Pairing; Dad! Tony x Stark! Reader

Warnings; Big sadness for me idk about you. ENDGAME SPOILERS

A/n; I'm big sad and I watched endgame again like last week.

"Daddy look!" You said, pulling on his sleeve.

He looked down from his next project, seeing a colorful drawing of him. "What's this pumpkin?" He asked, squatting down to you.

"It's you! My teacher said to draw someone who means the world to you and I drew you."

He smiled big, letting out a soft chuckle. He picked you up, putting you on his hip. "You mean the world to me too, pumpkin." You smiled brightly and pressed a wet kiss to his cheek.

"Alright Pumpkin, I want you to meet the second most important girl in my life, you, of course, being the first."

A tall woman with strawberry blonde hair strode in a birthday bag in her hand. She bent down to you, a sweet smile on her face.

"Hi, I'm Pepper Potts. And you are?" She said in a sweet voice, holding out her hand for you to shake.

At the fresh age of nine-years-old, you weren't keen on shaking hands, instead, you hugged her, taking a deep breath of her flowery scent.

"I'm Y/n Stark!" You said happily. You looked up to your dad with those big doe eyes. "Is she my new mom?" You asked.

"S'pose she is, would you be happy with that?" He asked, bouncing on his heels.

You looked at Peppers' face, narrowing your eyes before you broke out into a smile. "Yeah!" You opened your arms big for Pepper, welcoming her with a hug.

"Oh, sweetie this is for you." She passed you the bag and You peeked inside, smiling brightly as you saw the plush toy. You held it up to your father who had a smirk on his face.

"Look, Daddy!" You squealed holding up the iron man plush." It's you!"

"Daddy! There's a man in the elevator!" You said.

"Cute kid Stark. Kind of loud but cute." Coulson said, nodding his head to the side a little.

Tony scoffed, ruffling your hair. "She's a Stark what do you expect? Proper and quiet?"

He shook his head, "Not really no."

Tony squinted, "I'm sorry are you here for something or did you just come to crash movie night?"

"We're watching Winnie the Pooh." You interjected, zipping up your onesie.

"Okay I'm usually a cold-hearted person but that is adorable," Phil said, pointing at you. "But yes I'm here to give you this." He finished holding out a manilla folder for him.

Tony stared at it for a second, "Oh sorry I don't get handed things, those just usually go in the piled up mailroom I go in once a year." Pepped strode over, "I'll take that I like being handed things." She pushed Tony lightly to get him to move, putting the folder in his hands.

You walked up to Phil, holding up a bag of cookies to him. "If you open this for me, I'll give you two of them." Phil took the bag from your hands, opening it and taking two.

"Thanks, kid."

"My names Y/n, you?"

"Agent Coulson." He said looking down at you.

You looked up at him, raising your brows. "Wow agent as a first name? That's weird." You said, walking back to the couch.

Phil started blankly out the window, shaking his head. "She really is a Stark."

- "Are you sure you have to leave?" You asked your dad as he got into a helicopter. "I mean you have a broken arm and that black eye doesn't suit you well."

Your dad faked gasped, putting a hand over his heart. "You've been spending too much time with Harley."

"We've known him for three years dad and he lives in Tennessee."

"I feel like you're asking me to take you over there to see him."

You squinted at him, trying to hide a smile. "What? Me? No, you probably. But I guess a few hours hanging with him wouldn't hurt."

Tony scooted over, laying his head back. "Alright pumpkin, get in."

You climbed in, resting your head on his shoulder. "You know you're my favorite." "Is it because I'm your dad?" He asked with an obvious tone.

You shook your head, "No, because you're my world."

You ran inside the compound, finding your dad and godfather talking to each other. "I leave you for five hours and you two almost die!" You yelled.

"Pumpkin, calm down," Tony said, lowing his arms.

You pulled at your hair, tears starting to build. "I can't calm down! I get a call from Nat saying Rhodey was in the hospital and then Friday alerting me that you almost- you could've- " By now the tears streamed down your face rapidly and you ran to your room.

Tony sighed and looked down at his feet, "I should go talk to her." He left Rhodey by himself, silently walking up to your room. He knocked on your door, "Pumpkin? Can I come in?" The door opened and you sat on your bed, arms crossed over your chest.

"Do you know where Uncle Steve went?" He shook his head, closing his eyes. "Nat?" He shook his head again and you closed your eyes. "Why'd it happen in the first place. Not the airport but you and Steve."

Tony sighed, coming to sit next to you. "His friend, Bucky, he killed your grandparents. Steve knew and I just- I lost it."

You let out a breath, "It was a human reaction. You aren't the bad guy, no one is, not even Bucky." Your father gave you a look. "Now I know he killed grandma and grandpa but was he in the right mind? You told me he was brainwashed and Steve said that they were friends before he fell. I'm not choosing sides, it's just a thought."

He hugged you, tickling your sides. "You're smart for a twelve-year-old."

"Sixteen, dad. I'm sixteen."

"Why am I so nervous?" You said rubbing your hands against your dress. "It's just Harley, we're best friends for christ sake! Why am I nervous?"

Your dad smiled at you, "Now I may not be an expert on feeling but, I'm pretty sure you like Harley, " he said. "As more than friends."

You gave him a look and walked out of the room to console your mother and godparents. "Okay, I'm nervous but it's only Harley and dads saying I like him as more than a friend. Opinions, please."

Pepper gave a smile, "I think it's possible."

Natasha chuckled, "You totally do."

Rhodey rubbed the scruff on his chin, looking up in thought. "I mean you did hop on a plane for like five hours to go see him in Memphis."

Your cheeks were tinted pink as you rubbed the back of your neck, "In my defense, it was his birthday."

"You could have just called him like a normal person." Happy said as he walked in.

"I'm a Stark," You said, putting your hands on your hips. "Nothing we do is normal." Your dad held up his hand for a high five, you proudly giving him one.

"Boss Mr. Keener is outside, should I let him in?" Your eyes widened and you pulled Natasha and Pepper upstairs to help you finish. "Yeah, let him in."

Harley's head popped up from around the corner and he smiled as he saw the three men. "Hey, guys."

"Keener." Happy seethed, narrowing his eyes at him.

He took a step back in precaution, "Okay, " he said uneasily. "Is uh, is y/n ready?"

Rhodey reached for his drink on the coffee table, "Oh we don't know, she was just down here but she ran up there again." Harley nodded, sitting on a barstool.

"So, any plans after prom?" Happy asked.

He shrugged, "Probably go to Burger King or something."

Tony patted him on the back, "I've never been more proud."

You walked down the stairs, Pepper and Nat close behind. Harley stood from the seat, looking absolutely starstruck by your appearance. You smiled up at him, "Hi."

He looked down at you, letting out a small breath, "Hi. Um, you look, you look amazing." He stammered as the adults in the room let out small chuckles.

"You do too."

Tony walked up, pushing you too lightly to the door, "Alright, that's enough gazing into each other's eyes lovingly. I want her home by, I don't know, twelve? She knows we'll be awake." Harley stepped out of the door, waiting for you. You turned, giving your dad a kiss on the cheek. "Have fun pumpkin." He said, waving from the doorstep. You waved back, climbing into Harley's car.

- Stepping down from the steps of the lake house, holding onto Morgans' hand tears ran down your face. The day you dreaded had come, your dad had died and your godmother had died. You held a floral arrangement for Natasha while your mom carried one for your father. They floated down the lake, a heavy feeling cast around everyone.

"My father was known as an egotistical maniac by the press, I only knew a kind-hearted man who dressed in an elephant onesie for movie night." You said into the mic, looking over the crowd of people. "My mom died when she gave birth to me and Tony was there from the start. He was there for everything from my first step, to my first heartbreak. It breaks my heart knowing that my baby will grow up never knowing her grandpa but she'll know of the tales of Iron Man, she'll know of the tales of the Black Widow. Despite their pasts, Natasha Romanoff and Tony Stark will live on as heroes in not only our hearts but the hearts of many people in the world, thank you." You stepped down from the pedestal, Harley helping you down.

He kissed your cheek, placing a hand on your belly. "That was beautiful honey." You walked with him to a bench overlooking the lake.

“I hope they heard it.” You said, looking up at the sky, a hand on your belly.

Laying in the hospital bed, you wiped the sweat from your brow, holding onto the baby girl you had given birth to. You looked up at Harley, who had happy tears rolling down his face.

Everyone piled into the hospital room, fawning over the little girl in between you and Harley. Pepper, Happy, Morgan, Rhodey, Steve, Thor, Clint, Peter, and Bruce stood around you.

“Everyone,” you said, looking at them then back to your daughter. “Meet Tonya Alianova Stark.”

My mom told me that her sister and her sister's partner wanted to go to Canada and that she has to ask for the last week of December off but then they decided not to because they found out they'd have to quarantined (obviously) and my mom didn't want to go anyway but she decided to tell about this and she started out by saying "[They] wanted to go-"

But she didn't get to finish that initially because I immediately said no I'm not going anywhere

She then explained the whole thing to me, I maintain I wouldn't go because of the virus and I also said that I wouldn't want to go with them even without the virus. She got upset, well I don't really trust that she cares enough about me but she does like to make me feel bad. Good thing I don't.

Now this may seem like a rude thing to say, but the truth is that 1.) I have historically never enjoyed trips with them. I'm always forced to go, I never want to. They always make me go out with them, go places I don't care to, I never have the energy or desire to do anything and yet if I express my feelings my mom tells at and threatens me.

2.) They never listen to me. This contributes a lot to me not wanting to go obviously and the fact that they don't listen when I say I don't want to lol.

You know, for my 18th birthday we went out to dinner, already a bad start because I hate these people, and the first restaurant we went to was packed which okay because I didn't want to go to it anyway. My Aunt's partner said I should get to pick because it's my birthday and I got excited because there was a place I wanted to go. But my mom said no because I was probably going to pick Burger King (I wasn't and she never even bothered to ask what I would pick) and decided she would pick. She picked a Japanese restaurant. I have a seafood allergy. Literally there were only two things on the menu I wasn't allergic to, one was chicken and one was pork. I hate pork, that leaves me with one option. The chicken was good but that doesn't change the fact that I had no options because my mom is a dumbass that picked a restaurant even though I told her before we went that I didn't want to and we were both allergic to most of the options. (Note that we have been to Japanese restaurants before and, at least the few that I've been to, they always have majority seafood options, I have always found myself with two or three options because of my allergy. I always get the chicken, it's always good.)

I didn't want to go out with them, I didn't want to go to a restaurant where I was allergic to most of the food, and I wasn't really in the mood to cry because my mom was yelling at and threatening me. This might seem a bit whiny and insignificant but idk I think it does show how they really don't care I mean you're celebrating a girl's birthday by making her go out with people she doesn't like, to a restaurant she can barely eat at, and she's not even talking to ya'll because she's watching YouTube on her phone. Great party.

3.) My mom is an abusive bitch and I don't want to spend time with her. I can't really say whether her sister or her sister's partner are abusive because I'm not their kid but at the very least her sister is also a bitch and I barely know the partner, despite having known him for over a decade. My grandma doesn't care about us and she was an abusive bitch too, so fuck her. They're also racists so yikes. My cousins are fine for now, even though one tried to kill me, but like the adults? Shitty, the lot of them. The only reason I ever end up going is because she says she'll beat me or whatever.

Why the fuck would I want to go anywhere with the woman who treats me like shit? Or her sister who has never liked me for some weird reason and her partner who I don't know? Or her mother who only really acknowledges us because she has to rely on us more now that my grandpa isn't there to coddle her? My cousins are on thin ice, I don't mind them, just that they've said some times that make me think "please change as a person, I want to like you", but one of them is 12.

4.) We went on vacation in the summer with a global pandemic going on. We didn't get the virus but ya'll really renting out a beach house and going to the fucking beach with a global pandemic going on? Actual idiots, now you want to do it again? Wtf are you going to do in Canada, there's no reason to go unless you plan on going out. I never left the beach house but I didn't want to go in the pool but my mom kept saying that if I didn't I'd have to go to the beach. On like the last day I went to the pool by myself so I wouldn't have to be with them or go to the beach and despite the boredom it was better than being with them.

And she's pretending to be hurt like I literally tell ya'll every single fucking time that I don't want to go, you'd think they'd get the hint? Whatever, I'm 90% sure she only pretended to be hurt because she wants me to feel bad about saying that. Uh maybe you should feel bad about all that bad shit you said and did? Fuck you.

Life Update part I actually managed to clean the house a bit be proud

Hey peeps!

Long time no life update!

Okay so I don’t fully remember what the last update was about so I may repeat some stuff ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

First and foremost,

The Rat Situation/Home Stuff

We still have rats, of course, because rats aren’t really a problem that go away on their own, no matter how uninhabitable you make their (and your own) environment.

Good news though, Burger King has absolutely stepped up his rat catching game tenfold.

In the past two weeks he’s caught at least 20 or so. Like, he’s seriously a beast.

I kind of think his improved hunting miigghhtt be because there’s a a smol little orange girl kitty who is wandering around here and he’s trying to impress her (or show her up)

She’s also helping us with the rats too, so kudos to her! I’ve named her Creamsicle and I plan on capturing her and taking her to a no-kill shelter ASAP, but she’s very shy rn so I’m currently building trust. In the interim she has a nice warm home under our house and plenty of food and water. ^__^

Even Better Good News I’ve been talking to extended family member after extended family member in a real life version of crowdsourcing and we can finally get an exterminator/humane trapper up in here!!!

It’ll still take a while because we need to clean but!!! Freedom is in our sights!! Rat freedom! ^___^ this is like a good ending to The Judge’s House.

Bad news just to keep you on your feet, out stove kind of exploded last night.

Well okay it didn’t really explode explode, but damn was it scary anyway.

It made an extremely loud sound and blew fire up from the one stove eye that was on and then the fire went out and it started hissing gas

We turned it off and then turned off the main gas line in total and well, this is what the gas lines leading up to the stove eyes look like:

Yea they’re all four broken like that. Idk how or why but they seem to be made out of aluminium? For what ever reason? And they’ve just broken in half. Yes this is a terrifying discovery :/

We are looking at some “new” stove options, there’s a lot of Renovations going on around our neighborhood and a lot of peeps who want to just get rid of their old stoves for cheap or even free

So we might be able to find something nice and affordable. ^_^

(Also we aren’t sure how long the gas lines to that stove have been leaking so I’ll keep you peeps updated on if our health improves any lol)

Alright so Next Up is

Health

Or idk, lack there of.

So, big deal, I’ve finally and officially been diagnosed with Tachycardia!

Which is one of the many things I’ve been saying all along!

I have supraventrical Tachycardia, meaning the top part of my heart beats 3 times for every one time the bottom part beats. They are also looking to see if I also have POTS, which is very likely because it seems to be postural

I’m on Digoxin now and it’s been somewhat mildly improving my dizziness, so yay!

In even more exciting news, I finally finally finally have an appointment to see a bone/joint doctor.

So we can figure out why my joints dislocate like crazy. (Idk if it’s EDS or not but we will know soon I hope)

And hopefully this will help me get to a place where I can get medical treatment and maybe even recover some.

Meanwhile I might make a separate post about the idea of retroactive disability, which should absolutely be a thing that exists and goes along with my socialist ideals but I’ll make that later so shhhhh

Otherwise health stuff has been frustrating for me lately, both of my ears have severe inner ear infections and I think I have a mild flu, despite having gotten my flu shot for the year -_-

And of course I had my period twice this month (that’s also something I’m going to talk about in a different post bc it’s a little tmi) which means nearly 3 weeks of feeling like a hibernating bear and sleeping almost 24/7

Which btw is why I haven’t been on much

Creativity

Okay so like I said in a previous post, I am absolutely making a poster for Markiplier’s charity livestream (December 1st, 10 am PST)

And I’m actually really excited about making it. I’ve been practising sketching peeps and practising the human form for a few months so I’m kind of ready to make it.

Plus it’s just nice to have something to work towards ^__^

Also, I think I might make a Minecraft playthrough.

So the short version of a long story here is that while I’ve played Minecraft for years I’ve never finished the game.

And that’s not for a lack of being able to, I could have done it at anytime... but I’ve never felt ready.

And now I think I’d love to record it, because why not?

The End Poem is actually really special and meaningful to me and I think I’d like to experience it for the first time first hand (I’ve read it before but like I said I’ve never gotten to it myself) with you peeps.

Idk if I want it to go up on YouTube or not but perhaps?

Anyway let me know if you want me to make a Single Person Vanilla Minecraft let’s play I guess?

It might not be anything new but it would at the least be my own...

And finally

Cleaning

So I enlisted some help in my extended family members and we went wild with cleaning my grandma’s house.

We stuck to the kitchen and living room but we had it nearly spotless by the time she woke up, her being none the wiser to what we were doing

And I mean, my left knee was completely dislocated the entire time, and my back and hips hurt like crazy now

But I am honestly really proud of myself for forcing myself to do it.

Okay well I think that’s all of the major life updates for the time being!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUNGKOOK: 365 Reasons why I LOVE him

Hope you’re ready for this because I’m about to word vomit my love and adoration for Jungkook for 365 bulletpoints straight

first of all what isn’t there to love about him:

his cute soft gentle bunny smile

the way he takes out (specifically the right) earpiece when hes singing

his lower lip mole

HIS SINGING VOICE

like the way his voice can go rly low and raspy but then also really high pitched and whiny and squeaky im literally in love

HIS LAUGHHHHH when he starts laughing so hard he starts clapping and throwing his whole body into it

or how his giggle starts off quiet but then it gets rly high pitched and squeaky

but then he laughs so hard that no sound comes out and it gets rly low and he gasps in between laughs its so cute :(

the way he chooses to use formal language with his hyungs out of respect even when he’s been told multiple times it’s okay to speak comfortably

the way he works so hard at ABSOLUTELY everything he does

like how he wanted to get good at bowling so he went almost every day at 2am DESPITE promotions and a busy schedule and practiced for months to improve

the way he hums in between his words when hes thinking and makes this like? “kahhhehh” sound in between when he’s not sure what to say next

his big brown beautiful eyes and the way they’re so big and sparkly :(

his silly personality when he’s rly comfortable and starts getting absolutely wild and fools around with his friends

the way hes finally starting to open up and become less shy and now has friends outside the group he speaks to regularly

THAT TIME HE WENT TO BURGER KING AND ORGANIZED ALL HIS TRASH WHEN HE WAS DONE

hes just rly? respectful and thoughtful and always puts people before himself

how he worked SO hard on his Begin solo stage and KILLED IT WITH THAT FOOTWORK

speaking of solo stage RAINISM was.... well I think if you follow this blog you know how I feel about rainism but ya... killed it

mmmmmmmm his voice in classroom ideal

and the belt chain

that one time the members pranked him for his birthday and the manager yelled at him for messing up the choreo (which was part of the prank) and said something along the lines of “do you think you’re so perfect you don’t mess up?” and he got rly quiet then when they revealed it was a prank he cried because he thought he was letting everyone down

acts tough and sexy but is really a big softy

cries when his hyungs are struggling

like when taehyung’s grandma died and they spoke about it on stage and he started crying

or when he started crying when they won their daesang because he said he was so overwhelmed with thankfulness and wanted to make us proud

and so the adventure begins

hello friends! today marks my FIRST morning waking up in London in my new home. and boyyy was it an adventure getting here. so i’m just going to give you the full run down (it’s quite long so nobody will probably read it but idc):

so sept. 12th was the day that i officially left. my friend pedro and I had a flight that took off from DFW at 6:15 PM. So that means we had the ENTIRE DAY to stress about this upcoming adventure. And stress we did. (You can ask Amber, I sent her many texts) i started my morning off by having cinnamon coffee (my familys STAPLE) in my most favorite place in my house (because i think my fam is moving so idk if they’ll be there when i get back). Then I went on to cook some breakfast. This included an ENTIRE pack of bacon because lets be real - i’m hype to try this english bacon, but american bacon will forever have a place in my heart.

from here i finished packing which btw i was gonna post this cute post with like pictures and all the stuff i packed so that i could be cool or whatever. but honestly my aunt packed my suitcase because i had no idae what the heck i was doing so im sorry :D either way, from there we moved on to get our LAST AMERICAN MEAL which ended up being in-n-out burger. Yeah i know i live in texas and my last meal wasnt whataburger. SO WHAT. okay. that aside, finally it was time to leave which was like very surreal and insane.

I said goodbye to my little cousin Zach (i sobbed and he didn’t shed a tear). I said goodbye to my grandma. And then we were off. We road with my aunt who proceeded to tell us how amazing this was going to be and i proceeded to cry because seriously i love my family haha i am a mess. so at the airport we went through security relatively quick. I had to say goodbye to my aunt (which was hard) but we made it. And finally we found our gate! we had some time to spare...so pedro and i got a margarita before we left. who knows if we’ll find good ones in London!?

so we sat around and finally boarded. pedro and i were on the back of the plane, however like our seats were so roomy and comfortable i was SHOOK. it was a huge plane, the biggest i’d ever been on before (three seats, four seats, three seats). however i must say the flight was fairly uneventful. We watched movies and attempted to sleep and had crappy airplane food and lots of wine. so in my eyes it was a pretty good time.

finally we landed in London. Which was insane to us, it felt so surreal! customs went by fast which was AWESOME and finally it was time to get our uber to where we were going. except. well. for some reason the uber app wouldn’t accept ANY form of payment (i have my cards set that im going to london, i promise that wasn’t it). Like even paypal? or pedros card? so here we are at heathrow airport trying to figure out how to get to about 45 minutes south of london with no car. i know you’re all thinking ‘oh kara why didnt u take the tube london is all about public transportation!?’ YES I KNOW BUT LOOK WE HAD SO MUCH LUGGAGE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SO HARD AND WE WERE SO TIRED. so we took a taxi to the train station. which was pretty cool minus the traffic and the price. we got to see some of London! particularly trafalgar square and the london eye! well either way, after a two hour taxi ride, we finally make it to the station. TURNS OUT THERE ARE TRAIN DELAYS due to some signaling issue. So we get an oyster card since we have time to kill anyway and we sit and wait. the scariest thing was that there was no guarantee that our train would actually show up or not. like they had no idea. BUT IT DID.

on the trian we met the sweetest girl who helped us carry luggage to our dorm. and let me just say SIDCUP IS THE CUTEST TOWN OH MY GOD. i promise to upload plenty of pics because this place is precious. wow. either way finally we MAKE IT to our rooms and get to set all our stuff down. and from here pedro and i are like AHHH WHAT NOW. honestly we wanted to go to sleep but we had to fight off that jetlag so we decided to go adventure! we went to find where our college was. we got a bit lost, but found our way eventually. its about a 15 minute walk from where we live which isnt so bad! and then we headed off to Bexelyheath which is about 30 minutes via train from where we are at to get me a phone plan. (that international shit is too expensive).

so after getting ripped off and told many lies about how all the plans work and also being asked for a credit check (but i didnt do it so its okay), we finally found a pay as you go plan that offered data so i could still talk to my family back home. (thank god). from here we headed off to my F A V O R I T E part of the day (i know that sarcasm doesnt work via text so i am here to tell you i am being VERY sarcastic about that favorite bit).

so pedro and i didnt prepare anything for our beds or dorms because we were told by our friends over here that had done this program in the past that they were leaving behind items for us to use! (wow so helpful so nice) well turns out they couldnt find them and so we were in essential limbo all day. until we go to meet up with our friend who was helping us out. she was super duper awesome and gave us many hints on how to survive and also glasses of champagne. however, she didn’t really come through on our bedding. Pedro and I had to wait up until 10 PM (keep in mind weve been awake well past 24 hours by now) to get the stuff. and FINALLY IT ARRIVES. except it is disgusting. like literally bugs were in it. they were all stained. they had been in a garage for months.

so here it is. 10 pm. we have no bedding. no towels. nothing. and everything is closed. so. naturally i showered and used my cardigan as a towel and stuffed my sweaters up to make a pillow to sleep. which was pretty damn awful and my neck is feeling it todayyyy but i still awoke to the beautiful town of Sidcup and Pedro and I are ready to take on the rest of the day.

so thats it folks. i’ll update you soon on the actual adventure to get bedding. and maybe some feelings that im feeling about this big move (because honestly im a mess lol) but stay cool kids.
