An AU where the Tree of Harmony never existed, and the elements of harmony still have limited charge. The elements of harmony are meant to be used by beings like alicorns and draconequis, so that when used the magic it takes back isn't fatal. Celestia was training multiple students in secret to hopefully ascend into an alicorn and use the elements against her corrupt sister. She just needed to ascend to use them like she and her sister did so long ago. But time is running out, and only her student Cadence hs ascended. Twilight Sparkle seems promising but won't ascend in time, to her dismay. So she must use the elements against her sister again and send her sister back to the moon. Hopefully Twilight Sparkle can stay distracted with the summer sun celebration, because she caught on to Nightmare Moons return

Optional additions-

If the elements of harmony find perfect hosts they will fuse with them and form a mutualistic bond instead of a parasitic one. Although, what comes out the other end might end up being an entirely new person and thing, and no longer a flesh and blood mortal.

there was a lot of brainstorming with these designs so i want to thank every friend who helped me! here's bunch of my reasonings for the races I chose.

luffy earth pony, hes a rubbery boy i don't think he needs wings or magic.

nami pegasus, well she is th navigator after all, and her speciality is the weather, so i guess it's self explanatory.

zoro pegasus, hey he has to hold his swords somehow right? (him holding his swords with his wings is the funniest thing ever ok).

usopp zebra, my friend gave me this genius idea and it does rly fit him! also he looks SOOO GOOD he might be my fav design.

sanji alicorn unicorn, no using magic in the kitchen of course! his kicks must hurt. and there's definitely no wings under his suit, oh the blue feathers on the ground? that must be the mosshead finally molding.

vivi alicorn, she's a princess after all! i wanted to make her a camel at first but alicorn made more sense.

chopper dragon ... reindeer? honestly? don't ask me i have no clue either.

robin abada, a cool looking race i found and thought she would look fancy like that. she can use magic too, i think abadas horns work like that....?

franky horse, just a bigger and cooler version of the rest of the guys. he invented thumbs too.

brook earth pony, i mean it doesn't really matter now does it? he's huge too.

jinbe seapony, but with hind legs. he's massive too. one wrong step and chopper might be crushed like an egg.

MLP CUTIE MARK "INFECTION" AU

Guess who realised I never posted about my AU on here (it's me, I somehow completely forgot) ANYWAY!! Drew these back when MLP infection AUs were trending on tiktok :)

The AU isn't really disease/infection-based, since what I have planned for stage 5 is metamorphosis into a new unique species. In this AU, the cutie mark starts taking over the pony, reshaping the body, but it does not harm them.

The mane 6 are all currently at stage 2.

The "infection" was started by Twilight. Similar to the episode Magical Mystery Cure, the cutie marks started taking over the mane 6 and slowly started spreading onto the other ponies.

I have art of Celestia and Luna too but I'll post it later + more information about the AU later >:3c Don't feel like writing too my about it rn so DSJHGFHJ
