Made a TON of Venture Bros. genderbends :D

Bonus + some of my thoughts on all the designs under the cut:

This is from a conversation I had with a friend about how Dermott and Hank would behave in this AU (its exactly the same as normal)

Ok now some thoughts on my design process

Hank: I think I drew Hank's face actually perfect, I made her so cute. I also feel like there's a common trope with genderbends where athletic characters get short hair so I gave her long hair and gave Dean short hair. I actually think the longer hair fits her perfectly. ALSO I LOVE HER BOOTS.

Dean: I gave goth Dean more Accessories than normal because normal goth dean had no fucking swag (it was besties idea to make her pants ripped). Even before I started drawing college Dean I knew I was giving her those legwarmers you can pry them from my cold dead hands. Same with the legwarmers I knew the first dean design needed a Jean skirt its just the vibes.

Dermott: The millisecond I even thought about doing Dermott I KNEW she would be 2012 grunge girl aesthetic. Gigantic shoplifting energy. Love her.

Rusty: I wanted her to look like a mean mom and I believe I accomplished that goal. Absolutely had to add the glasses strap. Very Jamie Lee Curtis.

Brock: I drew the one with the hair down first and my friends preferred the one with the hair up so I just did both. I wonder if she was a cheerleader in college and killed another girl on her cheer squad by throwing her too far/dropping them.

21: I drew 21 then I realized I had just drawn myself with bangs. Also I drew her with a blunt because there's an episode where 21 has a joint in his mouth the whole episode the other henchmen are standing in stupid poses in the background and its maybe one of my favorite bits in the entire show its so stupid.

24: 24 took several attempts to get the hair right I kept drawing it short and curly and my friend told me to give her Elaine from Seinfeld hair which I think ended up working really well.

Monarch: One of my favorites I did. I feel like this one you can definitely tell how Bayonetta completely re-arranged my brain chemicals as teenager. I love the hip cutouts, I made a tummy cutout to kind of mimic how Dr.GF's monarch costume is kinda skimpy. It's also hard to tell because of the cowl but I tried to give her like a finger waves hairstyle.

Dr.Gf: I tried a bunch of different hats but my friends liked the brimless hat the most and completely doomed him into looking like a Bellhop (more than he already did). Its giving Tyler the Creator at the 2020 Grammys. I still think he's cute though :)

Billy: I really didnt want to just draw her in a suit because thats boring. The show always gives me 60s vibes despite being set in modern day (I'm sure its on purpose) and I definitely channeled that with Billy. It took a couple tries to find a balance between fitting her body but still looking adult but I think I got it in the end.

Pete: YAYYYY PETE YAAAAYY!!! ^_^ Shes so Ava Max Coded. I also gave her giant buckles on her shoes to match his stupid ass one two buckle my shoes ass shoes.

Triana: Very much looks like putting emo boy in the Pinterest search bar. I made her thigh highs into his sleeves and I gave him square bangs like her.

Dr. Orpheus: NEEDED to make her a hot milf and I did. Its a little hard to see but her shirt has lace over the open part. I love the hair Jewerly at the bottom of her braid. :)

Haikyuu Boys X Fem! Volleyball Player Reader.

a/n : I've always imagined y/n joining Karasuno's team as a female player.. and the general dynamics between her and teammates <3

Pure fluff 🍰

Characters: Kageyama - Nishinoya - Oikawa - Kuroo.

PLOT: Y/n transferred to karasuno High school as a second year student. She couldn't find a girls volleyball team in Karasuno, so she did everything she could to join the boys volleyball team. Proving her skills and abilities, she's now the only female Wing Spiker in Karasuno's boys volleyball team.

Kageyama Tobio:

Basically you're like fire and ice, constantly bickering.

Would find a difficulty to adjust to you at first concerning his tosses.

Both of you would fight a lot.

You always end up getting scolded by Daichi.

When the two of you are angry with each other he refuses to toss the ball to you and toss it to the others instead.

Tsukki always calls Kageyma king of the court and he calls you queen of the court, in am offensive way of course.

“It's not that high y/n, you're just short”

“Ugh boke y/n boke”

“KAGYEMA I'M YOUR SENPAI”.

It makes you fuel with anger, you would hit him with a ball.

When you finally perfected your harmony on the court, you became a powerful duo, unbeatable literally beating the shit out of your opponents.

Enjoying the art of playing together. Spending a lot of time practicing together he developed a subtle crush on you.

But hell no he won't admit it.

The tsundere in him fiercely guarded his actions towards you.

He couldn't help the small cute gestures towards you, leaking his feelings out.

He enjoys drinking milk so so he would buy you some before or after practice.

Makes sure you're eating well when the coach treats you to lunch/ dinner.

“Eat more rice y/n”.

Everyone else in your team noticed his shift in action towards you, and how he softens when he talks to you.

When one of your opponents hits on you he'd give them his famous death glare.

Scares them away with his strong, terrifying aura.

Watches you with a smirk and heart eyes when you jump in the air and forcefully hit the ball over the net.

Would look at you proudly, whenever you score, he's always secretly admired your volleyball skills.

Would attempt to compliment you “nn-nff-nice”.

Starts a fight with Oikawa if he flirts with you, getting a lot of teasing in return.

Nishinoya Yū:

Aside from being teammates, both of you are classmates as well.

You have the best dynamics in the whole team.

Always sitting next to each other in class.

You end up in detention because you can't shut up in class and always has something to laugh or talk about.

Treats you to ice cream every single day after practice turning you into a sweet tooth.

Bestfriends for life, literally inseparable.

Teaches you the Rolling Thunder move.

Helps you master your receives, if you help him with school work.

Your number one supporter, literally in everything.

Comes over to your house a lot, mainly because he's struggling with homework or exam revision.

You joke around a lot, and laugh really loudly, Daichi gets mad at you all the time.

Hypes you up the most on court when you score.

“THATS MY BESTIE”.

Offers a lot of high fives and big hugs to celebrate your victory.

Very protective over you, especially during tournaments.

Along side with Ryu, they would literally jump on anyone who tries to get your number or flirts with you.

Him and Ryu are your protectors, personal bodyguards.

Has all of your secrets ( knows about the crush you have on Kags).

He's the type to be very obvious when your crush is around.

He's the type to look at person in the eyes right after you said “don't look”.

Oikawa Tooru:

The moment he saw you walking his direction he thought you were one of his obsessed fangirls.

Puts on a flirty expression

“Wanna take a picture with me cutie? wanna take my sign- huh?”.

But you'd walk past him, totally ignoring him.

“come on don't be shy.. are you a fan of the best setter in the world?”

“Yeah right, I'm a fan of Sugawara- senpai and Kageyama”.

Boy's face would drop, you did not just casually mention that Kageyama is the best setter in front of Oikawa Tooru.

In court, he would be left dumbfounded when he saw you in Karasuno's uniform.

Couldn't believe his eyes when he saw you're the only girl in Karasuno's boys team.

“YOU?”

His eyes would be glued on you the whole game and even between sets.

Shows off his strong serves

“This is for you y/n!”

You'd totally crush his ego when you perfectly received his powerful serve.

Would praise you shamelessly “Sugoi”.

Astonished when the ball passed inches away from his head but he couldn't stop it, too stunned by your spike.

“I won't lose next time y/n, put that in mind” .

A tension grows between him and Kageyama over you.

Seeing you a power duo with Kageyama stirred jealousy inside him.

Very flirty at any given opportunity resulting in him getting smacked by Iwaizumi.

“I'll teach you how to serve, even though you're already serving- Ack! what the hell Iwa-chan?!”.

Tries to analyze all the techniques and moves you use while playing.

You impress him every time.

Kuroo Tetsuroo:

He saw you for the first time when Karasuno went to Tokyo for the practice match against Nekoma.

He thought you were a manager so he didn't give it any importance.

He's not the type to go crazy over a girl.

Would say hi to your team, including you.

He would be extremely polite and welcoming.

Chuckles to himself when you and Noya screamed “IS THAT SKYTREE?!” to a normal power transmitter.

He thought it was funny, cute and adorable how you're all excited and happy to be in Tokyo.

The moment he saw you in the court in Karasuno's shirt and shorts, stretching before the match his jaw would drop.

His coach told him that you're a wing spiker and it hooked him up.

“A w-wing spiker?”

His surprise would quickly shift into respect, on how being the only girl in a boys' team didn't stop you or bother you as long as you're achieving your dream.

He became very curious as he watched your tricks and the quicks you did with Kageyama.

“Impressive!!”.

Your agility, accuracy and strategic plays made him take an interest in you.

During breaks, between sets he acknowledges your skills in front of his team.

Warning his teammates and pointing out that you're a formidable opponent and they should watch your moves.

Loves challenges, he would ask you for another practice match just to get to play against you again.

When you have time, he would practice spikes and blocks with you and Bokuto.

“Damn, you're really good at spiking”.

You would become good friends quickly and even exchange phone numbers so you can text each other when you go back to Miyagi.

Would introduce you to Kenma, his bestfriend.

Would surprise you and take you to Skytree and spoils you for the rest of the day.

Since he's the captain he would give you a lot of advice.

GOD YEAH I LIKE THEM SO INCREDIBLY MUCH... tbh the main reason i started liking them was bc i was thinking abt them and how doomed yuri coded they were and. The worms Wormed in from there,,,,

I actually use he/they and she/they for ink and dream respectively but!!!!!! I love all hcs and interpretations of them for REAL. nonbinary people who are gay as fuck for real,, very inherrently queer ship regardless of how u see either of them i think...heart seeing them as t4t transmasc and transfem forever personally though so thats what i see em as hehe,, also in my head theyre both aroacespec (though the specifc kind varies from au to au though i do consistently see ink as ace and dream as demiaro :>>)

- okay well while in my mind while error is technically the First Entity ink sees that isnt just a normal entity, dream is like their First. Friend. you know. Like when error first saw him he was screaming and crying for the hills bc it was also his first time seeing another outcode so. that reaction BUT with dream she was more filled with gentle confusion... this is a bit after she unstoned in the apple incident but still was new to au hopping and naive to most danger so they became friends!!! Questionably so.

-to elaborate, when they first meet dream is still stuck on the ideals of toxic positivity and pushing through hardship no matter what... i think this is something they eventually grow out of and dream will eventually learn to see the need for balance eventually but one of their first disputes happens when ink is running low on ink and most of whats left are the Negative Emotions within him alongside the especially strong panic that he usually feels when they get like this... dream would try to comfort him and try to say that itll work out in the end no matter what and that they just need to push through and that itll be okay like normal comforting words because dream is an empath and can sense feelings right,,i feel like its comforting in some cases but when things get Really Bad and especially when the main reserves of feelings that ink has are Negative, they heavily override his normal sense of self and i imagine they get a lot more. Snappy.... theres also the additional hc thingy of ink also really overexaggerating his feelings and overplaying them a lot for the sake of trying to feel more intensely (doesnt work, just drains him faster and will never truly feel natural to him...personally think that ink feels a lot of disconnect from his feelings) which could be considerably offputting to dream (though before adding swap to the group she thought it wass normal because she had only seen the fake pretend nice joy of the village influenced by her aura and not Genuine Feelings)

I think eventually through the years they would learn a lot from eachother...like with ink learning to be more naturally charismatic and dream learning to see past toxic positivity and have his perception on emotions change for the better (ie in learning that having different emotions are okay, so long as there is a balance)

id do alot more hcs but tbh what it boils down to is: toxic codependent yuri. intensely up and down relationship where theres an insane amount of love and attachment but also a lack of self from the both of them because they are only able to see themselves as a Thing to the other. Also exes who turned out to be besties. Thry got together and broke up wayyy before blue (they casually tell him stories about it and for the parts that he does know about he is horrified for.) Oh and they share hobbies and do parallel play alot. dream is more music oriented and can play the cello and flute. ink can play the ukelele but hes more familiar with drawing and painting duh. Also they have a garden. they love growing flowers but their favourites are sunflowers. Also have writing sessions together. Also may/may not also have beautiful princess disorder. (The both of them)

im so sorry this is so incoherrent but erm. yeah im very normal abt them (half of this stuff comes from oc projection the other half is like. Mental illness while in the shower tbh)

summary: jacaerys finally confesses his feelings at the oddest hour

word count: 1.4k

Jacaerys had never told Y/n he loves her. 'I love you' were scary words. They held so much weight; the words felt heavy on Jacaerys’ tongue just by thought. He wanted to say it so badly, Jacaerys yearned to tell Y/n.

The idea consumed every thought he had. His mind drifted to Y/n constantly- she was everything he’d want in a woman and Jacaerys wanted to tell her. He’d get on his knees to tell her if he had to.

However, no moment with her felt right. Jacaerys wanted everything to be perfect when he told her.

And in his eyes, Y/n was utterly flawless and deserved nothing less. He’s thought about how the moment would go in his mind a million times. Jacaerys became so nervous that his heart would race and hands would clam up. Y/n made him nervous in a way no others did.

Jacaerys laid awake thinking once again of his betrothed. Her voice played in his head like a soft melody and he could feel his heart squeezing as he stared at the canopy of his bed.

Continuing to stare at the canopy, Jacaerys toyed with his sheets. He rubbed the soft fabric between his fingers the more he thought of his betrothed. Every small detail from the way she ran her fingers on the table whenever she first sits down to how she rubs the fabric of her dress sleeve, it plagued his mind.

Jacaerys felt embarrassed of himself.

He was so enamored by Y/n and yet he couldn’t say three simple words. They intimidated him. The Prince of all of Westeros was scared of three little words. Out of everything in the realm- three simple words scared him the most. Not war, death, not even his mother’s wrath when she had a particularly hard day scared him the way saying ‘I love you’ did.

It was pathetic.

Perhaps it was the consequences of saying it. What if she didn’t feel the same? He was so scared of her rejecting him. And he knew that she had every right to. Jacaerys knew that he wasn’t entitled to her love. But just because he was a prince of the realm and heir to the throne didn't mean he lacked respect. He tried his hardest to act with the highest honor. However, he is still just a man who has wants and he so badly wants her to love him the way he loves her.

He wanted that storybook romance from the books he read as a child. The perfect ideal romance. And perhaps he was naïve in that desire but he didn’t care.

Jacaerys rolled to his side pulling his blanket up to his chin. He had hoped that soon sleep would pull him away from his nagging thoughts. But like hangnails to fabric, Jacaerys’ mind gets caught in its' own web of complicated thoughts.

Insecurities filled just his mind. Jacaerys whispered a small curse and pulled the blanket further covering his head. Trying his best to hide away from the world and with that it’s problems. All he wanted was some sleep.

Then there was a small knock on his door.

Jacaerys’ eyes almost rolled to the back of his head. He sat up pulling the blanket off his head. “Come in,” he called out fixing his mess hair.

The door opened revealing Y/n, his betrothed.

“I apologize for interrupting your sleep, My betrothed,” Y/n closed the door behind her. “However I couldn’t sleep and I wondered if I could have your company?” she asked.

Jacaerys straightened his posture after Y/n’s question. “Of course, you weren’t interrupting anything, I couldn't fall asleep myself,” Jacaerys beckoned her to sit with him.

Y/n smiled as she sat down in front of the prince with an exhausted sigh. “What is keeping you up, my lady?” Jacaerys asked, grasping Y/n’s hand and rubbing small, soothing circles on the back of her hand.

She looked at Jacaerys eyes drooping slightly- signaling to the woman he was tired. “I just feel so awake,” Y/n replied, falling back in the bed looking up at the canopy.

Jacaerys smiled at Y/n, she looked so beautiful laying there with her hair spread out. “Why is that?” he asked. She sighed, her eyes bouncing around from corner to corner on the canopy.

“You know sometimes there are nights where you just can’t sleep. You just feel so awake at such odd hours.” Y/n rambled as she rubbed at one her eyes.

Jacaerys laughed, his hands coming to toy with her sprawled out hair. “I suppose I can relate to that at times,” Jacaerys replied.

Y/n smiled at his touch as her gaze focused on him. “Why are you awake? Do you just feel awake or is there something else keeping you up?” she asked.

Jacaerys' heart skipped a beat at this question. How does he tell his betrothed that she is the subject to his never ending thoughts? A blush rose on Jacaerys’ face He laughed weakly and looked off to the side. “I don’t know? Just a reoccurring nagging thought, nothing special.”

“Would you like to talk it out? Maybe that’ll help you.” Y/n asked, her hand reached up to run her fingers through his brown hair. Jacaerys was so thankful for the dimness of the room as Y/n couldn’t see how his face got redder.

Jacaerys shook his head, “No, no need I don’t want to bore you with my thoughts,” he brushed her off.

“Bore me with your thoughts?” Y/n asked rhetorically. “You never bore me and even if you did at least it’d send me to sleep,” she smiled at him warmly.

Jacaerys nervously laughed. He looked at Y/n- her eyes had the smallest glimmer in them from the candle, her hair had a small halo around, her skin a shine too, she glowed. Y/n looked so perfect. Jacaerys could feel his heart strings pull and his stomach flutter. This was perfect. Everything Jacaerys was stressed about simply disappeared.

“I love you.”

His eyes widened as it spilled from his lips. Without any thought or reason, Jacaerys had said it. His body tensed back up, afraid of what Y/n's reaction would be.

“I love you too.”

The tight feeling that had built up in Jacaerys melted instantly after hearing those words. All his fears vanished. However he stared at her, shocked at her reply.

“You love me?” he asked in disbelief. Y/n nodded like it was obvious.

“Yes, of course I love you.” she responded in a matter of fact tone. “I’ve been in love with you for what feels like an eternity.” Y/n continued.

“Why didn’t you ever tell me?” Jacaerys asked.

Y/n looked sheepily to the side, “I didn’t think you’d return my feelings.”

Jacaerys scoffed at her response. “You’re truly a wonderful woman, it's an honor to have your affection. Why wouldn’t I return your feelings?”

“I…well…well why didn’t you tell me earlier?? You’re the man, what stopped you??” Y/n asked with a faux accusatory tone trying to turn the spotlight of conversation away from herself. Jacaerys opens his mouth trying to find the words to protest. He had nothing. He could argue against Y/n.

Jacaerys closes his mouth and shakes his head. “You’d laugh if I told you,” he whispered. Y/n grabbed his hand and moved closer to Jacaerys.

“It surely can’t be worse than my reason,” she said in a similar tone. Her free hand went to his hair once more, running her fingers through it.

Jacaerys leaned into her touch. “I was afraid of saying it,” he whispers in an unintelligible voice. Y/n grimaced, she felt bad that she couldn’t understand what he was saying.

“Jace what did you say?”

Jacaerys toyed with the end of his sleep shirt. “I said I was afraid of saying it…I was afraid of saying I love you.”

Y/n smiled, trying her best to hold back laughter. Jacaerys groaned, “I knew it! I knew you would laugh!”

“I apologize, I apologize, I’m sorry.” Y/n giggled out. Jacaerys fell forward into his bed groaning even louder.

“Jace…”

“Mhmmmm,”

“Jacaerys.”

“Mhmmmmmm.”

Y/n grabbed Jacaerys by his shoulders, “I apologize. It’s not funny whatsoever,” she said with a small smile. Jacaerys looked at her with a sulking face. Y/n just smiled. He smiled back and pulled her into his side.

Y/n relaxed, taking in his natural scent of burnt wood and cinnamon. “I love you,” she muttered. The smile on Jacaerys’ face grew bigger.

“I love you too,” he replied, his heart fluttering as he said it.

A comfortable silence fell with the couple and Y/n relaxed further into her prince. Jacaerys rested his head on Y/n’s. He felt content, as peace and exhaustion started to settle in. And with an arm around Y/n, Jacaerys fell asleep happy knowing he finally said it.

He said ‘I love you’.

omg i just read the Ty Lee Azula Katara situationship. Well now of course you need to elaborate on Mai. What's her relationship with Azula and Katara like? does Ty Lee have a similar thing with Zuko and Mai, as her other besties? mai for me is someone is who is clinging very VERY tightly to the past, and absolutely refuses to deviate from it. ty lee, azula and zuko are her childhood friends? thats IT. thats all the friends she wants or needs. in her mind any change from that past is bad, wrong, and must be reversed back to safe, normal comfort. this is in part because she was happy and innocent and free right up until tom-tom was born - then she was the spare, seen not heard, not understood by her mother, choked into silence, captivity and an intense depressive state. tom-tom's arrival into her life is so bad that mai goes "ah yes, new people? or My People changing into something i didnt expirence before the age of 12? BAD. KILL WITH HAMMERS." and even though she does love her baby brother, she despises the circumstance he brought her. (she's far more like azula than either of them want to admit. they keep seeing glimpses of themselves in the other, like a shattered reflection of what they could have become - silent and meek, or unloved and monsterous. they never talk about it.)

the fire squad is her one and only support network, and she becomes uncomfortably co-dependant. no one else will do. no one else understands. they're comfortable, normal, the shining happy past that she wants to claw back to. she's loved by them, and understood implicity bc of their shared past. thats all she wants. so she's very, very intensely devoted to them, and especially to zuko. her and azula aren't emotional supports to each other, but they are indeed best friends. they both apprieciate each other's loyalty and stability. mai is comfortable with any change that happens around azula - or Her People - because azula is this steadfast, unmoving pillar in her life. azula values mai highly for her skill, intelligence and general disposition. they're the bitchest besties ever who murder for fun.

SO. if she literally cant handle ty lee, azula or zuko changing into something else. at all. then you can imagine her reaction to katara barrelling in and changing up the vibe of their foursome. mai is outright hostile to katara. she's irritable, grouchy, and does her utmost to pretend katara doesnt exist at all. in her mind, katara is forcing their group to change, taking azula away from their terrible little co-dependency circle. change? bad. threaten the new woman with knives. and quickly. make sure azula is apart from that new woman and back in the safe co-dependency circle. if anything changes - if azula changes - she'll turn into dust.

and on ty lee! she DOES. zuko and mai dating isnt too big a deal for her because they still pay attention to her, and the afformentioned co-dependant stability thing overrides her annoyance that they're not looking and seeing her. but if someone flirts with zuko, or mai? its over. shes throwing a tantrum, getting the person to flirt with HER instead, or flirting with zuko/mai. bc WHY is no one looking at her? helloooo???

mai and ty lee get along famously because mai hates change and people, and ty lee gets to hoard mai greedily to herself. its the perfect arrangement, she can farm all the attention she wants from mai and is guaranteed to it. and mai doesnt care about ty lee wandering off to other friendgroups because she always comes back. and it's funny, ty lee makes things not boring.

; this is a good song that fits honey in my eyes. it’s sort of like about guy from honey’s perspective from earlier in their friendship/living situation. learning that the guy who won’t stop flirting with you with the cute smile is a creative writing major probably made honey regret crushing on him asjkgfhjks.

; ok this actually is inspired by oh, baby, baby by lovelylonerliterature because that is one of the best guy/honey fics i’ve read in a while, but i think honey learning to be softer and be a bit silly with it is so wonderful. also, i like the idea that guy would joke propose with something silly like a bread tie ring or a lego ring but honey would fully take it as a promise for the future and just break guy. what can i say, i like making our pizza boy flustered. and so do they.

; awww, honey you sap you! no but seriously, i imagine that honey often thinks about how much guy has changed them for the better. and they haaaaate it. y'know that one tiktok audio where someone’s like "he makes me smile—OH WHAT THE FUCK"? that was honey when they realized they had a crush on guy. and this song kind of embodies that too; honey isn't used to being sweet, but being with guy has made them into a sappy person, which they never thought they would be, and how much they actually enjoy it.

; so not only is this my favorite song at the moment, this is also my freelancer theme song basically. the lyrics "it always took too long to learn how to slow down / chasing shortcuts and serotonin touchdowns" and "maybe i lost drive / i'm searching every day for relief / and chasing a break that i don't really need" feels like our resident (and chronic) overworking deviant. this also works when you think about freelancer singing this and each of the verses matching with one of the D.A.M.N. crew boys.

; a song about feeling the need to overwork yourself to get better at something because you have a fear of failure and falling behind, in my freelancer playlist? how ridiculous! /j no but in all seriousness this song is a perfect depiction of their need to keep pushing, keep working, to be perfect. i think even when they know they’re good at something, they have to be better. they need to be better to prove themself.

empty bed - cavetown

; so this is a bit more of a depressing and sad song for freelancer, but one i think still makes sense. this reminds me of early s3!freelancer, still healing from the inversion and terrified of everyone they love going away. how they grew up, how they hide their pain as best they can so they don’t bother anyone with their problems, but how they dont want their friends to deal with that kind of pain. how they don't want the D.A.M.N. crew to be in pain, but was so hesitant to let the others know their own pain.

; so i found out abt artio recently, and when i looked them up on tiktok and saw the lead singer, rae, i immediately said “oh, that's crow!” (for those who dont know, crow is the name of my freelancer-sona). this is very specifically for my freelancer-sona, but i think it stills works for canon!freelancer. how their people pleaser tendencies can make them so quick to change themself for others but how they’ve slowly grown to be more confident in themself.

jake to me embodies emotional protection. he's the type to hold you gently while you cry into his arms, rubbing your back telling you it's going to be okay. no matter what happens he's right there by your side the whole time. the reason i picked this song is because i can imagine jake staying up all night with you when you're overwhelmingly anxious. even if his head keeps jerking back and forth because of how tired he is, he'll make sure you fall asleep first so that he can sleep knowing you're alright.

angsty, i know. there's two reasons why i think this song perfectly captures him. one being, his loyalty. no matter what happens he'll stay by your side. there are time when it's hard to keep going and there's a back and forth struggle but jay will be consistent and check in on you. he will sit by you and wait for you to feel better, his patience has no end when it comes to those he cares about and it's his most charming quality among many others. i also just think he's so "first love" coded. you are never getting over jay! no matter how hard you try! - but don't worry because he's waiting for you to come back too...

NIKI

paper rings "I like shiny things, but I'd marry you with paper rings"

thats bestie!!! riki symbolizes happy young love for me. best friends to lovers type. his teasing flirty manner would always make you giggle. knowing how artsy he is he would definitely make you some goofy paper ring and "propose" to you, leaving you a flustered mess. i just think this song is so upbeat and pretty and incapsulates niki's playfulness perfectly. a/n i love him so much i'm going to rip my walls out.

gorgeous "You're so gorgeous, I can't say anything to your face"

i mean... do i even have to explain? heeseung's charm is irresistible. no matter how much his constant teasing would annoy you, when you look up and see his face all of it melts away. he's so hallway crush coded, he would make you feel all giddy inside simply because of a passing head nod or just a slight smile. don't even get me started on his perfect laugh and smile! i can write a 4000 word essay on it. anywho, it's self explanatory. heeseung = gorgeous!

sunoo is destiny. i remember watching iland and from the very beginning my eyes were hooked onto him. and now, here i am, three years later writing this. his comforting smile and how he gives so much love to those around him helps me recognize how genuinely kind of a person he is. he's someone you want to keep close. no matter what happens sunoo will always find a way to provide you with solace and light on the darker days. he's pretty, the concept of soulmates is pretty, he is such a person destined to be loved and cared for deeply. no one ever hurt him please.

now, let me preface this by saying, i don't think sunghoon is toxic... this is just to feed my angst loving delusions. sunghoon is the one the got away. he's the one who you cared for so deeply but it was right person wrong time. despite how much he pushed to keep your relationship intact it was hard for him. he didn't want to fight you, he wanted to fight for you. sunghoon is the type to not let you leave until you figure it out with him. he'll sit with you even if you yell at him and just listen to you. he's cares about you so deeply that you can't help but constantly think about him even when he isn't there. - because he is also constantly thinking about you.

Arrax here: this idea is kinda funny/weird, but I'm in a weird mood so: (also Hannibal/Hazbin Hotel crossover) Vox has NEVER told anyone how he died. EVER not even Alastor knows....well one person knows. Lucifer. Vox and Lucifer made a deal--because Hannibal killed Vox. Vox at least wanted to know if 'the fucker,' ate him. (The answer is no. Why did Hannibal kill Vox? The FBI team picked up Vox the Priest cough-cult leader-cough as a suspect, and Vox figured out who the real killer was via the clues given in his interrogation and because of Hannibal's fucking name.) ("Like, Hannibal the Fucking Cannibal? He was right there, the whole TIME! AND THEN THE MOTHERFUCKER DIDN'T EVEN EAT ME!") The deal with Lucifer is simple show Vox what happened to his body after death, and Vox will be....Lucifer's best friend?? Uh, okay whatever his majesty wants.

It goes well during the 7 years Alastor's gone. It's okay during his return, as most of the dates? Friendship meetings? Are at the palace and they play video games and just genuinely fuck around having fun. (Vox may give Lucifer ideas on how to fuck Mammon over, time to time. It is funny.)

However, do to helping Lucifer deal with Mammon Vox gets pulled into something....else. Apparently, some sinner is playing dad with the princess, and Lucifer doesn't want his first visit with her in ages to go wrong. So he takes Vox along--Vox doesn't want to go--AT ALL, but a deal is a deal, and....in all Honesty Lucifer is one of the few beings he can call a friend now. So he goes, thinking it's probably Husk or Maybe Angel Dust--easily dealt with sinners for the King of Hell with his overlord best friend cheering him on.

This unfortunately is not the case. Vox feels his suspicions rise when Lucifer winks at him and says wait out hear for a minute, and don't worry about anyone sensing you. I've hidden you.

It's not until Vox it literally summoned into a middle of a song off-- "Have you met my bestie, Vox? (Shared duet between Vox and Lucifer with Vox in his Priest outfit:) They say, when you're looking for assistance (Vox takes over every electric device and broadcasts Lucifer's Voice, here, cutting out Alastor's parts.) It's smart to pick the path of least resistance

Others say, that in your needy hour (here Vox drops to his knees in prayer while Lucifer unfolds his wings and surrounds Vox with them)

There's no substitute for pure angelic power! " They finish their part of the song off, with Lucifer gently picking Vox up and setting him on his feet, easily giving the TV overlord a side hug.

With Lucifer's right arm around him, and the sudden screech of radio static mixed with angry stag echoes through the air as the princess claps her hands--"Dad, you have a friend?!? Besides the sins?!?"

Vox however is wide eyed at the very angry Alastor, whose radio dial eyes are on the King's arm, still wrapped tightly around Vox's shoulders.

It's then, the TV overlord realizes he really should have taken the damn joint Val offered him that morning.

IM GONNA CRY. where the HELL did that first part come from arrax your mind is wonderful LMFAOO i can just imagine the absolute shock and indignation on voxs face (screen??) when hes going like 'MOTHERFUCKER DIDNT EVEN EAT ME??' thats perfect. thats great thank you so much for that contribution

OH MY GOD. alastor would be fuming at the part where vox starts praying i just know it he'd be like '...whys he not praying for me. why is it for that 4'2 little gremlin absentee father BITCH' im going to scream and cry this is SO FUCKING FUNNY HAHAHAG
