance, especially when she really adored his second daughter because Kaguya looks just like him but has his wife's eyes.
The Dog Demon girl adores her grandmother too making the former Demon Lord jealous. “Mother, please put her down...” He says in an annoyed tone. “Ohh... Why would I? My granddaughter seems to like it.” She says making Anastasia chuckle as she sees her husband's defeated face.
Although, the younger Half-Grim Reaper Lady was still upset with her for putting Rin’s life on the line which sent her to the Netherworld to teach her husband sorrow and compassion when it came to using the Tensaiga; the sword of Healing.
The former Potions Master just gives his brother-in-law a sympathetic look. He was aware of how Sesshomaru was annoyed whenever his mother came to visit during a family bonding sometimes. Inukimi put her granddaughter down allowing her to continue playing with her cousin.
Severus then divert his attention to his daughter; Sophia while he watches as his eldest play with her cousin.
Rin then places the book she was reading on the table in the living room as she stood up from where she sat on the couch. She stood up to join her parents and her grandmother. Despite Inukimi put her life on the line so she could teach her father what it meant to wield Tensaiga, so she still forgave her. Even though, her parents were still upset with it but never inform Kaguya about but they will tell her once she was old enough to understand.
Undertaker came to join the rest of the family. Y/m/n on the other hand carried her grandson; Alexander. Inuyasha and Kagome also joined them. Y/n smiles, “I never thought things would turn out like this...” she mutters.
Her husband then place his hand against her shoulder as he then smiles. “I wouldn't thought of it either if you hadn't save me from the poison after the Dark Lord's snake attack me....” he mutters.
The Half-Grim Reaper lady then sighs. She remembered that day back in the Battle of Hogwarts. But she doesn't even want to think about it as that still breaks her heart. In fact, she flinches whenever she saw a snake bite from other people but she doesn't show it.
Severus notices this before he then places his hand on her shoulder. “I’m sorry that I mentioned that, love.” he genuinely apologize. Y/n places her hand against his as she just gives him a sad smile.
Later...
They were all gather in the dining hall. Inukimi can't help but frown at Inuyasha particularly because of her hate towards Izayoi but she doesn't hate her eldest granddaughter though. Which her son and daughter-in-law hated her for it but nonetheless Rin forgave her despite they aren't related by blood.
The second head of the L/n family clears his throat before looking at his eldest granddaughter. “Rin, I heard you wanted to study in university overseas. Not only to continue your education, but also see the world outside of the UK." He says as Rin look at him before she nod her head. “Yes, that's true, Grandpa, but Dad wouldn't let me though.” she then says as she looks to the side.
That made the rest of the family look at the former Demon Lord.
Sesshomaru lets out a sigh. “It's for her own good.” He says making Anastasia to frown in disagreement. “Let her be. She's old enough to decide for herself.” She argue making her husband eye her. “No. It's too dangerous out there.” He says. “But I can handle myself, Dad.” Rin states but Sesshomaru only say a firm “No” to her.
“Even though, your mother and I trained you so you wouldn't be too dependant on anyone. I won't let you, sweetheart. I have no choice but to let you to continue your education here.” he finishes. Severus can't help but sigh at the former Demon Lord's protectiveness. “She’s not a child anymore, dear.” The younger Half-Grim Reaper lady argued. The former Lady of the West sighs at her son's protectiveness. “Sesshomaru, just let her. Just let her do what she wants to do.” she tells him.
“I agree. Why can't you accept she's already an adult now?” Y/n then asks her brother-in-law.
Sesshomaru shakes his head. “No, and there's nothing you can do to change my mind.” He says before taking his leave making the rest of family sigh in frustration. “Mom...” The little girl calls. “It’s okay, sweetheart. I'm gonna talk to him about this.” Anastasia says before following after her husband.
Rin then looks down on her food. Her grandparents can't help but give her a sympathetic look. Inuyasha sighs. “I hate to admit this but it must be how Naraku tried to put your life on the line.” he then carefully tells to his brother's eldest daughter. Kaguya then looks at her grandmother as she watch her caress her sister's back while comforting her.
The former Demon Lord is currently near the entry hall of the mansion as he looks around at his surroundings. “Dear...” a voice calls out before he turns around to see his wife. “What’s up with you, Sessh?” she asks as Sesshomaru sighs.
“I’m very worried about our daughter, love.” he admits as Anastasia then approaches him. “Is it because her life was put in danger when she was a child multiple times?” she carefully asks as her husband nod in confirmation. Sesshomaru then took out the Tensaiga out of it's scabbard. At that his wife's eyes widen in shock as she was as the former Demon Lord then look at the sword his father left him. “Back then, I do not understand why he left me the Tensaiga the sword of healing that can save lives in one swing while he left the Tessaiga; the sword that can kill Demons in one stroke to Inuyasha. My father once asked me before he died if I had someone to protect.” he then starts explaining as Anastasia looks at him. “Of course, back then I thought I do not need as such. Because before I met you, Anna, I was hungry power and thirst for conquest.” he continues but this time Sesshomaru allowed his wife to finish his sentence. “Of course, at the time you hate humans and half-breeds.” Anastasia says as she looks down.
Sesshomaru then notices this as he place his left hand on her shoulder. “Love, that's in the past. Back then I have no choice but to let go of the past and of course my obsession with Tessaiga as I thought back then Inuyasha wasn't worthy of it until I have to accept it. Of course I gained a sword of my own that was a part of me. However, I have to prove my worth that I can stand on my own as a great demon and of course prior to that to prove worthy of Tensaiga. Although, the other reason to why Bakusaiga appeared to me was...” he then says as the younger Half-Grim Reaper Lady looks at her husband confused. “What is it, my love?” she asks while she watch as Sesshomaru places the Tensaiga back in it's scabbard. “It’s because of the strong unconditional love you felt towards me, it's master.” he then says as she looks at him surprised. “Really, Sessh?” she asks as he nod as he hold her close to him. “I really fell in love with you back then when I first saw you and I couldn't get you off my mind.” he reveals.
The younger Half-Grim Reaper girl then looks at her husband. “About Rin, on her wanting to study in university in the US...” she mutters as her husband pull away. “In America the one in New York.” he then finishes as the former Demon Lord telling both of them that she wants to study in New York University.
“But I recommended her to study in California State University as in New York University doesn't have a literature course. When Rin was little not only she loves to draw but she also loves to write stories. So she dedicated her life to reach her dream by working hard in her studies at school. Sesshomaru, I think her studying overseas would be a good experience as she gets to see things outside of the UK, and of course how the use of the English we use is different from the Americans.” she then says.
At that made the former Demon Lord remember that his eldest daughter's dream to be a writer that she would want to make everyone smile with her writing.
Meanwhile with rest of the family...
They were all now in the living room. Inukimi and Y/m/n are currently seen comforting their eldest granddaughter while Kaguya looks at her older sister worriedly. Y/n then sighs. She knew Sesshomaru was stubborn but she never thought he disapprove Rin to study overseas. Undertaker and Severus sometimes wonder why Anastasia married him.
The twins on the other hand also look at their cousin worriedly. They really don't know their uncle very well.
Y/n felt bad for her niece but the reason why her brother-in-law disapprove it makes sense. He could no longer risk of his daughter’s life being in danger just like it happened when Naraku did it, Inukimi doing it only to teach her son sorrow and compassion, and of course Sango once tried to trade Rin's life to save Kohaku’s. Sesshomaru would have killed her for that for doing that to his daughter but Anastasia scold her that in doing so, she would put a lot of people's lives at risk. In which, the Demon Slayer realized the consequences of what would happened if she done that. Of course, Sango apologized to Sesshomaru, Rin, and Anastasia for doing that.
The former Potions Master then stood next to his wife. “I couldn't blame him for disapproving it as I understood on why." He mutters as Y/n nod in agreement. Inuyasha and Kagome left moments ago, the Half-Grim Reaper lady used the Time Travel spell to send them both back home.
“Indeed. But Rin doesn't understand that.” Y/n says along with a sigh. “That girl must understand why Sesshomaru disapproved with her plan.” her husband then says.
Speaking of the former Demon Lord.
He came around with his wife following him. He looks at his eldest daughter “Rin...." He calls out as Rin look up before she then wipe her tears from her eyes as she looks at him. She doesn't dare to speak to him. “I approve you to study overseas." He then says as that surprised her.
“Really, Dad? You're letting me study abroad?” She asks him as he nod her head. He then made his way towards the couch at that Inukimi and Y/m/n then stood up and sat to the other couch in the living room. Sesshomaru sat next to his eldest. When he did he let his hand go through her hair. “I am sorry that I made you upset but you must understand.” he says before she looks at him. “The reason why I didn't want you to was because I couldn't take the risk putting your life in danger. Like how it happened when you were just a child. Before traveling around with me, being around me, and of course when your mother is traveling with us. And we couldn't bare to lose you again, sweetheart.” he then says as he caresses his daughter's hair. Rin’s eyes widen at that the demon who she helped, the demon who save her, took her in 10 years ago, and the same demon who adopted her. “D-Dad... I...” she mutters as tears start to fall from her eyes. She then immediately wrap her arms around him as tears stream down her face. “Thank you.... Thank you for saving me, Dad. *Sniff*” she sobs as that made the former Demon Lord wrap his arms around her as he hug her back.
Seeing her husband making up with their daughter, Anastasia can't help but smile as she wipe the tear that was threatening to fall from her left eye.
Sesshomaru on the other hand won't forget that day when he saved his daughter by reviving her with the Tensaiga in return of helping him while he was badly injured by his brother. Seeing her smile change his view on humans but not completely. It did later on completely when he and his wife met officially (he met her but she hadn't with him). He never thought in the end after Naraku’s defeat he had such a wonderful family. He also adopted quickly in living in the modern era. Particularly, right before and after getting married to Anastasia.
The two then pull away. “Make sure to keep in touch with us while you're there, sweetheart.” Sesshomaru says as his eldest daughter nod. “Okay, Dad, I won't forget to.” she then says. “Also no boyfriend until you're 30.” The former Demon Lord says in a serious tone making his wife shook her head at that. Rin sighs. “Dad, I'm not a kid anymore...” she then mutters.
Afterwards....
They continue their family bonding. The adults are having a cup of tea as they watch as the children play. Rin on the other hand, is sitting next to her parents while she watch as her little sister play with their cousin while reading her book. They had such a wonderful family.
A new chapter has come in her life, well to persue her dream to become a writer and make her family proud. To make people smile.

( If no that's okay,you can delete this request) alright....So, I really like the butterfly demon that you made for Inuyasha and Sesshomaru on request.And I thought what if the fem s/o butterfly demon had met Sesshomaru and Inuyasha ( separate please) when they were little (the fem s/o butterfly demon was also still a child at that time) Dancing on a hill or mountain with the moonlight shining on her and her beautiful butterfly wings,Instead of being surprised by them Femin s/o elegantly stretches out her hand to invite them to play or dance in the middle of the forest . ( Headcannon)
Definitely! I’m very glad you enjoyed the idea, all of my requests are always so creative! I wouldn’t write so much if it wasn’t for all the vivid prompts. The whole atmosphere you described immediately reminded me, for some reason, of this song from 'A Troll's Fairy Tale' Otome game. It just set up the whole mood of the story.
Inuyasha/Sesshomaru x Butterfly Demon! Reader Headcanons: First meeting
Featuring a young Inuyasha and Sesshomaru and their first encounter with the child demon.
Tumblr media
Inuyasha
Inuyasha was never a child to cause trouble. He always clung to his mother's soft sleeves, quickly following behind her as his tiny footsteps barely made a sound against the polished tatami. So whatever possessed him that night is, to this day, beyond his understanding. Nonetheless, on a certain night with full moon, he snuck outside and ran across the tall grass and up the hill until he reached a glade.
It was almost as if someone had called him by his name, a mumbled, merely audible whisper echoing from the distance. He’d been to this place many times before with his mother, yet now it looked entirely different. His small body cowered before the crooked, swaying shadows of the tall trees and he wanted to run away, doubting his intentions. That’s when the clouds cleared and the patch of open greenery was once again bathed by pale light. He hadn’t noticed the other person. A child, like him, carelessly and effortlessly dancing around, indifferent to the world. Although it couldn’t have been a human. Inuyasha was very much familiar with demons given his own family, but he’d never seen one like this. Adorning her back, a pair of sheer, colorful wings fluttered gently in the wind.
He must’ve been staring rather intently, because the mysterious nocturnal artist finally noticed his presence. You seemed pleased by the idea of having company, so you enthusiastically skipped and twirled your way over, extending an inviting hand. He barely grazed his fingers against yours when the worried shouts of his mother startled him out of his trance. “I think I have to go back home”, he muttered apologetically. “Mom is looking for me.” And with that, he begun sprinting away, occasionally looking back to see if the butterfly girl would still be there.
Sesshomaru
Even as a child, Sesshomaru had always been aloof and independent. It wasn’t uncommon for him to disappear at random times, so no one would question it, especially given he’d always return safely. Sometimes he just needed time to himself and away from others, in order to gather his thoughts and also train, hoping to close the gap between him and his father. Other times he’d wander out of pure curiosity, out of the desire to explore.
It was during one of his nightly expeditions that he felt the sudden desire to follow along a certain path. He knew very well where it led, to one of the cozily hidden glades he’d visit for his sword training. Though he’d never been there after dark, so this was a first. Once he reached the forest clearing, he shuddered slightly at the cold wind. It was unexpectedly chilly for late spring and the cherry blossom branches creaked with the breeze, scattering clumps of petals. He surveyed the area with his big amber eyes and spotted some movement ahead. A girl his age. Or rather, a demon. He involuntarily reached for his sword, expectantly. You were too focused on your movements to realize his presence. A pirouette under the moonlight, and your wings spread open theatrically once you were finished. Sesshomaru was mesmerized.
You heard the quiet gasp and turned to your audience, chuckling at the young boy’s baffled expression. “You can join, too. I won’t mind.” You said reassuringly. Sesshomaru huffed, embarrassed to be caught so beguiled. “Why would I do something so silly?” He retorted, trying to play it cool. He folded his arms and looked away, uninterested. “You can just say you don’t know how to dance.” You teased, cheekily. This seemed to have hit a nerve, as the boy glared at you and answered with a puffed up chest, “S-so what about it, I’m a warrior, not a dancer!” You shrugged and hopped on a nearby rock for some elevation, continuing your little dance. As annoyed as he sounded, Sesshomaru continued to observe you, a faint blush warming his cheeks.

You scramble to get to the first class of the morning, thinking to yourself it should’ve been a crime to have classes before 10 am. It was the first day of freshman year and you were already late.
The lecture hall was packed to the brim seconds before classes would start. You’d scan the descending seats, hopeful for even a few inches of space. A faint voice starts to speak out next to you and looking down you see a man with utterly soft fairytale-like features. He initially stuns you at first until you realize he’s telling you there’s an empty seat next to him and you whisper to him plenty of words of thanks.
You settle beside him, taking out things from your backpack, throwing quick glances back at him, and eventually realize the severity of your consequences when you notice how you forgot to pack all the necessary items for your first day. “Fuck.”
The quiet man nonchalantly offers a pen, peeking through his specs. “Here.”
“Really?” You take it from his grasp. “Thank you.”
He nods and turns back mindlessly to his journal, preparing himself for the note-taking. After some more scrambling, you sheepishly poke at his shoulder and avert his attention back on you, seeing that awkward apologetic grin on your face. “I don’t want to bother you again, but can I have a sheet of paper?”
He nods, tearing one out and handing it to you the same way he had the pen, which you accepted graciously. “And…I didn't bring my textbook so–”
“I’m not tearing you pages from my textbook because you don’t have yours.”
“Not that,” you reassure, unsure whether he made a joke or if he actually thought you’d ask that of him, “If you don’t mind sharing, that’d be great. It’d only ever be for one time.”
The man sighs, begrudgingly pushing his book until it centers the both of you. “There.”
“Thank you,” you whisper and scoot closer to him, almost too close for comfort.
He pays you no mind for the rest of the time, even when you cross the invisible lines that were essential to common courtesy. He knew he just had to deal with it one day (which was far from the actual truth), and lucky for him, you knew how to be quiet for the most part anyway. The class came to an end eventually and he was grateful for that, he just had two more classes for the rest of the day. Picking up his belongings, you block off his path with a smile.
“Thanks again,” You bring out your hand for him to shake, “I’m Y/n.”
“Jihoon.” He answers plainly, barely reciprocating your gesture before getting up to follow everyone else through the exits.
You mouth his name as if committing it to memory and was quick to get a step behind him. “You should let me thank you sometime…Jihoon.”
“That’s not necessary.”
You halt in front of him before he could exit the doors. “At least a coffee. We are gonna be classmates after all.”
He sighs, avoiding those puppy eyes that come naturally to your golden retriever energy. He usually avoided people like you. People like you were draining, distracting, and he’d rather stay cooped up in his apartment rewatching Inuyasha for the thousandth time.
Yet.
 “Just a coffee?”
Your eyes light up like the fourth of July. “And your insta?”
Present Day Christmas Eve
“But I wanted to celebrate Christmas with you,” You whine over the phone.
Your mother’s reassuring voice resonated from your phone. “Sweetie, you’re young and able-bodied, you’ll find something better to do than hanging around two old coots.”
“Well, you old coots have a one way trip to Hawaii, how will I top that?”
It turns out your parents hit the jackpot on some bingo night at the community center and would be traveling without you. No doubt, it hurt that you wouldn’t be going, but it hurt more that you wouldn’t be with your family since you spent pretty much every Christmas with each other. It was like things were changing before your eyes. You were growing older and older and you weren’t their little kid anymore. You were on your own.
“There’s always next year, sweetheart.”
You sigh defeatedly and hang up before trying someone else. The dial tone became an incessant noise in your ear after several attempts of contacting your friends. The messages blew up soon after rejection and apologies. Who knew on the Eve of Christmas no one would be available? (Of course, you knew but it couldn’t help to try).
“Y/n, I’m sorry.”
Groaning into the phone in frustration, almost sobbing into the phone about to hear another rejection come from a loved one’s lips. “You’re kidding.”
“This is me and Mingyu’s first Christmas together. Maybe try Cheol? Yeri? Joshua?”
“They’ve been talking about their alps for months!” You slump in your loveseat and whimper into the cushions. You could hear your friend’s sigh of pity on the other line. “Come on, there has to be one other person in your same predicament.”
“I don’t know about that.”
You've gone up and down your contact list, almost closing in on coworker numbers, and acquaintances, including a hookup that slipped his number in your phone without looking. Even that sounded tempting at this point. Lucky for you, you weren’t that desperate.
There was one last person you thought to call though. They’re also the first person you thought to spend Christmas with besides family. A person that you thought could spend all your time with. The question was whether he wanted to spend such a holiday with you.
Sometime after your first encounter
Jihoon planned to continue his quaint life as a college student, but you didn’t make it easy. Despite the lack of assigned seating, you made sure to take the seat next to him every day, waving at him when you enter the classroom after him a beat later. You made sure you wouldn’t come to class late again just to sit next to him.
“Hi, desk mate—I mean Jihoon. See I remembered.”
He sees you take your seat, settling in on the fact that there was pretty much his designated seat now no matter how early he arrives, “Hey.”
Taking his things out of his bag to be blindsided by you who pushes packaged convenience food in front of him. “Breakfast!”
“You said it’d only be coffee.” He points out a matter of fact.
“I did.” You point to bottled expresso. “Right there. Everything else is interest.”
He sighs, taking the coffee and stuffing it in his bag. “I’ll just take this. Thanks.”
“Come on, you’ll be hungry later.”
He flips through pages of his textbook, happy being using it alone, “I’ll survive.”
You somehow became a thorn in his side seeing you routinely and he made no effort in changing that. Where he was, you went. You made yourself nearly impossible to avoid. Over time, he found himself relying on you because of it. Though he found you a nuisance at times, it wasn’t all bad. You were chirpy and clingy, but that proved yourself to be useful at times.
“Shit!”
Jihoon never runs for a few reasons: it’s tiring, he gets sweaty, and he gets red. Really red. So, being tardy to lectures was not on the agenda, until the day he had no choice.
He burst through the lecture hall much like your first day, late for the first time ever in his life, he blames it all on his dorm mate that came home drunk and insisted on him dancing with him in the middle of the common area for no reason and cleaning up his puke soon after (yeah maybe his roommate’s name rhymes with toonyoung).
He tries getting to a seat inconspicuously as possible if any were available, and that’s when he hears your harsh whisper. Your hand waves him over and pointed at the seat next to you that had your backpack currently occupying it.
He sighs but nods at you in a quiet thanks before accepting the invitation. You grin from ear to ear watching him get in his seat and pass him a Pocari sweat, like some kind of guardian angel. “You’re a bit red. Have at it.”
He gulps looking back at the refreshment and accepts it before chugging half of it down in desperation. “Thank you.”
“There’s always more if you need it.” You lightly nudge him before directing your attention to the lecture.
He glances back at you, wondering how you always keep that optimistic smile on your face relentlessly, how you never grow tired, and he starts to think about what motivates it all. You were an average student like he is. What was there to smile about?
Class ends again like aways and much like other days, here you were following him like a newborn puppy. Most days he ignored you, but that day he didn’t bother trying. Instead, he felt a sense of gratitude.
“Does this mean you’ll let me have your insta now?”
Not stopping in his stride, he flattens out his hand in your direction. “Phone.”
“Really?” You ask as happily as a child, already taking it out and unlocking it before handing it to him.
He immediately pulls up your contact list and adds himself in, his name as plain and straightforward as possible. He hands it back to you. “I put in my number. I don’t have Instagram.”
“That’s fine! I can call you all the time now.”
You try retrieving it before he pulls it away with an authoritative expression.  “Not all the time.”
“Alright, alright.” Finally grabbing hold and editing the name by adding a heart to the end. “So, what’s the rest of our day look like?”
Present day Christmas Eve
“Y/n.”
Your relationship with Jihoon now was hard to put into words. You were no longer classmates, and now you even wonder if you are even classified as friends. Your history was everything but nothing all at once. If you had a gun pointed at your head, your brain wouldn’t process the answer fast enough to save yourself. Just exactly what were you to each other? Better yet, what were you to him.”
“What’s up?”
He could hear your signature chipper on the other line, somehow weirdly nostalgic. “You called me.”
“I know, but it’s Christmas Eve, what are you doing?”
“Mmh, just, around.”
You scratch your head at his vague answer. Jihoon was indeed a man of few words but not that few. “You’re alone, aren’t you?”
Jihoon may have forgotten about the holidays coming around the corner and made no plans, but that was easy being the workaholic he was. He clears his throat, lingering in the awkward silence he’s put upon himself, “…Well—“
You shake your head at him as if he could see you, “Oh god, you are. I’m coming over.”
He could hear you rustling in the background, eyes rapidly blinking at his realization. “W-w-why?”
“Well, because.” You answer, the rattle of your keys heard through the phone.
He blinks, awaiting for other words to follow only for them to never do. “Because?”
“Yeah. Because.” You bite your lips, hoping he doesn’t hear how hard you’re smiling.
“…Don’t you have plans?”
You hum, breaking out into that smile you tried suppressing. “I do. With you.”
Last year of college
“No.”
“Why the hell not?”
Jihoon was open about being a hermit. He didn’t make an effort to go to places like parties, clubs, or even school events. Not that he didn’t get invited, because he had plenty of invites, trust him. He just thought it was a desperate attempt for most people to do the inevitable: get drunk, get laid, or get embarrassed.
“I don’t like parties.”
“But I’ll be there.” You tug his arm, pleading with him with your eyes.
He pulls himself away from your grasp. “More than enough reason not to go.”
“You love me don’t lie. I’m the light of your life.”
The unamused look on his face told you otherwise but despite the protests, you convince him somehow to come through. Never in this lifetime did he think someone could persuade him to willingly go to a frat party and now here he was with his peers, who were all drunk and out of their minds, including you.
You had plenty of drink, quickly becoming one with the music and atmosphere that almost worried the introvert. If you weren’t careful and he hadn’t been around, who knows what would’ve happened? Even if you had been annoying, you became tolerable, he desire no ill will disposed on you.
You cling to him harsher than you usually do, which he let happen. The stench of cheap beer and wine coolers staining your clothes and breath. Jihoon knew who could’ve been in a better situation, but at this moment it could’ve been worse. If not for you, there’d be more people coming up to him that he could help without pestering him to drink, play beer pong, or something of the equivalent. You were more than the perfect excuse to do no more socializing than necessary. So as far as he knew it, tonight should’ve been just fine.
“Jihoon…Jihoon…” You play chopsticks on his shoulders, imagining them as a big piano.
“What?” He answers, nudging you off him.
You drape your limp arms over him. Your hot breath tickles his cheeks, which on grew pinker from the body heat. “I’m like, super, fucked…”
Of course, the downside of all this was you were drunk enough on behalf of everyone else attending this party combined.
He rolls his eyes knowingly, a taut grin on his face as he tried helping you from falling over in your seat. “I know. I was there when you almost drank yourself to death.”
“But, but…I have a secret…shhhh, don’t tell anyone.”
He shrugs his shoulders, mindlessly tending and listening to the ramblings of a drunk college student. “Who would I tell?”
You stabilize yourself against him, cupping a hand to his ear. “To be honest…I like you a lot…”
He softly scoffs in disbelief. He pushes away sweaty strands of your hair away from your forehead before flicking it lightly, tossing you back with a giggle leaving your lips. “I see…Well, that’s a shame. I tolerate you.”
You pout childishly, latching to his bicep helplessly, “That’s okay...”
He pinches his nose, “…You reek of alcohol.”
“I should reek of you.”
“That made absolutely no sense.” He says, playing dumb.
“It means…I want to kiss you.”
He didn’t like how that affected him. Even with his sobriety, he could feel how his heart’s pace match yours without delay. This awe-stricken gaze in your eyes he couldn’t comprehend paired with the sweet image of your puckered lips aiming towards his face. Why was he even a little bit tempted?
His palm falls flat against your lips, protecting you, and maybe even himself, from a mistake waiting to happen. “…You’re drunk…You’ll forget all this next morning.”
And that’s what happened. After that night, you puked your guts out, holding on to the toilet bowl for dear life, and were knocked out soon after with the aid of Jihoon and your dormmates. You don’t remember a wink of that night, waking up the next day with a headache and Tylenol with water by your bedside. You don’t remember your drunk confession, or the way you openly threw yourself at him, nor the look in his eyes when you admitted it.
Jihoon, however, remembered everything. It haunted him. He feared it happening ever again. He couldn’t like you and you weren’t supposed to like him. It was better off this way. Right?
Present day Christmas Eve
Although a lot of things changed, a lot still didn't. Jihoon still didn’t drink, but he had to have been drunk if you were actually standing in the middle of his apartment right now with a grocery Christmas ham and a carton of eggnog (the worst possible combination by the way). Your all too familiar smile woke up the pit of his stomach that was vacant when he last saw you. It brought back that same fear again. A part of himself wanted to close the door on you but every other fiber in being was resilient against it.
So now here you were, heading to his kitchen, placing the eggnog in his fridge, and taking out the grocery ham from its packaging. “I’d have more food, but I was in charge of the ham and eggnog this year. The turkey’s less popular cousin and the season’s choice of drink: dairy…I obviously got the shorter straw. Ha-ha mom and dad.”
His eyes just curiously followed your every move, wondering what made you decide to be here of all places after all this time. You raid his cabinets like it's your own home, taking out a small sum of food he had, thinking to yourself that you could probably conjure up something appetizing. Otherwise, it was gonna be coke zero for dinner, which didn’t sound too bad at this point. “Thank god you have more than ramen in here. I was worried I was gonna have to throw you an intervention after visiting.”
“What are you doing here, Y/n?” He finally asks.
You look up from your busy hand and meet his eyes, still unreadable and solemn. “I’m celebrating Christmas with you.”
“Why?”
“Why not–Oh my god, you have a tree.” You approach his barely hanging tree that was only a foot taller than its owner. “This is…cute. Questionable how it’s still standing, but cute.”
He raises a brow, “Now, you’re insulting my tree?”
“I said it's cute, didn't I?”
Jihoon felt his lips twitch in an almost smile. “You’re annoying as always.”
“Nice seeing you too Jihoon.”
Last year in December
“Funny. I thought you two would be going out by now, not, what’s his face, Wonwoo.”
You were often seen around the guy, chatting, laughing, and sympathizing. Wonwoo was part of your Latin History lecture and he knew how to keep you entertained. Rumor had it that you were seen spending more than platonic time together. It was almost the amount of time you were used to spending with Jihoon, if not more.
“Yeah, well. Up to them.”
Soonyoung looked back at his roommate with concern. Despite Jihoon having not said a word, His feelings for you were blossoming before Soonyoungs eyes and he finds his roommates wandering your presence. He felt the shorter man open up more because of you and maybe he could find his own happiness someday.
It was all until Wonwoo came into the picture. Tall, handsome, and sensitive. Untouchable, compare to Jihoon.
“He’s not even all that …okay, that’s a lie. I’m huffing copium right now, he’s gorgeous,” he admits as he scrolls through the spoken man’s instagram.
“What’s your point, Soonyoung?”
Jihoon lacked life in his eyes and if it was possible, Soonyoung could’ve heard his own heart shatter at the sight.
“Just..hang in there, buddy.” The blonde pats his peer on the back, and his ineffective reassurance goes unnoticed.
Whatever the hyperactive roommate meant was none of Jihoon’s concern. He was busy ignoring the erupting feelings he had for you. To make the matter worse, he had to deal with the fact that he perhaps lost the many chances to act on his feelings. For all he knew, Wonwoo could’ve been the real deal.
But then again, that wasn’t any of his business.
“Hey stranger,” You sit beside him in a place you were both familiar with.
He smells the whiff of hot cocoa with a hit of peppermint emitting from your cup. It was your usual. You placed it next to his toffee latte, sweeter than what he’s used to, but free of charge thanks to Seokmin who oozed desire for validation. He convinced himself that it was the caffeine making his heart twitch. “Hey.”
“Excited for winter break?”
“That’s…a word to describe it for someone.” He veers back to his laptop, pretending to work.
“What no plans again?” You pester with a playful smile, leisurely sipping.
Jihoon simply shrugs. “No.”
This was your favorite time of year and you believed everyone deserved to have a good time on this specific occasion. Every year, you spent it with family, presents, and dinner, just cherishing everything you had to be grateful for. It was contrary to Jihoon who had spent alone every year since college. His family was thousands of miles away from him and a ticket to reach them would've cost a leg and an arm. This was a lonely season for him.
“How about spending the holiday with me and my family this year?”
He pauses his movement to look up at you, your smile lets his infatuation for you fester like a disease, grinning cheek to cheek in that cute way it does which was indescribably delightful. He could feel his heart swell, the sweat on his forehead pour, and the unsettlement of his legs shake. It was only some time ago he came to terms with his feelings but the truth of the matter was he was never good with feelings. They were too intense for him to understand and he knew that only meant immense disappointment in the end. He wasn’t willing to take that chance.
“I think you should be with Wonwoo.” He returns back to his screen, typing the same word over and over again, “Good reason to check out the lights they put out in town.”
You scoff, your heart swelling for an entirely different reason. “Do you really mean that? You really rather I spend Christmas with Wonwoo than with you?”
There was this look in your eye and sternness in your tone. He had never heard something like that come out of you before, but he couldn’t help it. Self-sabotage came out naturally at this point. You being hurt was only momentarily, he reassures himself. He was doing the both of you a favor.
“Yeah. I think that’s the best use of your time.”
“…Fine.”
You pick yourself up to leave, tears brimming your eyes before finally walking towards the exit where the windchimes followed.  The cold winter air hit you like a slap in the face, quickly drying the hot tears that came running down your cheeks.
This was it for you. You were done trying. For good this time.
Present day, Christmas Eve
When you insisted on helping him fix up his tree, you noticed how pretty looked under the Christmas fluorescent lights. He never realized that until now. Probably because he never had the chance.
Your attention to detail was admittedly admirable. He was glad that part of you hadn’t changed.
“I thought about this probably a thousand times, you know.”
“What?” Jihoon entertains.
You step down from the stepping stool to put it away after you gave the tree some finishing touches. Thank god for the popcorn in his pantry. “Spending Christmas with you. It was really hard to come here. And I'm not talking about several feet of snow I had to plow through to get here.”
“Why would you do that for me?”
You scoff, finding it ridiculous how easily he ignores the obvious. “I don’t know. Because you’re my friend. You deserve a nice Christmas. I like doing things out of the good of my heart. Like I was gonna leave you alone? Again?”
“What about you? Didn’t you have anyone to celebrate with?”
You roll your eyes. “Not the point.”
“Seems like the major point.” He retorts, almost sounding amused.
You sigh, walking towards him, “Yeah, everyone else canceled on me, but I’m glad that out of everyone you were available.”
“So I was last choice?”
You furrow your brows. “No, god, could you drop it? ”
“Just why spend Christmas here then?”
“Because I like you!” You shake your body furiously as you threw a tantrum, close to pulling your hair out from the roots. “God, knows why? You’re cold, mean, and distant. You couldn’t be more disinterested and it’s infuriating.”
“Why like me then?”
You body goes limp, clenching your fist helplessly, “I don’t know. Sometimes you were nice to me. It felt nice. And I hope that maybe…that meant something. Then you’d go ignore me like I did something wrong…I never had to work for it before.”
You felt your head spinning in circles. You were too old for this shit. You weakly falling to your knees, Jihoon quickly following to meet your level. “H-hey–”
“I thought if I approached you enough maybe you’d like me back. No matter how hard I tried, you wouldn’t do anything! God, was I naive and stupid. I should’ve never had co—“
Jihoon leans forward and kisses you square center on your lips, stealing your words and breath away. The pressure of his plush cushion makes your frustration dissipate; his hand takes the side of your head, stroking you tenderly. He parts from you when he feels your body calm down, looking back into your eyes glistening in the tears you didn’t realize you had shed.
“Maybe they worked…so your methods weren’t all terrible.”
You were the quiet one for once. His rare smile perks up his face, eyes filled with love and sincerity. You gaze at him as he hugs your cheek with his hands and wipes your tears away with the pads of his thumbs. He embraces your shaking body, soothing your back with the cool palm of his hand.
“...You’re such an asshole.”
“I know. I’m sorr—”
You tug on his sweater to reclaim him, melting into his sweet warmth, finally. You were over the moon. It only took you roughly five years. You finally had him where you wanted and now you were never willing to let him go. Five years all worth the wait.
Present day, New Year’s Eve
“Mmh, hmm…”
“Are you sure you’re getting this all down?”
“P-positive.”
Jihoon chuckles at your disposal. The vibrations of his soft laughter vibrate through your core and are quickly followed by the harsh stripe guided by his tongue. His arms underneath and around your thighs had your legs pressed against his cheeks, thumb teasing the shape of your clit before he’s pinching it as he engorges on your warmth. You hold the phone away from you briefly to whisper a ‘good god,’ and return to the conversation at hand.
“And you’re making sure Jihoon’s going. How did you manage that?”
“Oh,” you chuckle nervously, “just some, mmh, convincing.”
“Knew you could do it. He always did have a soft spot for you. Well, let me know what exactly you do also because I’ve been trying to get him to DJ my wedding all year—“
“Oh…right,” you bit your lips when you feel Jihoon’s tongue fuck inside you, tasting your insides and spreading you open.
His grunts were soft but coherent, exhibiting the satisfaction he was tasting inside you, sucking against your folds, dribbling his spit and your moisture all over his chin and neck. He can’t help but dig deeper, getting his nose in the action. He practically loses all his senses at this point, but he didn’t care; not that he couldn’t breathe, or how his heart pounded, or that you were on the phone with someone. You were worth the wait.
“Anyways, when are you coming?”
“Oh…soon…” You slur, hardly listening to a word.
Jihoon snickers.
“Great, because I know I said seven but since you’re bringing—“
Jihoon snatches the phone from you and puts the phone mic next to his swollen lips, “We’ll get there when we get there, Seungkwan.”
“Wait, Jihoon? You were with—wait are y’all l—YOU NAST—“
Jihoon hangs up before the younger man can finish, tossing the phone randomly somewhere on the bed, and is finally able to let you finish.
“B-baby…he definitely knows now…” you whine.
“Fuck, if I care. Just focus on me, hmm, you taste so fucking good.”
He brings your legs up to leverage you in the air. On his knees and your legs on either of his shoulders, he devours you ambitiously, fingers fucking your knuckles deep in until he feels you shake an earthquake. You shout his name without remorse, begging for more.
“I’m really about to cum, Jihoon. Please, can I?”
Your voice laced with honey, you look up at him with tears in your eyes, sweat beading down your forehead, Jihoon couldn't help but let you do whatever you want with him. “...In my mouth.”
He latched himself on you, tongue fucking your insides as he ran his fingers rampage along with it. Your hips twitch in his embrace until you're practically thrashing in bed, clutching pillows, throwing them aside, lacking almost all control of your limbs. When he comes back up to the surface for air, he’s wiping the mess on his face with the back of his hand.
“You’re a mess,” You laugh, heaving your chest.
“Speak for yourself.”
You snicker only to quickly be brought back to reality. “We do need to get those groceries though. Seungkwan needs them.”
He raises a brow at you, readjusting his legs to pin you by your wrist, that smile to first appear a few days ago not seeming to waver in the slightest. “Sounds like I haven’t tire you out enough.”
“Baby—“
“I have more work to do.”
Giggling, you feel him embracing your sweaty form beneath him, peppering kisses all over you neck and cheeks until the finally reach your lips, chasteful compared to the event just few moments ago. You smile against his kiss, “I guess we still have some time?”
He strokes your hair, kissing your forehead. “Of course, to make up for the times when we didn’t.”

They find out a lot and Keep her safe and earn her trust and mk shows off his new sister pictures and videos
🤩 sure, and man it has been a while since I watched inuyasha.
Anyway, let’s get on with the show, shall we?
Warning: noob author, dark theme’s, yandere platonic characters, and others.
Characters: shadowpeach (sun wukong x macaque) and their son.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Shadowpeach + their son:
You were a half monkey demon that had to hide from angry citizens that had ruin your life until you got to a big city, losing them easily.
Your parents was from different races, your mother being a monkey demon and your father a human. Your father had worked as a clothes designer while your mother did mercenary work, they had loved and raised you until the day they had died in you hometown if you can even call it that anymore.
The leader of the town had a. Daughter that seemed to have had a thing for your mother and when she had heard that your mother was married and had a child already so she decided to do things that she shouldn’t have done but she did as she listened to her rage.
(I was going to have the daughter of the leader go for the husband of your demon mother but I thought it would be interesting to see the daughter of the leader go for the mother.)
She had everyone hooked on a rumor of your father which resulted in the early deaths of your parents and she’s coming after you next.
You had been on the street for a week until a male with a red bandanna, brown hair and the smell monkeys on him, you had almost went towards him before realizing the dangers in doing that.
You growled at him trying to get him to leave but that only had him come closer, you also noticed that he had a soft look on his face that reminded you of you deceased father and had you almost taking a step towards him but decided against is as it could be a trick and he could be working with the citizens in you previous home.
Mk knew he wasn’t getting anywhere with how things are going so he decided to go for another route; transforming into his original looks, which is a monkey demon like his dads. He had hoped you would trust him but with how you’re acting so far it would seem he’s too late so he hoped this would help even though it could only be a little.
You were shocked when the male had turned into a monkey demon like you. You started to trust him a little more and got closer towards him as he had his hands up in a surrender pose.
He saw how young you were once light hit you a little more than it did and had wondered why you’re like this as you’re to young to have hate and such rage in your body; he was going to take you to his work but started to think and decided on taking you to flower fruit mountain as it would be something you might be familiar with and comfortable plus the raw fruit that’s there.
He wonders if you would eat peaches like his dad or mango’s….. or just both like him.
When the two of you got there the monkey’s who lived there got excited and came towards them in a rush; he noticed that you had tensed when they all rushed towards the two of you before relaxing, leaving him to ponder on what had happened before he met you.
Meh bring you to his home that was in the waterfalls and there you met his two dads; sun wukong and macaque. You didn’t know who this sun was so that got mk worried because basically everyone who wasn’t a baby knew who his dad is wether it was enemies or fans!
When sun had met you he was so happy to fin another monkey demon like his mate and son! Even if you’re half human, though he is starting to worry on why you’re growling so early of age at another monkey demon; though he is soon informed by mk that maybe something had happened to you before he had found you.
Macaque understood pretty fast as to why you’re growling at them as had seen it before in the past and had helped some as well so he knew what to do with helping you trust them.
It would have taken 5 months until you trusted them without macaque being there but with him there it had taken 3 to 4 months for you to trust them fully.
When they learned that you had been rubbed out from your hometown they were furious but also thankful as they wouldn’t have met you if that didn’t happen but still furious as to how the citizens had to go that far to just run a child even if she’s a demon out of her home.
When the daughter of the leader had found out that the child of her deceased girlfriend had been adopted by the monkey king and six eared Macaque and therefore mk’s sister she worried of what’s to become of her after they captured her.
They made sure her punishment was long and painful before killing but also thanked her for bringing their daughter to them as the life in her eyes began to fade away.
(A/n: I’m thinking of doing parts for these asks if their long so I can upload them faster so I’ll probably be making these posts into two parts or more so look out for that. Anyway hope y’all like what I did with it! And have a wonderful day/evening/night!!)
I’ve been binge non watching inuyasha as I study and it brung up so many nostalgic crush feelings for that young man. I came here to read a fanfic and wow there are NONE. The sess fans are strong for sure but like what about my boy?!?! So I’ve decided to write a fanfic of aged up inuyasha (because I’ve seen some smut and he still has the energy of a teen which is weird)
I’m thinking arranged marriage au which mature inuyasha gets dragged off to meet his fiancee a grey fox half demon(is full demon except once a month she turns fully human) Her demon father/step mother want to get rid of her and appease the dog demon clan. Inuyasha helps her run away and live freely with his gang but ends up bonding deeply and of course I gotta through some kagome jealousy in there.
Can I request yandere father inuyasha x half breed daughter reader
Where she was sent to the future as a baby by kagome and the reader comes back years later at 15 years old please
Note: Since Inuyasha is a Half-Breed and Kagome is Human, that would make their children Quarter-Demon. Kagome didn't want to do this but she was out of options as she ran to the well of time with a bundle tucked in one arm and a basket tied to a rope in the other - this was the only way she could save her daughter from her obsessive father, Inuyasha. Ever since [Daughter] was born, Kagome noticed that Inuyasha that more interested in their daughter than anything else - more than getting stronger, more than food, even more than Kagome herself. She noticed that Inuyasha would hold the baby every second of every day, only allowing Kagome to hold the baby when she had to breastfeed her, only to take her back the moment the feeding was over, and walked away into another room. Inuyasha didn't want to be separated from his daughter at any time and refused to leave the house if [Daughter] wasn't with him or he would drive everyone who came to visit away within a span of 5 minutes. Kagome didn't like this and knew that if Inuyasha kept his daughter close like this, she was never going to have a life of her own her she got older, so Kagome made a plan to save her daughter - saving her daughter from her obsessive father.
Kagome placed a sleeping powder in Inuyasha's food and when he was asleep, Kagome gathered her daughter, a basket, and some rope and ran to the well of time to send her daughter to the Future Era. She gave her baby a kiss on the forehead before lowering the baby into the well and waited for the shine to take place to know that the baby was no longer in the Feudal Era, now she was going to have to deal with Inuyasha.
15 Years Later
At the Higurashi Family Shrine, [Daughter] was cleaning around the old well when she accidentally fell in and was transported to the Feudal Era with her training sword when a demon came out of nowhere and attacked [Daughter] but she was recused by a Quater-Demon named Moroha who happened to be the daughter of some people named Kagome and Inuyasha. When Moroha noticed that [Daughter] was hurt, Moroha offered to introduce her to her mother who could heal her wounds and make her feel better, and [Daughter] agreed. Upon arrival, Kagome looked horrified at [Daughter's] appearance before her home but wasn't able to do anything when Inuyasha came out of nowhere and grabbed the girl's shoulders before sniffing and smiling before hugging her tightly.
"My Daughter! My [Daughter] has returned to me and I'm never gonna let you go again." The Half-Breed spoke until [Daughter] pushed him away and pulled her sword out at him.
"I don't know you, so don't act as if you know me, mister." [Daughter] growled at him.
"Oh, but I do you know - you are my and Kagome's first daughter - the daughter she hid from me but now that you are here, I am never letting you leave here." He flashed his claws, "Even if I have to take away your legs."
The Lost Pearl Part 17
Syverson x reader
Masterlsit (All Parts on there)
TW: FLUFF, Tension
Tumblr media
You were laying in bed, awake enough but not strong enough to get out of bed. Normally you would feel restless but you had come to enjoy taking a break and just resting in bed. It had been such long and exhausting years. But now you enjoyed a cup of tea and reading. It was not an escape from a horror you saw. You did it just because you wanted to, for pleasure. However, after a couple of days in bed, you were ready to get into your daily routine. You looked over at your bedside table. There the papers of Syverson still sat. You could not help but reach for them. You should not be looking at them, you had just made peace with Syverson again. Yet, your natural curiosity and racing mind interfered. You looked at each piece. Looked carefully at what was written and what the concerns were. You got up and got your writing feather. You scribbled some comments and things to consider. This is how you spent most of your day. Everyone had agreed that you were well enough to be alone. Cella and Ethos had stopped by throughout the day just to check. However, Rosamund did not. You sighed, looking at the slowly darkening sky.
You pulled off your blanket. Standing up. You wrapped your overcoat and a shawl around you. You had not put something over your hair since Syverson took it off. You just simply put it back in a bun or braid. You slipped into your slippers that were ineffective against the cold ground here but it was all you had. You went out of your room and a bit down the hall until you reached Rosamund’s room. You had to make it up to her. She had done nothing wrong and you went off on her. You were ashamed, to say the least. You knocked lightly. It took a while but then you heard Rosamund’s voice. You opened the door slightly, looking into the room. “May I come in?” Rosamund looked at you for a second before nodding looking down at her hands. She was sitting at her desk, it looked like she was doing school work.
She started up again ignoring your present or trying to do so. You smiled to yourself. Walking across the room you sat next to her, staring at the fire. After a while, she laid her schoolwork in front of you, and you went on to correct some minor mistakes. When this one was done a knock was at the door. Rosamund’s maid came in. You instructed her to get some sweets from the kitchen.
You walked towards the bed picking up some blankets and pillows before putting them on the fur in front of the fire. “Common Rosamund, a fort does not build itself.” She sprung up grabbed a sheet and started rearranging things. In no time the maid came back putting the sweets and some tea on the table. She smiled at your and Rosamund's antics. Rosamund had been sad for a couple of days even though she tried not to show it. “I will inform the Captain you will be taking your supper here.” And left. Soon the fort was built, the fire warming and lighting it up. As for the entrance it was on the other side, hidden by a big pillow. Rosamund crawled in while you picked up the sweets and tea. You handed her the stuff and crawled in. You both snuggled into the pillows and blankets. Rosamund immediately took one of the caramelized fruits. Munching happily on them. You smiled watching her. You scooted closer to her. “Turn around, little firefly.” You did something you had not done since your mother died. You started to untangle and brush Rosamund’s hair. You hummed lowly to yourself. You got out of the fort and grabbed some oil for the hair. You put it in your hand before rubbing it into the ends and then on the scalp, fluffing up her hair. She was drinking and eating. But the silence was not unpleasant, it was an attempt to mend whatever was broken. Once you were done you started to braid her hair loosely at the scalp to not disturb her in sleep and then into two braids down her back. You made sure her little baby hair was out of her face. You kissed her forehead before leaning back and taking a sip of your own tea.
“I am sorry and I love you, little firefly,” you suddenly said. It had to be said. Just because she was a child did not mean you could treat her however one pleases. If you did something wrong you had to own up to it and apologize. She nodded unsure of her feelings. So you went on, “I want you to know it had nothing to do with you. It was all my fault. I should not have reacted this way.” You pulled out the book she had wanted you to read that time. “This book contains myths and legends of my people.” She looked at it before glancing at the fire again. “If you wish I can read from it if you want.” She shook her head. Rosamund knew what had happened that day. “No, that’s okay. I just want to spend time with you,” she proclaimed. Your heart felt like it grew ten times and not for the first time you wondered how you could leave her. “I want to spend time with you too.”
You sat back in the pillows and Rosamund cuddled into your side, you just watched the fire enjoying the moment. You hummed some songs under your breath but not loud enough to destroy the pleasant atmosphere.
After a while, the door opened, and in came heavy and hurried footsteps. They halted at the sight of the fort. “Rosamund?” Syverson said. She giggled sticking her head out of the fort entrance. He shook his head. Kneeling down he looked at her intently. “Have you seen Y/N?” His voice sounded worried. Rosamund just went back into the fort. You had quickly gotten underneath the blanket hiding from his sight. “I don’t know,” Rosamund called out. Syverson rolled his eyes. Leaning into the forte. “Rosamund this is no playing matter,” he scolded her slightly. Rosamund giggled again and before she could give it away you jumped out of the blankets grabbing Syverson. “What the F-,” he yelled. “Get him, Rosamund.” She followed your suit grabbing him. He let out a war roar, tackling both of you. You three began to wrestle. You and Rosamund came out on top although you were certain that he had let you win. “Grab his arm firefly.” Once he was secured between the masses of pillows and blankets. You sat atop him keeping him down. “My, my what do we have here? A Captain beasted by two Princesses.” Rosamund burst into laughter again. “What do you think Rosamund, what should we do with him?” She contemplated for a while. “I think we should hold him captive until his people give us whatever sweets we want.” You tried to suppress your smile. “Indeed a very good plan Princess Rosamund.” Syverson began to struggle. “They will never relent to scoundrels like yourself.” You pressed him down again. “Is that a way to speak to royalty?” “No indeed not Princess. But it is to those who think they can extort sweets from my people.” You suppressed your smile at the twinkle in Sy’s eyes. Lifting your eyebrow you exclaimed overly dramatic, “Extorted? Us? Never!” Rosamund gave him a jab into his side. “You better watch it.” She put on a, what you were sure she thought was a mean expression, although it looked more like she bit on a lemon. “Quick Rosamund inform the maid of our captive. It is time to get what we deserve.” You smirked down at Sy.
He started to struggle again when Rosamund was crawling out of the fort. You tried to grab his arms and push him down again when you leaned over too far, losing your balance you landed a top on him fully. He swiftly took advantage of your mistake and rolled you over. He pressed you into the pillows grabbing your hands and putting them to your side. “Seems like you are my prisoner now Princess,” he smirked. You tried to struggle against his grip but he was far stronger. “What do we do now?” He questioned, pleased with himself. Now it was your turn to look like you bit into a lemon. He laughed out loud. Leaning closer. “Seems like I will get something sweet.” Suddenly the air changed. You stopped struggling. Solely focused on him. He adjusted himself to hold your wrists more gently. He was so close to you. You had never had a man lay on top of you like this. It made your heart race. Your body was tense with anticipation. Awaiting something you had no idea. “You are so beautiful,” he whispered. He was leaning closer, his nose touching yours. You were still looking at his eyes. “You are absolutely and greatly enchanting.” His breath touched your parted lips while he spoke. His lips almost touching you. Your eyes fluttered close on your own accord. You could almost feel the light pressure of his lips upon yours, and at this moment you longed for nothing more. He was only a slight breath away when the door opened and Rosamund came in running. The moment was broken, he jumped back looking startled and surprised. You felt your face heat up and your heart was still racing. Rosamund crawled into the space. Syverson recovered himself far quicker than you did. He grabbed Rosamund and started tickling her. “You thought you could keep me prisoner. Oh, how mistaken you were.” She shrieked trying to get away from his tickles. Her shrieks made you aware of your surroundings again and you quickly tried to subdue him again. When it did not work you exclaimed. “Alright, alright. How about I propose something to you?” Syverson stopped looking at you intrigued, still holding onto Rosamund. “You said you wanted something sweet.” Syverson glanced at your lips swallowing but nodded. “If you let Rosamund go we will give you temporary shelter and a share of the tressure.” Syverson was initially disappointed but nodded letting do of Rosamund. She quickly crawled to you, pressing into your side. You wrapped your arm around her.
Again a knock at the door sounded. This time you went outside, you needed at least a bit of air. When you opened the door Ocre stood there. “I have what you want, now give us the captive.” He looked serious but had a twinkle in his eyes. You reached for the basket in his hand but he pulled back. “How do we know he is still alive?” You turned to the fort, “Rosamund give our prisoner a jab to let his soldiers know he is still alive.” Immediately a yelp could be heard. Ocre broke his facade for a second, snorting out loud. “Alright, here.” He handed you the basket. “Thank you,” you smiled sweetly before closing the door. “Hey.” Ocre pounded at the door. “Where is our Captain?” Rosamund was looking out the fort grinning. “Hold your horses, soldier. He will be released unharmed IF the sweets are to our satisfaction. Who knows what you put in there.” You shot a wink at Rosamund. “Women,” you heard Ocre mutter and steps walking away from the door.
“It worked,” you exclaimed. Both you and Rosamund grinned at each other. Syverson looked on with great affection. You crawled into the fort again and you all surrounded the basket opening it and looking what tressure you had gotten. There was an assortment of food and all of you started to dig in. The evening was filled with laughter and food. How could anything be better? Once you all were done you laid back. Rosamund was in between you and Syverson. Rosamund was snuggled into your side and you began to read a chapter from a book then Syverson took over. You found yourself relaxing into the pillows, the hum of Syverson’s voice made your eyes heavy and slowly you drifted off to sleep. Syverson watched as you and Rosamund fell asleep. He had an arm around Rosamund. He smiled at the picture you two made and thought he could get used to it. He laid the book down and snuggled into the pillows. His thoughts drifted off and in a short while, he found himself asleep. Rosamund was a restless sleeper always moving. When she kicked him once more he sleepily rolled her over his body to the other side in hopes she would kick the air instead of him. Before he fell asleep again he felt how another body snuggled into him. The smell of flowers was intriguing and he wrapped an arm around the body holding her closer to him, burying his head into her hair. She held on tighter to him. Yo three slept like this through the night.
Right before the sun was about to rise you woke up shivering and confused. You snuggled deeper into the warm body next to you. Syverson groaned when he felt you move and hugged you tighter to him. “Are you cold,” he grounded out sleepily. His voice was deeper than usual and it made you shiver. “A bit,” you whispered not daring to disturb Rosamund’s sleep. He tried to move. “I can get a fire going again.” “No!” You stopped him before he could get up. “You are so warm,” your voice was laced with sleep. He chuckled slightly, the rumble going through your body. He nosed at your head. “As you wish my Princess.” You leaned deeper into him, snuggling into his neck. “Thank you, my Captain,” you breathed back. Looking up at him. You could hardly see him, the room so dark but it seemed to not matter. You knew exactly that he was looking back at you. Your hand came up tracing his face, his cheekbones, and down to his beard and lips. Once you caressed his lips he grabbed your hand holding them still and kissed your fingertips. He laid your hand on his chest. “I don’t want you to go,” he admitted. “I am not going anywhere.” Make a point to wiggle closer showing that you were comfortable. “This is not what I mean.” You tried to make out any expression on his face but it was a struggle. “It is selfish and I know that but I do not want you to leave Warhorse. I want you to stay here with me… and Rosamund.” He added hastened. You had no idea what to say. So slowly you admitted. “I am not sure if I want to leave.” He leaned to his side facing you fully. “Then don’t. Stay with me, here.” He held your hands to him. “I wish for you to be my advisor.” You gasped at that. “You are smart, cunning, strong, and a commander. You are everything we need. You can help me deal with foreign affairs and be a representative. And Rosamund can learn from you.” His voice sounded desperate and excited. “I do not know what to say,” you admitted. You wanted all of this but you were not sure if you should. “I have been thinking about this for a long time,” Sy went on, “You will leave after winter. Do not rush your decision you can take your time. If you chose to go I will respect that. If you choose to stay I will take care of everything. I will give you housing and money for your service. If you wish to leave at any time you may do so. I will not hold it against you.” He kissed your hands again.
You smiled at him, even though you did not know if he could see it. “I will think about it,” you whispered. “This is all I can ask of you.” He wrapped his arms around you. “Go back to sleep. I will keep you warm.” He put a blanket around you. Before rolling on his back again. You were half on top of him and he grabbed Rosamund to him. You three were piled up together on a small spot making you feel warm and safe. “I could sleep like this always. So warm,” you said before falling asleep. Syverson could not agree more hugging his girls to him tighter. Oh, he hoped you would stay.
Do you guys they will finally get their shit together and finally make out? They are both desperate for it tbh. Comment below your thoughts
Hello, hello!
Requests are OPEN! 🌸
Welcome to the Request Guide! I’m happy to have you here. Before you go any further, please be sure to review the posted rules of my blog to ensure that your request is not dismissed.
Now that you have reviewed my rules, there are a few things to know about requests on my blog.
As mentioned in my rules, I do attempt to fulfill all requests (that follow my rules) that I receive. However, I retain the right to deny requests as I see necessary.
My requests are rarely ever closed, and because of this, I ask that you allow me time to fulfill my inbox. They are often completed in the order that they are receive, and added to my fic release schedule.
Some requests will take me longer than others to complete—it’s likely because I’m so attached to the concept that I want it to be perfect.
Request lengths will vary. Some will be shorter while others are longer. Please be understanding.
Unless otherwise stated in the request, I will most likely default reader to gn!reader.
Just as, unless otherwise requested, I will default all requests to SFW material.
Again, please note that this is a [insert character] x reader blog.
Without of the way, I understand that some inquiries are often unsure of what to add to their request, and as such, I set up this request guide to help ensure that your request is answered as individualized as the submitter (or at least as much as you would like it to be!).
Please indicate what kind of request you are making. Whether you wish for a headcanon prompt, short, au, fluff, character analysis, or even just a prompt/suggestion you want me to run with.
As mentioned, indicate if you are looking for SFW, or NSFW.
Be sure to express what character and fandom you are requesting. Example include: Shinobu Kocho [KNY], Amajiki Tamaki [MHA], etc. This is a multi fandom blog after all.
Add details you are comfortable with disposing such as personality, appearance, exceptionalities, interests, career/goals, etc, but please, be sure not to reveal any personal details. Your safety matters to me.
You will find my ask, 💌 at the top of my page. I look forward to seeing your request soon!
Some fandoms I am familiar with:
Bleach
Buddy Daddies
Demon Slayer
Fruits Basket (Furuba)
Guard Me, Sherlock!
Horimiya
Ikemen Prince
Inuyasha
Kamisama Kiss
Kaguya-sama: Love is War
Komi Can’t Communicate
My Hero Academia
Naruto
Obey Me
One Piece
Ouran High Host Club
Romantic Killer
Samurai Love Ballad Party (SLBP)
It’s been a few weeks since Inuyasha and his friends left, you’ve prayed for their safety every day since that day, wishing them well. You were currently in the fields, simply checking on the Heiwa Lily roots, you were making sure that they didn’t uproot themselves. They tend to flee when there isn’t enough pure demonic energy in the area. They thrive on it for survival, and when non was in the area they’d run off to where they can sense it strongest.
You were quietly humming to yourself as you carefully pumped some of your own pure demonic energy into the ground. The sun was currently high in the sky, on a partly cloudy day. A fond smile on your face as you were lost in your own world. You then heard the sound of walking, you looked up from the ground and down towards the dirt path. You stared on in wonder as you saw a young girl walking down the dirt pathway. She wore all white, from her hair to her garbs. You stood up as you observed her. ‘A young demoness? What’s she doing here?’ You questioned to yourself. You decided to meet her halfway, you dusted off your clothes from the dirt, before you walked over towards her.
“Why hello there.” You called out to her once you were close enough to her. She stopped in her tracks, allowing you to approach her. You smiled down sweetly at her. “What are you doing way out here? Do you have parents?” You asked her, as you looked around the area for any signs of other people looking for her. When you didn’t see anyone you kneel down to her level. “Are you all alone?” You asked her softly. She didn’t say anything, her face expressionless.
You smiled at her with a fond stare. ‘She reminds me of Sesshomaru when he was her age.’ You thought fondly as you looked at her. You looked down at her hands, noticing that she was holding a circular mirror in her hands. You observed the mirror for a bit before you smile at her. “Did this mirror belong to your mother?” You asked her, but she didn’t respond, she instead raised the mirror up some, showing you your reflection. You looked down at it in question before you grew suspicious of it. ‘Something doesn’t feel right.’ You thought. Before you could react, the mirror glowed a blinding white light.
Your eyes were glued to the brightness, almost as if you were hypnotized. “Your soul is halved, I’ll need to be careful,” Kanna said as she sucked in your soul to a limit before she stopped. “I’ll need to leave some of her human soul.” She said, as she watched your dull eyes. You looked at her, your body shook as you tried to not move too much from the sudden pain and emptiness that was engulfing you. You tried to say something, but nothing came out of your mouth before your eyes relaxed and you collapsed. You were still conscious, but it hurt to move. You felt a strong gust of wind rush over the area before it calmed. ‘Where did that wind come from?’ You thought curiously.
The sound of a woman’s voice chimed in. “Hmm, good work, Kanna.” She complimented the young girl. ‘Kanna.’ You mentally noted. “Let’s get her back to Naraku quickly, he’s an impatient bastard.” She snared with annoyance. ‘Naraku? Where have I heard that name before?’ You thought. The sound of walking made you lose your train of thought, you listened to them get closer to you before you heard her voice once more. She was standing right before you. “Kohaku, come and pick her up for me, will you?” She asked, it sounded like she was being kind, but perhaps you were looking too much into it.
The sound of lighter footsteps sounded a little further back. ‘Kohaku? When did he get here?’ You thought in confusion. You listened to the steps get closer before they stopped in front of you. His movements seemed slowed and delayed, but he eventually picked you up. ‘Kohaku... feels so small.’ You mentally thought as you were hosted over his shoulder. ‘Is he also a child… like Kanna?’
You thought as you lifelessly stared at the ground, your mind was beginning to feel hazy as your world began to darken. ‘Why can’t I stay awake?’ You questioned yourself as your vision began to fade in and out. “Let us be on our way, the quicker we get this done, the better.” Came the woman’s voice. Another strong gust of wind shot by you, and your vision was engulfed in a white field of grass. ‘Fur?’ You thought, before your vision faded to black.
✩̣̣̣̣̣ͯ┄•͙✧⃝•͙┄✩ͯ•͙͙✧⃝•͙͙✩ͯ┄•͙✧⃝•͙┄✩̣̣̣̣̣ͯ
When you awoke again, you noticed that you were in a dark room. The only light source was from the candle that wasn’t too far from you. The white wax seemed new, meaning that it was either a new candle or it was just recently lit. You stared at the ceiling, the wooden beams shrouded in the shadows. Your vision became stronger, and you were able to see through the darkness a little better. ‘A noblemen’s home?’ You questioned yourself. ‘Why am I here?’ You thought to yourself. You remember seeing a young girl in white, she was holding a mirror… then nothing. You couldn’t remember much after that.
‘That young demoness… and her mirror…. Something about her mirror… was bad…. But what?’ You thought, trying to remember why her mirror was so important, but your head began to ache and you winced from the throbbing of it. ‘Ow.’ You mentally whined as you shuffled under your blankets, pulling the covering over your head. You were resting for a bit before a sudden realization dawned upon you. ‘I can move!!’ You thought. ‘But… why would that be so shocking?’ You questioned yourself. Before you could think anymore about it, a deep voice sounded out not too far from you.
“I see that you’ve finally awakened.” He said. Your eyes widen before you pulled the blankets down from over your head, but you didn’t take them off. You looked to your left, only seeing the candle and shogi doors, you then looked to your right, and your eyes widen when you saw a young man. ‘A half-demon? Is he the young lord of this home?’ You thought. His hair was long and black, it was loose down his back, and he seemed to be dressed in a purple suikan, the top was covered in what seemed to be hay bunched up in green ties, over his top, he wore a dark blue vest. He was undoubtedly handsome.
“Did you sleep well?” He asked, he seemed curious, but in a strange way, it was hard to pinpoint it.
You smiled at him and you nodded. “Yes, Thank you for letting me sleep here, I am most grateful.” You said in a sincere voice. He acknowledged your words with a quiet hum before he spoke. “My daughters, Kagura and Kanna, found you fainted in a field. They assumed that you probably overworked yourself in your own garden work. So to ensure your good health, they brought you back to the castle for medical attention.” He explained, his voice was mainly monotone, but you could hear something else there, you just couldn’t put your finger on it.
You looked at him with a confused face. ‘Fainted? But… I don’t remember fainting… I remember talking to Kanna, but I can’t remember what happened after that… maybe I did faint but much later on?’ You thought in confusion, your head began to hurt and you winced from the pain of it. ‘My head hurts so bad.’ You thought as pain shot up your spine to your head. “Your head may hurt, you did hit it pretty hard when you fell on that rock. Do you need any medical aid?” He said, he sounded somewhat concerned, but he still had another tone in there, but you still couldn’t determine what it was.
“N-no, I’ll be fine. Thank you for taking me into your home, I’m sorry for imposing. I’m not sure what caused me to lose consciousness, I’m usually more careful than this, but I guess I was a bit distracted.” You apologetically said as you gave him a sheepish but sweet smile. He studied you for a moment, it seemed like he was dissecting you and you shivered slightly at the thought. His stare let up and he seemed to relax. “You should be more careful in the future then. Stay here, until you are better. In the meantime, you have free range of the castle. If you need anything, just ask.” He said, giving you permission to freely roam.
You smiled at him kindly. “Thank you.” You said, your voice full of sincerity. He looked at you with an unreadable look, but it almost seemed like he was curious about you, but before you could think of it anymore, he looked away and he stood up. “I have some unattended matters to get to, until then, you should get some rest.” He said as he walked towards the shogi doors. You watched him walk over towards them. When he opened them, you got a good look at the castle in that short instance, and you could see that the whole place seemed to be shrouded in darkness.
‘It must be night.’ You thought, before the doors closed just as fast as they opened. You stared at the door a little longer, listening to his almost silent footsteps walk away. Once it was all quiet, you let out a sigh. “I know he was just welcoming me, but it felt more like an interrogation than a greeting.” You said in slight panic and relief to be from under his pressuring gaze. You turned on your side, your back facing the shogi doors. ‘His daughters. Kagura and Kanna. He said that they saved me, but… how much of that is true? I don’t remember fainting in the fields, but I do remember fainting after I met that young girl… the young demoness in white.” You thought, your mind becoming hazy once more, as sleep seemed to overcome you.
Your vision darkened, as your eyes slid close, sleep overpowering your senses. You were about to doze off until one last final thought came to your mind. “wasn’t her name...Kanna?” As soon as you dozed off, the candle blew itself out, and a purple glow emitted from behind you. On your back, the shape of a small, purple diamond could be seen under your newly white garments. It was in the center of your back between your shoulder blades.
✩̣̣̣̣̣ͯ┄•͙✧⃝•͙┄✩ͯ•͙͙✧⃝•͙͙✩ͯ┄•͙✧⃝•͙┄✩̣̣̣̣̣ͯ
In another part of the castle, Naraku could be seen walking down the hall, his face seemed unreadable as he walked down the halls. ‘(Y/N). The adoptive mother of Inuyasha. How fascinating.’ He amusingly thought as a small smirk stretched on his face. ‘I’ll use her as bait, to lure Inuyasha in, and not just Inuyasha, but surprisingly Sesshomaru too. I’ll be able to kill two birds with one stone.’ He thought as he chuckled. He suddenly stopped in the hall, before he raised his hand up.
It was clenched in a loose fist, he stared at it for a moment before it shined a bright purple. ‘Half of her soul is mine, and so are her memories. With Kanna’s mirror, she was able to extract her most important memories. The ones where there may be information about me, because I’m sure that pitiful mutt, Inuyasha told her of my existence, and the memories of her encounters with Kanna, Kagura, and Kohaku.’ He thought. His smirk became more vicious as he opened his palm. It seemed to be a small black pearl, it was the source of the purple aura.
‘The Kusho Pearl. It’s a pearl that’s said to be able to store a hundred worlds within its inky depths, I’ve stored her memories in this pearl, along with the other half of her soul. With this, I’ll be able to manipulate her into believing whatever I tell her.’ He evilly thought as he chuckled once more as he continued down the hall. ‘I’ll be able to control both Inuyasha and Sesshomaru, If they care for her as much as Kagura believes, then I’ll make them gravel at my feet, less they want her to forever forget who they are.’ He thought as he slowly vanished into the darkness of the castle.
Finding out about the Chamber of Secrets 🐍
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Continuation to this part: Link
The 5 of them then leaves the Headmaster's office. “Y/n, where are we going?” Kagome asks as she and others follow the other Priestess. “The Library.” The Ravenclaw girl says.
Severus looks confused. “The Library? Why?” He asks gently as his girlfriend was looking straight ahead “Because I want to know something.” she mutters.
They finally reached the Library. Y/n and Severus bow to the Librarian before walking along. The five then follow Y/n as they reach a certain section. The section of the Documents of Graduates of each school year. However, the one the Ravenclaw girl is look for was the 30s and 40s batches.
“Do you think the library can help us?” Kagome ask her friend “Yes.. I think the library has the information that we're looking for” She says “You think?” Inuyasha says “Shut it” Sesshomaru responds making his brother growl at him.
“Now where is it?” The Half-Demon ask sounding annoyed “Keep it down Inuyasha” The reincarnated Priestess says as their friend along with Severus tries to find the book they needed
“Found it.” Y/n informs them quietly.
The Ravenclaw Priestess place the book down and flip it slowly page by page “Hogwarts Graduates batches of the 30s all the way to the 40s.” she mutters. “I need to find my mother's picture in here” She says “Why?” Inuyasha ask “Idiot” The Demon Lord says in annoyance.
The Ravenclaw girl then made her way to one of the tables before setting the book on top of it before she then sits down on a chair while her boyfriend sat next to her.
Kagome sits on the other side while Inuyasha sat next to her, and of course the Demon Lord sits next to his brother.
“Where is it?” She mutters “Aha!” She said when she sees the picture of her Young mother.
“The Headmaster's right she is a Ravenclaw like me.” The Ravenclaw girl says.
“My mom and dad...” She sadly says making Severus held her hand and page after page she finally sees the picture of Tom Riddle.
She then flips through the other page it's a table that contains the names of all the graduates who were in her mother's batch.
She was then looking for her Mom's name and there she finds it. Y/m/n Yumehime.
The Slytherin teen's eyes widen. “Your mom's maiden name was Japanese.” he says.
“That was the last name used by my Maternal grandfather.” The Ravenclaw girl points out. “Y/n, can I see?” The reincarnation of Kikyo asks before the other girl nods as she hands Kagome the book.
"Oh my!!” Kagome exclaims as if she knows them.
Inuyasha then takes a look of it too.
“No way!” The Half-Demon exclaims quietly he couldn't read English but the pronunciation he was to make out of the words.
“Let me see.” Sesshomaru mutters.
Kagome careful holds the book out towards the Demon Lord who took it gently as he then looks at it as his eyes widen little.
He then hands the book back to the Ravenclaw girl who manages to get it from him as she continues to scroll down looking for her father's name.
“Where is it?” she mutters. “There found it.” she mutters when she found her father's name. Y/f/n L/n. “He was a pureblood unlike my mom who's a Muggle-born.” The Ravenclaw girl mutters.
“He was in.....” she starts but then frown as she reads it. “Gryffindor....” she says in complete disappointment.
She later flips the next page it reveals to be a moving picture of her dad riding on a broom on a Quidditch pitch. “*sighs* Why am I not surprised. I knew dad likes quidditch.” she says in a monotone.
The Half-Demon looks at her confused. “You don't like it?” he asks. The other Priestess shook her head. “No, I don't I'm more of a reader by nature, Inuyasha. So I'm interested in literature than with sports.” she says.
“So you thought about being a writer?” The reincarnated Priestess asks as her friend nod her head. “Yeah, I plan on being one once after I finish school but ever since meeting you and the others. I don't think I can.” she says as the Ravenclaw girl looks unsure on the last part.
“You can still pursue your dreams, my love.” Severus said “I know.. But I chose not to.” She responds.
“My new dream is stay with you guys, especially with you, Severus” Y/n says making the Slytherin teen smile in happiness while Sesshomaru On the hand roll his eyes in jealousy “Let's finished this already” He says “Jealous” Inuyasha provokes his brother “Inuyasha please stop it” Kagome whine in annoyance.
The Ravenclaw girl then clears her throat as he looks through for Tom Riddle’s name. “Tom Riddle.... Tom Riddle....” she mutters as he looks for the Drak Lord's name. When she finally finds. “There.” she says. As she looks at it. “Tom Marvolo Riddle. He was in Slytherin and of course he was a prefect in 3rd year and his 7th year head boy.” she says as she reads the content.
“He was said to be one of Hogwarts’ top student during his time back in school.” Y/n says. “He was one of the top students alongside with my mom.” She then adds.
“Dumbledore told us he's a liar, master manipulator, and of course a pretender.” the Half-Demon then points out as he remembers what the Headmaster told them.
“Yeah, he is...” Kagome added “So after this what are we supposed to do?” Severus ask his girlfriend “I don't know.” the other Priestess says.
The Ravenclaw girl then flips at the next page until something caught her. “Huh? What the?” she then questions. That caught the others attention. “What is it, Y/n?” Inuyasha asks.
“School year 1943 - 1944 the darkest year where the Chamber of Secrets first open.” The Ravenclaw Priestess says as she reads the reads the contents.
“A girl named Myrtle Warren was found dead. Tom Riddle finds the monster who killed and open the Chamber. With the one who's responsible get expelled and wand taken and of course torn in half. Tom Riddle named hero of the school.” The other Priestess reads. She then looks unsure of this.
“Chamber of Secrets.....” The Ravenclaw girl repeated as she felt like she heard it before but where.
“I remember I used to read about it.” Severus then point out. “I thought it was a myth.” he then adds.
“Something’s fishy....” Y/n suddenly mutters.
“The only way to open the Chamber of secrets was by speaking in Parseltongue which is the language of snakes. The person who is cable of speaking it is called a Parselmouth. However, only those in Salazar Slytherin’s blood line can speak it. The only one who can open the Chamber was the Heir of Slytherin himself. The Chamber was said to contain some kind of monster.” The Ravenclaw girl explains as that caught the reincarnated Priestess, the Half-Demon, and the Demon Lord’s attention. “What kind of monster, Y/n?” Inuyasha asks curiously.
“If I remember correctly. It was a Basalisk it was some kind of huge serpent which is said that one resides in the Chamber. Which then be use to purge the school of all Muggle-borns.” The Ravenclaw Priestess then explains. “So Slytherin hates Muggles?” Kagome asks as both Y/n and Severus nod. “That’s right. He believes only students from Pureblood Magical families can attend Hogwarts but Gryffindor and the other founders were keen on letting Muggle-born students attend the school. So they're practically against what Salazar suggested.” she explains.
“That's horrible...” The reincarnation of Kikyo says. “Yeah, I know...” Y/n said “Luckily, not all Slytherins felt the same way as Salazar Slytherin felt” The Half-Demon says. “Why did they held Tom Riddle as a hero even though it was obvious that he's the one who harms the girl.....” The Demon Lord says.
“He's right.. everything that is written in here sounds fishy” Severus added
“Well, I agree, and it would be obvious the person who opened the Chamber and of course killed Myrtle Warren. Tom Riddle himself was responsible for both. Which is very obvious. He must've have frame someone else to prevent the school to know what really happened.” The Ravenclaw Priestess then points out as the others nod agreeing with her guess.
Kagome then feels bad for the one who got expelled and of course wrongly accused. “The person who got expelled he/she never deserve it.” she points out. The Ravenclaw girl also felt bad for the student who got expelled. “I agree with you Kagome. However, Riddle must be up to something which caused the opening of the Chamber and of course the murder.” she then points out.
The others then nod in agreement. “He must be up to something. I have feeling it's not good.” The Half-Demon then says.
“I also got the feeling that it will harm the others” Kagome said making Y/n nod “Yes I know.. And I will never let him” She said “So are we done?” Inuyasha ask Y/n “Yes, and now we needed to find the Chambers of Secrets to unfold the mystery behind Tom Riddle...” Severus says.
“The Basilisk can only well petrify Muggle-borns. To be fair, me and Severus are Half-bloods.” The Ravenclaw girl reveals. "So what's our next step?” The Half-Demon ask his friend “For now let's just observe” Y/n said.. After that the group headed to the great Hall.
The Marauders then notice the five but decided not to bother them as Snape is only paying attention to L/n and of course his true friends.
Lily then looks at her former best friend however the Slytherin teen keeps ignoring her.
Y/n noticed her eyes on her boyfriend, and she decided to do something to anger the ex-Friend of her boyfriend. The Ravenclaw girl lean on Severus's shoulder making him turn his attention on his girlfriend “Are you okay?” The Slytherin teen ask along with a loving smile “Yes...” She says, Severus kiss his girlfriend's lips.
Instead of getting angry Lily just look down in complete guilt. The five of them then made their way towards the Ravenclaw Table.
“Severus?” The Gryffindor girl calls out but the Slytherin teen wasn't paying any attention on her because he was too busy with his girlfriend “Snivellus!” James calls out making Inuyasha have him a threatening look.
The Demon Lord then glares at them as well. Well, that scared the two more as his aura even if he let a little out is enough to scare anyone.
He was more scary. The reincarnated Priestess and the Half-Demon just narrow their eyes them.
“What do you want, Potter?” Y/n ask them “After what you did with Severus? You still got the nerves to approach us aren't you, Evans?” The Ravenclaw Priestess adds “I wanted to speak with Severus” The red head says “I told you already that I don't wanted to see you again” Severus says, coldy “You ungrateful git!” Potter spat making Y/n and The Demon Lord punch his face “James!” Lily approach her boyfriend who lose his consciousness.
The Ravenclaw girl and the her friends just ignore them and sat on the Ravenclaw Table. The Gryffindor girl then notice he was no longer the same boy she befriended as a child.
“About the Feudal Era.. How long are we planning to stay here?” Inuyasha ask “Yeah, Naraku is still out there after all” Kagome says, agreeing with her crush. “The two of you can go back but I'll be staying here with Y/n” Sesshomaru calmly says “There's no need for that, Sesshomaru, because I can take care of her” The Slytherin teen argue. “Oh really? Not obvious.” The Dog Demon sarcastically comments. “Stop it both of you” Y/n says as she pinch the bridge of her nose.
The Ravenclaw girl then sighs. Shippo wasn't kidding that the Demon Lord seem to like her.
She then remembers something if Sesshomaru wants to stay. What about Rin?
The little girl would easily get eaten by a Demon.
“Hey, Sesshomaru.” The 70s Modern Era Priestess calls out as The Great Dog Demon then looks at her. “If you're going to stay here.... What about Rin who's still back in the Feudal Era?” she then asks.
“Jaken can take care of her..” Sesshomaru said “Now, you're more important that anything.” He adds “Aren't you afraid that Naraku will harm her?” The Priestess asks the Demom Lord “Naraku was smart enough to know how I'm capable of if he hurt Rin...” Sesshomaru replies.
The Ravenclaw Priestess then sighs as she starts to eat her lunch as she then focus her attention on her boyfriend.
Inuyasha was seen munching on his food. While Kagome was eating her food in polite manner as she sighs at the Half-Demon’s manners.
As they were eating a three familiar figure approach them “Narcissa!” Y/n calls out giving her friend a tight hug “I Miss you” She said making the her smiles at her “I miss you too” Narcissa said.
“Severus” Lucius and Regulus greets making Severus smile “Its been a long time” Lucius said “Yeah, it has been.” The Slytherin teen replies. “Who are they?” Sirius’ younger brother ask his friend as he eyed the Demon Dog.
Inuyasha then diverted his attention towards the three. “Names Inuyasha.” he starts.
The reincarnation of Kikyo then looks at them. “Hi, I'm Kagome.” she then introduces herself. The Demon Lord just narrows his eyes at them. “Umm... who is that? He looks like Inuyasha.” Regulus then points out. The Ravenclaw girl sighs. “His name is Sesshomaru. He's Inuyasha’s older brother.” she then explains to her other friends.
“He doesn't talk?” Lucius asks as he watch as the Demon Lord just keeps his eyes narrowed. Y/n and Severus sigh. “He’s not used to talking towards other people. Well, except me.” The Ravenclaw girl then explains.
“Except you? *smirk* Why?” The Slytherin prefect ask in a teasing tone “Stop it, Lucius...” Regulus says because he knows what this may lead to. “That's not of your concern, mortal” Sesshomaru says coldly making Lucius's mouth agape
The Ravenclaw girl then sighs. “I would watch that if I were you, Lucius. Because Sesshomaru is not someone you should provoke.” She says to her friend.
“You should listen to her dear” Narcissa said before sitting down “So what are you guys talking about?” The Slytherin girl asks.
Inuyasha, Kagome, then looks at Y/n if they should tell them. However the 70s modern era Priestess signal them not to.
“Nothing, just some things and all.” The Ravenclaw girl lies.
“If you say so.” The youngest sister of House of Black then sits next to Lucius when he sits next to his close friend Severus.
Despite Severus losing his interest on joining the Death Eaters. The friends he had in Slytherin remain friends with him and of course later befriend his girlfriend through him.
They enjoyed their lunch without anyone disturbing them. Lily then realizes it was too late to mend her friendship with Severus as the Slytherin teen does not wish to speak to her anymore. He has finally gotten over her.
After lunch Severus took Y/n to the Black Lake and sat with her “So after Graduation you wanted us to stay to the Feudal Era?” The Slytherin teen ask making Y/n smile. “Yeah, but as long you're okay with of course.” She says as she held his hand “Of Course! I would loved that” Severus says along with a loving smile on his face “I'm glad” The Ravenclaw Priestess smile before giving her boyfriend a peck on the lips “I love you, Severus Tobias Snape. And I always will” She says “I love you too, Y/N Y/M/N L/N, and I always love you too for the rest of my life” The Slytherin teen says making the Ravenclaw girl kiss him again but this time it was firmly and passionate.
The couple then hear cheers coming from their friends and a scoff from a certain Great Dog Demon.
The Ravenclaw Priestess then wraps her arms around her boyfriend. “You guys have been watching us the whole time, huh?” she asks.
Kagome then scratches the back of her neck, nervously. “Actually, Inuyasha wants to know where you two went who would've thought you two would be by here the Black Lake.” she says. The other Priestess just narrows her eyes towards the Half-Demon while Severus kept his arms around her. “You’re so nosy, Inuyasha.” she then says.
“I didn't mean, too” Inuyasha protest making the group except (Sesshomaru) laugh.. So day after day and the day Hogsmade has finally come and of course Y/n and Severus along with their friends went to enjoy the whole day.
Of course, when they went to Honeydukes they never let the Half-Demon nor his brother have chocolate as it wasn't good for Dogs.
And after that Severus take his Beloved and His friends to Three-Broomstick to have dinner.
Y/n was casually leaning on her boyfriend’s shoulder as the Demon Lord gets extremely jealous towards the Slytherin teen.
Sesshomaru's heart tears apart to see them both happy but he knows that he had no chance against the love of her life.
She has a habit of ignoring him on more than one occasion while in the Feudal Era. But was often stunned every time they run into one and another.
Still she attracted his attention from the very beginning. Of course, how unintentionally she attracted Naraku to her and later Tom Riddle, himself.
“Let's go back to the Feudal Era” Sesshomaru's words shock them. “What? What about Naraku?” Inuyasha ask “You have to admit that it's more dangerous here than there.” The Demon Lord responds.
Severus on the other hand narrowed his eyes at the Demon Lord.
The Demon Lord then glares at him. The three Slytherins then notice the tension between their friend and Sesshomaru.
“Geez, Sesshomaru, you really care too much about her, huh? But she has her friends here but she and Severus still need to look for answers. So you can't force her to come with you!” The Half-Demon then argued as his brother narrows his eyes at him. “Stay out of this, Inuyasha!” Sesshomaru says, coldly.
“Man you're jealous” Inuyasha teased his brother “Stop it...” Sesshomaru says and he's now losing his temper “Sesshomaru?” Y/n calls making him soften.
Normally, she would would ignore the Demon Lord. However, when it came to her friend (mainly Inuyasha) teasing him which would sometimes get out of nowhere to the point either her or Kagome would need to interfere.
The Ravenclaw girl is the only one who can calm down the Demon Lord and ironically keep him in check when it came to him bickering with her boyfriend.
“Yes, Y/n?” Sesshomaru ask the Priestess “Are you okay?” she ask in a surprisingly sweet tone “Ye-Yes I-I am” The Dog Demon says in disbelief.
The Ravenclaw girl then sighs in relief. She knew he's not someone that anyone could provoke as he was scary when he's angry mainly his eyes turning red.
“I am glad.” The 70s Modern Era Priestess says before she divert her attention towards the Half-Demon. “Inuyasha, I wouldn't provoke your brother if I were you. Even though there are times we run into him. It wouldn't be wise to anger him.” she scolds.
“Why are you taking his side now?” Inuyasha ask “Well he's a friend too you know” Y/n replies before approaching her boyfriend again.
The Ravenclaw girl then watch as her boyfriend hand her a present. Severus was blushing like a tomato.
Y/n then takes the box before opening it. After she unwraps the present it reveal to be a choker. It was black with royal blue jewel. Lucius can't help but smirk he and Narcissa help with buying the Ravenclaw girl a present.
It wasn't the fancy type of choker but it was very simple.
Severus was very nervous about the other Priestess hating the present but Y/n loves it before she then hugs him.
“Oh, my love!” She then hugs her boyfriend tight “That's great to hear, my love” Severus says in a happy tone
The Slytherin teen then helps her put on the choker.
“It’s so beautiful” Y/n says “Thank you so much, Severus” She adds “You're welcome. I'm so glad that you liked it” Severus says
The others watch as Narcissa and Kagome squeal while they were watching the couple.
Lucius just smirks while Inuyasha and Regulus smile at their two friends. Sesshomaru on the other hand growl completely jealous.
Severus turn his eyes on the Demom Lord and gave him and smile which Sesshomaru truly hated the most.
“Shit” The Great Dog Demon mutters under his breath before taking his leave to get some fresh air.
“Uh.... Where are you going, Sesshomaru?” Regulus asks awkwardly.
“None of your business, mortal” Sesshomaru replied bitterly before heading out making Regulus sigh in annoyance.
The Ravenclaw Priestess sighs “I told you he's not used to talking to towards other people.” she then says.
Y/n decides not to reveal to her friends. That the Demon Lord hates humans and Half-Demons in general but she and Rin were exceptions. Well, on the humans part.
The Twins & the Mimic | Sesshomaru x human!Reader | Yashahime AU | 1
A/n: I can’t stand sessrin. So I am fixing in this fic. Pedomaru isn’t actually Sesshomaru and reader is the real mother to Satsuna and Towa. Reader is also from modern times just to be more inclusive! Don’t @me. Also female reader. Also not super accurate cuz I stopped watching the shit show after episode 4 so.... hahahah. Complete au.
Tumblr media
“Delicious,” a deep voice spoke.
An image of Sesshomaru, frozen in glass mid transformation was imbedded in the walls of a cave. Nearby, was his mate. His beautiful, human mate was also frozen in place nearby. Sesshomaru was stuck in a frightening pose and it would be quite a surprise for anyone who may stumble upon the image. Fifteen years ago they were trapped here by a mimic demon.
A mimic who now wore the face of Sesshomaru and changed the memories of anyone who was even close to either of the two before him. Sesshomaru’s loyal subjects were just a few feet outside of the cave, yet Jaken hadn’t a clue that his masters were inside, trapped.
That this Sesshomaru was an imposter.
He made everyone believe that Rin did not marry Kohaku but ended up in the arms of Sesshomaru. The change in memories was delicious and the taste of power, though just a quarter of Sesshomaru’s was tantalizing. He didn’t care that the young half-demon spawn of the two were left alone. It didn’t matter.
The only thing that mattered was power and hunger for the demon who only got lucky. He licked his lips after absorbing Sesshomaru’s demonic aura.
The fake Sesshomaru stepped out of the cave and joined Jaken once more.
“What do you do in there m’lord!” Jaken shouted, concerned. It felt strange to the elderly imp, but his mind said that it was normal. It felt to him that something was off but he couldn’t decide what.
Something was different this time when he left. His power weakened this time. The weakness seemed to be just enough, as a large crack began run down the center of Sesshomaru’s glass prison. It was just enough to allow his demonic power to materialize. With a flash of golden light it shattered into dust.
Sesshomaru was free.
The real Sesshomaru was free from his prison, angry. Beyond angry. His memory was fuzzy, for the last thing he remembered was telling his mate to go off and hide his pups. Everything after seemed blank.
The demon lord turned on his heel to inspect where he was only to see his the beautiful mother of his children (Y/n) suspended. His rage boiled harder in his chest at the sight of his woman in such a state, and where were his pups? They were only a few weeks old when he was under attack. He glanced down at his hips to check for a sword but it was gone.
Sesshomaru growled, his claws tinged green with his toxic nails which he used to weaken and destroy his lover’s cage. Without grace, she fell directly into his arms.
“(Y/n).” Sesshomaru’s voice said gently. “Wake up.”
Time like this he wished he still had the tensaiga’s power. His worry was quickly dissipated when he locked eyes with her. “S-Sesshomaru?”
Her eyes widened, remembering the same things he had, only she came back to try and help him foolishly.
“Wha--?” her body shot up. “Where are my babies?!”
“Where did you leave them?” he responded carefully. Her face turned into a frown, tears welling in her eyes. “U-Under the tree! I left them with Rin and Jaken... I--”
“Silence,” His tone was cold but (Y/n) knew he meant well. He wasn’t one for tears or comfort, but he did care about her. He also cared about his offspring and his adopted daughter Rin just as well.
“Hold onto this Sesshomaru,” he said coolly. Her arms wrapped around the dog demon lords neck as he rushed out of the cave.
"Something... is wrong,” She said softly, as Sesshomaru moved to the last place they had been before the attack. He tensed slightly, he was feeling it too. “What if--?”
“Silence,” Sesshomaru repeated, he didn’t want to think of the worst. He couldn’t.
He had landed them right at the last thing he remembered. Just outside of the old village where he had once left young Rin to learn and once again left her there when Kohaku had married her. They were visiting with Towa and Setsuna that day.
“Sesshomaru! They aren’t here!” She called, she ran off into the woods when they had arrived. “Rin--... I---” Panic was settling into the young woman. Where were they?
“Maybe Kaede?” she looked to her own husband. Hope filled her eyes, he simply nodded allowing her to take lead in the search for their young babies. “Maybe Kagome has them!”
It was a hope. She hoped they were with them, (Y/n) just knew her friend wouldn’t allow anything to happen to her babies.
They arrived in the village. It had changed. A lot more young adults around but yet not much had changed besides that.
“Is Lady Kaede home?” (Y/n) asked a young man who looked oddly like Miroku.
He looked at her in surprise. “Lady (Y/n)?”
“Have we met?”
“Not since I was a child... Wait...” he frowned, eyes widening, thinking over the recent events. “Come with me. Lady Kaede should be in her hut” he glanced up noticing Sesshomaru behind her. However, he stayed outside upon arrival to her hut, knowing it kept the peace this way.
A look on his face was both surprise and confusion. He lead them to Kaede who looked busy creating some form of medication.
“Lady Kaede... please. Tell me you know where my daughters are!” there was no time for formalities in her mind. Her poor babies were probably hungry. Who knows how long it had been since they nursed. Kaede froze, dropping the bowl in her hands.
It was as if she was frozen in time, as years of memories flooded her mind. “Please”
“... (Y/n)...” she spoke her name slowly. The old woman said it again as if she were tasting it on her tongue. “Do you know how long it has been since you were here, my child?” She turned to face them, visibly much older than the last time she had saw her.
The look shocked (Y/n) for a moment. “H-how long? Maybe a day or--”
“Fifteen years, (Y/n).”
Her lip quivered.
“Your daughters are fine but--. Sesshomaru,”
“He was trapped with me.”
The elder’s eyes widened. Her memories were foggy. Flashes of Rin with twin girls being birthed in her hut and Sesshomaru running off showed in her mind. She frowned once the idea shattered like glass. In her mind it was quickly replaced, she wasn’t in her hut. No, when the twins were born they were in Sesshomaru’s mother’s palace. The chosen home for (Y/n) wanted her to be apart of her children’s lives since her own family wouldn’t be able to be there.
Kaede remembered her birth being long and difficult. Kagome and Inuyasha were even there despite Sesshomaru’s protests.
He had only wanted Kaede, his mother and Rin at the birth.
The birth was long and hard but in the end (Y/n) and her twin daughters were happy and healthy.
He never took them away. He never was cold towards his wife after the birth of his children. Sesshomaru sat on the mat in their room, holding tiny Towa while (Y/n) held tiny Setsuna. Why did she remember otherwise?
Why did she remember Rin being the mother? That would have only--.
“Your daughters are fine... but whoever stole my memories must have been the one to abandon them... and... Rin...”
Without hesitation (Y/n) left the hut.
“Sesshomaru... we have to find them.”
Smoke and Mirrors ~ Sesshomaru x Reader
(( You’ll have to excuse me if I make any lore mistakes. I watched/read InuYasha 7 years ago and I forgot a lot of stuff, but I’ve been thinking about this story idea for a while...So here we are. ))
Tumblr media
“Father? Why are we here?” a young Sesshomaru asked his father, Toga, the Lord of the Western Japan, Leader of the Dog Demon clan. “You are my son, Sesshomaru, and some day, when I will be no more, you will be the new ruler of this place. Everything you see with your eyes, and far beyond the horizon, every living being and every inch of land, will be under your rule.” Inu no Taisho began his explanation to his young son, who resembled him so much. “That is a lot of responsibility you are putting on my shoulders, father.” the boy spoke in a calm voice. “Such is the burden that a Lord must bare, and for that, I apologise. However, this is our duty, and our people must live in peace.” the older man nodded, putting his hand oh his son’s shoulder. “What is it that you want to say, father? I can sense there is something bothering you.” his father smiled softly at how perceptive and witty his flesh and blood is. “Yes, you are right. What I wanted to inform you is that, as you know already, soon enough, you will have to marry, and I have found you a suitable bride. She is the daughter of the Lord of the Northern Japan, the Leader of the Fox Demon clan, and the man I trust the most in my life. He is a brilliant Warlord and his people are thriving, his land has not seen War in centuries, and we agree that together, this country will be much safer.” Toga explained his reasoning and it seemed that the young one sketched no expression on his deadpan face. “I see. When are we going to see her?” was the simple reply he uttered, which left his father with wide eyes, clearly not having expected that. “In a week. She is very young, and the marriage won’t happen for a long time, but we believe getting to know each other would prove to be beneficial...And we truly hope you will get along as well as I and her father do.” the Dog Demon lord smiled down at his son, who could only nod and hum in agreement. “We shall see.” Sesshomaru muttered, before turning around and leaving back inside his home.
A week passed by faster than the breeze of Spring, and so, Inu no Taisho took his son, Sesshomaru, on a journey that lead to the Northern Kingdom, to the Clan of the Fox Demons, and much to the young one’s surprise, there were a ton of unbelievable phenomena happening all around him, that made him get ready to strike, but his father could only chuckle in amusement, clearly unphased by all the trickery.
By the time they stepped up in front of the Castle, they were greeted by a tall man with long, red hair like the blazing fire and striking green eyes that would rival the beauty of a forest. And on his face, there was a very annoying and mischievous smirk that seemed to greatly irritate the young Dog Demon for his smugness and aloof aura he radiated.
“Toga, my old friend, marvelous seeing you again! It’s always such a great pleasure having your companionship, and now, you brought your mini-you!” the man took a long drag of his pipe, letting out a puff that oddly resembled a fox jumping around playfully, before the nine tails, long and red, spread open like a fan of fire behind him, and stepped down the stairs to greet them. “Kasai, it is as you say, always great seeing you. This is Sesshomaru, my son. Sesshomaru, this is Kasai, the Fox Demon Lord I told you about.” the white haired man grinned at his best friend, who gave of a sly grin and bent down from the waist, looking into the boy’s amber eyes. “My, Toga, I believe this young one is going to surpass you in looks, strength and maybe even wit too. I bet Y/N is going to love you in no time. Maybe even put a smile on this cold face of yours...” Kasai hummed teasingly as he pinched the boy’s cheek, which made him glare and slap his hand away. “Sesshomaru, be more courteous!” his father warned, but the red haired man only laughed in amusement, shaking his head and putting his hands inside the opposite sleeves. “Worry not, my friend, he was right to do as he did! Now, if you wouldn’t mind, follow me to the tea room. Y/N is a bit shy so she is still with her mother, doing her hair.” he started walking ahead, only to be greeted by two red haired beings, one mature while the other much younger, yet both wearing rich, pink kimonos with intricate embellishments of gold, their hair mostly let loose, to fly with the wind, but the upper part was held with gorgeous flower ornaments.
Unlike the man in cause, however, their skin was much paler and had natural red markings, fit for being the Nine Tailed Kitsunes from humans’ tails and paintings and their eyes, as green as Kasai’s, yet much more piercing and richer than his.
It was clear to Sesshomaru that women of this clan, perhaps only the nobles, or maybe all of them, had much more delicate and beautiful features than men did, and now, he could understand why humans seemed to fear yet adore the Nine Tailed Foxes so much.
The look they gave you with those jade-like eyes seemed to go right into your soul, leaving you naked, exposed, to the whole world to see and read, only for you to want to beg for more of this seducing charm of their.
It was no secret power, it was just beauty, and they knew how to glorify it, from young to old.
“Ah, look who we have here! My darling, you look radiant! Here, here, this is Toga, my dear old friend, and this little one is his son, Sesshomaru.” the man planted a soft kiss on his daughter’s forehead, before putting his hand on her back, encouraging her to step in front of the two new men. “It’s great finally meeting the man who accompanied my papa on so many adventures. I am Y/N, it’s a pleasure.” the young one smiled shyly, bowing her head slightly to show her respect for the two visitors. “My, she’s so adorable! And she has such an angelic voice! She truly resembles her mother more than you, Kasai!” Inu no Taisho gave a mirthful laugh that strongly throughout the forest. “Toga, Toga, always so nice with everyone! How is Inukimi, I haven’t heard from her in a while! Is she a bit jealous that cute, little Sesshomaru looks more like you than her?” Moeru put her hand to her mouth, humming in amusement. “Moeru, darling, let’s get Toga inside for tea and let the children get to know each other and have fun. I’m sure they couldn’t care less about our adult conversations.” Kasai suggested, putting his arms around both his wife and best friend, guiding them inside.
After a few silent seconds between the fox and dog demons, the girl cleared her throat and raised her head slightly, to meet to boy’s golden eyes, giving him a playful smile.
“I heard you will be staying over for the night. Is that true?” she asked, already knowing the answer, and yet, wanting to play coy. “It is.” he answered in a monotonous voice. “Twilight is going to appear...Come on, let me show you something.” Y/N extended her hand for him to take. “Where are you taking me?” the silver haired boy asked, his brows furrowed in confusion. “Shh, wait and see! It’s a secret place.” she giggled, before running even faster than before, which surprised the older boy who could barely keep up with her. “It’s a secret no more if you tell it.” he pointed out, as soon as they arrived at a lake. “I keep no secrets from my fiance.” she chuckled, before sitting down at the base of the willow, dipping her feet in the warm water. “I see.” he looked down at her, a tad uncomfortable and unsure, as he sat down next to her. “Do you want to know what makes this place so special?” she asked him, with a soft smile on her face. “Sure.” he replied, as more of a mutter. “This is a human tale, and it goes as follows - Every Twilight, the Lake of the Princess is graced by the presence of a maiden, the nymph of the lake, Limnades, more beautiful than any man has ever witnessed in his life, and she comes here to bathe, for the water is magical and it sparkles like diamonds, making her skin flawless and delicate, just like a flower. At midnight, she emerges from the water, as fairies come to robe her, and she walks upon the sheen of the mirror water, dancing in the moonlight, to the tune of a flute and the wind rustling and dancing with the falling leaves and cherry blossom petals. Some call her Sakura, while some say she is a Will’o’Wisp, and yet, nobody knows the truth.” she told him the story that has been passed down from generation to generation, only in her clan. “Are all mortal tales so absurd?” Sesshomaru scoffed at the girl’s story. “Yes, they are, but don’t you think they hold a grain of romanticism to it?” she chuckled at his apathetic reaction. “What is the real story behind it, then?” he faced the girl. “Well...It’s all much simpler, really. The truth is that the only magical thing about this place, is its beauty. The moonlight is so powerful here that, since the lake is surrounded by big trees, it looks like a silver mirror...And the fairies are just ordinary fireflies...We have plenty of those, thankfully.” she grinned at him in amusement, as he nodded in understanding. “And that maiden, nymph or whatever she is?” he asked, wanting to know the whole truth. “About that...” she giggled mischievously, before springing up and taking a leap towards the middle of the lake, which startled the boy...Only to see her floating.  “How...?” he asked as he jumped to his feet, looking at her in wonder. “It’s one of our many tricks, Sesshomaru. This Lake is the place where the Princesses of the Fox clan bathe. We all have a love for fun, art and beauty, so of course we use our illusions to make everything as perfect as possible. We know a variety of dances, we all wear luxurious clothes, no matter our ranks or titles, and of course, we all know how to play at least one instrument. We have so many festivals, so we all have a lot of fun!” she explained, twirling around, letting her nine tails spread around in a fan of fire, just like her father did, greeting them. “So humans can’t differentiate between a Kitsune and a Naiad. Clearly, one cannot expect much from them.” calming down, he leaned back on the old tree, watching her with a certain sparkle of curiosity in his eyes. “That is not wrong...However, I find this naivite and innocence quite...Silly and amusing...If not, easily exploitable. Humans are creative and superstitious, therefore, we have all these silly stories, rituals and myths about ever little thing.” she said, getting back on the ground, sitting where she did just before. “You and I have very different views on these mortals, clearly.” he scoffed once again, looking away. “Mayhaps you just have too many emotions stored up inside your heart. Take some time from the world, focus on yourself, and relax. Look at the sky, appreciate the myriads of shades and colours it is painted with, and listen to the lullabies and hymns the nature is singing to you. Come on, Sessh. Sit down, breathe and enjoy life.” Y/N looked up at him with a sweet smile, as she held his hand and urged him to sit down next to her once again. “Does anyone in your clan take themselves seriously?” he gritted his teeth for a second, before sitting down next to the girl, only sparing her a glance with the corner of his eyes. “Only when necessary. Life is beautiful and it’s meant to be lived and enjoyed, and sometimes, it’s the little, insignificant details that matter - Those that are often overlooked...For example, were you born with your markings? I noticed you your father doesn’t have the same crescent moon on his forehead as you do...And your side lines are different in number and colours.” she asked, leaning on his side, putting her chin on his shoulder. “I was. All nobles have different markings...And the crescent moon is from my mother. You?” he felt himself warming up a bit to the girl, that he asked about her without even realising. “We aren’t born with them, they start appearing, only to girls, with years going. As you see, mine are still pale, but my mother’s are a brilliant shade of red. They reach that colour when we reach maturity, which is a sign we can marry. And...They are always different, depending on our personality. My mama is more gentle and soft...I’m more playful and mischievous.” she closed her eyes for a few seconds, before turning them on again. “That much is obvious.” the silver haired boy nodded, as if he already realised that long ago.
Giggling in amusement, she took out a leaf, and with a poof of smoke, Sesshomaru found himself with another version of himself leaning on his side, which made him look at the fox demon with an unphased look on his face.
“Fascinating power...If only you would not forget the leaf on your head.” he smirked, taking off the leaf from her head. “What?!” she gasped, which only made her turn back to herself, her green eyes widening like a little, surprised fawn. “It is rather weird seeing myself in front of me...It would be rather entertaining to see a successful trick like this, without forgetting the leaf. A very deadly weapon as well.” he informed, giving her the leaf back. “Is this how you do your tricks?” “Yes...I have a ton of leaves with me at all times...Ahh, I was sure I took out the leaf this time, how miserable!” she sighed, pouting, which earned a soft chuckle from the boy. “You are young, Y/N. Much younger than me still. There is enough time for you to stop forgetting that leaf...And to show me when you’ve perfected it.” he put his hand on her head, patting it. “Ehhh~? So that means you can’t wait to see me again! What a pleasant coincidence~!” she grinned teasingly, leaning o him. “Don’t push your luck.” he shot her a look of warning, but she obviously didn’t care.
Instead of replying, she got her hand inside of her kimono, taking out a flute and she began playing a magical melody that she learnt from her mother, that has been passed down through generations from her grandmother and so on, yet nobody knows who created it and how long has it been since someone was first taught it.
Sesshomaru closed his eyes, letting the back of his head rest on the bark of the Willow, allowing the song to create an atmosphere of complete bliss and serenity, and as the Sun set down, disappearing so that the Moon could take its place. The Moonlight was creating the illusion of diamonds floating, dazzling on the sheen of the mirror-like water, while the fire flies were flying around like small Will’o’Wisps dancing together in the gentle Spring breeze.
For the first time, so far, the silver haired Dog Demon princeling understood what it’s like to relax and take in the beauty of the moment, and for the next 500 years, he has been courting her, in his own way...Albeit not too often, for they were both very busy with their training and life in general, for they will be Lords, after all.
Unfortunately, this serendipity didn’t last too long for either of them, for Sesshomaru’s father went to another woman, a human that he loved and even had a child with...A half-demon...And in return, to keep them safe, Toga died, and with that, Kasai’s heart as well, for his best friend perished in vain.
As soon as Inu no Taisho died, Sesshomaru couldn’t be the Lord and reign with an iron fist, for he was still too young and inexperienced, despite the fighting he had done by his father’s side, which lead to a riot in both the Northern and the Western parts of Japan...
And Kasai died protecting his people.
From fear, Moeru ran away with her daughter, away from the mess, from the enemies, from the ill-will, from the bittersweet memories, from all the danger that wound cause her little Y/N any harm, so they took refuge to the Southern Lord, who gracefully welcomed them and offered his condolences.
It all went down in a flash, but her mother died from suffering so much over her husband’s death, leaving the poor girl all alone in this world, a young maiden out there, fighting to regain her birth right and take down the people who took away her lovely family from her, and killing them with no mercy or second thoughts, she managed to get the throne back, and now, she was the Lord of the Northern Japan and nobody dared go against her again.
She wasn’t sure how many centuries passed since she had a normal day, back when things were so much easier and when she could properly enjoy the beauty and art that her people had ingrained in their blood since the beginning of their making.
Nobody dared get on her territory without her consent, knowing they would get crushed by her and her blazing Fox Fire...
That is, until a silver haired boy with fluffy ears and a few companions come by, seeking shelter, and cause a commotion, as expected of them, and as they started fighting the intimidating guardians of the land, a luxurious woman with long hair, burning like the Twilight Sun, her long, nine tails spreading around her just like the flaming sky, her jade-like eyes piercing them like the harshest wind blade. Her face, despite the seductive, almost Geisha-like look, given by her pale skin and red markings, held a cold ruthlessness that seemed to drain the blood from the humans’ faces.
As soon as the half-demon took out his large sword and did a wind attack, the girl jumped on it, crouching down on the other end of the blade, her hands inside the opposite sleeves, looking at him with a taunting smirk.
“What’s your name, kid? What kind of animal demon are you? I have seen no half-demons in a very long while...Or, well, one that looks as cute as you, that is.” she giggled mysteriously, earning an angry growl from him. “What’s it to you, huh?! Why do you care about us?! They attacked us first!” he swung his blade again, only to get burnt by her fire, his sword kicked out of his hand, far away, and him, flat on his back, with her foot on his neck. “You are on my territory. My kingdom. Without permission. State your business and I will decide whether or not to forgive your intrusion...For your crew doesn’t seem to be harmful.” her voice became much darker and harsher, putting pressure on his neck. “We are sorry for the intrusion, miss! We are looking for shelter, we didn’t know this was your land. We are all human here, clueless about most of the demon business. My name is Kagome, this is Miroku, Sango...That is Inuyasha, and these are Shippo and Kirara.” the brunette girl in a weird attire spoke with feign confidence, making Y/N’s eyes widen slightly, leaving the half-demon and going to her, bending down slightly to get to her eye-level. “Kagome, Kagome...Who is behind you, bird in the cage? Yes, I always told him, humans are interesting indeed...And you look at that, you have a little Fox demon with you, how adorable...But you’re so tiny...Can you even transform, little one?” she asked the kid who stood with a shy expression on the brunet’s shoulder. “O-Of course I can! Look, I can be even you!” he tried to sound mature, transforming into the woman in front of him...Only for her to start laughing mirthfully. “Perfect transformation! ...Except for the leaf.” she grinned, picking the leaf from his head. “Ah...! Damn it, I was sure I took it off! I always forget to do take it away!” he whined in disbelief. “Don’t worry, little Shippo. When I was young like you, I used to forget the leaf all the time. Well... Stopped after meeting someone...But that doesn’t matter now.” she chuckled, letting the kid jump in her arms. “When you are so many centuries old, you tend to forget about the little mistakes you used to do when you were just a little snowdrop.” Y/N’s voice was so much calmer and gentler now, soothing like a mother’s lullaby to her child, and her voice seemed to ease everyone in the crew as well. “Tsk...Maybe you’re not such a bad chick. Since you asked, I am a Dog Demon. Why are you so interested in that?” he scoffed, still glaring at the woman as he got up on his feet. “You...Are a...Well, that explains it, you look so much like him...” she muttered, looking away into the horizon with a nostalgic smile. “Him? Someone who looks like InuYasha...?” Kagome’s eyes widened in realisation. “The only one who comes in mind would be...Sesshomaru...?” Sango questioned, unsure of herself. “I wouldn’t have expected humans to know someone like Sesshomaru. I haven’t seen him since before InuYasha was born and I was just a child. How long has it been...800 years ago maybe?” Y/N gave a satisfied, kitten-like smile, earning shocked gasps from everyone. “Well, we know him because he attacked InuYasha...But how do you know him for so long?” Kagome asked, blinking in curiosity. “Oh, well...I am his fiance.” she laughed, very amused at them falling to the ground in shock. “When we were both children, our fathers wanted us to marry, so from our marriage, the Northern and Western Japan would be united and peaceful. They wanted no more wars and disputes, so this was the perfect idea. They were best friends, so they had absolute faith in each other...” she explained, guiding them towards her castle. “Wait, so...What happened?” Shippo asked from her shoulder. “...Inuyasha was born.” she muttered, looking down for a few seconds, then back up ahead. “Huh?! What the hell do I have to do with that?!” he spit out in annoyance. “Your father died to protect you and your mother. Because of that, there was no more Lord in the West, so Sesshomaru had to do something about it, and with that, wars and riots started happening in the West, trying to overthrow my Clan...And my father died to protect us...Which means I haven’t seen him in over 200 years. I’m not blaming you, obviously, but I use some things as year bornes to remember things chronologically. Immortality can get confusing and tedious sometimes.” she laughed, a natural, mirthful laugh, just like her father used to, as she showed them inside the castle. “Woaw...So, that means you are the Leader of the West?” Kagome asked, very excited. “Yes, I suppose I am, and have been for quite a while. Took a while to take back my throne from those usurpers, but...None is alive to tell the tale of betrayal. Anyway, if you want to stay over, you will have to join me for a cup of tea and tell me the reason of your journey together and your personal stories. You are all incredibly different and unique...There must be something that brought you together.” she flashed them a mischievous smirk, before welcoming them inside.
They told the Kitsune about the destruction of the Shikon no Tama, which shocked her, until she found out about this Naraku who is creating chaos everywhere and destroying the peace and harmony of the world, that was already in shambles enough as if was.
Easily agreeing to help them with anything they needed, she made plans on how to aid them while also taking care of her kingdom, which was her priority, first and foremost.
She thought awhile on what the best course of action would be, and protecting the West from threats like Naraku was the best course of action, and thus, despite going on an aimless journey, she found a treasure that she would have never expected to stumble upon.
A little girl, brunet, wearing an orange kimono and walking barefoot, humming a cute little tune and picking berries, while a green gremlin, half her height, was nagging her with a greatly annoying voice that she paid no mind to.
Y/N leaned on a tree, watching the scene with a smile, realising that he was no harm to her - surprisingly, that is - Until their peace was destroyed by a numerous gang of large and fearsome demons ran towards them, growling, clearly wanting to mangle and eat them.
Tsk-ing in annoyance realising that the little demon was close to useless, despite the fire-breathing staff he had as a weapon, he was trembling even more than the frightened young girl, which lead Y/N to take action. With a speed that could barely be caught with the human eye, she made her claws elongate and easily slashed through the enemies without even the littlest effort.
When she was done with the group of thugs, Y/N stepped in front of the scared little girl, crouched down to her level, and pet her long brunette hair, giving her a gentle smile.
“Don’t worry, they are gone now.” she spoke in a soothing voice, making the girl quickly wipe the tears brimmed in her eyes, and returning a sweet smile. “Miss, you were amazing, you saved us! Thank you so much!” her voice was so adorable and filled with glee and gratitude. “I’m glad I was here when needed. What were you doing here? There is no human village around. You saw what happened just now, and that this gremlin here is rather useless, as you saw. Not to mention, staying around a demon is pretty dangerous in itself.” she giggled with a shady smirk, making the girl laugh as well. “Oh, but I’m not alone, and I’m not afraid of demons! Lord Sesshomaru saved me and took care of me! He always protects me, but now, he was away to investigate, so he let Jaken take care of me.” as soon as the girl mentioned that familiar name with such leisure, the Fox girl’s jaw dropped to the ground in shock, her green eyes widened as never before. “You...You said...Sesshomaru...? He’s here? Really?!” the woman jumped to her feet, as if electrified, which made the green gremlin shriek at her. “It’s LORD Sesshomaru for you, you filthy wench! How dare you address him with such disrespect?!” his voice was grating her brain so bad that she was barely stopping herself from kicking him into the horizon. “I will speak to him however I please. I gained that right long ago. About five centuries ago, in fact.” she spoke in a smug voice, crossing her arms, digging her claws into the material of her kimono, clearly waiting for the Dog Demon to return.
And return he did, and much faster then she expected, descending from the sky gracefully, his amber eyes holding the same harsh and cold gaze, as he hurried and examined the woman that seemed to hold no hostile will.
“Lord Sesshomaru, you’re back! This lady saved us from a bunch of ugly demons that tried to eat us!” the little girl ran to the man with a wide grin, which made the Fox Demon put her hand to her mouth, stifling a chuckle. “I see. I thank you for saving Rin’s life, despite being a demon yourself.” he walked in front of her, obviously trying to analyse her. “Lord Sesshomaru...Is that what they call you, even now? And what are you, Lord over nothingness? Wandering the world for two centuries in a journey to find yourself, while I had to fight with blood, fire and tears to regain my throne from the usurpers. If I didn’t know better, Sessh, I would say you have become rather...Lazy?” Y/N she gave him a mocking, seductive look, letting her nine tails spread around her, circling him and occasionally turning around. “I don’t quite appreciate the greeting you are giving me, Y/N.” he spoke in a deadpan voice, although she knew he was anything but annoyed as he wanted to be seen. “I did not quite appreciate you not coming to see me in the last two hundred years, you know? You weren’t there to see my markings turning red, either. And on many other occasions. And now...No hugs, no kisses, no affection? That is rather pitiful from you, my darling.” she chuckled, jabbing at him to see how far she could push him. “D-Darling?! Who do you think you are?! What gives you the RIGHT to speak like that to Lord Sesshomaru?! I will make you pay for your impudence!” Jaken ran to hit the woman with her staff, but using on of her tails, she tripped him, making Rin laugh at his misfortune. “She is Y/N, Lord of the Fox Demon clan, ruler of the West. She has earned the right to speak so freely with me.” the silver haired man informed the two, not taking his eyes away from her green eyes that enticed him as always. “You are forgetting another very important title~.” she stepped forward, leaning her elbow on his shoulder, reaching her other hand up to boop his nose. “...And my fiancee.” he grumbled, catching her wrist before she could do what she pleased. “WHAAAAAAAT?! L-Lord Sesshomaru...Why have you never told me you were married...?!” Jacked started crying rivers, while Rin was cheering, extra happy. “I did. Many years ago, when I was trying to escape the pressure of the Lord of the East to marry his daughter.” Sesshomaru spoke, barely bothering with his lackey. “Awww, so you thought of me, how adorable! I am flattered.” she chuckled, hooking her arm to the man, who didn’t seem to protest...Too much.
They started walking, looking for a place to camp for the night, Y/N putting the wood on fire for Rin to roast the food, so when the Twilight started creeping, she started looking around for a lake to bathe, and thankfully, she did. Discarding her outfit, she stepped in the cool water, shivering a bit at the temperature difference, before relaxing and taking out her flute to play.
She hasn’t played since the last night she saw him, and now that she has him close to her again, she can feel at ease playing again. Without even realising, she played the tune she played for Sesshomaru when they first met each other.
The lake wasn’t as beautiful as the one back home, but the moonlight was just as silver, the water was just as crystalline and the fireflies were glowing like little fairies...Just like home.
In the middle of her song, she heard the ruffling of bushes, which made her jump to her feet in full alert, her tails wrapping around her to hide her naked body. Easing her fears, glowing from the light of Mother Moon, Sesshomaru walked towards her, not sparing her a glance until he got to the water to his waist, approaching her, as she stepped back, looking away with a blush.
“Uhm...Sesshomaru, hello. What...Are you doing here?” she gave a nervous chuckle, pulling her tails closer to her body. “I came to bathe, just like you. Do you have anything against me being here?” he pushed her with his words, looking at her with that intimidating gaze of his. “No, of course not! You can bathe here too, obviously.” she flashed a quick, embarrassed smile that disappeared as fast as it came. “You are blushing. Are you...Flustered, by chance? Is my presence here making a Fox like you nervous, per chance?” he teased her, barely able to contain his smirk of amusement. “...A bit.” she muttered, taking another step back. “You act completely different from earlier. Not very Fox-like of you, is it?” he teased her, getting in front of her, lifting her chin up to look at him. “We are indecent...And you are my fiance. We haven’t...Seen each other before. You can’t blame me for feeling nervous.” she muttered, averting her gaze from his. “You worry too much.” Sesshomaru let out an amused breathe, before leaning in, brushing his lips to hers. “I missed you.” he ushered, as he kissed her softly.
It felt like the time stopped for the girl, she felt like lightning struck her and the energy was surging through her bloodstream, blushing even more as she melted into the kiss and let herself feel, kissing back with more passion and fire, resting her hands on his shoulder to bring him closer to her. Her tails seemed to have a will of their own, slowly uncoiling themselves from her body, and wrapping around his, staying glued together, skin to skin, feeling ablaze with every touch.
“How did you end up so far away from home?” he asked, brushing his fingers through her long, fire hair. “Your brother and his little group of friends found their way in my territory. They told me about this Naraku foe they must defeat, and the destroyed Jewel...And I I thought that if I killed him, he would be a threat to my people no more...Moreover, they mentioned seeing you a few times, so it was worth trying to find you...I missed you as well, dearly.” she sighed, looking down, resting her head on his chest, enjoying the warmth she was feeling from his embrace, after so long. “You don’t have to worry anymore, I’m not going to disappear again. They are right, Naraku is a threat...That we will eliminate. When this is all done, we will be able to fulfill our parents’ wishes. We will have peace, and...You will be the most beautiful bride.” his voice was soft, just as back then, many years ago, when he was courting her. “I will wear a pink kimono, not the boring white one. I have style, clearly...Although I’m not sure pink suits me too much, considering what an intense shade of red my hair is. There’s no contrast.” she smiled, purring softly as he started playing with her hair. “It suits you very much...Although I am curious why you always chose this particular colour...Even now, and back then, when I first laid my eyes upon you and your shyness was just as it is now.” he asked, planting a kiss on her forehead. “Because it has always been my mum’s favourite colour since she was little...And she also married in a pink kimono. I guess I felt connected with this, just like I was with her.” she grinned nostalgically, which in turn, earned a soft smile from him as well. “I see. Then we will do as you wish.” he nodded, putting his hand or the back of her head, pulling her closer to him. “Sessh...?” Y/N looked up at him, her eyes glossy and warm, like that of a fawn. “Yes, Y/N?” he muttered, looking down at her. “I love you.” her voice was so soft and gentle, yet filled with so many emotions. “I love you as well, Y/N.” after a brief silence, Sesshomaru answered, ignoring the wall of coldness and properness that he instilled in himself. “Let’s defeat this Naraku and go home.” she leaned her head back on his chest, looking as relaxed and content, just like back then, when they first visited the lake. “That, we will. I promise.”
