i’m making some of my edgy ocs from when i was little. “the alicorn experiments.” they are victims of pegasus ethnofacists that were planning to take over equestria. the pegafascists all lived in a one of a few cities that were like cloudsdale but they moved around a bunch like with the seasons. the capitol was called the north wind. their war machines were just called storm clouds and they were like blimps but the balloon was a cloud and they had cannons that shoot lightning. they hated the new democracy like the other regressive post-celestial monarchist movements, but they used it as an excuse to advance their supremacist ideologies.

mistletoe was a voluntary experiment. he’s an insider defector spy. all the pegafascists names are based off of Christmas because I thought it was really funny when I was little. all of these pegafascists idealize the old pegasopolis in the same way that Nazis, or other fascists idolize ancient civilizations like notably the Romans. but since pegasopolis is mostly remembered in the context of the heartswarming tale, they have a sort of christmas fascism (lol christofascism) I don’t know, it made a lot more sense to me when I was a child. It’s still a little funny though.

i was really into starwars at the time (more so than i normally always am) so of course the bad guys i made up were fascists with huge war machines. but i think fighting fascists is awesome. and unfortunately something some people seem to be forgetting.

the alicorn experiments were them trying to make an alicorn basically by variously sewing together a unicorn and a pegasus. they had other things they tried like cloning and magic too. they wanted to create a new royal line because the celestial sisters stepped down and they regard twilight’s creating a democracy as her forfeiting her rule. (i came up with these guys years before the sisters retired in the show, so at the time it was just because they didn’t like them) but that’s not how alicorns worked so the experiments are just a bunch of righteously angry misfits with weird powers that i can pull protagonist character from. the pegafascists really only care about pegasi and form some other plan to appease the monarchists and/or ultra religious in their ranks.

On their way back to Midgard, Atreus and Calliope visit Skjöldr’s place, Denmark (formerly known as Skjöldrland, the happiest place on Earth)! There, Calliope meets her new chaotic older sis, Thrúd, and dorky older bro Skjöldr XDD

I adjusted Thrúd’s design to make it more Valkyrie-like, given that she’s likely finished her training by now. I have another version that includes the fur skirt she wears in the game, but decided to leave it out for this drawing XDD Also, I couldn’t decide on which coloured version to include, so I went for both of them! (let’s imagine the second version is when they’re inside a lodge or something loll)

Also, I think Skjöldr could use a hug ^^;; Being the future king of Denmark is hard work! So I thought of a scene where Calliope brings him a flower crown; she wants to thank him for having her outfitted in a new dress to suit Midgard’s cooler weather!

Okay, so I have read a lot of fics where Dogma joins the Coruscant Guard post-Umbara as a way to protect him, or he joins the Guard because the 501st doesn't like him, but I have a new CG Dogma AU concept.

Rex sends Dogma to the Guard specifically to look after Fox. He KNOWS Fox is overworked and the Guard is understaffed, but Fox just isn't asking for help as much as Rex would like, so he sends Dogma over because if Rex can't be there to look after Fox himself, he might as well as send the next best thing. Dogma is a little skeptical about it at first, but Rex tells him that he is legitimately the best man for the job specifically BECAUSE of his personality (he's got reason to believe Fox will have a soft spot for someone who reminds him of Rex).

He tells Fox that this is something he and Dogma discussed because the kind of work the Guard does is a better match for Dogma, but that he's also one of Rex's most impressive soldiers. Fox sees right through Rex and is not impressed at being assigned a babysitter, especially not some barely-not-a-shiny sergeant from the 501st. It's almost insulting, but the paperwork has already gone through so he can't say no or just send Dogma back.

But Rex knew what he was doing and Dogma IS a lot like Rex and he thrives in the Guard and it turns out he gets along incredibly well with Fox and, due to some special insider info from Rex, is perfectly capable of helping keep an eye on his new Commander.

Good Memories, Yours and Mine

A little illustrated drabble for @kakashiweek Rating: G Day 4: Any AU. Post-war. Obito could tell getting used to this version of him wasn’t an easy task for Kakashi, but their awkward attempts at being friendly seemed like a good start. Twice they’d found common ground, and twice it had ended in parting soon after; if not for the Sage’s mercy and jutsu mastery, they wouldn’t be strolling the streets of Suna now, during a small break between court sessions. Getting in sync had felt natural in the midst of battle, but getting along in the thick mire of post-war stagnation turned out to be way more difficult.

Frankly, Obito still barely recognized himself; self-restoration was a work in progress. He hadn’t associated what he saw in the mirror with “Uchiha Obito” for a good deal of years, but now he sometimes absently wondered if his real self could still be seen through the battle-weary shell of his body or the grim lines on his face. Only the eyes seemed the same – dark, restless, and brooding, the Sharingan sealed away.

But apparently grannies could sense something regardless. They’d always clung to the lively boy he’d been, and when an old lady tugged at his sleeve and asked if he could carry her enormous suitcase up a flight of stairs (which were abundant in Suna), Obito got lost in the feeling of déjà-vu. It took him a few moments to process her words, and then he silently fulfilled the request under Kakashi’s amused stare. He knew one thing for sure: grannies’ intuition never lies. If that Suna lady approached him, then perhaps he did have something of the former Obito in his aura again; a tiny flicker of warmth only a perceptive person could notice.

“There was a time when I couldn’t stand your granny-related excuses. But now they’re good memories,” Kakashi commented with a lilt in his voice when Obito returned. “But I… I didn’t leave you any good memories, did I? If I did, it might have…”

Obito sighed. “You probably did,” he admitted quietly, “but they were few. Very few. And poisoned by what – what followed later…” It was a precipice they’d been hovering on for quite a while but couldn’t jump into just yet, so he made a mental step back and clutched onto a tiny vision that twinkled like a firefly in the dark mess of his mind. “Oh! Remember the day when you helped me with granny Hiroko’s errand? You were so nervous we’d be late for some stupid team training with some stupid invited specialists that you sank to my level just to make sure I’d be on time.”

“Uhuh. We ended up being late together anyway, only appearing after they’d left. An unforgettable event,” came the light-hearted response, and then Kakashi giggled. It was the strangest sound in the universe.

“‘Criminally negligent irresponsibility in time of war,’” Obito quoted Sandaime’s words mockingly. “For once I wasn’t the only one being scolded. And you actually enjoyed running that errand with me – don’t tell me you didn’t. You didn’t even chastise me after. And maybe you even snickered under that mask of yours when Sensei, pale and fidgety, tried his best to explain your ‘degradation’ and my bad influence on you to his superiors.”

“True, I was smiling,” Kakashi let out slowly, lost in the memory. “Their faces were funny.”

“Took you a long time to admit it.”

“Took me a long time to change.” He hummed and closed his eyes in delight. “Besides, granny Hiroko’s eggplants were tasty.”

Obito couldn’t help but chuckle. “Oh, really?” They had been ninja, and fighters, and soldiers, but sometimes they had been just kids.

Okay but like Dinluke au to the last episode!

So this would be in an alternate universe where Din and Luke decided to share custody of Grogu! And when Din decided to go to Mandalor to redeem himself but couldn’t find a suitable droid, at the last moment he remembered that Luke has R2D2 an Astromech droid!

So he goes to the planet where Luke and Ashoka are setting up the new Jedi temple. He roles up like “hey I’m going to Mandalor to bathe in the living waters so I can redeem myself in the eyes of my people. And I need a droid. Y’all wanna tag along?!” And Luke and Ashoka just kind look at each other like what the fuck? Did he really just say what I think he said?! Then they realize he did and that he’s serious and he’s gonna bring Grogu with him too. And they’re just like fuck we better go with him so he doesn’t get killed.

So Luke, Ashoka, and R2 go with Din to Mandalor. And maybe Din makes an off hand comment about Bo-Katan not wanting to join him and how she was sulking on her throne. So Ashoka has them make a pit stop so she can drag Bo-Katan off her depression throne and and to Mandalor with them.

The episode hijinxs ensues only Din and Grogu have Luke, Ashoka, R2, and Bo-Katan with him from the start when he gets to Mandalor. And honestly Luke and Ashoka are so glad they decided to go along cause otherwise Din definitely would have gotten his himbo ass killed on this trip if he’d been alone!!!

Leia’s eyes flicked to Luke’s again. “Our agent has uncovered evidence from the very top levels that Lord Vader has two living children. The Emperor knows this.”

Piett’s shock was palpable, but he schooled himself admirably.

“Lord Vader has never given any indicator regarding that,” he stated firmly.

“There are a few possibilities for that,” Luke said. “One, he knows and is protecting them. Or two, he doesn’t know, but they are still a threat to Palpatine.”

It was odd to be speaking about himself like this.

Piett glared at his leg. He had the air of a man who needed to pace and that option was not open to him at the moment.

He opted instead to gently tap his finger upon the table top.

“I grant,” he said at last, “That this seems ridiculously elaborate as a way to get me to give you sensitive information. I would appreciate some time to consider my own course of action.”

Cmadduo early lmanburg era, secret meetup for politic reasons (cuddling)

at first they decide to meet every week for political reasons in private because otherwise everyone else would turn the meeting into chaos (usually tommy and sapnap would start the arguing then everything would go down hill). but during one of those meetings both of them realize they haven't had lunch so they make pizza together. at first they're sharing banter and making half joking half genuine jabs at each other. then they get in a fight with the flour. then they start laughing.

after that they begin to actually do things together whilst doing these meetings so that they'd have something to do whilst discussing whether or not L'manburg is an independent country or not.

but one day, after wilbur had to clean up a potion mishap that tommy and tubbo caused, and after dream had to grind for more weapons after a fight between sapnap & george led to said weapons being thrown into the bottom of a lava lake, both dream & wilbur show up to their scheduled meeting exhausted.

they agree to just sit and talk, but at some point they move to a bed that wilbur hastily crafts because it's more comfortable. it ends with them just laying next to each other barely even talking about politics anymore and instead discussing their days. they find that they like cuddling, so they start to cuddle during their political meetings.

it's relaxing. it's cozy. they like playing with each other's hair and listening to each other's heartbeats after a stressful day (but, of course, it's still for political reasons). they still have their private meetings every week, but sometimes they sneak off to have a secret meeting which is definitely for top secret peace discussions and not because they want cuddles.

(and if wilbur makes changes to their declaration of independence, and if dream puts the declaration of war on the back burner, and if it ends with peace and unity on the server, then, well, that was definitely their plan all along. not just a side affect of them wanting cuddles. definitely not).

#and then they live happily ever after #l'manburg is more like a district rather than an independent country but dream still lets them have an election #schlatt still wins and wilbur sulks but he doesn't get exiled #techno is still called to the server but it's because dream gets a busy with political talks w/ schlatt bc he wants to make some changes #and wilbur gets less cuddles AND he gets jealous #so now he's being dramatic and sleeping in a cave until dream apologizes and gives him attention #schlatt is regretting getting involved and techno wants to go home #stella answers #sioster #madduo #friendship > war au

After all those asks about Calliope and Sindri, I knew it was time to finally draw them! I don’t really have a particular scene in mind for the first sketch; it could be their first meeting, or they’re talking about Atreus, etc. I used Sindri’s “this is what sorry looks like” face as a reference, but softened it since it’s Calliope here, not her brother loll

But as for the second sketch, I had this idea where Calliope becomes an apprentice to one of the Giants and learns how to make pottery as a hobby! She recreates Greek vases, and ends up making a hydria for Sindri (but she wasn’t able to get the handles working, so she left them out loll). She also commemorates their friendship on the hydria by painting herself and Sindri together! :’’’’D

This was also inspired by my Greek vase-styled painting of Atreus and Calliope! I thought it’d be really sweet to translate that somehow into the story, and Calliope seemed like the best person to take it on XDD

This earns Kestis a smack to the back of the head.

"No. One: it's not the same, two: he's married. And three: We AGREED that conversation ended." He hisses at the cackling menace. He's never telling anything to Cal again. "I WILL hand you over to the nearest person with a bounty on your head, free of charge." He threatens.

"You've been saying that for years Fett. Haven't gotten rid of me yet." The Stewjoni never fails to point out. Make friends they said, it would be fun they said. Boba sighs.

Rex eyes the two cautiously, though at this point he's too afraid to ask.
