Wieso Fitness deine Therapie sein könnte
Für viele Menschen kann Fitness mehr sein als nur ein Weg, um in Form zu bleiben. Tatsächlich kann Fitness zu einer wichtigen Therapie werden, die bei der Verbesserung der körperlichen und geistigen Gesundheit helfen kann.
Studien haben gezeigt, dass regelmäßige Bewegung die Symptome von Depressionen und Angstzuständen lindern kann. Durch die Freisetzung von Endorphinen und anderen "Wohlfühlhormonen" kann Bewegung ein Gefühl der Euphorie und Entspannung erzeugen, das zu einer verbesserten Stimmung beitragen kann.
Darüber hinaus kann Fitness dazu beitragen, Stress abzubauen und die kognitive Funktion zu verbessern. Durch die Verbesserung der Durchblutung und des Sauerstoffflusses im Körper kann Bewegung dazu beitragen, den Geist zu klären und die Konzentration zu verbessern.
Aber Fitness kann auch eine wichtige Rolle bei der Behandlung von psychischen Erkrankungen spielen. In der Tat haben Studien gezeigt, dass Bewegung bei der Behandlung von Erkrankungen wie Depressionen und Angstzuständen genauso effektiv sein kann wie traditionelle Therapien.
Das liegt daran, dass Fitness den Körper und Geist stärkt und das Selbstwertgefühl und die Selbstwahrnehmung verbessert. Durch das Setzen und Erreichen von Fitnesszielen können Menschen ein Gefühl der Erfüllung und Kontrolle über ihr Leben gewinnen, was dazu beitragen kann, Depressionen und Angstzustände zu reduzieren.
Und wenn es um die körperliche Gesundheit geht, kann Fitness dazu beitragen, das Risiko von Herzerkrankungen, Diabetes und anderen chronischen Erkrankungen zu reduzieren. Durch den Aufbau von Muskelmasse und die Verbesserung der kardiovaskulären Fitness können Menschen ihre Gesundheit verbessern und ihr Leben verlängern.
Insgesamt kann Fitness eine wichtige Therapie sein, die dazu beitragen kann, die körperliche und geistige Gesundheit zu verbessern. Egal, ob es sich um eine leichte körperliche Aktivität wie Spazierengehen oder um eine intensivere Übung wie Krafttraining handelt, kann Bewegung dazu beitragen, das Leben zu verbessern und das Wohlbefinden zu steigern.

Still got a bloated belly from yesterday 😞 this is basically a result from suffering with #gastritis. It’s quite painful; some days it’s good and then some days it’s real bad. If you don’t know what gastritis is, its where there is inflammation within the intestines where there’s too much acid. Sometimes I’m bent over in pain where it’s hard to stand up straight let alone walk properly; even laying down is painful. At times I have to miss out on workouts when it gets like this (like yesterday) which SUCKS but I gotta listen to my body and rest. Anyways, forward to this, morning I felt alil better, could stand up properly and got my workout in! Working out at home does help my core (don’t ask me how it’s helps it just seems too 😊) making it less painful.
