☺︎ 300 g di baccalà
☺︎ 200 g di cipolla bianca
☺︎ 400 g di patate
☺︎ 2 spicchi d’aglio
☺︎ 4 uova
☺︎ 1 mazzetto di prezzemolo
☺︎ 1 spicchio di aglio
☺︎ 1 cucchiaino di pepe
☺︎ Olio Evo
☺︎ Olio di semi
👇 ℙℝ𝕆ℂ𝔼𝔻𝕀𝕄𝔼ℕ𝕋𝕆 👇
1. Lessiamo il baccalà in acqua bollente per 10 minuti
2. Scoliamo e lo lasciamo asciugare in un canovaccio
3. Sbucciamo le patate e le facciamo a bastoncini sottili
4. Friggiamo le patate in olio bollente, una volta cotte le mettiamo nella carta assorbente
5. In un’altra padella mettiamo tanto olio e facciamo soffriggere la cipolla tagliata sottile
6. Aggiungiamo baccalà, aglio e patate, poi facciamo insaporire tutto insieme
7. Facciamo la salsa: tritiamo finemente il prezzemolo insieme all’aglio e al pepe, poi schiacciamo in un mortaio insieme a un po’ di olio fino a creare una salsina
8. Aggiungiamo la salsina al baccalà
9. Sbattiamo le uova e aggiungiamo il sale
10. Incorporiamo le uova, rigiriamo velocemente finché non sono cotte abbastanza, ma umide
11. E serviamo il nostro baccalà!

☺︎ 300 g de bacalhau
☺︎ 200 g de cebola branca
☺︎ 400 g de batatas
☺︎ 2 dentes de alho
☺︎ 4 ovos
☺︎ 1 ramo de salsa
☺︎ 1 dente de alho
☺︎ 1 colher de chá de pimenta
☺︎ Óleo Evo
☺︎ Óleo de semente
👇 𝕄𝔼́𝕋𝕆𝔻𝕆 👇
1. Cozer o bacalhau em água a ferver durante 10 minutos
2. Escorra e deixe secar em um pano
3. Descasque as batatas e corte-as em palitos finos
4. Fritamos as batatas em óleo fervente, depois de cozidas colocamos em papel absorvente
5. Em outra panela coloque bastante azeite e frite a cebola picadinha
6. Adicione o bacalhau, o alho e as batatas e deixe tudo temperar junto
7. Vamos fazer o molho: pique finamente a salsa junto com o alho e a pimenta, depois amasse no pilão junto com um pouco de azeite para fazer um molho
8. Adicione o molho ao bacalhau
9. Bata os ovos e acrescente o sal
10. Incorpore os ovos, mexa rapidamente até que estejam cozidos o suficiente, mas úmidos
11. E vamos servir o nosso bacalhau!

Lunch in Bath yesterday, comprised of several tapas dishes from Casa De Tapas. Located just a stones throw away from the Abbey, it is small, intimate and a friendly place to dine in. The dishes are all cooked fresh to order and have the discount, taste, smell and look of Spain. The menus is not too extensive but there’s something in there for everyone. They do have a designated vegetarian section to their menu which will obviously keep the sandal wearers happy! I had their octopus dish, cooked with fresh garlic and olive oil, served with soft potatoes. Not my favourite dish if I’m honest. I found the octopus a bit overpowering and as it was serve on a wooden board went stone cold in no time which made it inedible in the end. The accompaniment to the Octopus. Was the cheese and chorizo croquets. On paper sounded delicious. But practically a flop. I don’t know where the chorizo was? But it wasn’t in that croquet. The cheese filing was more like a paste and an under seasoned one at that! However, the rest of the meal was a delight. Packed full of flavour and very filling. The beef skewers were succulent and tasty. Beautifully cooked and heavenly. The patatas bravas were crunchy as they should be and the perfect amount of dressing on them. All in all this was a lovely lunch.
