Keigo Takami- Overprotective Father of One

Hawks had never planned on being a father, he never even wanted a relationship. He had enough on his plate with his long term goal of making it a world where heroes had too much downtime. And he'd seen what his father did to his mother, he feared that maybe he could end up like that. It was just easier to avoid the issues of relationships and love. So far in life, he had been satisfied enough with one night stands with strangers and the occasional fan girl that let him toy with her.

And then there was you. Something about you was different. You didn't hang off his arm, or speak loudly for his attention. When you couldn't grasp his attention, you simply went silent and waited for him to notice. Hawks always noticed you and the change in your behavior, immediately asking what he could do for you. It scared him to be so wrapped around your finger and you hadn't even tried. Were you even aware of the fact he was so struck by you? Did you do it on purpose to toy with him? He would deserve it, after all, he'd toyed with so many woman it wouldn't surprise him.

Keigo made it clear when you started dating he would not be open to the idea of having children. You were fine with that, completely understanding that he had his own preference on the ordeal. But it was different when you ended up pregnant, you could barely even tell him that you were carrying his baby. And, gods, the way he reacted after you finally spit it out.

He freaked, nearly pulled his hair out and dove from the nearest window. It wasn't lost on you that he was in shock, having heard, what to him was, the worst news. Of course, you cried, being more scared after telling him than you were before. You didn't leave your house for a few days and just stayed in bed. Keigo, on the other hand, was too busy with work. Not to mean he wasn't thinking about you, in fact you were a distraction while he was working. He didn't want kids, but for whatever reason, he loved that you were carrying his baby. Keigo had never been so enthralled by an idea, and he hated it. What did you do to him?

It all changed when you were showing your baby bump. Keigo would not leave you alone for any reason. No matter what you were doing, he was behind you. And he was absolutely smitten when you gave birth. The whole ordeal was upsetting to him, the way you screamed and he couldn't get rid of what was hurting you. The doctors wanted to clear him out of the room, his wings moving out of control and a few feathers bouncing around in reaction to his stress. You chuckled at him, taking his hand and squeezing through the pain.

The baby was the most precious thing Keigo had ever seen. He refused to set him down after getting his son passed to him.

"Kei, you can put him down, y'know?" You chuckled, too tired to really fight him after the hours you spent in labor. The way he stared down at your son, it made your heart swell in your chest, but you also wanted him to relax and put the baby down. "He'll still be here later, okay? Come help me pick a name for him."

Keigo hesitated, clutching the boy closer for a quick moment, before sighing, "Okay...yeah, you're right."

He put his son in the baby bed, sitting between it and your bed, "How about... Alex? No. No I had a neighbor named Alex. Not that." Another moment of silence passed when he smiled, "What about Akira, or Kaito?"

"I like Kaito..." You mumbled, looking over at the newborn and smiling. How could something so beautiful have had a rocky start? "His little wings were the worst part...but look at them, just like yours..."

Keigo's vermillion wings puffed up, "You think so? Do you think they'll do the same stuff as my wings do? maybe he'll become a strong hero like me?"

You chuckled again, laying back into the hospital bed. It had taken so much out of you, and Kaito's wings truly had hurt you more than anything. With a sore body and complete fatigue, you yawned, "Will you stay in here with me?"

"Of course. Where else would I go?" Keigo smiled, putting his hand over the bed to play with Kaito's little feathers. It made no sense that he would leave you in the room alone, especially when he was already so attached to the baby and you. He would rather give up his wings before he ever left that room with you still inside. "I'll be here, just get some sleep, okay, hun? I'll be right here." Keigo kissed your head, smiling as he watched over your sleeping form. You and Kaito looked so much alike when you were asleep; the way your eyebrows angled upward and your soft snores filled the atmosphere.

You woke up a few hours later to Keigo yelling. Red filled your vision before you realized it was just his feathers covering you and Kaito, who had been placed on your chest. You caught a feather, tapping it softly to get Keigo's attention as he yelled at the doctors and aides, who stood around the now empty baby bed. He turned quickly when he felt your touch, "Are you okay?"

"What's happening, Kei? Why are you yelling?" I yawned, sitting up as his feathers flew back to him, "Why isn't Kaito in his crib?"

"These assholes wanted to take Kaito to do tests on him without letting us have a say in it." Keigo growled, his pupils narrowing to slits once more, "They tried running off with him while I was dozing off."

You held Kaito close to you, running your index finger down the very small bridge of his nose to calm his crying, "What tests?"

Kaito was already showing his quirk, sure it would take a while to see what it fully entailed, but that was fine. What could they possibly want to figure out?

"Some small stuff in his DNA and genetics. They just want to make sure his quirk is going to develop properly and in a healthy way. Nothing too big. Just making sure nothing crazy is going to happen. They're just going over precautions is all." Keigo smiles and looks over at Kaito before turning back towards you, "I'm just pissed they wanted to take him without us knowing. What would've happened if I woke up and he wasn't here?"

Gods above, Keigo would've leveled the hospital just to find the small infant if he left his sight for more than a second. All the other people be damned, he would find his son. he would find your baby and return him to where he belonged at the expense of anything, even himself.

His anger melted away when you waved to him, patting the bed next to you and Kaito, "C'mere, Kei, you should relax. You've been up this whole time with me...and if anything this whole thing might be more stressful for you." Keigo sighed, relenting and laying next to you, his hand hovering over Kaito's body. "I know everything will be alright. But if something happened to this angel... Well I just don't think I could forgive myself." He looks over to you and smiles, "Thank you for being understanding with me. This has been... A lot"

If he was any other man he would've been ashamed at how easily he melted into your side. And the sound of your soft laugh, it made his feathers tingle with delight that such a sound was blessing his ears. "Those birdy genes are really showing!" You laughed, trying not to move too much and bother your baby, "Very predatorial." He had no choice but to agree, because you were right and he could feel it. Like it was a primal urge to stay around you and Kaito, to keep the doctors away and take care of you himself.

"It's strange to see how much you've changed..." You mumbled, playing softly with his hair, "How you didn't want a realtionship, didn't want any kids..."

Keigo nodded, staring at his son. It was uncanny, the resemblance that his child shared with you and him. The boys' dusty hair and wings, his pale complexion and when he opened his little eyes to show that he got his eyes from you...Keigo nearly lost his mind with how intense his emotions were being. "I...changed for the better, I think..." Keigo whispered, glaring at the doctors as they inspected the infant on you chest, "This is my family now...I'll die for it..."

Once the doctors were finished with their tests, Keigo hurried to usher them out. He couldn't wait to be able to take you and Kaito home, to keep you from doing anything for the next several years, though he could never truly stand by that. But, in that moment, he was all about you and the baby. He wasn't going to let either of you out of his sight, no matter how busy he got.

I don't care much for the persona protag name discourse because it's really just a matter of preference on which you like better but one of the funniest arguments I saw against using the name Akira Kurusu was that there was now a character named Akira Konoe after Strikers released so you shouldn't give the protagonist the name Akira anymore, and like it's so obvious that this person has not played Strikers at all.

I mean first of all, people can share names like have you not met multiple Johns or Marks or whatever the most common name is in your country? Akira is a pretty common name in Japan believe it or not so it's like arguing that you can't name another person Steve because that name's taken.

Second, having Joker share the name with one of the main villains of Strikers is so thematically good like he has to fight a guy who has the ability to change hearts and tries to run around and play hero because he believes that society is corrupt and he could be the only one to save it and they share the same name too???? Like???? The drama???????

Imagine that you're saving people by playing a cocky hero in the collective unconscious and then one of the big bads you've been trying to bring to justice for the entire month also share your name and the moment you step in the jail you hear applause for the hero name Akira, but they're not talking about you, they're talking about that bastard that framed you for murder, kidnap a young girl, and tried to kill your friends, while parading around that he's controlled the entire country.

He's also not doing this as just a personal power trip (although that's part of it quite a bit), but he truly believes that this is the best for society. He believes that to bring about justice, he has to change hearts just like you do, but unlike you, he's choosing to take away people's free will instead of giving them that freedom like you and your friends have been trying to do.

Almost as if he's some darker reflection on what you could've ended up as if you traveled your path to justice alone. Overtaking the free will of society in order to deliver them "justice" just as that false god had tempted you just eight months before all this. All the while you share the same first name to remind you of all this.

You walk through his false manifestation of justice as the crowd screams for "the great hero Akira" while calling for the extermination of your friends. It's almost a mockery.

This all, of course, aligns really well with the theme of Strikers where each monarch representing a somewhat parallel to the thieves and what they could have ended up with if they gave in to despair and isolation.

Konoe is a parallel to Joker. Them sharing their first name actually adds rather than detracts to the narrative. It reminds Joker of what he could become if he lets his ideals surpass his humanity.

Again, I don't really care about the name discourse and I'm not against the name Ren Amamiya (I actually quite like it too at times) but like, Akira Konoe existing is one of the weakest arguments against using Akira Kurusu as Joker's name in my opinion.

Maybe a hot take or whatever but I see a fair few people saying how they hate Ohya and... I guess we read into her differently?

Like, the very first time we see her she's still trying to do legit reporting. In Royal, she's there in the station on Akira's very first day trying to find his way through the trains to Shujin, and then later when they're investigating Madarame. It's only really once you hit Kaneshiro that she's the drunkard in Crossroads that we know.

I went into my (watched)playthrough knowing that she was, technically, a romance option. Just like several other adult women in the game. And just like them, I think that the whole thing of "you can romance them if you want" has corrupted peoples' view of who they actually ARE.

If you remove the skeevy choices the devs put on these women, you get Kawakami as someone who just wants to support her students but is being financially extorted, Takemi who wants to help people as a doctor but rumours about her reputation precede her everywhere much like Akira's does, and Ohya, who wants to be a decent reporter but is being held back by the loss of her partner, and her strict boss.

Ohya also gets flak for things that happen during the confidant; she outright asks the protagonist, a 16-17 year old boy, to pose as her boyfriend, when she's in her mid-20's (according to the wiki). If this was played straight, and we took the romance route into consideration, that sure would squick me out! But... if we ignore that the romance route exists?

First we need to look at CONTEXT. She's not asking Akira to pose as her boyfriend for shits and giggles. She's doing this because she wants to be able to investigate the mental shutdown of her partner, Kayo, who she was very close to. Her boss won't let her, and has relegated her to "writing entertainment articles about the latest fads" - basically, fluff pieces that'll sell, but won't require the truth, or any talent.

Her asking Akira to play along means that she's able to tell her boss "I have an excuse for the reason I'm seen talking to this person. No, I am not using him as an informant, or trying to investigate something I've been ordered to leave well alone." She's well aware the relationship would be illicit. Part of the point of her story at this point - and the fact that there's a heart she needs changed, just like most of the other confidants - is that her boss would rather her be doing something illegal like this, than honest investigative work. She's also very cynical for these same reasons at the start of the confidant.

There's also something to be said about how she's the Devil Arcana of the game. Devil Arcana characters, according to the wiki:

These characters have given in to temptation at an earlier point in their life, and as a result this has twisted their actions and way of thinking. Preferably a brutal mix involving the little good they still have in themselves. The Social Link establishes their building their way back up to their path of benevolence. It is not necessarily an easy recovery, as these individuals need to reflect on not only what they believed in, but why they went on the wrong track in the first place.

So, yeah. She's not supposed to read as a good, upstanding and moral person when you first meet her, and P5R tends to open the links with characters in rather reversed reads of their Arcana regardless!

What I see in Ohya is a journalist who winds up finding something to believe in again, who decides to start doing investigative journalism again regardless of whether her bosses agree with it, and who'd probably be a cool older sister type... even if she would encourage Akira to get the actual booze or any number of things he shouldn't really be doing.

I... also see her as, if not lesbian then at least bisexual, and still very hung up over Kayo. SO. Yeah, no, I can't see her actually having an interest in a kid so soon after all that. In my eyes she's just "kid, no."

Body Horror and Transformation Writing Prompt List For All You Freaks-But-Not-Sexual-Freaks

As a certified body horror fan, I wholeheartedly believe that there’s a horrific lack of body horror/transformation-but-not-in-a-kinky-way fics on AO3, so I made this to set things straight.

We got all kinds of possibilities: body horror for all you horrible freaks out there, and simple non-painful or disgusting transformations for all you significantly less freaky weirdos out there!

You can choose which to write by yourself if you’d like or maybe just use a random number generator.

Reblogs are much appreciated, and inspired fics even more! (I can’t promise that I’ll know anything about whatever fandom you decide to write for obviously but I’ll likely give it a shot as long as it was made using this list (and isn’t smut))

Body Horror Prompts

Wingfic (The good, old-fashioned, non-kinky transformation fic tag.)

Gothic (Werewolf, vampire, etc… you get the drill.)

Animal (Another good old-fashioned classic.)

Cyborg/Robot (Not as fleshy as the others but it is body horror still.)

Angelic/Demonic transformation (Which one is up to you… or maybe just flip a coin.)

AMOGUS (or something similar like changelings or such. Excuse me, I just left this here because I was out of ideas.)

Mass Transformation (The same except whatever the prompt is happens to more characters than just one or two.)

Ray I love you!!! I swear since I heard the song the first time i quickly grew obsessed with it, I had being hearing it almost every day!! Thank you thank you thank you 😭😭❤️

I felt like trying to crack a code when I recived your request 🤭, I hope I did it with the correct characters. Hope you love it as much as I did!!

You were pretty popular around the academy, but no wonder since you easily atract the attention to you, you were really handsome and friendly towards everyone, not just that but you were super agile and athletic, surrounded by mystery since in reallity no one knows much about you, about the real you and even when you are pretty popular you are alone amost all the time, just by yourself watching the others go with their day

You had cross paths with Akira before and even when you two had barely talked before you are always friendly with him, always with a smile on your face, what always surprised him, it confuses but amuse him that someone so popular treat him this way, thinking that you may prefer to relate with Miki since she is more popular and kind and yet it always bring a silly smile to his face

You were used to see him with his pretty face and innocent smile around the school, however one day you were surprised with the fact that he came to school being almost a complete diferent person, not just he had changed physicaly but also in his personality, he became more extrovert and confident, doing whatever he wants with a cocky smile on his face, even if you didn't noticed at first it would be imposible to don't know about it since everyone is talking about the change on Akira

Everyone where between the amusment and wondering excitedly what could had happened to him, everyone has their own idea but no one really know what happened to Akira, no one except from you, you know pretty well what happened to him, you already knew about those lately cases of people having and extraordinary change in a short time or all those massacres on clubs, you hoped people would stop getting involved on things they don't understand but it seems like this isn't going to happen

In one of those moments where Akira were being carefree you approached to him without saying anything, when he noticed you and ask you what do you want your only answer was point your finger at him and in a completely calm manner you call him an idiot, Akira immediatly reacted by getting irritated and asking what the hell was your problem, you two never talk and this is the first thing you say to him? It was almost like if he were having a tantrum, you can't help but laugh at his reaction, even when now he has the power of one of the most powerful and dangerous demons that had ever exist Akira is still a teenager human, and that is quite hilarious

You just ignored his irritance and continue with your day, even going away, however that seem to irritated him more and follows you, he had been called a lot of things since his change but an idiot wasn't one of it. From that moment you two start a friendship that just grows more and more as time pass, you didn't admire him nor look up at him for his new strength, but you don't underestimated him neither, something that make him grows competitve with you at first, wanting to show off his strenght to you but it slowly become a special friendship

Akira doesn't know why but he feels like you understand him, like if, somehow, you two were more similar than meets the eye, Akira feels like he can share things with you that he can't share with Miki or Ryo, and sometimes he feels like he doesn't need words, like those times where words aren't enough to express what he want to say you seem to understand anyways and this I something for what he is grateful and completely amuses him

Akira tried to introduce you to Ryo once but it doesn't went well, just by seeing you Ryo knew who you are, and the same went for you, in that moment you wanted to tell Akira that you weren't comfortable and you wanted to leave but Ryo spoke first by saying that you weren't trust worthy, you would just bring problems, Ryo tried to warn Akira to stay away from you but he won't accept that, you were special for him and Ryo should accept it if he didn't want to make trouble with him, at the end Ryo accept it but non of you stop being wary of each other and never come across each other again

Since Akira become the Devilman he start to strugle more with a lot of problems, all this situation is stressing him out, is driving him crazy sometimes and yet he can't talk about this with nobody, the only person he can talk with this is with Ryo but he doesn't care, he just prioritize his research, so everytime Akira feels the need to vent or can't take it anymore he goes to you, he has arrived so many times unexpectedly at your home that it became a common thing but he can't help it, he knows he can count on you and, honestly, he just needs to be with you, he doesn't understand why or how you do it but you always manage to comfort him and he is grateful for it

He had went to you to vent about everything he feels, regrets, fears and even his anger, it had happened so much times that he already had lost the count and not matter how much times he does it you never ask for details, you just hear him, and yet you seem to understand him completely and accept him with all of that. Not just that, but Akira had already lost the count of those times you had come with a silly plan to cheer him up, going out to eat until you burst, having a little race full of cheats between you, dancing out of the blue with the first song you play or just going out on the motorcycle letting the wind take away the worries, he doesn't know how you do it but all those silly ideas make him feel better, but maybe it wasn't the ideas, maybe it was because of you

You stayed by Akira's side, supporting him in good and bad, but when things started to get out of hands and everything quickly become a mess you knew this will explode soon, maybe you didn't knew Ryo's plan complete but you could easily guess, so, with pain in your heart, you leave Akira for a while because you needed to finally get to work, and this isn't something that went unnoticed by him, Akira immediatly noticed your absence but conditions were not the best to go and search for you so he just hoped you were alright

Sadly, non of you get in time to help his friends and family to the cruelty of the anger and scare people did to them, Akira was shattered by all that was happening, crying over his lost when you came to his side once again, you called his name and he immediatly turned around when he reconized your voice, but this was the first time for both to seeing each other on this form, this was the first time he met your demon form and this was the first time you saw the devilman in person, he was confused but his relief was bigger and he just went to hug you, still crying

When he calm down, at least enough, you apologized to him for leaving him alone and explained to him that you were just getting yourself ready for what is going to happen, introducing to him all the demons that now are following you, ready to fight by his side against Satan before explaining what Satan was doing, and, now, you finally were able to explain yourself too, you were a demon living in this earth since so long ago, but unlike other demons you grow curious over humans, and instead of wanting to end with them you wanted to see more of humankind, and now it was time to defend the humans you loved so much

Satan themselfs reveal their plan and their true form, everything was too much for Akira but you quickly take his hand to comfort him, like you had always did, and with a smile you encourage him to fight, promising to fight by his side until the end

What drinks do you think the Amaterasu peeps would have

While the game only mentions coffee I cannot accept them all drinking coffee that's boring

I hardly know what even constitutes as a drink in the common understanding of the term as I'm a polish man living under a rock, and thus I have done extensive research on the classification of liquids and it basically turns out anything that's liquid is a drink unless it isn't -- which, okay, fuck you. I have forgotten what the original ask might've entailed and thus the answer evolved into "assigning every character affiliated with amaterasu corp what drinks they'll like" which *scrolls up* close enough whatever, forcing you to listen anyway. List of characters I count for the amaterasu folks: makoto, huesca, akira, swank, seth, martina, yomi, dominic, guillaume, fake zilch (amaterasu's officially licensed hitman & one of """yomi's closest advisors""" whatever the fuck that means because you and I both know that yomi wouldn't accept advice from anybody unless that's just a fancy word for a very platonic companion whom he has a very strong, passionate, very platonic mind you brotherly bond a bromance a comradeship if you will,)

Swank is goldwasser personified. He loves that shit. Also always has a bimber (or vodka/starka. but preferably bimber) bottle on hand too, no one knows where he stores it he just kinda reaches into his coat and gets it

Me 🤝 Seth (tea drinkers). Has to have tea at least two times a day, doesn't matter what kind they'll drink anything as long as it has leaves in it. Favourites include black tea (optional honey and lemon), mint, chamimole, melissa and sage. He's also partial to pickle juice (makes his own pickles in the basement, they're not wasting any of that pickle water he's chugging that shit just to feel something) and pouring cucumber soup (filtered) to a cup and just drinking it. I don't know what's with Seth and cucumbers. Also would like kefir, probably.

Guillaume likes anything that's sweet or fizzy or whatever, has to have a stash of oranżada and coca-cola somewhere in his house at all times. Sometimes she just opens the cola and lets it degas in the fridge call that a. I don't know. Often makes hot chocolate. Once it offered to give Seth some but was extremely disturbed when he ate the milk skins too and that was the last time she did it for him. Not a drink, but she also eats tangerines and grapefruit via biting it with her shark teeth and sucking out the juices then tossing up the dried fruit remains into the trash can

Dominic makes kompot, you know, the polish juice that's warm and significantly worse and watery as fuck and all your older family members love it for some reason even though. But we all got our preferences whatever. Get this man some wine too.

Speaking of wine, Yomi is Kanai Ward's resident wine man if it has wine in it's name he's gonna drink it, especially mulled wine. Also likes champagne and nalewka. Plus has a fondness for fanta (or any carbonated drink with fruit flavors) but he took it into his head that it's cringe now or not respectable anymore or for 12 year olds only. No one cares except for him, it's a fucking drink. But he also thinks soy feminizes men and Makoto is putting chemicals in the rain so that's not the worst one of his beliefs by a long shot

Martina nominated for #1 coffee drinker, also really likes inka which is just polish coffee but without caffeine. probably a cappuchino enjoyer i don't know never had coffee it smells like shit

Dr. Huesca has sworn off alcohol, to be honest he has sworn off everything that isn't essential to survival because he's always on that fucking grind (unethical research), and probably hates himself or something. He likes water that's preferably fresh. Doesn't have to be though it's not like it can expire right.

Akira... probably likes soured milk. also, he eat kogel mogel like it's a drink you're supposed to eat it with a spoon not sip it like like a fine cup of cocoa

Fake Zilch survives off of 7 cans of monster a day. As a rule of thumb, the more genuinely terrible a drink is, the more he likes it

Makoto probably also has an egregious taste (his profile says he likes raw ham and dislikes olives, which in my eyes makes every opinion that man has automatically invalid) but I don't think humanity has yet discovered the kinda drinks he'd like yet so- oh wait, theres the leftover salad sauce/juice. and kefir. and mountain dew.

Okay so I've finally gotten around to watching Devilman Crybaby, and I don't hate it, I actually like it a lot more than I thought I would despite its flaws and oh boy are there some flawwsss (holy shit they did Sirene so fucking dirty in this series!!! Worse part of crybaby for real) and I can't say I was 100% fond of how they depict Ryo (before going into this series I did headcanon that they were portraying Ryo/Satan as someone who had lived in such a warlike mindset for so long he couldn't get out of it even when he thought he was human, and thus couldn't live in peace, Akira was the only thing that gave him peace but he couldn't admit it, if he admits love exists and thus sorrow exists and that'll slow him down from doing what needs to be done. Maybe I'm just coping but whatever it works for me, and if that was what the creators were going for then they needed to make it more clear and have more eps cause the break neck speed this series had really hurt it! But I have to say the last four eps were really good and ep 9 and 10 really brought me to tears like damn the series had good bones it just needed more time!😭Also I needed more Zennon pleasseeeee!

Crybaby really made Miki an almost saintly character and while I do like that she ultimately helped Akira by inspiring every devilman to come out and fight for humanity, I do miss her feisty side and her being just a normal teenage girl being unfairly murdered all because Akira had lived with her family and how society tends to punish women especially teenage girls who are barely involved more harshly than the people directly involved. But whatever those are different takes and honestly both are good but ya know personal preferences and hey since I like to play with time loops in my AUs its one of those possible things (tho I will say that my crybaby verse is much more edited and Sirene has pretty much the same motives and arc as she did in the manga and ova cause woww nope not having what happened crybaby)

But more nice things I will say about the series, I really love the music, it is amazing and also I love the intro so much, I've been listening to it a lot and I try to watch it when I watched the next ep! I love the ink blotty look to it and the symbolism!And that's what lead me to make this picture, cause yes my ot3 exist even in my crybaby verse, but oh boy is it messy!XD Since Miki is pretty saintly in crybaby, I wouldn't be surprised that Akira and Ryo would come to see her as a saint after her death, Akira mourning her loss and Ryo regretting letting her die. So I did some grayscale shading with the watercolor brush in procreate and it was fun to mess around outside my usual style and yes I gave Ryo his sideburns, he needed them back! XD it was fun to play around with my style and maybe I'll do something like this again sometime, maybe not crybaby related tho.

Not a big fan of movie dates as he prefers actual one-on-one time and interactions but does enjoy going to see a movie occassionally in a serious relationship. Likes action movies for the most part, partial to samurai dramas as well.

Majima Goro

Whatever you do, do not take his ass to the theater cuz he will not shut up during the movie. Even if he begs, do not give in, just make him watch the movie at home. Popcorn fiend, can eat an entire large bucket in one sitting. Will watch anything but he HAS to be entertained, that's the one rule.

Saejima Taiga

Thinks a movie and dinner date is cute as he can talk about the movie after. Almost never gets snacks at the theater but will buy some to share if you really want some. He likes westerns or samurai flicks. Romances make him cry sometimes.

Akiyama Shun

Secretly a rom-com enjoyer. Will hold your hand during the movie. Not big on snacks but almost always buys a drink of some kind. Romance movies and dramas are good choices for him. Likes anything with pretty cinematography and pretty music.

Tanimura Masayoshi

Fond of animated movies, both domestic and foreign. Prefers TV shows over movies since they're easier to get into on his days off work. Actually doesn't like buddy cop movies, finds them annoying or innaccurate. Serious crime dramas are okay but be warned he will have a lot of comments afterwards. ALSO he sneaks snacks into theaters. Most theaters never carry what he wants anyways.

Nishikiyama Akira

Likes a good movie date on occassion, but only if there's something both of you really want to see. Buys snacks to share, totally holds the popcorn bucket in his lap so you have to reach over to get some. His movie taste is kind of all over the place; one week he'll want to see a musical and next week he'll want to see an action movie.

Ryuji Goda

Not super into movie dates because he's usually super busy and he tends to fall asleep in them a LOT. He prefers dates that have the two of you doing something together, not just sitting in a dark room. He WILL however chow down on some snacks. You do have to stop him from going overboard on the popcorn butter...

Daigo Dojima

Same boat as Ryuji for similar reasons, although he'll gladly watch a movie at home with you as an indoor date, especially if it's bad weather out. Prefers oldies and classics; think Seven Samurai, Casablanca, etc. Watches them to try to get an understanding of what makes them so important, as he finds that aspect most interesting. Not snobby about it though; if he doesn't get it, he'll straight up be like "... THAT'S the movie people keep raving about?!"

Mine Yoshitaka

Sick horny bastard is into a movie date in the idea that you are in a dark room with him, teehee. He's not ALWAYS like that but he will try to get it on during a movie with you at least once. If he's actually going to watch the movie, it's crime thrillers for him. Loves a good, brooding atmosphere.

Tatsuo Shinada

With how expensive tickets are these days, his ass cannot afford to go to the theater often so it's very much a special treat. He also sneaks in his own snacks... likes comedies and 80's movies the most.

Ichiban Kasuga

Bless his heart but he cannot stay awake in a movie theater for the life of him... it's just so comfy in there. At home he actually has a better chance of staying awake, somehow. But still, it's not the best option for him and he knows it. Most fond of superhero or action movies though.

Yu Nanba

Doesn't watch a lot of movies or keep up on what's trendy so you'll likely have to suggest a movie date. Watches some documentaries at home by himself though. Pretty open minded otherwise.

Adachi Koichi

Lots of comedies or action movies for Adachi. Enjoys movies pretty frequently and likes going out to see them with you. Snacks are a must if it's a blockbuster movie. That's the rule, he claims.

Tianyou Zhao

Down to see a movie now and then but he does kind of get fidgety if he's not fully entertained. Also sits funny in movie theater chairs. He's a little embarassed to admit it due to how stereotypical it sounds but he likes movies with lots of cool stunt work or martial arts. Things like The Raid or John Wick are fun for him.

Joon-Gi Han

Kind of a human trash can in that you can make him watch just about anything. Not super into popcorn but WILL eat a whole bag of candy by himself if you don't watch out. It's not that his sweettooth is even that bad; he just kind of does it absentmindedly. Never talks during movies, ever.

Osamu Kashiwagi

Likes arthouse and underground films; if it's something he's never heard of, he will want to try it just to see if it's interesting. Also likes to check out local filmmakers or festivals if he can make it. He would love for you to join him!

Hello👋 I know this was not among the ship questions, I just thought about it randomly but how would Akira and Amon react to the other giving them silent treatment after one of them did hurt the other with saying or doing something?

Uh, that's interesting, I've already thought about this a little, so it's going to be a little long

Well, Akira sure has a penchant for the silent treatment, as shown in :re,Still, she's not that immature, sometimes she just feels very tired and doesn't want conflict, you see, she spent half her life listening to insults and looking for trouble, Sometimes she just wants to be silent and organize her thoughts, mainly because she is always in defense mode and she knows she will say something bad if she isn't thinking.

Sometimes she will look at Amon and ask for a while, if she is angry she will just leave, if she is really angry she will be doing something very angry for the next few hours, how to cook in anger, watch in anger, play with Maris Stella in anger, Until she spills everything and manages to talk to Amon

Now with Amon the situation is more critical, He is very passive and has learned that arguing with Akira leads nowhere, but on rare occasions he is still stubborn, and a determined Amon won't give up his opinion anytime soon.

He will not choose to remain silent easily, but there are situations that will lead him to do so, first he will try to talk to Akira, if he is still not willing to give in, he will argue with her, which he considers a pain, but he will remain determined

He can be very incisive, so if he is really determined to argue, he will see it through to the end, or he will try, which leads to the climax, he would probably say something cruel or would even come close to doing that, he would need to stop and breathe, then he would go out, to walk or run

The problem is that he may take a while to return, Amon takes much longer to digest emotions, he will ignore possible messages and calls from Akira, but he will return in a few hours or when it gets dark.

Akira is obviously not taking the first step towards reconciliation, but when Amon is determined, he doesn't give in easily either, he arrives and walks right past her, he will ignore any attempt at truce, like a cup of coffee, a space for himself on the couch, he will only lie down when he is sure that Akira has already slept, Still, he doesn't turn his back on her

He will continue doing tasks normally, he will help Akira get something up high, but he is not talking to her

The longest this situation has lasted for three days, Akira, even though she has nerves of steel, can't deal much with Amon's coldness, she will corner him at one time or another and solve whatever happens.

Either way, Amon knows how to play hard, he just prefers not to do so without being pushed to an extreme.
